I started working here under the impression that I would be given guidance on what to do for the job. After a, and this is an understatement, an extremely brief overview of a job, I was expected to know their entire facility and how to do the entirety of the job despite the dozens, if not hundreds of different aspects of the job. I was very disappointed in their lack of understanding when I was hired with the knowledge that it would take me a while to understand the entirety of the job and would have to physically perform the tasks in order for them to stick as, at the time of hire, I was still recovering my memory from a truck accident and from full paralysis. Sad state of affairs. Even worse, the majority of their training was given by another person who was hired a day before I was and showed me the wrong way of doing things, making a fountain out of a bathroom sink because he didnt know the proper way of disassembling a bathroom sink and didnt take my recommendation to shut the water off first. It was a sad state of affairs when I got blamed for it because the other person lied and said his mistakes were mine. I didnt even get a chance to defend myself. For shame. I wont be returning, and I recommend you dont support them either. There is no sense in supporting that type of treatment.

Its big, beautiful, and clean. They can afford to keep it that way with the machines not really paying out like other casinos in the North State. They do have all the newest slots and games to keep you entertained. Good calendar of guest talent and shows as well. Overall Id say they are worthy of 3 or 4 stars.

The most helpful native princess was working at the information counter. She made me feel like a top priority with excellent customer service. Win-river should give her a raise. Thank you, Shela, for helping me figure out my players card stuff.

This place has an amazing deal for RV overnight parking that includes full hookups, access to the pool/ hot tub, gym and internet. So instead of camping in wine country with stellar food and drink, we chose the pool.I’m figuring out pools are like the McDonald’s soft serve. You have to specifically ask if they are in order. Called ahead 1 hour before arriving and they told me about this “amazing deal”. Problem is we arrived and the pool was “out of order” and apparently that meant we could not use the hot tub either. The poor gal at the front desk with an IQ of 75 and an attitude of 100% also figured we could not have access to the gym either. Also no internet access. Just “here is your parking pass., now leave”.Albeit the RV hookups were nice and the RV area was clean. No showers. We went back and again asked for key cards to the gym explaining the logic that the gym is in a separate location from the pool. She rolled her eyes and handed us one key card for 2 sites. The gym was clean and decent.Customer service and competency at this place are a 1/10. Wait staff do not even know what beers they have on tap. The food was basic bar food and “mixed greens” are iceberg lettuce.

We were visiting the area & stopped in at the casino. Other family members went to the pool. They seemed to like it. Since it was my first time there, I was given $10 in free play. I didnt win anything at all in the casino. Its not that big of a casino, but family & friends that live in the area seem to like it.

Ive never used the Casino, but Ive been there for work trainings. Food is good, its clean, people are friendly. BUT the commercial I was just subjected to on KShasta just violated my ears with the sexual moaning in the audio. Disgusting. Its 10AM!! I listen to the radio with my child in the car! Is that REALLY necessary??

Make sure you inventory your towels I was charged 30$ for two bath towels on a day that I was still staying in room and never had the maids clean my room the entire stay and was charged that before I checked out . Such a bogus charge , I dont understand how they can do that or why they took my money and they wouldnt even check into the situation to see that it was a bogus charge . So my say in the matter didnt matter because they wouldnt listen to what I had to say about it. How could I be charged for two bath towels before I checked out when I never had them service my room and was charged that a day before I checked out? A totally bogus charge that I will never be reimbursed for.

Witnessed some casual racism at the front desk. A black person was the ONLY one asked, at random, whether they were staying at the hotel. This person was my friend, and when I confronted the desk staff, they refused to apologize and said they did it to everybody.Thats not true. I had walked in earlier *from the street*, wearing my muddy hiking gear, but looking pretty damn white, and wasnt asked anything as I helped myself to some coffee. Neither were other people in the lobby asked.They also refused to issue an apology to my friend for causing her to feel unwelcome.The staff needs implicit bias training pronto.Meanwhile, rooms are clean and comfortable. Just... you know. Try not to be black, and youll have a great time.

The rooms are great. Clean and comfy. The casino is unique and I win more often than I lose. However…the loyalty program offered me a rather large crock pot that was on display. They verified all my info and said it would arrive by mail. Upon receiving the large pot, I was extremely disappointed to see that the crockpot I was looking so forward to receiving, had shrunk into basically the size of a single serving pot. It was only slightly larger than a wax burner. For the amount of money a person losses in a casino, one would think that the casino could be more reliable to their customers.

It was the smallest suite weve ever had there (rm319). It was the worst room. We even offered to pay extra for an upgrade and they refused. When we got to the room we noticed there was wet towels still hanging in the shower that was left from the previous guests. At least the air conditioner worked and based off of this personal review, the chances of us going back is very rare. We rather go somewhere else possibly for a motel 6. At least we would expect this from them.

