Elite Skin Rejuvenation Day Spa

This place has gone down hill. I went in for a 130 dollar facial for 70 minutes. The overhead light was blaring at full brightness in the room. I asked her to turn them down, and she barely did so. She was constantly sniffling and banging doors around. Massage was a 1/10, minimal product used, and I went home and washed my face. They asked me to pay in advance, because the front desk girl was leaving. I tipped 15%, but it would have been zero had I payed after the treatment. She left the room for 10 minutes telling me to relax. When you pay 130 plus tip, you expect services. I could have relaxed at home with the lights off for free. They promised a mimosa as they were running 15 minutes behind. Waited 15min to get it, but could only take a sip as we got started. No neck wrap either. I called the owner and she said she would talk to her. I dont care if she talks to her, I want my money back. She said she would give me 30%, but nothing as of yet. I will never go back there. You can’t run that place on auto pilot, or your quality tanks. I left aggravated and it was not the 70 minutes I expected.

I’m not normally one to write reviews but this experience is one that I will never forget. If zero stars were possible that is what I would rate my encounter at Elite Spa. My mother was in town visiting so I took the day off from work so we could get our nails done together and then do some Christmas shopping for my kids while they were in school. My mother called to book the appointments the day prior, mind you neither of us have ever been to the Spa but both received gift certificates there. My mom booked a gel pedicure and a dip manicure for myself then a gel pedicure and a full set for herself. We both received a text message reminding us about our appointments the morning of. When we arrived at the spa we were both taken separately. The lady took my mom for her pedicure then shortly after another lady came in and took me for my manicure. My manicure was far from enjoyable! I was burned numerous times, my nails are lumpy and the top coat is already peeling off and the corners are chipping hardly 48 hours later. After being burned and bleeding due to the nail technician over filling and not having the proper experience with the electric powered dremel… she finally says to me “oh sorry Mammi I’m making nails”MAKING NAILS!?!? There was nothing wrong with my nails aside from maybe being shorter than what she is used to working with.Once my manicure was done and she was cleaning up I just sat in the chair waiting for her to direct me over for my pedicure that was booked. I finally spoke up and told her that I had a pedicure booked as well because it did not seem like that was on her agenda. My technician as well as the other technician that was working on my mother’s nails both looked at each other confused. They both went to the front desk to find out what was going on. Apparently the lady that booked the appointments in the system when my mom called to make them put me in for a gel manicure as well as a dip manicure… yep, 2 manicures booked for one client! Then the kicker, my nail technician does not do pedicures! The spa also had a party of 4 coming in for pedicures so they did not physically have enough hands to do my pedicure. After the botched manicure that I received I was honestly all set with letting anyone touch my feet also the manicure took over an hour and a half so there was no know how long a pedicure would have taken. The owner was informed of the incident and offered for me to come back the following day for a discount. I would not go back there even if the service was free! I work full time and have 2 children that I can not just leave to go spend hours at the spa attempting to pamper myself.I’m not going to even dive into lack of professionalism going on but maybe the owner should have a policy for her employees to not be video chatting while they have a client right in front of them.Yes I did tip my nail technician, did she deserve it no but no one should work for free… we all have mouths to feed and bills to pay.Sadly I still have $300 worth of gift certificates that I myself will NOT be using and I would never recommend a friend there after the experience I had. I am happy for those who have found the gems that work at Elite Spa and are pleased with their services… but I will have to pass.

Enjoyed my 60 minute aromatherapy massage. Could have been more aroma, I like when they offer choices.(which they don’t)Rochelle did an excellent job with the massage. She was courteous, and took my lead on when I wished to talk or have quiet.Comfortable room and nice sound system, great old house, and beautiful setting.

