Go Spa

2 years ago I always have pleasant experience. Now seems like people are new faces, I had a bad massage that instead of enjoying it, feels like it injured my back. Not coming back here anymore!

I will not go back. He talked loudly to his coworker Throughout my whole massage.Then left me for 10 minutes to tend to people wanting gift cards at the desk. I wasnt going to tip him at all,but put down a measly 3 bucks.He pointed to it a d said NO! 5 here ! I said no and he threw my receipt at me.And he wanted cash instead of my debit.pointed to a cash please sign

I have been going here for about 3-4 years. I have never caught their names but would assume they are the owners and from reading the reviews...sounds like Helen and David. They give great massages. Now there is a young kid about 6-8 mths ago he gave me my massage and at that time I swore I would not go to him again. And I havent until today...was really needing one. He barely touched me...when I looked up to tell him...he could use more pressure...I seen a device laying next to my head...figured he was listening to music or something. He definitely used more pressure I thought he was going to break me in half using his elbows. He needs experience I get that ..but I think he needs to to work on his technique and obviously he should stay off his phone. Never touched my arms or neck. I dont like to make people feel bad when I ask for a certain person but from now I wont go to him ...if he is the only person available Ill go somewhere else.

I have had hundreds of massages over the years have tried many different massage businesses within the Rapid City area and Go Spa is by far the best massage I have ever experienced. I have been experiencing a significant amount of pain lately and Go Spa took the time to attend to my individual needs and preferences. I prefer very hard pressure so I know I can kind of be a difficult customer. They made sure my needs were met far beyond expectation. Thank you Go Spa!

Unfortunately I went in specifically looking for acupuncture. I asked the guy. He said they did and I would be 35 dollars for a half hour. I told him I just got a massage last week and some cupping done but was trying to get this knot out of my shoulder. He said yeah OK and had me lay down on a massage table and proceeded to just give me a massage for 30 minutes and sent me on my way. This wasnt what I came in for or asked for. I assumed then that he was massaging me to loosen me up before the acupuncture. Bummer.

I told myself I wouldnt go here again but then I tried it out one more time and they are the rudest people ever if you dont have cash to the point where I will not be back because the way I was treated because I did not have any cash on me and to be honest the massages and that good

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had been going there for years and apparently the new owners dont give a 💩about the place or the experience as it was the WORST, MOST UNCOMFORTABLE MASSAGE Ive ever gotten in my life. Will never go back and am reporting to the BBB. When I tried to say something the guy was very rude and did not listen. I should have just stopped the massage..it was the worst experience ever. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Its not worth the immediate get in, go to Huas!!! Soooo much better!!?

I come here once a week for about 2 months give or take. Pressure points are what it worked. Staff seems pleased when I come. Then again Im not judging them based on their face but rather how good they make me feel. Could go for a deal or promotion for me coming so much. But that is me being selfish. Price is worth it.i very recommend.

I look forward to coming into town just to go to Go Spa. Helen and her staff are awesome. I have lived in California and had massages at the highest priced spas imaginable and Go Spa exceeds those experiences. I recommend the table and foot massage. You will feel great!

Two days ago I come get a 40 minute massage I feel so nice comfortable

The massage therapist was very thorough and strong. He made sure to ask if the pressure was to my liking. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent place to get pain relief. The lady helped me to reduce the pain of my shoulder. I will definitely come back.

This is a wonderful place to get a massage. I love the hours , can come anytime between 10:00 am thru 9:00 pm, perfect massage on my shoulder keeps me so I can stay working instead of taking medicine Love it👍🏽😁

Omg there are the best Helen and David are the best. I’ve been coming here for over a year I bring my co-worker Traci every two weeks faithfully if you live in rapid city are visit the area please come. Than you so much Helen and David so much...

We usually love this place but we went today and they were rude. My masseuse played on his phone half the time while he was working. It is really was a huge disappointment.

The staff are very enthusiastic, the masseuses are skilled, the charges are reasonable, the decoration is simple, the environment is OK, I will come again in the future.

My go to spot for a quick pick me up when I am in town!! Wonderful prices and great massages!!!

Helen is great. Pressure is good. Real nice treat for myself after a week of pounding T-posts.
