I booked multiple masages with Guy and I now have much more mobility!!!! Hes been very responsive and flexible when scheduling as well. I enjoy the Pain be Gone salve that he uses and I do recommend getting the hot stone upgrade. He uses a tool called a liberator which Ive never experienced before but my muscles really like it! Guys massages are very therapeutic where you get immediate benefits rather than just relaxation. Although of course they are relaxing too :)10/10 would recommend!

Guy has made it possible for me to pursue my hobbies like running, hiking and biking with less pain and decreased risk of injury. Neck pain that used to wake me up at night no longer bothers me. He works with me to isolate trouble spots and works to release them. I appreciate his time and effort!

I had an evening massage scheduled with Irene. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and we proceeded into the room where we went over my intake form. She was very professional in going over anything I needed work on and made sure my comfort was the number one priority. During the massage, she asked me several times about the pressure she was applying to ensure I wasnt in any pain or uncomfortable while she was working things out. She was very thorough in working my muscles and relaxing my body throughout the whole process. After the massage, she made sure I was hydrated and gave me instructions for when I got home to get the best benefit from my massage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a knowledgeable therapist to serve their massage needs!

Thoroughly enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Guy. Not a conventional/cookie cutter massage experience, which I appreciated! He used different modalities that most massage therapists dont explore, he was very attentive and present while giving the massage, and he asked if he could do a prayer beforehand which I appreciated and accepted. Most important for me is having a productive massage, I dont get massages to have them apply oil to my body, I actually want to feel like its making a difference and that is exactly what I got from Guy! Guy was very thorough in our intake process, and made sure I understood his beliefs but that they aligned with my expectations for my appointment. I felt.very comfortable the entire time. My massage was amazing. I appreciated the extra touches given using the warm bamboo sticks as well as the hot stones. He listened to my concerns regarding problem areas as well as taking into account my foot after recently having surgery. I will most definitely be rebooking!

Great massage and very knowledgeable. I am new to the area and gave them a try after reading the great reviews. I was not disappointed as Irene did a great job on my very tight, sore back. I did book on a Sunday and was notified that they worked out of their home office on Sundays which I was a little confused and hesitant at first but after arriving felt very comfortable with the setup and both Irene and Guy were very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend for a message and I will definitely be going back again soon.

I live a considerable distance out of town, so I typically arrange many appointments on one day. I ended today with an hour massage with Irene and it was just what I needed! Irene was very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable, and most of all, truly caring. I would say Graceful Touch is a holistic approach to wellness, but they are for everyone. I was very nervous going in since I had read that it was going to be very different. However, they were really great. I got a couples massage with my boyfriend and it was his first massage. There was a lot of interaction during the massage which was nice, but made it slightly difficult to relax a little, but otherwise it was amazing. I have a lot less tension in my issue areas. I was in desperate need of a massage but was having trouble finding an appointment for two people that fit into out traveling plans. I called them expecting them to say no but what happened was that they gave us an appointment time for after they closed which worked perfectly and I am so grateful for.I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Irene who was very sweet. I like firm hands and deeper massages and she definitely stays in tune with you and asks if the pressure is too much or too little. She also makes sure she gets the knots out. She will go back to a place if you still feel discomfort and make sure the knot is gone. You literally feel the relief.I had an issue that I have went to multiple doctors for including physical therapy and she had a completely different approach and she recommended ways to help it that wasn’t just... come back here. She was very informative and you definitely feel good during. I wish she was closer to my hometown because I feel like I need a couple more sessions with her.

Graceful Touch massage is a blessing! Their care, knowledge and expertise is 10/10! Ive been a chronic pain sufferer for years and have benefited so much from the last few months of Guy’s treatments. I’ve been getting regular massages for headaches which has been so effective! He also works on whatever is ailing me for that week, lol. He has been able to fix in one session what previously took weeks in physical therapy for my hips. He fixes my tennis elbow so I can get back to the computer. He has the most peaceful spirit and I can trust that the energy he transfers to me is pure and blessed. I am so grateful that the VA has recognized how beneficial and affordable massage is for treating veteran’s pain. It’s great that our VA doctor can send us right to the masseuse rather than having to waste time in PT or find a doctor’s office that has a masseuse. This just changed. Guy did a great job explaining where my pain was coming from and he worked with me on some mobility - with my job I need more of a sports therapy type of massage and Guy worked with me to achieve pain relief. I am so happy and will be using and recommending Graceful Touch to everyone .