Used to love this place but it has gone down hill.Both staff looked like they just rolled out of bed. No bedside manor at all. Had to ask to dim the light while getting a facial like really I had to ask! Sheets felt damp and ickey. Had and email to get 10% off for my birthday....but couldnt use it because it wasnt within the week of my birthday....but did not say that anywhere in the email at all. All in all probably wont be going back. Oh and no mimosa either. Like I said I used to love this place but not anymore. :(

Almost 2 months ago, I received an email asking to review but if it was not a good experience to email the owner directly. Below is the email however, I didn’t not receive a response. So, I will add my review here.- I received the email regarding rating my services at Elite. My husband and I went in for a couples massage on 2/8. While he enjoyed his, mine was THE worst massage I’ve ever experienced. I had the girl of Asian descent. To start, she was so rough and hard while only warming my muscles. I was being pushed around. I had to ask her to go a little easier thinking it should be relaxing and not being tense waiting for the next point of contact. From there on out, there was absolutely no technique. There was no massage. I felt like she just used a whole bottle of oil and gave me a rub down. While being oiled up, her movements were short and stiff, not flowing and relaxing. When I left, I was covered in thick layer of oil. It took me 3-4time washing it out of my hair and off of my body.I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk who said you had just left but would call you right away so I should expect a phone call. No call. I tried calling a few times on Saturday to book a pedi with some girls who have gift cards, there was no answer throughout the day.I am extremely disappointed. I have had massages from many places including outside of the U.S. and this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I been going to Elite for years. Have had numerous services including- pedicures, manicures, facials, and quite a few massages. I did not want to give a bad rating since I have been a longtime loyal customer. I am hoping you can do something to rectify this so that I do not have to go looking for a new spa for my services.

I have gone to Elite Day Spa many times. I have given it a 5-star review in the PAST! But TODAY I am only giving a 2-star review!Many things have changed. The $23 manicure I got last year is now $33! I did not get a neck wrap! I got water instead of wine! There were no baked goods on the table ... only crackers and trail mix!

I’ve had the best massage I’ve ever had the other day with Stella and I probably had over 50 massages. Thank you Stella! You are amazing!

L-O-V-E Elite from head to toe this professional serene setting will make you come back for more. They offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks. Their services are all top notch . I tried a lash and brow tint today and wow . Samantha was perfect I felt like I had known her for years. She was so knowledgeable and gentle . My go to for nails has always been Dianna. There is nothing better than walking into an appointment and feeling like you have known all the staff for years. If you ever need a place for a spa day this is the place for you ! Dis I mention that the staff love dogs ? All 3 of mine were greater with fresh water and lots of pets! They also have the most adorable office dogs iv ever seen named Teddy and he got along with all of my Shepard breed dogs . I cant thank them enough for how good I feel when I leave this place :)

I got acrylics done by Jasmine and they are the best nails i have EVER gotten. she took her time in making sure they looked perfect throughout the entire process and was very gentle. She was extremely kind as well. It’s been 3 weeks and my nails are still in perfect condition on all my fingers. will never go to anyone else!

My mother had the worst experience here recently. When she got there the receptionist asked if she wanted a hot towel and a drink. My mom said sure and was never brought anything. The lady doing her nails didn’t trim or push back the cuticles. Did the massage after the nails were painted. Her toe nails had corners not painted and paint left on her toes. The lady kept gloating saying how she’s did such a wonderful job! It looked like a five year old had painted her toes and finger nails. Will no longer be retuning. Sent an email to the owner with pictures and asked for a refund and never heard back.

Me my husband just had a couple massages. We had a relaxing well deservemassage. Would highly recommend to have Kendra and Rochelle. They did a wonderful job. Will be returning and asking for them.

Lin Lin was amazing!! I had the Hot Stone massage and she focused on my neck and shoulder area as that’s where I carry all my stress. I highly recommend booking with her if you’re in need of some stress relief!!

I attempted to contact the spa twice via email and they couldn’t be bothered to respond so I figured I would share my experience here. I had a medicated clearing facial with Kendra, who was clearly ill and should have stayed home/cancelled our appointment. She spent most of the session talking about her relationship problems which made it very unenjoyable for me. I was basically held hostage for an hour providing free therapy. She also felt the need to ask me what the most horrific call I’ve ever taken as a 911 dispatcher was. Yes I would love to talk about my deepest traumas during my relaxing facial, said no one ever. This was my first facial ever and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed.

Whenever I visit family, we try to schedule a spa treatment. Beautiful place and refreshing! From Ohio, so if I was closer I would go more often!

