1 Down Ohm Vapors

Have only been here a couple of times.I stopped by on May 16th, looking for a Blue Raz type vape.The gentleman picked out this new Raz vape that has 25K on normal, and 15K on pulse. I described the tastes I love, Im VERY picky with my vapes, and the Iced Blue Dragon is my new favorite!It also has pretty blue leather on it.These guys are reasonably priced, very helpful. Thank you!!

I came in 3 times in a row because i forgot my card the first and the second my card got declined. The third my card work but the whole time these guys treated me with respect and dignity even though they were closing soon. Really down to earth people great customer service. Products are very reasonable prices especially for Rapid City. Love what you all are doing

The guy that works Saturday is superb. Really friendly and easy to chat with also very professional and comes in clutch with the recommendations. Prices are low to average compared to other stores. (ex: other stores elf bars can go for 25-30 for the plain elf bars and here they start at 20 and go up for the fancier ones.)

Always friendly, always knowledgeable staff. Many times I have come here, not knowing what I wanted, and left with a product that always meets my expectations. I have had issues with products before, but my boy at down ohm always made it right. Long time, satisfied customer here.

The place has a great atmosphere. Zane is always so willing to help and goes above and beyond to find you something that will suit your needs. He’s very patient and informative on how to set up your mod. This is a great place to shop from if you support our local businesses.

I stopped in on Monday this week looking for some juice. The store itself has a good feel to it as soon as you walk in. Professional environment and employees as well. I had the luxury of being taken care of by Zane. He was awesome, professional and friendly. I will be sure to stop in for more juice when the time comes. I live in Denver and some companies charge $20 for a bottle of house juice and when I saw that Down Ohm was cheaper than that, I was impressed. Keep up the awesome work Down Ohm and Zane!!

Best products for the best prices! Love this store!Update 9/28/16My reward points had somehow got messed up. I had enough points for a free 30ml bottle of juice. Called to have Zane fix my points and not only did he fix my points he apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a free 60ml Bottle instead of a 30ml bottle and ensured it wouldnt happen again. Customer service 10/10!

Probably not going to return, I only stopped at this store a few times because its close to me but I havent had the best service there. All three times that Ive been there it felt like it was inconveniencing the employees. Felt very rushed to make a decision, not very informative and not very professional. When I asked for a book/menu of their flavors the guy just gestured his hands to the bottles on the counter and said this is what we got. Which I can understand to a point, but is it so difficult to make a book/menu with prices and flavor details? Or was he just being lazy? Idk feels more like a crib than a place of business. To each their own I guess.

Zane is awesome!!! He really knows his products and juices, as well as lots about vaping period!!! Its always a great experience walking into Down Ohm. I wont go to any other vape store because of how knowledgeable Zane has been Everytime I come in AND the juice quality being so spectacular!!

Amazing place all around. The people here know their tech, are very friendly, and extremely helpful. The store is nice and neat, with a great layout, and a chill feel. The devices they carry are well made, and they know how the devices work and perform. Its really a cool place to get your vape stuff, and mabie hang out and have a good conversation.

Best place to buy tasty juice in the black hills, service and courtesy as well as hanging out with great intelligent conversationalists is just plain awesome, Zane dont judge either, you can openly talk about your day with him and vape! His tongue is gracious and seasoned with salt so it is pleasing to the customers ears. I give it 5 stars and an A+++++

Great atmosphere, great selection of everything from your basic starter set ups to your high end vape gear. Always getting in new mods and atomizers. Cant beat the $10 30 ml selection. Shop owners a great guy who will always make sure you find what your looking for. Definitely growing to be the best shop in town.

My favorite vapor store in Rapid City! They have a great selection of AUTHENTIC hardware with the best prices Ive seen in Rapid. This is a completely sub-ohm shop that has nothing but high quality hardware and premium e-liquids. This shop is a dirty, dirty place. Selection of any gear or juice is severely lacking. Ive gone there twice and the music is so loud they dont even know anyone came in for ten minutes.Last time I was there, there was trash all over the store. Empty soda cans, chip bags... It looked like they had a party and never cleaned up.The girl working there knew absolutely nothing about vaping and had to call the owner to find out prices.Its just a crappy vape shop.

Down Ohm Vapors is a great shop with a laid back atmosphere for both novice and discerning customers. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and patient. If I could give this shop 6 stars I would.

Kevins shop ROCKS!! He and his staff are very knowledgeable about vaping and vaping needs. Very kind, cool, laid back atmosphere from beginning to end. Customer service oriented and an all around great place to shop for your vaping accessories.

The only vape shop in town that you will be 100% satisfied with the customer service. Both Keven and Zane know there Mods, Atomizers, and Juices. Weather your just starting out vaping or looking to upgrade to a better device. Kevin and Zane will set you up with what you need. Down Ohm also carries the best e-juice lines i have tired. plus they even have there own line of juice although they only have two down ohm flavors, i have heard rumors of a possible third down ohm flavor. Down ohm is the only vape shop i will ever go to.

Staff was informative for sure. Juice selection is pretty low. Not much for mods or atomizers. Store is fairly unorganized and unkept. Much better shops in the downtown area.

They are the venue to the Black hills smash 4 weekly tournament. Very accommodating and helpful. The whole store has an extremely relaxed and kind atmosphere.

This team is amazing, they are great with helping pick juices, mods or anything to do with vaping. They also have juice on a budget, $10 for a 30ml of at least 18 different flavors. Stop in just to chill and hang out.

Cant call the shop every time I try to call itll ring once then the call is ended and the only time I went inside it was dirty two guys just hanging out and ignoring me and my friend and when we did get some servicec dude was uninterested place is dirty and the guy working wasnt wearing shoes disgusting go literally anywhere else

Travling through rapid city, had a vape emergency come up about 930 at night, found these guys.. talk about good service. Ended up needing a custom built coil, got me taken care of quick... and fixed up with a great device. Thumbs up yall, I be back next time Im in town.

The guy that runs this place is doing the absolute best he can with what hes given. On the other hand, the guy that owns this place should come down to solid ground and let the guy that knows what hes doing call the shots.

They have juice. Kind of. They have no product. The product they do get, theyre out of same day or next. That would tell me to order more. Not these guys. They like to be out of product so they can just hang out with their buddies and not work.

Great prices with excellent customer service in a friendly atmosphere if your in rapid city and want authentic devices, build advice, or just some high quality e-juice this is the place for you.

Stopped in looking for a battery for my vape cartridge and they did not have what I needed. The guy working there went above and beyond to help me find a place in the black hills region that carried the size of battery I needed.