Full disclosure, I am trained and have practiced as a massage therapist.I scheduled a 90 minute full body deep tissue session. The massage I received from Guy was excellent! Very thorough and specific to the areas requested. I have a very high hedonic (pain/pleasure) level and like very deep work when getting massage. The pressure applied was appropriate for the area being worked, and Guy checked in regularly to ensure I was satisfied with the level of depth to the massage.I prefer a dry massage, no oil or cream, and Guy delivered a very good session despite apparently not having performed dry massage on any prior clients. Some of the protocols Guy used were innovative adaptations of techniques I was familiar with but had not seen implemented in the manner delivered. I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Graceful Touch Massage for any one interested in a quality therapeutic massage, and will not hesitate to schedule another appointment when we are back in the area.

I recently came into Graceful Touch to see if Guy could relieve problems I have been having in my legs. I was pleasantly surprised he knew exactly where to work and I felt thrilled and the issues resolved. Graceful touch is so amazing. I suffer daily from joint pains and pains due to car accidents and I left after one session being able to move without intense pain. Very professional while focusing on my specific needs. I had an area in my shoulder that has been bothering me for 3 years and Guy was able to relieve the pain and discomfort I had. Guy was amazing! He was thorough and really focused on the areas I had issues with! I have been having issues with my right forearm, and he really put extra time into that area! When I was done, I feel like I got a right new arm! They are amazing and I highly recommend them!

Amazing massage! I have had chronic pain for over 20 years and been to numerous physical therapists and have tried massage before, with NO improvement.However, I felt Immediate Improvement in my muscle tightness as well as improvement in the amount of hip and neck pain I have. I usually leave previous therapy appointments sore but this was a completely different experience.Definitely recommend, especially for those who have had poor experiences with massage therapy in the past. I am most definitely coming back :)

I have had a few massages at other places and I can honestly say that Guy did a fantastic job. He is very thorough with full body attention and is attentive to your personal level of tolerance due to soreness. His office setting is very relaxing and adds to the overall comfort.

Different than I was used to with deep tissue sports massage. Tried to explain what I wanted and he was extremely insistent that it was not what I needed, I felt like he was telling me I didn’t know my body and I was wrong, even though he let me book the appointment calling it a deep tissue massage until i got there and he explained his method was different. I get regular sports massage and this did not help in the way that it usually does. Almost entirely done with a massage gun. I was still sore afterwards and didn’t feel much relief, I told him I wanted focus on my neck and back and he insisted on full body. Would not recommend if you are used to hands on deep tissue sports massage. Pricing was different than listed on website. Also extremely pressured to write a review right in front of him which made me extremely uncomfortable, they have so many reviews because he pretty much forces you to do it right away at the end. He was very respectful of my privacy but regardless, I would not return.

After being through a lot of aircraft maintenance, I would highly recommend these nice folks for a great massage. The guy named Guy will gladly give you one of the deepest tissue massages youll have with the liberator and youll find those spots that give you those random aches and pains then drive them outta your body. Theyll give you 110% interaction in this massage. Be ready its worth the money.

Location was a little hard to find as the entrance is on the back of the building, but thanks to modern technology, I found my way here! And Im so very glad I did. Guy was amazing. What an incredible experience!! I called Graceful Touch having never been there before. Irene could hear the desperation in my voice; the pain in my neck was so intense that I was unable to sit or even stand, I was pacing! She arranged for me to come in that day. Irene worked with me for over an hour until I felt relief. Her therapeutic suggestions to use after I got home that night helped even more. Irene has gone out of her way to work me in to her schedule for follow up. Oh my gosh, I can function again!! I highly recommend this business!!!