I have been an ongoing client at Elite day spa for several years and always find everyone to be pleasant and professional. Once you walk in the door, they try to make you feel at home and comfortable...to thoroughly enjoy your time to relax. This past occasion, I was able to get a last minute appointment with Stella and it was the absolute best massage I think Ive ever had! I get massages monthly so for me to say this is a big deal! You wont be disappointed with the atmosphere & quality of service when visiting Elite Day Spa. I highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my pedicure with Sabrina. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! It was by far the best experience I’ve had at any salon. I will be booking more often here! I also get massages. I will book one soon, they have great body work too! All around, a very pleasant experience 👏👏👏

I am usually very understanding when it comes to people being behind, but I recently had a very bad experience here. I booked a facial, but when I arrived on time, she made me wait 30 minutes before she was ready. Furthermore, when I laid down, she kept exiting the room because she had forgotten something and spent minimal time actually doing anything to my face. After 45 minutes, she told me we were done and I paid a total (with tip) of $125. My facial usually last 75 minutes at least and for that price I absolutely got ripped off by her. Im not sure if it was because I was young, but it was unprofessional, a waste of my time, and certainly a waste of my money that I work hard for as a college student.

I had a bad experience which I had emailed about. I had passed the worker at a store. She instantly taunted me regarding it. Would of loved to continue coming but no client wants to feel uncomfortable attending.

Whoever works the front desk seriously needs to work on their customer service skills. If you’re using a rude and demeaning tone then hanging up on a customer that wants to make an appointment I can only imagine the poor quality of service.

The following is what I sent to the staff after my experience today.“ I believe I need to start by stating, the last time I came my massage was cut short by 30 min. So you guys did give me a free 30 min for today. However. My massage was still cut short. This time by ten minutes. For once though I was happy. I try not to be very picky. But I went into this hoping for redemption. I’m not sure if my masseuse was new or not, but her technique was nothing like I have ever experienced before. Somehow I felt rushed. And I was there to relax. As a mom who takes on 95% of baby, pet and home responsibilities, I rarely get to pee alone. So 90 minutes to relax! Wow was I excited!! 20 minutes in I was thinking of how to get out of the remaining 70 minutes. The movements were very fast paced, and half a**ed. She did the same movements over and over and over for 40 min. And none of them felt good. When she massaged my feet the sheet kept getting between my skin and hers and it hurt, I moved my foot every which way to show that she should move it, it remained through the whole section of the massage. I must have ended up with 1/3 a bottle of lotion in my hair. The “neck massage” was painful yet not working my knots. And at the end. The rushed head massage left me with a headache. I’m sorry to be this person I’m just truly angry my time and money went to that. ” for the service I gave one star. Here, I am giving three, since it is not the whole staff’s issue that I had a bad experience. But to have two bad experiences, clearly they aren’t training who they hire well.

I have been a customer at Elite Spa many times. It’s always been a wonderful and relaxing experience. This year has been a challenging time for me as well as my husband this year. Hopefully, I will get back there again soon. I can’t wait.

My massage at Elite was excellent! The staff are friendly and courteous and the spa itself is very inviting. I really like the rural and spacious location. My masseuse was expert and I plan to schedule my next appointment soon!

I have been going to Elite Skin Rejuvenation Day Spa for more than 10 years now. I am always very pleased with the service. I have been going to Lin now for 2+ years and she is the BEST! Highly recommend Elite Skin Rejuvenation Day Spa.

Their advertised pricing is different from what they charge and they do not honor their advertised price! Their customer service is disappointing, (owner and staff) not only did they refuse to honor pricing but they seemed annoyed I had even said anything about it. They blamed the website saying it needs updating and theyre using a new company.. regardless I still booked for that time and price. I went to treat myself for my birthday and left super disappointed, more so after speaking with the owner.The location is beautiful and inside is clean. Massage was okay but she used alot of short motions which isnt too relaxing. Customer service totally ruined my experience.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Beautiful spa! The ambience of this location is exactly what you want for a self-care type of day. The staff is always so amazing. I got a Volcano Spa Pedicure and it was so incredible! Exactly the reboot my feet needed this winter. Shay was amazing, sweet & personal. We had some great conversations and she made sure I was always comfortable and enjoying my time there. Much love!