We went for the annual Bacon and Brews , a challenge where many local food eateries come to compete for your vote on who creates the best bacon infused dish,(all you can eat)you also receive a miniature beer mug to drink (all you can drink) local beers/ales, they play live music (a variety) soft rock huge dance floor, you also get a $10 free play great atmosphere and very exhilarating

Wowwwww.....talk about being a scary area! From the Sketchy people who play there and creepy location, I WILL NEVER visit again! From the dirty sock being left in the CLEANED room and broken fridge to NOT ONE smiling face from staff, ANYWHERE! worst stay I have EVER had. Save yourself and stay elsewhere. Come play if thats an interest but rooms are low budget. Watch your surroundings at all times. I swear I was being scoped out by a couple in the casino. TRASH TRASH TRASH

They have the nicest ladies who work the floor..Im not sure if they are called porters or what their title is. But Joy and Susan are the friendliest ladies and always checking on you. Alot of times you cant find someone to get you a drink or watch a machine, But these two ladies are the best and they will come by and Check to see if you need anything.. My favorite ladies!

Rooms are clean and modern. Although no microwave?? That was disappointing.Lots of penny slots here. A few 1-5$ one liners. Dragon links here pays back well enough to keep my attention for a few hours. Ate at the restaurant there and wasn’t too impressed. Food was ok service was decent. Not a bad casino

It’d be hard to believe this place would have a ventilation system as it is by far the most heinous cigarette smoke choked casino I have visited in my life and I’ve been in a bunch as I used to live near Reno! Even my friend who smokes says she can’t take it! I would like to play poker here but I can’t do it. I visited a couple weeks ago and saw they have a nice little poker room. I had lunch in the restaurant intending to do the poker tournament afterward but I just couldn’t deal with the smoke. I had to leave before the tournament began. While checking the place out I walked through the entire casino and looked to see who was smoking and maybe one-in-ten people were. It seems to me instead of a non-smoking wing they should have an ultra-ventilated smoking wing and the rest of the casino be non-smoking. As is, healthy, pink lunged individuals want nothing to do with this place and even some brown lunged ones at that. If they ever build the new place, God I hope they make the smokers smoke outside.

We Came to the area For the big car , show cool april nights in redding and the state of this casino with our friends Upon their suggestion. Very happy to have had a great experience. Are rooms very tidy And not cramped. The casino was very fun to relax afterwards. The security placed our vehicles in valet to be certain to watch our vehicles. We are very grateful for their assistance. The seasons restaurant has delightful menu and my favorite is the fry bread taco. Looking forward to our next visit.

Went for fight night tonight. Should’ve been common sense that you’ll need an ID present for these events but I had gotten ahead of myself out of excitement. We showed up and weren’t able to get in. After speaking with Sara explaining the circumstances of why I was waiting for my Id to come in the mail she has instructed me to shoot her an email. After, she had found me and given us gift cards to go eat at the restaurant. She is amazing and made our date night happen despite not being able to get in. Thank you Sara from the bottom of my heart!

First off the people of Redding are very nice ( can you help other cities please) very kind, helpful and fun. Very nice rooms, clean and quick. Very good valet.

We stayed at the RV park on a whim as we were driving north on I-5. We called ahead and spoke to Marvin who was very nice and made our reservation. Its a very convenient place to stop. Nice clean concrete parking spots with full hook-ups. Power and water pressure were good and you cannot beat the price ($44 out the door). We joined the players club and received $15 in free slot play. We won a small amount of money. (Bonus). The next morning just happened to be Monday and they have a wonderful promotion for Military (active and retired) and my husband and I both are retired Military so we received another $11 each in free slot play and 15% off a the restaurant where we enjoyed a very nice steak and egg breakfast. Jarod (?) the waiter was great and the food was excellent! All the employees we spoke with were friendly and accomodating. As far as everyone elses complaints about cigarette smoke...we smelled it but it was not that bad and we did not smell like smoke when we left there. Overall, a great experience! We will definitely stay here again.

Went in for bingo, won, hit 200 on every slot I played(put it back in of course). I liked it. Nice big bingo hall with free drinks and food service. We had a pizza which was very good for 14$. Didnt go into the restaurant but it looked nice. We didnt explore much because hubby handicap but it had a good feel to it.

4/2/24Went to Pizza and Pints at Win River Seasons Restaurant last night. Aubree, our server is amazing, such a sweetheart! We had the pleasure of meeting Natalie, one of the managers. She has such amazing customer service skills!Pizza and a pitcher of beer for just $20. We even got a little Fry bread that is bomb! Its a Win-River win win evening!Went to Taco Tuesday last night. $5 for 5 tacos with $5 margaritas! Customer service was amazing starting with our Hostess (Lynn) and then with our server (Aubree)!Thank you Win River and your awesome crew! Well be back with friends and family

Had a conflicting issue with an RV spot. The Casino was very Apologetic and was issued a room for the night and was only charged for the RV spot fee. But then by the end of our stay which was for the whole weekend the Casino covered our whole cost and refunded us out money and didnt charge us for our pets I recommend the Win River Casino hotel to everyone. We had excellent service.

Very nice employees, but the slots are super tight. No winning happening here. I have gone like 30x this year, and have won nothing. I might as well have just walked in and gave my money for the building of the new casino.

