This location is very busy. I had to book an appointment the day before. Later I realized I had another obligation I needed to keep so I rescheduled the appointment for the next day. They charged me 50% fee even though they are going to book my appointment time for another person and they would not refund me if they use my original appointment time for another customer. This feels like a scam.I have no problem paying if I am not there however if another person takes my place they are getting paid twice.
Tried to schedule appointment, they legit hung up on me.Then called back and they did not have any appointments after going day by day for an entire month. Horrible customer service. Couldnt find the next appointment but needed what date specifically and then went 16th? 17th? 18th? and ultimately they had zero appointments for the entire month... why not say that ? why waste both our time going day by day to ultimately have no appointments.
Dont use them very stark and uninviting. You can never get an appointment when you need one.
I got my first chemical peel done last weekend and had the best experience: Candice did an amazing job. She talked me through the entire process and gave excellent follow up care instructions. She was professional and very knowledgeable with skin care: i highly recommend
I’ve had my appointments cancelled more than have been been kept in the last 8 months. The worst part is I get a day notification even though the masseuse has been gone for weeks to a month. This has happened REPEATEDLY. Then, they can’t book me for another 8 weeks! So now I keep accumulating massages I’ve paid for that I can’t get. I would have cancelled my membership, which I’ve had for 8 or more years, but that requires a manager. So I’ll be taking another trip down there to get that taken care of. This place has had its ups and downs, but I can no longer keep paying for a service that I can’t receive regularly. They could care less and my massages have been cancelled because they cannot keep staff. If they treat their staff like they treat their customers, I understand why all the great masseuses keep leaving.
I had a massage yesterday from Christina. Hands down the worst massage I ever had. She asked how the pressure was and I told her I could definitely use a little more pressure. She said shes more of a light to medium therapist. At times I just wanted to get off the table and leave. The front desk was very professional and kind. I should have said something but I always feel embarrassed to complain. I would not recommend Christina at all. When I spoke with management they said next time I come in they will comp a 30-minute massage. Definitely not the customer service experience I was expecting. If you want a massage from a hamster get Christina.
Got talked into a membership... such a scam. Appointments are never available. You have to book out a minimum of two weeks if not months in advance. Repeatedly routinely disappointed with the quality of the service. Brought two issues to management: first time was offered a complementary session, but then I could never get it scheduled; second time was over a week ago, I spoke with staff twice, still no response from management. The microderm is specifically a total rip-off, literally go anywhere else and youll get a better treatment. Lastly, just fyi, if you still want to come here, the upgrades are a joke and cut into your service time.I should mention I have had positive experiences at other locations.
My friend is in town from NY. We booked her at the Spanish Springs location because the other two were full.Her appointment was made for a90 minute massage, two days in advance. The appointment was for 12:30.She arrived at 12:30. The front desk woman named Megan was on the the phone, five minutes later she paid attention to my friend. Gave her paperwork to fill out???? No one told her to be there earlier than her appointment time????My friend asked about an add on of oils to the lotion... That didnt happen.My friend was back in my car at 1:29pm!!!! She didnt even get in to her massage until 12:50 because of the paperwork!When my friend VERY KINDLY asked about this, afterwards, Megan said yeah, ya know things happen.For the record, Rudy was awesome and a wonderful massage therapist and was very apologetic for the situation and her experience.
I book and pay for a 90 minute massage and they say allow for 10 minutes of consultation and dressing. So I am Actually paying for an 80 minute massage. My most recent massage was only for 70 minutes. They get me checked in late and finish way to early. When I bring this to the checkout agent, he has no clue on how to answer it. I have emailed the location for clarification on why I only got a 70 minute massage and they wont get back to me. Any other massage place I go to will honor the full 90 minutes or at most they allow for 5 minutes of dressing. Dont call this a 90 minute massage when you will only do 80 minutes, if your lucky.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I have been going to Massage Envy locations for 11 years. They have always been able to contact me if there was an issue. Today after driving an hour to get to this location, they informed me that my provider was out for the day and that I needed to reschedule. They apparently had the wrong phone number in my file and didn’t thing sending an email would be worth their time.2 hours round trip to be told this.To be fair, the girl at the front desk who had the misfortune of informing me of this was very friendly.
As a former employee at a different massage envy, I’m appalled at the customer service at this location. I had to call 3 times during normal business hours on different days to actually get to talk to someone. And I did leave a message the first time I called and I never received a call back. When I finally got to schedule a massage the girl seemed unknowledgable about massage. Not that I think it was her fault, just a lack of training. I forgot about my massage tonight, and I do feel really bad for the therapist because they won’t be getting paid for their time tonight, but the girl who called me called almost 25 minutes into my appointment and was extremely rude. Accusing me saying “you know you missed your appointment tonight”. I apologized and said, I’m sorry I completely forgot, I didn’t get a call or anything. She responded saying I had a note in my account saying I didn’t want any calls from the location. Not sure how that’s possible since I haven’t been to that one before, just a former employee from a store in Oregon. Again, I feel bad for the therapist but the customer service here was so terrible I didn’t want to go in for the remainder of the time.
Love having a membership to Massage Envy. It makes it easy to get a massage without having to worry about much else. Sometimes it’s hard to get in depending on provider availability but always worth the wait. Nice waiting area and easy partying.
I can’t say enough about Ray ! He doesn’t just do what he feels he wants your session to look like he actually listens and he will concentrate on what you tell him your needs are . He also understands this is a time of relaxation. He always makes sure I’m comfortable and always talks quietly to create that tranquil environment. To be honest if every therapist did this omg I believe they would double their customer base . I tried one other therapist and got my husband to try a therapist and both of them not good experiences . Both negative experiences were due to lack of listening to the needs of the client.
Hands down the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I went in for a prenatal massage and the therapist seemed to think that was an excuse to not give me a worthwhile experience. The massage was haphazard and didn’t help me relax at all. Worst of all, the therapist was CHEWING HARD CANDY through the massage making crunching noises in my ear!!! The only GOOD thing about the experience was that the receptionist took my complaint seriously and comped my massage- I appreciated that greatly and was impressed with the receptionist’s attention to customer service.
I have been a customer for six years. I have always had a great, relaxing experience at this location. I have visited many ME spas in my travels, this location and staff are the best ever.....keep up the great job. Thank you for all the changes and added features..it definitely shows in your attention to detail and the customers experience. Massage on..
I have been a member here for years. Some ot the therapists are excellent, others are decent. The staff is consistently friendly, but dont expect a therapeutic massage. This is a spa chain, and while this location is always clean and has curteous staff, the massage therapists range in skill levels from relatively new to expert. When you find a good therapist, stick with them.

