Knowledgeable, prices are, indeed, pay less. Their inventory is insane! They have it all. The guy behind the counter, emotionless, had no sense of humor Im aware of, but, he is knowledgeable. And again, think inventory! The place is ridiculous! I am still partial to Happy Cloud Smoke Shop, which is very close by to this one.

This place is amazing. A lady recently left a bad review I was there she was calling the gentleman a F ING idiot for being out of product on something that happens from time to time, I would recommend this shop to everyone, the owner is very professional and polite to everyone

Ive been to plenty of smoke shops but this one is hands down the best smoke shop in all in all of Shasta county. All of their staff members are very knowledgeable on all the items they sell in their store. They take the time to answer any questions with facts. In other words, they put everything in Laymans terms. If youre from Shasta county, or even if youre visiting from out of town this place is a must visit for all your smoking needs. Its an all around a great place for value, quality, and selection.

Excellent, newly opened tobacco store. It quickly became my first choice shop in the Redding area. Excellent selection, neatly displayed, and prices outperform the competition throughout all areas of inventory. I especially commend the excellent service I’ve experienced on every visit. The employees are friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable.

I have been to a lot of smoke shops in the Redding area and it seems the more they pop up the higher priced they are. I must say this is my #1. I will be getting all my smoking accessories from Payless for sure! The owner greets you when you walk in and is happy to help you find what your looking for. Very clean and organized place, there is a variety of stuff that you don’t see at all the other smoke shops in town. The prices are great and he is also willing to wheel and deal. I will happily be sending all my friends his way. Just all around great experience and I left happy with my new toys and it didn’t break the bank!

Excellent service and products at the best price you will ever find. My fiance, our son and myself grew to really enjoy going into the store when he was located here in McKinleyville, CA, the owner is one of the most honest, kind hearted human beings you will ever come across. We miss being able to just walk to his shop in a matter of a short walk around the corner but you better believe whenever we are in the Redding area, you will see us in this shop.

This is the only cigarette store that I buy my cigarettes at. Their prices are the cheapest in Redding CA and I have checked just about every cigarette store here. The owners that also work there have excellent customer service skills as well and as a consumer and customer that is very important I believe.

I started shopping at payless cigarettes in Humboldt county. Cameron moved to redding awhile back and opened 2 more stores there. I frequent redding about 2xs a month and will never go anywhere else, he backs his products and always has the best prices. Went to get a carton of cigarettes and ended up paying more there then at my normal place even with an $8 off coupon my partner cigarettes came to 80 something dollars when the guy told me they were cheaper than anywhere else and would beat the price of my other store it was a joke wont be going there again I would have paid less buying 10 packs of cigarettes on their own with a $4 off coupon then I did buying a carton with an $8 off coupon doesnt make any sense to me whatsoever as I said I will not return