We are not smokers and this place caters to smokers. The restaurant is located next to the gambling hall where people smoke and yell curse words out loud when they apparently are losing. There are air cleaners everywhere, including on the 3rd floor. I would have given it 5 stars but the smoking issue was a problem for us since my wife has asthma. Other than that, the room was clean and the employees were helpful.

Ya i say if im there spending my money at their Casino on the regular...... Why cant i get anything to drink? Theres never enough drink servers walking around to even ask me if i want something to drink..... I very much want this to change. Especially if Im spending my $$$!!!

Win River casino it treated me nice this time walked out with a 4k jackpot and another 2k so 6 m grand wasnt a bad hour of work .. wish this had better service like getting a free soda and nicer to us .. After all we make this casino all their money .. A lot of the times they dont pay out like I feel they should

How long do you like your money to last on the casino floor? While playing their slots, my $100 lasted 20 minutes. Never again.

The Shasta Spa thats inside the casino is the best place to get a massage and very reasonable. The crew is so attended to your needs. I will definitely return every time I visit Win River. I give them 5 stars.

I stay here about once a month or every couple months when I go to visit my parents. rooms are always clean. Service is always friendly. Foods decent.

Its not Reno is all I can say. I dont do much gambling cause I have people that cant stay out of these greed homes, Im not going to lie, I like losing my money or I wouldnt come, but most of the time Im here to bring gas money. I gamble responsibly I wad up my money real tight put the wads in to my lunch trash and through it away the money I did keep go slotting till all gone then as I walk to my car I stop at the trash can and look and hope that no one emptied the trash or what.

We stayed one night at the RV resort. Heading home to Washington from Death Valley. It’s easy to get to, nice facilities and a great price. Checked in, signed up for a players card and received $15 food vouchers. Restaurant was clean, yummy food and friendly service.

This experience was very pleasant. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however they were clearly understaffed. Taking that into consideration, the service was exceptional. We werent able to check in until 2 hours after we were told check in was because the rooms werent ready, though.

This review is for the Seasons Restaurant, not the casino gaming nor hotel.I enjoyed 5 Tuesday Tacos Special. 5 street tacos/$5. Yummy pork filling was my choice. Spouse chose the French Dip w/fries. Very tasty food choices and reasonable prices. Well be back again another Tuesday to get the taco special! The photo of tacos only shows 4 of the 5 tacos.....I couldnt wait

Long Story Short CASINO :- I been here like alot, The dealer is way nice and calm, But the Guy who is supervisor is look like racist to me, and i came to know one new rule here, i went to table and start playin roulette and ask dealer, Can i have green Chip instead of yellow one, he told me, My supervisor told me we cant give you chip colour which you asking for but i can give you any color which we like, that so weird. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. Almost every machine is programmed accordingly no winning but eating your hard earned money

They openly discriminate against the disabled by not allowing service animals into the casino without a bunch of paperwork and by putting restrictions on them that might actually prevent some service animals from being able to do their jobs. They claim this is somehow not illegal, but state law actually trumps their laws and the state laws match the federal as far as what youre allowed to demand in regard to service animals. I tried to attend a convention in the event area today and was not allowed entry AFTER the security guard watched me pay my entry fee because I have a service animal and dont carry around proof of his vaccinations and need him to ride in a stroller rather than being on the floor. This is absolutely illegal and disgusting.

Excellent stay! The room was very nice, clean and modern. The food and service at the restaurant was great. We had a very nice server and the food came out quickly. The hotel staff were very pleasant.

This* was my first casino experience so I have nothing to compare to, but I had a lot of fun with my mom. She won $333 and I made her stop so we didnt lose it all haha

We play bingo regularly and it seems the people that win the most are the people that own/work there or are here every night, no fun for people occasionally looking foe a good time.

Just stopped in for long enough to lose 20 bucks but the place looks great and everyone looked to be enjoying themselves. Restaurant looked great also. Good menu.

Was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed it all other than the excessive fragrance in the room and the bad coffee in the morning.Would probably look for a diff hotel with at least good coffee. But the spa was nice. So it was good.

Was here for earth day celebration and I loved it there were many booths set up of native American items. Beautiful work and beautiful pieces..

We decided to stay at the Win River hotel while in town visting people on our little vacation. The worst thing the Condiment packets for the coffee when was already opened and then paper towel missing when we checked in our room. Then the coffe fown stairs isnt put out until 7:15 am they use the cheapest 1 ply tp in the bathroom witch was not cleaned to what you would expect when paying the price the sitting in the room was broken ucomfotable the fridge wasnt getting very cold there is no microw wave .We could have stayed at a cheap motel and gotten better not to mention the homless near and somtimes in the heated pool and spa area. The casino restraunt was Equally expensive and horribl I would never recommend anybody to stay here.We will never stay here again ever.Id rather stay at motel six With bigger rooms, these rooms are so tiny.You could not walk past each other in the d*** room.It was horrible the most horrible expensive say and ive ever had

Nice casino. I noticed that some of the machines I wanted to play were dirty with ashes and had finger smears on them. Full ash trays, drink cups and trash on key boards.