I had the pleasure of visiting Elite last night ( I go evry 4-6 weeks), and I was very pleased by the experience. The atmosphere is calming and serene, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cat and Sabrina are both highly skilled pedicurists, and they take the time to make sure that you are completely relaxed and comfortable.The farm setting is absolutely beautiful, and it was so peaceful to be surrounded by nature while I was getting my pedicure.I would highly recommend Cat or Sabrina to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and pampering experience. You wont be disappointed!

Ive been looking for a place that can tend to my sensitive skin. My face has been screaming for a facial and I was lucky enough to find this gem and Karli who didnt treat me any different than someone without a skin condition which is very rare to find. Ive already booked my next appointment. The place is so welcoming. The atmosphere is so relaxing and everyone I dealt with today was so pleasant and approachable. I have been going to Elite Skin Day Spa for years. All of the treatments I have tried are wonderful. The staff is so welcoming when you walk in, and you feel like you are waiting in a comfortable living room. They offer snacks and drinks as well as a warm neck roll. Go in for a pedicure, facial, massage or laser treatment and you will love the results.

Excellent deep tissue massages! I go to Lin and she puts her all into it! I leave standing up straight, feeling relaxed, and knowing this is exactly what my muscles needfor great self care. Love the setting too, onside and out. Thank you Lin and Wendy

Just had a couples massage with my husband and left disappointed. Came here years ago & loved it so I was surprised at the change- our massages were very rushed and not the full hour (it was actually about 40 min). My husband said his was super quick motions, zero pressure & not relaxing at all. Mine was a bit better in comparison but I got the same feeling of being rushed. When I got up at the end and looked at the time I was pretty disappointed. When we were checking out we could hear the employees complaining about having to cover because someone left? It made sense because we were waiting on the couch for a while and then both masseurs practically ran past us calling our names without stopping. Just seems different from what I remember years ago.

My couples message was absolutely amazing! My husband and I left feeling brand new. Completely started our weekend off on a good foot and felt so relaxed after. My sciatica back pain was barely bothering me the next day which is super unlike my body! I will BE back for another message soon!

Wonderful place to relax. Always though Elite Spa was probably too expensive for me, but I was wrong! I was looking for a new massage therapist and saw their ad on Facebook & looked a little further into it. I inquired and someone called me back the next day. I made a therapeutic massage appointment with Stella for the next day. I couldnt wait! I had been in bad shape with chronic pain for 3 months with muscle spasms & joint pain 😫.Unfortunately , i.didnt know the treatment rooms were on the second floor., but I made it up the stairs. I worried if I could get back down though? Stella was very pleasant & professional. Her massage was WONDERFUL!! She must have realized I needed quiet time bc she was not chit-chatty except when spoken to.Cant wait until I can book my next massage with Stella. I also found out they have a treatment room on the first floor.Definitely worth a try. Ask for Stella!

A favorite of my wife for her spa days. From what she says its the best place for a relaxing day off. Prices are fair, and there are online appointment bookings which makes everything pretty simple. Give it a try if you feel you need a rest from the daily hustle and bustle of life.

Enjoyed a wonderful spa day here. I had a facial, massage, reflexology treatment and a pedicure. Each person was lovely and provided an amazing treatment. Love the warmth and coziness here. Most importantly everyone is kind and helpful and everyone room is nice and clean.

Heat wrap, cheese crackers while you wait. Beautiful serene surroundings too! My massage girl was REALLY good used heated hand and feet wraps, and the oil was like no other Ive experienced.

Maritza did an amazing job for my mani/pedi. The crew is so friendly and helped picking out the perfect color. Highly recommend booking with her. The massage therapists are great too. Elite is the place to go!

I love coming to Elite for massages, they are always phenomenal and I always recommend them to others who are looking for an amazing massage.However, I will absolutely not recommend this place for a manicure anytime soon. My boyfriend and I got our nails done after our massages as a spa retreat for my birthday. The girl that did ours was not friendly at all, made us feel out of place, cut up the skin around our nails hurting us, rushed through the manicure and painted mine very sloppily.This place is pricey and we don’t mind paying the prices for the services, but we were hoping the manicures would have been as amazing as the massages are and ended up disappointed in that service.