Well first thing I would like to say about Graceful Touch is that Guy listened to what type of massage I was looking for. Most therapists I have had like to go way to deep and I dont like deep tissue massage. I go for a massage to feel good, not hurt. Second I have never had a heated table. That was an amazing bonus. I also like that he used Coconut Oil as it really hydrates my skin. Only issue I have with Coconut Oil is afterwards I start to smell like popcorn! So it makes me want to watch a movie! LOL Overall this was the BEST MASSAGE Ive ever had!!

I have been getting massages for twenty years, in four states. Guy and Irene give me the best massages I have ever had. They are so consciencious, professional, and thorough. I have a lot of pain in my neck and low back. Irene is able to relax my muscles using messages to give me relief. I recommend them to everyone.

I have multiple disk issues in my lower back which causes sciatic pain and affects my ability to work and sometimes walk. My neck gets extremely tight which affects my ability to turn my head and occasionally causes my arm(s) to fall asleep. I have had these issues for years and have received help from various practitioners. We recently moved to the Black Hills and met Guy and Irene and learned that they were licensed massage therapists. I booked an appointment and Guy spent an hour working on both my low back and my neck. What a difference. I ended that session with greater range of motion in my neck and far less discomfort in my lower back and legs. I have been back a few times and each time I get a massage from Guy I feel my condition is improving. Cant wait for my next appointment.

Guy at Graceful Touch massage is the most effective massage therapist thats ever worked on me. Very professional and hes extremely proficient and knowledgeable about the process. He explains what he feels as hes working on you and what I like best is hell find a sore area, work on that area and then when hes completed the tissue massage hell show you how effective it was by showing you how much the pain has subsided or how much more easily it is to bend or move further than before the condition you came in with. Im an extremely happy patient.

Guy really worked well on my muscle areas that other massage therapists have never done. I am a competitive bodybuilder and it is very important that my muscles are balance.He is very educated on what he is doing and very respectful of me. I found it refreshing that he not only explains what he is doing and/or going to do, he asks for permission before he does it. I have seen him twice and I already see a difference in my training.I highly recommend him as a massage therapist, especially if you have trouble spots. I personally believe that massage therapy should be part of any lifestyle program.

Very impressed. Guy ( thats his name) knows and practices his craft well. With all my aches and pains hes done a excellent job of asking questions and focusing on essential areas that need attention. The isometric stretching exercises along with massage is quite a different process from what Ive experienced but its working for me. I would recommend Graceful Touch.

This was a much different massage than I’ve ever received, but by far one of the best. I was able to have different areas targeted on my body. This massage helped release stress and tension but not in a deep painful way. Using stretches and breathing techniques really helped get the most out of my massage!! Would definitely come back!

I went in for a Swedish massage but opted for muscle therapy after being shown the difference. I was hesitant to do muscle therapy as my understanding is that it is like a deep tissue massage and my pain tolerance is very low but it is not like deep tissue at all but rather was still very comfortable but not quite as light as a Swedish. I highly recommend the muscle therapy if you are sore or experiencing any pain at all as it will help after just one session!

As I am writing this review I am still in ICU. I felt massage would be benefical to recovery for my condition. I called several Massage Therapists ... 3 responded Graceful touch was one of the 3 that responded promptly. They were willing and enthusiastic to come and they suggested tapotement for pneumonia. As of Feb 10 I have completed 4 massage therapy sessions with #1 showing improvement on breathing and each consecutive treatment bringing more good results. I have been in ICU since Jan 26. I feel that tapotement has helped me in beating the 1 in 3 odds I had in making it out of ICU. To date I feel I am requiring less to no oxygen and plan to be discharged soon. I would highly recommend Graceful Touch to anyone fighting severe health conditions.

I have had many Swedish massages and they always use pressure during them to rub the muscles. When I asked her to increase pressure she wanted to charge me an additional $25. It seemed they just kept wanted to upcharge my massage. The therapist asked me to give her a tip. I always tip the service industry but this is the owner of the company so they are making 100% of the profits. It was very rude and unprofessional for her to do this.

They were flexible and let us change our massage type. My husband and i booked appointments at the same time and they allowed us to do it as a couple massage! Friendly and felt sooo good!