No food court. Small casino, but I had a good time here.

Stayed one night, visiting family in Redding. Nice room, bed was amazingly comfortable. Shower pressure was awesome. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. Only annoying thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door slammed or auto-shut. Casino was fun for an hour - noticed not a lot of people playing at the tables but the slots were very popular. We did have a great time and price was right.

Amazing stay! The only negative thing was that I ordered a room service salad that was missing 1/3 of the ingredients.

We stayed in the RV park. It was $40 for hookups. There is a shuttle that takes you to the casino and a burger king right across the street. It was our 1st night in our RV we just bought and were on our way home from Roseburg Oregon to Humboldt County.

Multiple bad experiences.Asked to leave a two person table near the bar for playing Magic: the gathering despite having ordered drinks that we had yet to finish, and bothering nobody.Girlfriend was also asked to leave for wearing an outfit no more revealing than standard short-shorts and a crop top. Dont bother attending unless youre an old prude.

Plenty of slots to choose from, I especially like playing caveman keno on the older machines. Free beverages consistently offered and available. Coffee,water,and various soda will be brought directly to your location in the casino. I liked being able to cash out my tickets with cashiers who roam the casino. Establishing a players card with free play was easy but the wait in line was about twenty minutes. Overall the best casino between corning and Redding.

The place is pretty busy all thru the day. The hotel rooms are decent and decent sized. Recommend go during daytime hrs so to avoid all the riff-raff come after dark. Valet parking is good idea and fast friendly staff to help with parking of your vehicle. Their food menu isnt what it used to be though. Have to sit down to eat basically. But food is good. Love the security employees. Super friendly and have good dispositions too. Very helpful is need info for any reason. Hard to find a batista for a cold beverage sometimes. But dont wait to long before you see one. But for quick in and out gambling session good spot to try your luck.

Came from Portland, Oregon and brother inlaw from Redding, California paid for 3 day stay, wife and I had a blast and will come again and stay here at Win-River Resort&casino.

We were there last night to celebrate with my brother and his wife 37 years of marriage. The dining room was empty, they asked for a table, they refused us, said there was a reservation coming in. Ok can we get a table after that. She still said no. Then she was very rude about it. So we had to turn around and drive back to Oroville and had dinner at Feather Falls Casino. The people there are more friendly, and sat us down right away. We will never go back to Win River.

It’s a Casino so of course it smells like smoke.The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and professional and prompt.

The staff was amazing! Rooms were comfortable, and food was decent. We were there for a mini family reunion for people coming from Oregon as well as various places in California. Although Redding is not my favorite area, it was better access for the elder family members. My biggest complaint was the smoke coming from the casino into the hotel lobby since the doors separating it were broken. They tried to place air purifiers around to help reduce the odor, and it did help a bit. Parking was difficult since they were doing construction near the entrance. Overall, our time there was enjoyable.

Great place to stay, reasonably priced rooms that are comfortable and well taken care of. The staff are very friendly. The Cafe has a decent selection of food and the chicken sandwich was excellent. The slots arent too tight, hit a few over 150 and another for 500. Heard the jackpots and excitement going strong for the 2.5hrs I was in the casino. Will be staying here again on my next visit through.

Stopped by with the intent to stay overnight in our RV and play games. The RV area is parking lot lanes with hookups under bright lights for $45. We dont need hookups and I refused to pay $45 to park in a parking lot so we left. We asked if we can just park to go gamble and they said parking is only for hotel guests. We will stick with seven feathers. Our setup is new and nice.

Went for a fundraiser for Haven humane, Alice in wonderland themed. Had a blast donating and an amazing dinner. Full bar, wine, and fun. Check out the casino and hotel. Stay and play. Havent stayed in the hotel yet since were locals. Definitely look forward to it.

Stop there in the past just to play on my way down to Southern California. this time we stopped to get dinner on our way home to Southern Oregon. The food at the casino is incredible, even though the wait staff leaves a little to be desired. everyone was very friendly, but there was a lot of disorder in the kitchen so people who were there before us werent getting their food, but people who were there after us got their food even before us. I went ahead and had the club sandwich and my wife had the French dip. The soup was to die for, and there was so much food on the plate for what the pay is. The only part that upset me was that I did order barbecued burnt ends as a appetizer, but it got lost in the shuffle and I ended up behind somebody else so I had them take that off my ticket which they did with no problem and then we played some slots, made a little money, and left

Rooms are very nice. The decorated is nice and the staff are very helpful. The only down fall is there is no microwave in the rooms also the halls smell like smoke all over the room area. The rooms dont smell like smoke at all though witch is good

Tons of slot machines, excellent food at the restaurant, no poker machines. Live card table and play available. Two bar areas, one has a dance floor and dj, the other is quiet. Smoking is allowed in the main floor of the casino, and a non smoking section is also available.