This spa is my favorite, I will drive 30 minutes past all other spas to do my waxes, pedis, facials and massages here. I love the staff, that is what always brings me back. I always leave here feeling relaxed no matter what my appointment is for. Yes even the Brazilians.

I have yet to get a bad massage at Elite. All of the massage therapists are great but, I’ve been booking with Lynn lately. I also love the location of the spa. It’s on a beautiful farm in Rehoboth far from main roads so you cannot hear traffic. I highly recommend the the infrared sauna and the Himalayan salt rooms. Either one is a great way to relax before a massage.

I have gone to this spa many times over the years and it is always a lovely experience. The atmosphere inside is cozy and warm, the setting on the farm feels so tranquil, and the staff is always so personable and professional. The services Ive had here include facials, massages, pedicures, and manicures but most of these were a few years ago. I moved out of state for a while but recently moved back and was eager to find a good excuse to come here again. My Mom came to visit and I brought her for manicures to celebrate her birthday. We got regular (not gel) manicures and the technicians were so diligent and detailed in their work that they lasted almost 2 weeks! Ive never had a regular manicure last that long - I was very pleased! Take some time for yourself and treat yourself or someone you love to a treatment here - you definitely wont regret it!

Lin is the best….. she understands my back and neck issues and is extremely thorough. I leave feeling like a new person!

I have not had a chance to be a customer here but let me say if I was ever in this area I would never think to go to this place. Today I called this facility around 3pm to get the massage therapist name and license number to get reimbursed from a health insurance. The lady hung up on the insurance representative and then told her she didn’t have time to talk to her. When she asked for the office manager she said she not her and won’t be here. They are over the top rude and disrespectful. I hope the office manager see this review. This is bad business.

I’ve been coming here for 15 years and I am never going back after my last experience.This place has gone downhill, totally unprofessional and unsanitary.The manager/owner will not return my phone calls or emails, I have emailed 3 different email addresses, including her personal email. But she has responded to my review on google.. and then when I call her, she has the receptionist say she is away and not taking calls.I am seeing a lot of reviews with the same complaint that she won’t reach out to the customers who have had issues… just reading others reviews on google I am seeing some of the same problems that I had with service and professionalism while at the spa. The owner will not take accountability or do something as simple as have a conversation or return a phone call… she will certainly take your money though!It’s too bad that they switched hands and kept the same business name because this is NOT the elite spa that I knew.Bad vibes all around.

Went in for my first ever pedicure. Was a bit apprehensive prior to it as it was a joint appointment with my mom so I was expecting things to be more like the type of thing you see in movies. Toes separated by those silly pink foam things, gossip, female audience focused television. But instead as soon as I got into the waiting area I felt relaxed and calm by the meditation music, once in the actual chair oh I was having a ball. The hot foot water equipped with jets and the massage chair were both very pleasant. The raspberry and pomegranate scrub smelt heavenly. But by far best part of the experience was the staff member I had. Kat P, she was so good at her job that I now believe in the art of pedicures for men. Next time I need my calluses scraped, buffed, and rubbed with raspberry pomegranate scrubbing salts I’m asking for her. 💯 out of 💯 I recommend this business for local pedicures.

Tried to talk to the owner but she refused to call me! I would not recommend! Looks can be deceiving

I’ve gone here a few times for facials and massages and they’ve been great & professional. I went today for a mani/pedi and it was the most unprofessional and incorrectly done nail experience I’ve ever had. My big toe is completely messed up, and I got tips on my nails for a dip manicure. They were put on completely incorrect, are all filed unevenly and are sticking upwards where you can see my under nail. Not only did this happen, but the organization is a mess. They can’t find any of the nail polishes, nothing is labeled and the nail tech cut me twice and had her phone ringer on, and hopped on a call for 5-7 minutes while doing my nails. This mani pedi took almost 3 hours. Completely booked up back to back and all the girls could do was complain to each other and talk about going home. Highly unprofessional experience, and if you’re looking to relax this is not the place to go. I will not be returning.

