I used to come here regularly 2-3 years ago and it has always been phenomenal deep tissue massages. Lately i have been in tremendous pain. I went to a different place for a massage about a week ago and it was not great. When i remembered that this spa used to be my gold standard for a massage, i booked an appointment and they were able to get me in an hour later. They had better prices than the other place and the massage helped with my pain FAR more. I will be coming back regularly. I dont know the name of the woman who helped me but she was very very good. Hour long deep tissue massage for $80 and it was worth every bit of the 50% tip i left.

The staff here was incredibly understanding due to it being my first massage. The atmosphere was calming and I left feeling a 1000 times better than when I went in. I will definitely be coming back!

Highly recommend Zeitaku Spa! I have had several messages here and they always do a great job! Some of the best massages I’ve ever had! All the message therapists are experienced and do an amazing job! It’s clean, scheduling is flexible, great pricing, they are very friendly and you can get in without waiting long for an appointment!

Peter did a fantastic job! I was so impressed with the techniques. I came in with neck pain and I do feel a lot better. I booked a 60Minute massage and a 30 minute foot rub package. The prices are reasonable and it’s kept clean. Definitely coming back.

Sofi is amazing!!!! She has a gentle touch but can really get deep as well… I just can’t say enough! If you haven’t had a massage from her you’re missing out!

I have had great experiences at this spa. In fact, the massage I received yesterday was probably the best I’ve ever had. The language barrier can be a bit tough, but the staff is so kind and accommodating.I’ll happily continue to support this family-owned business.

I had severe neck pain and cramps and she made me an appointment the next day. She is the best therapist I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and professional about what she does. I visit her regularly. I can highly recommend her to all my friends and colleagues. 🙏😇

I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband and I were terribly misled by the reviews of this place. It was a very cheap atmosphere, my face was on an itchy paper towel & the massage therapist was very unprofessional. The room looked like random items from rummage sales stuffed in there. She made 2 phone calls during my massage (I could hear the dial tone and everything), left the door open when she left the room & when she returned left it open during the remainder of my massage. I felt wildly uncomfortable and exposed but was in a state of shock & scared. Afterwards the massage therapist hounded me and my husband (they allowed him to stay there as he wasn’t comfortable leaving me there alone) for a tip while we were walking out the door. Please listen to this review & find another spa to get a massage. The positive reviews of this place are not real.

This place was an absolute nightmare. I booked my wife a massage and it was the most unprofessional thing I have seen. Dark office. Didnt even know we had an appointment. Left the door open while giving massage. Took phone calls during the message. The lady started pinching our newborn babys cheeks while we were sitting in the waiting room. When we tried to leave, the masseuse cornered us and kept asking for a tip. Terrible massage. Terrible place. They need to be shut down as there are multiple reports of people being bullied into paying tips. Honestly stay away as most of the positive reviews on here are fake reviews to try to boost their rating.

Ive been utilizing their services for over a year now. Their deep tissue massage has helped me tremendously as it has relieved tension headaches. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone.

This is a fine establishment with professional staff that will do their best to meet your needs (within reason). They also offer affordable prices & flexible scheduling. I think it’s a real shame some people in this city feel the need to spread their prejudices & hate all over in an effort to shut down a family owned small business, shame on them. I encourage everyone to book here in spite of it. And be sure to tip appropriately! These hard working individuals deserve it.

I wish I could give 5 stars as this place has been my favorite for a few years now. The massages have always been great and atmosphere great but a few things have gotten worse since I first tried it out. First of all, I wish they would bring back the sheets they used to do asking where your problem areas are and anything else they should know about. I feel it was easier to communicate with this form than trying to speak with employees as they sometimes dont understand English the best. Second, they seem to have some staffing issues and at times over book. Ive been asked to go to the other location at times and this is fine, however its usually as I show up. Very last minute. The last few times I have been in, the therapist has left the room multiple times to answer the door or the phone, leaving me on the table with the timer still running. Not fair to me or to the employees. Last night at my appointment it also didnt sound like the door was shut all way behind the therapist when she went to check in another customer. This concerns me as I do not want other customers to see me exposed on the table. Lastly, tips... I always tip but staff is pretty pushy about it. Its impolite to pester people to tip or to tip more. Its meant to be an extra thank you for the employee and people dont HAVE to do it. Before I had a chance to hand my tip over last night, the Therapist asked me to tip her. Although I was planning to do it, it made me uncomfortable to be asked to.Things have just gotten to be a little sloppy it seems. I wish this place the best but Im not sure I will be back. Used to be better

I’ve been getting massaged for over 12 years and the people here are by far the best I have come by. Very reasonably priced for the quality of massage you get in return. Always amazing. 🤩

Nice place to relax and get a foot and back massage. The masseuse was very professional and did a good job. Only thing I would improve is more pressure on the deep tissue massage. There is a nice aroma of baked bread in the air since they share a building as Subway, actually smells pretty good but make sure you arent hungry when you come in or that might distract from your experience. 👍

Sophies massage was great and relieved my pain

Had booked for a couples massage for our anniversary but must have been put down for a deep tissue massage. Both my Fiancé and I felt alot of discomfort and felt pain a couple times turning the 90 minute massage. I have had 2 massages before and never experienced that. Will never go back. And when we were finished with the massage we were hounded for a tip, that was forced and awkward.