Always have a blast going here even if we lose our money it still is a fun time and worth it 😁

I still smell like cigarette smoke days later.... Slots did not pay out anything after playing about 15 times so needless to say I stopped playing. Went to eat and had the worst meal. All around not a good experience.

This casino is beautiful inside and out, love the flowing water beside it, there are beautiful native touches, will come back often

This casino is great with a good selection of tables, good atmosphere, tons of fresh machines and really great dealers working all around. They are running a tight, but fun ship here and its always nice to stop in. And the roulette table is almost never too busy to throw down on odds.The tribe is great and Im so excited to see what they do next.

I appreciate that Win-River casino has a large room that is non-smoking. I also wish they would re-install the free Beverage Bar

Stayed overnight at the RV lot @ Win-River Casino...pleasantly surprised they had full hook-ups for a 45ft class A motorhome.

I stayed in there Rv area overnight. I did attempt to use the restaurant for lunch however, their level of Customer Service at the restaurant and food areas was absolutely horrible.Also, when I checked in for the RV reservations, it was very challenging to get any assistance. After I paid for my site and went to the site, I had to wait for security to arrive, in order to hook up to the utilities.If there was another option in the area, I will utilize them instead of Win-River.

Well be adding this stop to our travels. They have RV spots with water and electric. They will pick you up at your site anytime until 1:30a and take you to the casino and back. Staff is wonderful, I had the best nachos Ive ever had there

A fairly clean micro-casino with overpriced alcohol, constant smoke aroma, low paying machines, and motel-esque accommodations!

Ive been going here on date nights. Its been week after week that we have zero wins. I finally thought I got lucky when 2 of the full bags popped on the peacock game but the grand win was $1.50. After such disappointing losses over and over again Ive decided to not go to this casino anymore. Saving that date night casino money and going to Reno. The rate of winning is much better there.

Great experience, as usual. Only 4 stars on location because you can hear the train, not super loud , but enough to notice. Wont stop us from going again, customer service, and great slots more than make up forbit.

Reasonable price for full hookups, pool, hot tub. Great security. Some shade at different times of day. Sites furthest to the back have the most shade. Trail behind but some homeless around. Morning walks ok. Small dog park. Mine didn’t care for it. All in all great spot for us to stay and go see Lassen NP.

We stopped and got gas ⛽️ then we went in gambled for one hour I gave my 20 dollars to the machines then we ate at the best hamburger place in the world best place to eat

I come here 2 or 3 times a year to do standup in the Overtime Lounge and the staff is always so nice, and the rooms are very clean.

Been all over the country, this is by far the worst casino I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is terrible, the staff look and act very unhappy with their jobs and are very rude unless you’re tipping tons of money. STAY AWAY.

I really have enjoyed my time at win-river. I have stayed at the hotel in the openbay suite and it was very nice. The casino is legit. I have won many handpays. You cant win all the time. But you can win alot of the times and the rewards program is not bad. The people are really good at customer service. I enjoyed my meal as well. I dont only give 5 stars when they really deserve it.

Not bad tables, but your dealers are the worst to try to have fun around. There was a younger gentleman with glasses that I was playing blackjack with(8/27) and he was so disrespectful, rude and just made my fun time, not fun. I’d rather go somewhere where they at least aren’t disrespectful. Train your staff not just to flip cards, but also to give the guests a fulfilling experience and not be rude to everyone at the table.

We played in the casino for about an hour and got lunch with my grandma. They had plenty of parking, good drink service, plenty of machines for the size, a great food selection in the cafe, inside and outside sitting for the cafe, the restaurant was closed because it wasn’t dinner time but that’s fine sense they had the cafe. It was cool that they had a palm tree coke sculpture at the entrance to though!

As a truck driver, let me say this is a GREAT place to do your reset! Plenty of parking, showers, great food and amazing staff!!! Kathy, Ursa, Adessa, Michelle and David!! Best staff Ive been around!!! Cant wait to reset here again!!!

The hotel employees excellent inevery aspect. Also the casino cashiers and floor personnel along with the food workers friendly and respectful. With the eye in the sky and security never felt more at ease in and out of the the casino. Thank you for a great time.

Got a suite for new years , had friends join us , we had dinner and won at the tables. Left with three dollars more then we came with. All in all a great night

I stayed at Win-River several times in just hotel rooms and in the suites both are immaculate clean and the maids are there to take care of whatever you need the food is great at seasons .

Win River is very nice. Good pay outs. When you win sometimes you keep winning and winning. Just listen for the machines if you hear people winning its a good time. If machines are not ringing then wait awhile go back to your room if you have one at there resort. They are really nice , clean, and they have there swimming pool nice when its 🔥 hot. Good food. The best times I think to gamble is early morning 5am and on . Machines seems to slow down in afternoon. Thats what I think. When you go on there machines do a high bet a few times they usually hit, after that play lowest bid it hits, but play big first. All in all its a good atmosphere. Good vibe. Sports bar is really cool. Oh dont forget when winning some money go to the big colossal game . That game wins too. Play 5 or 10 dollar bid you win big. Have a great time. Happy gambling

The rooms are good for the price but overall too smokey from the Casino. Even though rooms are all non-smoking, the smell carries through into the rooms. Noise was also an issue for us so we wont stay here again. Very Friendly staff - especially the front desk guy. He was great! If you like a Casino experience and dont mind cigarette smoke, its a good place.