I had a gift certificate through my employers thrive account thru spa finder and Elite spa came up as an option near me. I booked a therapeutic massage and I enjoyed it so much I booked a second a month later. As good as the first was the second was even better. Both masseurs were good but the second really did a terrific job. I may be biased as I was a little achy and tight going in so I told the masseur of the areas and she concentrated on those areas first.I felt incredible by the end of the season.They start you off on a darkened room with tranquil music and you disrobe to your comfort level. Then you get under some warm heavy sheets and blankets. The masseur comes in when youre ready and then the magic begins.If youve been ever had a massage I recommend trying it at least once and if youve had one before Elite spa and their knowledgeable staff will be a valid option for your massage needs.

I love this spa, I have been coming here for many years. Very relaxing and all the technicians are very friendly.Last week I came in for a facial....Kendra was my esthetician and I have to say the visit was great. Kendra did an outstanding job, my skin was glowing and felt so soft. It was extremely relaxing and enjoyable.....Im thinking I will be back to see Kendra in the near future. Highly recommend!!!

I had the most incredible facial this past week with Jackie. I’ve been coming to Elite for years, and this is by far the best facial I’ve ever had. Jackie was so kind, thorough, and left my skin looking absolutely radiant. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Does anyone know what frozen shoulder is...Started 2 years ago. Ive been to Multiple specialist, acupuncturists, Physical therapists, Dry Needling and more. Zero to limited results.Frozen shoulder is extreme disruption of life.Well, I dont have frozen shoulder any long because Jian-lin, my Elite Spa Masseuse worked the muscle over 5-6 visits resulting in freeing me of the pain.I can now, move my shoulder, exercise my shoulder and Kayak free of pain.THANK YOU Jian-Lin, I am overjoyed that you miraculously FIXED my shoulder.Jian-Lin, YOU ARE AMAZING - When no one else could, you did it.Thank you, Thank You, Thank you

Karli did a great job with my signature facial. She was very friendly. Love that this spa is on a farm. The only thing that I think the Spa could approve on is their limited parking.

I saw some reviews about Elite Skin Rejuvenation. Wanted to try somewhere new I dont go often but Ive been to a few places. Honestly this was my best experience yet . I made an appt for a pedicure, and attended my first visit with them. It was a very welcoming visit. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. The service was amazing. The massage chair felt great. Jessica is who worked on my nails and did an amazing job. Very social as well. I had a wonderful first experience. Look forward to another visit with them. Thank you again.

I was in desperate need of some me time and was told about this place and omg it is a vibe. So soothing with the relaxing music throughout all rooms and great custom service they greet you and make you feel important. I had a 1 hr massage and pedi and the bed alone you lay on is super comfy, my masseuse Jian-lin catered to all my needs and cared about making sure sure applied the right pressure and not to much and my esthetician made my feet look like bran new & was very pleasant! Overall great experience I will be going back!!!

When I had my appointment I was coming in to have my nails and toes done.My girl I had was great and she did a really great job I know I should go again soon but it is hard for me since I am handicapped I was able to get into the spa without any problems

Had a deep tissue massage with Jennifer that really helped with my issues. She is great at her craft! The salon staff are very friendly, Rebecca in the front answered all my questions. The salon is clean, relaxing and inviting. I look forward to my next appointment!

This is my go to spa when I’m looking for a treatment or mani/pedi or whatever! As soon as you see the house you will be charmed as it’s located off the beaten path amongst farmland. It’s very Victorian inside with a lovely waiting area. The technicians are very friendly and professional. I have never been disappointed 😊

I had been experiencing extreme pain and discomfort in my right shoulder and neck for weeks before booking a 60 Minute CBD Aches and Pains Massage with Jian-Lin. She was amazing, she focused on the problem area until she was satisfied that I would feel better and she was right! I am less than 24 hours out from my appointment and there is absolutely no more pain! I will be coming back to see Jian-Lin regularly now!

I have been visiting this spa for almost 14 years. It has transformed and grown over the years to provide even more offerings. You’ll find it on a quiet farm seemingly far from other civilization. This is the exact type of location where a spa can thrive and provide ultimate relaxation. The staff is absolutely fantastic, the services are eclectic (something for everyone) and the prices are very reasonable. I can’t say enough. There’s a reason I keep coming back.