The best massage ever! I have had alot of massages. I have horrible back and neck pain. I have had surgeries and multiple injuries from the military. I called multiple places and was not able to get in today until I called your business. You were very professional and offer different massages and facials. Thank you for getting me in. I appreciate it and feel 100 times better. I also love that you are open later to accommodate different work hours. Will definitely be back.

We got a couples massage here and went to the alternate location in the back side of the Subway restaurant on Rushmore road. The interpret was updated and modern. Great massage with some use of hot rocks. Good focus on tight spots but thorough full body massage. Would definitely recommend.

I usually dont do massage often, but this particular place will make me come back second time definitely. I had shoulder pain for a while due to my work that requires long hours of sitting and they recommend deep tissue that helps me relieve my pain, so I decided to give a try. It turns out great after one week of the massage, initially I feel little pain as they work on my shoulder and this is it is normal process.

Our party of 3 went to have massages while staying in the area in September 2020. The facility was clean and we booked based on the Google reviews. I have had massages once a month my entire adult life and as I travel frequently, I literally have had massages all over the country/world. The massages were adequate; however, the therapists behavior extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! The therapist actually pulled my entire covering down to my feet and I was left exposed. I have NEVER experienced this and found it to be quite a traumatic experience! We also were uncomfortable with what appeared to be cameras in the ceilings! My sister also states that she while her covering was not completely removed, she was very uncomfortable with how little she was covered. I hesitate to post in these economic times, as I did not want to impact their income. However, I felt I owe it to others to be honest about my experience. I also understand they have therapist who are practicing without State licenses. I did contact via email a few days later and the owner denied this happened....sadly. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

This is your run of the mill basic massage therapy establishment.I was lead to believe by the previous reviews that this was a spa & it was not.We got a couples massage ($140) & I was very displeased. There was next to no massage. It was a lot of tapping… fast elbows and shaking. Most massage was on the back, but very fast paced & not relaxing at all. They do not use oil on any part of your body except for the back. Legs were not massaged. My fiancé was very uncomfortable the entire time as the lady would climb on the table with him & got way to close to him. My Therapist left the room while in our couples massage to tend to a walk in client.In a pinch, it would be an ok place to go. But, If your looking for a professional spa setting, this is not it.I tipped accordingly & the male staff asked me for “more tip” I politely declined.

I went in for a 30 minute massage. I was not able to communicate with the guy who did my massage. He did not speak any English. I finally figured out what their process is. The massage...was rough, jolting, and aggressive. Not at all what I was wanting. I am now hurting worse than when I went in. What scares me is I know some things about massage. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Medical Massage Practitioner. I needed to get in so I tried this place as they had a last minute opening. They took no history, were not able to ask or talk to me about my concerns or what I was feeling, they did not ask about any medications or past surgeries, or any thing that they should know before doing any massage. The kind of massage they did would be a problem had I been on certain medications or had shoulder surgery. Also put good amounts of pressure directly on my spine. Thats a big no no. Be careful getting a massage at this place.

The staff is very professional. They listen, even with some language barrier, but they always understand. Very clean and always friendly, kind and professional staff and management. I highly recommend anyone to go and have an amazing massage. Tips are always welcome for the professional massage they provide.

Got right in for my deep tissue massage. The masseuse had the right amount of pressure on the knots in my back. Ill definitely go back. Judy gives a great swedish massage, got a 90 minute massage and feel brand new, thanks Judy

They were able to get me in for a massage right after I called. So nice that I didn’t have to wait a day or a week! Did a good job asking about pressure and addressing the tension in my neck. Will definitely go back.

We had a couples massage. Awesome for both of us. Probably the best massage I have ever had. So much attention to the areas that were tight and applied the perfect amount of pressure. 90 minute massage was perfect.

Massage was decent. Service questionable. Very extra about masks and hand sanitizing, forcing their preferences on you.When paying, and handing signed receipt to them, they take noticeable pause to examine tip amount before thanking. Bad practice.

I don’t like leaving such poor reviews but we were completely mislead with the ones posted. We had by far the worst experience and the worst massages here. Painful and uncomfortable the entire time. I do NOT recommend this establishment.

Husband and I came into town for some much needed pampering. This was our first time at Zeitaku and we loved it! I was a CMT for a number of years and they exceeded all my expectations for sure. Wonderful service. We will be back.

This is an excellent place for massage I highly recommend for a great and relaxing massage it is very friendly and professional. The price and quality is very good. Judy is very good at what she dose and knows how to relaxe you I will definitely be going back.

I was traveling around rapid city and has been to a lot of massage places. This is the best place i have ever been to before, massagists are nice and professional.

Passing through for work. Called for an appointment. Lady was very nice and helpful. Me and a coworker went up there and they got right to work. They were very professional and great at their job. Highly recommend!