Tightest slots in the North-State by far. You are better off going to Rolling Hills, Thunder Valley, Sky River, or Cache creek. Not even joking as it would be worth the drive. Bonuses on slot play at Win-River is almost non-existent and you typically have to put in hundreds of dollars to experience them. Rooms are average as you would expect with a tiny proclaimed resort. Food is decent for the price.They have been going through approvals to build a new larger resort in Redding and have totally taken the fun out of the Gaming Experience for thier guest especially for their fixed income guest. All around you you hear how much people put into the machines with no payouts. This is not a place to sustain any length of playing time unless you have high limit pockets to keep feeding the games.Just do better Win-River. All I have to say. Your long term elderly loyal players are the ones who are suffering from your establishment all while you cater to your high rollers. Dont forget who supported you in the begining.

Win River is OK. Convenient for me when I go see my mom.

Nice mid size Casino. Good gaming options, bars, two restaurants (a casual counter serve grill and a nicer sit down restaurant - good food,) and hotel. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a DJ with dancing at the main bar area. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Probably the most stand out part of our visit was the staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and does their best to make you feel comfortable. Overall I think this is the best casino Ive been to in NorCal.

Havent been here in awhile. Guess I remember why now. Lost my ID there but it never showed up in lost and found. But it wasnt as tight as alot of the Indian casinos.

I love going to Win River. My husband plays in the Poker Room & I play slots. The food is always delicious & the rooms are clean and comfortable. Its always a great night away for both of us.

Enjoyed the clean room and some ok dining experience. A better air filtration system would be good. Was given 15$ free play for new member, which was nice. Would recommend.

This casino is so cheap! I get better free play offers from casinos I havent been to in a year. You can lose $100,000 there one year and if you are out of town for two months, you lose your hosted status and most of your free play. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy on their part, because as they lower my free play, I go there less and less. Now that I dont get free rooms starting 8/1/23, I may stop going there altogether. If I want to gamble, its well worth my time abd gas to go to Corning where they treat you better one on one and they at least make you feel welcome and appreciated while you lose your money. They also keep you well fed and not freezing and thirsty. The food and service at the restaurants at Win river isnt even in the same galaxy as rolling hills where there is a variety of great food and high rollers get more than a free pizza. The hosts at WR are okay - only one, Kathy (and Brian before her) is great. The hosts at Rolling Hills rock and their hands arent tied.If you want to feel welcome in a pleasant atmosphere - pass right by Win-River and go to the much classier Rolling Hills (or almost anywhere else).

This casino has a lot more slots than my local as well as a lot more variety. However the payout is far less. They do keep it clean on the floor as well as the bathrooms. Having to depend on staff to get you a beverage is something that can use some modification. Not blaming the staff but for the life of me I couldnt get a drink to save my life. Overall this is a decent place

Meh. It is what it is. Can go there to gamble or to hang with some friends, have a few drinks, maybe dance and then grab something to eat, depending on whats going on maybe catch a show there, music to combat sports maybe a comedy show, many various things to do there to be entertained.

This resort Hotel is a very nice establishment,id give it 10 stars if i could. The Rib Eye steak dinner was superb,perfect sear & tasty baked potato w/ veggie medley. I will be back,bank in that.

Disgusting.Everywhere inside the building, hallways, rooms smells like people are constantly chain smoking everywhere. The gross smokey air in the hotel area made my wife sick within 12 hours. My skin feels clammy and sticky after leaving the building. Barely slept due to air quality inside the building. The outdoor pool is filled with bugs. No mention on the website but the spa is closed and no room service half the week. Reserved three days, left by 7am after one night. Definitely will not return to this facility.

Weird, confusing entry road, they probably have a lot of accidents in front of this place. That was the worst part and for that I give the location two stars. Staff wasnt too helpful or coordinated regarding events taking place in the facility, and the restaurant hostess was rather impolite when I asked her. I know the management here is atrocious, so I wouldnt be surprised if she was just having a bad day. The staff coordinating our event was very polite and the service they provided to us was good. The food was good too. Not much more to say. Its an old casino that smells like cigarettes, booze, and habitual gambling. Reflection of America. Give the Indians back their land.