This place was beyond our expectations!!!! It was a magical experience from the moment we entered the door. The front desk girl-i would give her 10stars if i could. Super friendly, accommodating and beyond. Gave me a tour of the place, joked with us, brought drinks made us feel very welcome. We got couples massage and the massuess were great too. For me it was the best massage experience i ever had. Too bad i did not capture everyones name but the place is awesome-super clean and well decorated. We had the earlier portion of my Bachelorette party here. We all had a wonderful time. They had snacks and sangria for us, the services were amazing and the staff was friendly and personable. They also had a cute (hypoallergenic) puppy running around and let our dogs run around in the back. We will be back again! Thank you! :)

This is my go-to relaxation spot any time of year! They always take great care of you from the moment you step in the door. The menu includes such a variety of services including some that I seldom see elsewhere (ayurvedic and reiki treatments, to name a few). The staff is warm and inviting, and the setting is beyond serene. I always feel like Ive gone to another world (in a good way!)

We woke up this Sunday morning, my wife’s birthday… To a phone call at 7:30am from Elite day spa confirming our appointment. Yea, it was early but luckily we have a three-month-old child, so we were almost up already. As we prepared our child to get dropped off at the babysitter, rushing around, excited to go get a couples massage and get out of the house for an hour or two for the first time in a long time, about two minutes before leaving the house we received another phone call from elite Day spa. Instead of shoveling Snow out of their driveways the night before, like I did in preparation for our a relaxing massage.. The employees of elite day waited until the last minute, and we got some excuse that one of the employees husbands slipped and hurt himself and needed to be rushed to the hospital. Evidently our technician was the person who needed to rush her husband, instead of calling an ambulance which would’ve had the right of way, and would’ve gotten her husband to the hospital a lot sooner and a more professional fashion. The woman on the phone didn’t give us an option to push the appointment for an hour or two, she told us we could do one massage… And give other services. Elite day spa is extremely unprofessional, they do not take their customers seriously, they take them for granted. This year they’ve increased their prices, which were already very expensive, and now they’re taking advantage of their customers. I own a business, my wife works extremely hard. I have heard every excuse in the book from employees. This was just some nonsense lie that we were told because their employees would not have been on time. It’s really unfortunate, but I would never go to this day spa ever if I was spending money. I hope this helps somebody in the future. To be completely honest, my wife does not even want to go to this day spa now. What a waste of time and money.

I love the calm, peaceful and warm farm house setting. Inside smells wonderful, and the facilities are clean and comfortable, the staff welcoming, and the services spot on.

Natasha was great with my 60 min Swedish. Rebecca also took great care of me, making an extra effort to fit me in on a last minute appointment. Everyone at Elite is always accommodating and kind, makes for a great environment in a spa.

Ive been here many times. Today I had the LMT, Katie. She was very good. Knowledgeable, passionate, and listened to my body. The room is always cozy. I like their decor. You are offered a drink and a heated neck wrap when u wait for the treatment. Im thankful that I had a good experience.

A friend recommended this place to me. I was very happy with the Gel spa pedicure. They really pay attention to detail & take there time. The whole place had a very serene feel.The whole facility was very clean. They offered us cranberry mimosas when we first arrived and they were delicious!

Elite is a very relaxing place to get a massage, pedicure, facial, or any of the other services they provide. You are treated as if you are special from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Nice atmosphere.

I had an appointment last Friday for a 1 hr cupping massage and ultrasonic anti aging facial. This was my first experience trying a cupping massage. I have a chronic inflammatory condition and suffer from lower back/hip pain flare ups. Let me tell you, cupping was like NOTHING Ive ever experienced before. You actually feel the tight muscles release. I was so impressed with Elizabeth and know I will be returning. My anti-aging facial with Katie was also extremely relaxing. My skin felt so hydrated and soft even in the dead of winter (and during a snow storm). Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful experience! I had two treatments and it made my whole week. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and its a lovely, quiet, peaceful environment. Definitely would recommend. Do yourself a favor and try it, the prices are reasonable for the quality of the pampering!

