First vape shop I hit in Rapid. Inside is clean, inviting, and not cluttered. Highly impressed with all of the employees as they have been beyond helpful and pleasant. Quality products only made in the USA. They have tap to pay and a loyalty point system thats connected to your phone so no worries about any punch cards. Definitely recommend.

Both Ghetto & Amber are incredible. Both are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. One associate, Carter has been consistently rude and unhelpful every time Ive been unfortunate enough to walk in on his shifts, but that doesnt take away from my desire to support this locally owned business because Ghetto & Amber are amazing associates worth visiting for all your vape and casual convo needs.

Today was my first visit into the downtown store. They had everything I needed. I was helped by Zach and another gentleman whom I have forgotten his name. Black hair and glasses. I was treated with such respect and kindness. Zach was extremely knowledgeable. Answered every question I asked. I will absolutely be back!!! Super friendly staff and great products. They only carry American made products and you can really tell the difference.

Carter is so helpful, he knows his customers, he knows what customers need. He should be a manager or paid better. He will truly be missed. Not going to find someone who cares about his customers as much as he does!!!!

I’ve bought three disposable vapes here. all over priced compared to every other store in town and none of them had any flavor whatsoever straight out the box. the last one i got was 30 dollars when the exact same vapes are 20 at cloud nine and those actually have flavor…. i kept retrying them bc they are the closest vape shop to my work. wasted 70 bucks on vapes there that i end up throwing away. don’t go here for disposables. i even tried different brands/sizes

Not only are these guys great with suggestions and advice, theyre all super chill, run an extremely clean shop, and are very customer service oriented. Both locations.Ive had a couple issues with a particular product, (shame on me perhaps), and they have made it right, with no questions asked. In fact, they thanked me for the feedback.Theres other shops in town but my business will only go to these guys. Outstanding all around.

Definitely our number 1 vape shop anywhere we have gone. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and are super helpful with any kind of questions or help you may have and need, they never ignore anyone walking in the door and always greet them to make sure they are seen. Great selection of juices and the local juice stocks are better than any others Ive tried from various other shops from around the country. Its a clean and open store as well with great lighting while also still feeling personalized. All in all whether you live in the area or are just passing through and need a shop this one definitely takes the cake in the whole Rapid City area and is a must stop shop for some awesome juice.

Oh my gosh I cant explain how amazing these guys are. Went in for a new tank today and Corey is sooo nice and really knows his stuff. Ended up being there probably 44 min visiting with Corey and the owner both super nice guys that do all they can to help u pick the product that is best for you.

These guys got me out of a big fix... Travelling from the UK and my only tank got stuck on a damaged mod. Cory was very helpful, saved the tank and got me sorted with some new gear. Definitely recommend, great service.

These guys are so friendly and helpful! Every time I walk in, they immediately stop what theyre doing to help me. I use (and absolutely love) the Aspire AVP and this is the only place in town that sells it or the pods. Ive tried other vape shops and Ive either gotten horrible customer service or they dont sell what Im looking for. So Black Hills Vapors is it for me.

Between the two stores they have here in Rapid they have an excellent selection and stock. My current go to place for my vape and nic salts. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, definitely seem to know their stuff! Anytime I come in with questions, they are quick to answer and help me solve any weird vape needs I have, haha.My only complaint is that there always seems to be friends of the employees hanging around in the shop. So when I come into the shop I tend to have to wait around for a while and wait until the employee finishes joking around with their friends. It only takes a few minutes, so its not the end of the world, but can get a little annoying at times.

The gentleman there was extremely helpful. I am a starter he had me look at some different setups and you know had me pick out a couple with juices that I like treated me nothing with respect and you know was very polite and helpful five stars all the way

They take the time to explain the different options available to you and dont rush you out the door just because its closing time. Awesome group of guys always willing to help if you have a problem.Its just too bad that the people who run Rapid Citys Summer Nights make it so difficult to park on 7th Street when you try to shop after 3:00 when it clearly states no parking after 3:30 and yet I was there at 3:00 and had to park almost two blocks away, because they blocked the parking spaces early. Two weeks in a row now.I personally believe they should move to Main Street Square and stop blocking the streets downtown. If nothing else stop blocking spots earlier than the posted times.

Came in because I broke my tank glass. The customer service was fantastic. The clerk replaced my glass, and replaced the seals and had me on my way and vaping again for under $10!

Knowledgeable staff with great recommendations. Prices for juice are a bit on the high side when compared to online prices, but being local and just a few blocks away makes the price/convenience trade-off worth it.

Its a good store. This vape shop has a good selection for beginning and medium experienced vapors. The people there know the devices they have. The service is good, but could be a little friendlier. All around a good shop.