I did not stay at hotel but we did play at the casino. The Casino was nice and clean, lots of games and friendly staff. All though the machines seemed super tight, the staff were great. Ed told me I was a beautiful lady and that was a win in my book!! Money and winnings dont replace great customer service.Thanks Ed, truely a great employee and has excellent customer service skills! We’ve stayed here 1-2 times a year for 10 years because our family lives nearby. We’ve always been pleased with our stay at Win River. This time was different. The staff was as pleasant and friendly as ever, but much else had changed. Our third day of a 5 night stay, we left the room at 11am, removed the do not disturb sign, and left to spend the day with family. We returned in the evening to find that our room had not been cleaned or resupplied. Mike at the front desk gave us the supplies we needed, and was so helpful.We went to the Creekside restaurant for a nightcap and had to change our table 3 times for loud and intoxicated people almost falling on us. No security was present to control the situation. I understand that people want to have fun, but this was out of control. I don’t know that I will spend this much money on a room again just because it’s in close proximity to my family.I do have to say that this makes me sad because we’ve always enjoyed our stays here.Sincerely,Karen Gibbs

This place makes me so sad for Redding, they have so much potential but won’t get better. A casino, yes but resort, definitely not. I came here for a girls spa getaway with friends, the spa was nice but we wanted to have food and drinks by the pool after our spa services. The employees we dealt with outside the spa were rude and not accommodating. We travel all over to go to casinos with spas and this was the worst service. The hotel and casino seem very digesting and horrible service. I will not be returning. If you’re in Redding and need a nice hotel with a pool with great service go to the Sheraton.

The hotel is nice the service could be better. The location is out of the way in a sketchy part of town. I once had my car stolen from the parking lot. The casino did everything they could to help me recover my car and I was able to recover it. You just have to be careful where you leave your keys. They gaming is usually poor although sometimes you can win.

Just a few minutes on the machines, cant wait for the craps tables to open up on the 8th, never even went upstairs.

Literally have gambled at win river for several years now, have gambled at just about every casino in nor cal and have hit jackpots in every casino except win river and I have gambled at win river more than all the other casinos put together. Literally have never walked out of there with more money than I brought. By far the worst casino in nor cal. If you plan on going dont plan on bringing home any extra cash. Also its impossible to get something to drink there. They took out all there drink machines so you literally have to go stand in line at the bar for 20 minutes and you have to pay for your drinks, strongly recommend Rolling Hills over Win River

I went on a Monday; before going I did some research on how bad the smoke might be. I read that they installed the best ventilation system on the market. I was surprised how little the smell of smoke there was even though I could see people smoking. There was plenty of options to dine, parking was not a problem, and employees were cleaning tables as people were done eating. I am not really a gambling person but enjoyed the experience. It will only get better as construction is completely done. Overall it was a great experience for my wife and I! Finally, we enjoyed the banana split.

Room looks very nice but beds and pillows were so uncomfortable we couldnt sleep. Road was very noisy as well as the air conditioner was very loud. Weather was very hot so no ac was not an option.Would not stay there again especially for the price

I don’t gamble, but the bar was always fast with drinks. The comedy event was awesome and would go again. The food is mediocre, but the experience all around was fun. If the food was better, I’d give them a 5 star versus the many casinos I’ve been to for the events across the entire US.

They opened my packages without my consent. Absolutely unacceptable.There is terrible internet service. Barely usable speeds. I can barely load a video. Totally unusable. And there is No cell service in my room or in any of my co workers room! Ultimately we can’t use the internet for my work and I decided to move to Marriot after two days. Waste of time and money.No laundry service is offered and there is no microwave anywhere in the hotel wow!!. Hallways smell like cigarettes smoke. And the a/c inside the room doesn’t go below 65 degrees.The hotel plays music outside at the entrance in the loading area. You will hear this all night in bed.You will be tossing and turning in bed because of the music outside and the room is warm.You will be bored to death in your room because you will not have any internet on your phone.If you just want to rest after a long day of work..Stay away from this hotel !!It’s almost like they intentional block cell service and WiFi because they want you to come out of your room and spend money gambling. Such a shame if true. I don’t doubt it.

We went to eat at the restaurant! Great food, great service, great prices.It needs its own entrance so you dont have to wade through the cigarette smoke!

This experience has been better than previous experiences because Im actually using the hotel. Our air conditioning at home is out and a dear friend offered us a lovely room for 4 days. I will tell you the rooms are very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. Ive so enjoyed using the pool and if I wanted theres a gym with all the equipment a person needs thats modern. This has been a treat! Im not gambling because I have the worst luck here. Thats the only reason Ive not checked 5 stars.

Take the extra 40 minute drive and go to rolling hills . If you are going to just have fun that’s fine but, do not expect to win anything back at all . slots are so tight you won’t be in there long it’s a waste of time . might as well flush the money into the toilet and watch is spin round and round.

I absolutely adore every staff member and the place is always providing some kind of wonderful entertainment from comedy to dancing to food buffets to concerts and even drawings and SLOTS TABLE GAMES AND MUCH MORE. It literally is my favorite place to go. Id love for them to be closer to lake Blvd though lol

My mom and I came to the casino with my grandma. We live out of town and are from the Modesto area. My mom had went in there two days prior and we come today on a Monday and the security guards must have nothing better to do because one of them came up to my mom. My mom has an 18 year old Chihuahua and has a bag for him so she carries him on his shoulder.She showed the guards the service card and has all the paperwork. However the paperwork they needed was left at the house. They asked for a rabbie shot verification certificate. She told them we dont have it. I had asked if there was a way we could call the veterinarian office and have the paperwork faxed over. We were told it had to be an original copy and that it couldnt be faxed. My mom has brought her 18 year old dog many places without an issue. This place is hard pressed and uptight. Not dog friendly.