There customer service is horrible. Screwed up our couples room reservation April 7th and rescheduled us for May 5th. They called us May 3rd and said that my girlfriend therapist would not be licenced in time for our appointment and would like to reschedule for another appointment in June. I told her that this was unacceptable, we have been waiting way to long for my girlfriends birthday massage and they need to figure it out. She said there was nothing she could do. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!BTW My girlfriends birthday was April 5th!!!

I’ve tried for months to use my membership here and there’s never any availability for massage.
Before signing up my husband for a membership here I specifically asked if we could transfer pre paid sessions between the two of us because of his on call work schedule. They said ABSOLUTELY ANYTIME!!!!They lied.Do not get a membership here. I found out they actually had a law suite against them because of false advertising. And breach of contracts.
Love this place! Always a warm greeting when you walk through the door, several gifted massage therapists. I wont tell you who my favorite is because hes already too busy😁.
Went in for one reason and left with considerably less pain than when I went in. Michelle was absolutely excellent, professional, gave feedback on what I should do the reminder of the day plan on returning soon.
I am so very pleased with my recent visit. Coralynn did an excellent job and I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back.

I wish I could give zero stars. The people that work there make it impossible to get an appointment. I have tried to make an appointment every night this week with no results still. Once I went to write a bad review I realized that this location is the problem, the owners should want to do something to fix this
Awful, awful, awful... Rude and disrespectful staff with zero knowledge.They continued to charge my credit card for months after cancelling, even after repeated fraud reports and card # changes. Beware of Massage Envy
