I dont know why I prefer this location, local color maybe. The store is clean and always someone nice working.

Bought a thorch here had problems with it soon as it came out of the box.I went to exchange it for a different one and was told they couldnt do anything about it because the owner wasnt there good luck customer service was terrible.

UPDATE: After the terrible service I experienced from a racist employee I had refused to revisit this place for a few months. One day I had to go in for something, and the managers who saw the incident were there. They apologized for the employees bad service and have permanently moved the racist to a different location. Its now safe for Natives to use this location, no more racist or passive aggressive attitudes!

Tried to buy cigarettes and get what I needed there but they dont carry any of the brands palatable 10 dollars a pack

The business felt cold an rude the lady seemed crabby n then there was a Native American Man with a sign on him said Peltier on it happened to have 2 cars on east North stop handed him something an these 2 ladies come running out telling him they seen him panhandle 2 times n were going to call the cops, they rushed up on him by the street threatened him an came walking back to their store saying guess he wants 3 hots n a cot! That was aweful I was waiting for my ride an I asked if it was ok that I was standing there smoking cigarettes I just bought from them which is a great deal $4.85 for Time full flavors an good insense 30 for $5. Otherwise I will keep going back.

Usually go-to LT Tobacco in spearfish, figured since was in Rapid today I would just drop in and get my Tobacco here. Very nice service and a large selection on pipes.