Im sure its a great place for some people and theres different things to do there at different times, like shows and combat sporting events but personally Ive never been big on gambling, watching my friends blow their money doesnt interest me either (might as well give it away, give to me even better) and unfortunately if honest Ill have to admit Ive gotten too old for the drinking and dancing part of my life, so all in all just not really for me but strangely, because of friends I find myself there atleast 4-5 times a year.

Stayed at the RV camping. All concrete. Sites are nice enough for short stays. Shade in the evening on some sites. You pull in and find an empty site. Then they have shuttles that can take you to front desk for check in. Site was $40 +tax and you can get free $15 slot play (thats was $15 x 2, wife and I). We both played for just an hour and we spent $30 of our own money but won it back. So you could say the RV spot was $10 if deduct the $30 slot play we got.I really wanted a coffee or pop and they dont have refreshment station. I didnt bother ordering anything.Theres big speed humps.... I wasnt a fan of these with the trailer.Added after the night stay: theres a train that blast its horn somewhere very close in the night.Each site seems to about 46-47 long. Were 45 connected and thats how we stayed the night. During our stay there were plenty of sites (only 3-4 taken) . I dont it would be a problem parking in spot next to you. Just ask.Someone mentioned this and it crossed our minds as well. The payouts were small. The casino has nice slot machines, very few 30 cent pulls . So expect to pay 50-75 cents a pull and theres some 40s.

Lots of games to choose from but, none of the casinos nowadays dont seem pay out like they use to. And theres not too many low betting machines anymore; most machines is .40 cents or higher. Most of the staff are friendly and are very helpful when asked. At times the wait staff can be a bit slower on getting a drink but, eventually they do come around occasionally to take orders or to receive your order. Most of the casinos seem to be a bit understaffed when it cones to slot machine technicians since they dont really seem to be prompt at answering a service call. It can take quite some time before they finally get to you. So, we all as patrons of casinos should keep these things all in mind and be patient with the employees. I never stayed here just played the very expensive slot machines the casino offers. There are no quarter slots. The majority of the slots are $5 a spin machines, and a few $3 a spin machines. You have to play progressive if you expect a chance to win a jackpot. Easily go through hundreds of dollars just to win anything if you are lucky. There is only one $2 dollar a spin slot in the non smoking area. The employees are very helpful and nice however! Just wish there were more quarter slots for those who cannot afford to flush down % bucks a pop to have a little fun!

Rooms are comfortable. Only complaint is the bathroom doors are super thick and very heavy. Casino is divided into 2 sections smoking and non-smoking. Machines in the Casino are fun and some have really big screens! Would totally recommend staying here if you have the chance.

The room was good and the food downstairs was wasnt anything to brag about, we didnt care for the atmosphere there. We heard there was people scanning cards, a lot of druggies, I was playing a machine and there was someone next to me with their chair turned towards me just staring at me like they wanted to Robb me.. it gave us the creeps we had to move around to get away from it..

It was fun a nice swimming pool computer room for a nice wide walk cemented walkway to see clear Creek its a beautiful place has RV parking its clean its pretty inexpensive and the whole family can go its not just for the adults Im sure the new one is going to be even better but it wont be unclear Creek which is a shame I give win river 3.5 to a 4.0 stars out of 5

Loved staying here! There were some loud people across from us and I was concerned that they would keep us up all night, but once in our room it was quite! The room is small, but the bed was super comfy and the room and bathroom were beautiful! I will stay here again if in the area.

Great time. The staff and employees are all exceptional. My friend won a Jackpot worth almost $17,000. playing small denomination slots. That whole process was an unforgettable experience! I wish them the same luck each time they visit!!

Came here for the fights but after seeing the Military Monday promotion I will have to stop on by and have a fun Monday night. Event center was packed! Primal Fighting Championship put on a great show!

This place is dark and dirty.They have the machines set to theyre pockets. Its not even fun. Just keep driving dont stop its a waste of time and money 💰

Not like casinos in Vegas or reno but a nice casino

The day shift people were great, from the young blonde girl who helped us at the door to the front desk woman who was real friendly and joked with us. However the late night shift was completely different. The old fat man at the front desk wasnt friendly and acted like we were bothering him when we asked where could we get something to eat. The other old guy at the front desk was sitting there asleep. We went to the late night grill, service was super slow, the place was filthy. There were food boxes on the tables, chairs and the floor. The tables were dirty and sticky, no one was cleaning them. I asked the lady who was sweeping if she would clean our table cuz she had a towel in her hand. She said she would but it wasnt her job.

Always have games to play but not that great of service. I always have to refill my own drink. I got kicked off property because my dog was sitting with me in the truck. They said dogs arent allowed. Another time I saw security approach another man with his dog, asking him to put the dog on a leash. My boyfriend has been kicked out forever. I am an attractive woman so when he is with me they let him stay. They are not consistent with regulations.