The person who runs this spa and lives at the address is a rude, lying and mean human being. They attack people they dont perfectly agree with them and lie about orders delivered to their address to descredit honest hard work working delivery people and to get deliveries for free. Extremely despicable behavior and sorry for anyone who goes to this spa, honestly cant understand how they would get cleared by the dept of health, please be aware of going here

I received a gift card and booked an 80 minute massage. The atmosphere is excellent and the waiting area was great but the time it took for the whole process of waiting for the masseuse, massage and checking out was 2.5 hours. The massage was good but Im not used to having to wait that long and didnt really care for that.

Recently visited Elite for a Swedish Massage and as always I left feeling perfectly relaxed. Such a great friendly and professional staff. I was also surprised at the beautiful updates and renovations completed. The place looks beautiful. Ill be returning!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received last Friday.I scheduled an Ultimate Facial for 3pm on the online booking system several weeks ago. When you book this service, it shows up as a 90 minute time block. I arrived at Elite Spa at 3:02pm. I sat in the waiting area for about one minute and was not offered a beverage or a neck wrap. The staff member doing my facial came and greeted me and led me to a room upstairs. I disrobed and waited for her to come into the room again, which she did likely around 3:08pm. I did get a nice foot and upper body massage, and the facial service was good, but I thought it felt very short when shetold me the service was done and I should get dressed and meet her downstairs. I rested for a minute or two and proceeded to check the time on my phone and was surprised to see that it was 3:48pm. So, I only received services for 40 minutes when I typically have received them for at least 70 minutes.When I made my way downstairs, I asked the staff person if the service was supposed to be 90 minutes, and she indicated that she had another facial booked back to back, and that she just ended 10 minutes early. I indicated that I only got 40 minutes of services, asked for a discount, and she told the staff person at the front desk that I wanted a discount. The staff person said that they typically book the service for 60-75 minutes to include arrival time and going to and from the room. This is untrue because I just checked the online booking system and it says 90 minutes. The person who did the facial told her I did all of the steps of the facial. The woman at the front desk said that she didnt have the authority to give me a discount, and the person who does wasnt there and hadnt been answering her calls all day. She took down my number and indicated that someone would be calling me, but likely only after the weekend. I was extremely disappointed, and paid the full amount minus a 10% discount I was emailed for my birthday and I tipped the staff member $10 (which I now realize I shouldnt have).What I described in the last two paragraphs is completely unacceptable. If I am paying $90 for a service, 20 minutes less is a substantial cut in the service. Though the staff member seemed to go through the process of the full facial, obviously everything was shorter and I was still expected to pay the same price. Also, the fact that no one there could offer me a discount and that the person who can wasnt picking up calls all day is ridiculous and extremely poor customer service. That person still has not contacted me after I emailed her immediately after the service explaining what happened and asking for a refund.My sister and I have been customers of Elite for several years, and I have gotten many Ultimate facials done there. I actually dont even live in MA, but I go get a facial when Im visiting my family in Rehoboth and Seekonk. I wanted to get this facial as a treat for my birthday and instead, it was a negative and disappointing experience, and I had to pay more than I should have paid. I do not want to pay for services at an institution that supposedly focuses on wellness but then treats its customers poorly. I used to look forward to going to Elite, but will have to take my business elsewhere.

I had a $75 signature facial which lasted 50 minutes. There was no water, steamer, bolster or magnifying light in the room. In fact I thought I walked into dirty room because the table wasnt even made. I thought for certain it was a mistake I was led into a room that was just used. Most of the session was hands off. I dont know what she was doing but it certainly wasnt my facial. I wonder if the manager ever received a facial by her before hiring her. When checking out the desk person did the ultimate blunder asking me if I wanted to put a tip on the credit card. Ive worked in a spa for 11 years. and gratuities are not mandatory, but complimentary.Ive been getting facials for so many years and I think this had to be the worse. Shame on the owner for allowing such sloppy work in her beautiful spa.

I got a gift card for my birthday from my boyfriend. Every birthday since i take a vacation from work, now i have a tradition where i start my vacation week off with spending a day at the Elite Spa. This place is so comfortable and relaxing the workers are so friendly and kind. They even take the time to get to know there clients. I would recommend this spa to anyone for any type of service there is a big list to choose from.

TERRIBLE. Paid for a 60 minute massage and got a 34 minute massage. The people who did the massage claimed it was 60 minutes even when we had a photo proof that it was only 34 minutes. I DO NOT recommend.
