Really wonderful massage by Jason, I got the package with the cupping. It was my first time. He spent time to feel where my tension was and he adjusted the massage to fit my bodys needs. It was my first time cupping ever, it was an interesting experience. A little painful at first and it felt like I was skinny for a brief 10 min hahaha. When he released the cups, I felt my loose back fat flop down. So it was a brief joy haha.Great experience. Clean facilities and well cared for rooms and bathrooms! Highly recommend! I will definitely be back again when Im in town!

Highly recommend this place. My wife and I got the 90 minute combo massage and asked for deep tissue instead of Swedish. When we checked in, we were asked about what areas we needed to focus on and the woman helped us to choose the right massage for our needs. I have never had a massage so especially tailored what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for more.

From the time I arrived to the time I left it was an all around awesome spa experience! I tried to get in at Peppermill soa, but they were booked. I got the 60 minute massage, 60 minute facial and Chinese cupping with Wendy. She made me feel comfortable and was sure to use the right pressure. She worked through my knots and was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this place for a massage package and you cant beat the price!

I was really tight in the neck and shoulders from a long road trip. I booked a basic massage with Kiki for 60 minutes. I asked for a light touch and she gave me the right amount of pressure. It was so relaxing I increased the session to 2 hours. Ill definitely be back.

Tom is a master at acupressure massage and he trained in China as a doctor of Oriental Medicine. I’m so happy I found him!! His deep tissue massage really gets into knots and completely relieved my migraine. This is true medicine and I feel so much more relaxed and at peace. Thank you Tom!!

What separates a good massage from a great massage is the attention to detail towards the client. Lin took great care in every movement, every change in position was smooth, and knowledge of how to hit the right muscles with correct pressure. If you want DEEP PRESSURE Mr. Tom is your man! He is amazing!! You can feel his intuitive nature on identifying your tense areas before you even mention it. Highly recommend for tension headache relief!

After trying numerous massages in the area, Id have to say that this is the best. The reasons are: 1) the masseuse actually focuses on the areas of need, and the technique was top-notch; 2) the deep tissue massage is actually deep, without being painful; 3) fairly-priced and they dont give you a hard time paying with a credit card, (though the masseuse was visibly happy to get a well-deserved cash tip); 4) the place is well-run with clean facilities and an English-speaking receptionist who keeps things going smoothly; 5) they have a loyalty reward program that kicks in after only five visits.

Unfortunately I cant recommend Reno Massage - I made an appointment specifcally with a female masseuse (I dont feel fully comfortable with male masseuses), but a male walked into my room and started my massage. I wasnt notified that my masseuse would be with someone different than who I booked. My masseuse also audibly burped multiple times during my session. Overall, I was very uncomfortable the entire massage. I feel as though my first experience here was unprofessional so I wont be returning or recommending to others.

I went in due to tension in my shoulder, so extreme that I could hardly move my neck, I loved going to reflexology in Reno, relaxation and deep tissue massage along with cupping really helped loosen me up. I felt like a noodle I love their attention to your body, they know exactly where your tense.

They were very nice and clean establishment.. The girl at the front desk who checked me in had suggested a different service from what I booked. She also wasnt a shark to add on services. I walked in inpain, walked out feeling lighter and great. The therapist who did my service was very professional.and made sure her touch n pressure was ok. I already referred couple of my friends. Booked a much needed massage after a really rough few weeks. Front desk tried to upsell me when checking in and I decided to splurge and get reflexology too. Once in the room, the masseuse who had my pain points, started fine enough. He suggested cupping to help with my ITB band (which I had previously denied with the front desk) I said I wasn’t sure and he googled translated that he’d do the massage first. My understanding was that I’d have the option later on. Before I knew it the cups were being attached. All I wanted to do was relax so I tried to go with it despite my aggravation. He continued the massage once the cups were attached which if anyone’s had cupping, it’s near impossible to relax with that level of uncomfort.The massage was not the worst I’ve had but certainly not the best - it was meh. And certainly NOT worth the money- it was pretty sub par. The reflexology was a basic foot massage which wasn’t reflexology and wasn’t relaxing either. The masseuse was sighing the whole time too like I was boring him, which was also very distracting. Overall i wouldn’t go back and certainly wasn’t happy with the ultimate $135 price point. I never agreed to cupping and I feel they took advantage of my being face down on the table. I’m so disappointed because I saved up for this and left not only still with tight muscles and not relaxed but having been charged $50 more than I planned. Shame on you!

Had received 2 hour deep tissue massage with Wendy; she used techniques similar to guashaw and also used hot stones and CBD oil. I feel great!

Everything was great and you accommodated me being late to the appointment, Rollin was terrific and I really appreciated paying for a 60 minute massage and actually getting a 60 minute massage. So often the 60 minutes turns into 45 minutes. Very thorough, clean and professional. Only thing that would have made it a 10 is in the rooms it would be great to have a shelf or table to set things on like keys, phone, and wallet rather then setting them in a basket on the floor.

I was greeted at the front, I was able to pinpoint the areas I was having trouble with. The therapist who massaged me was friendly, very thorough and made sure I was completely relaxed. I almost fell asleep during the massage! The only problem is parking which can be difficult in that shopping center, everything else was top notch

I was a first time client today and saw a therapist by the name of Tom. I have been living in chronic pain for years. I have been getting physical therapy and massages for years, but I have never experienced the treatment that I had with this facility, the staff was amazing and Tom Did a massage like I have never experienced. Today was the first day in years... I was able to drive home and turn my head without pain and I’m feeling better already all over. It honestly feels like a miracle!. I will be a forever. Client look no further don’t waste your money, because God knows I have been for many years .

Best massage Ive had in a long time. This tiny lady came into the room and I immediately thought, she not strong enough, I was wrong. Fantastic job. I never caught her name but I left super relaxed and feeling great. I did the 2hr one which I thought might be too long, nope. Totally worth it.

All my massage therapists have been wonderful. Most recently I had Betty, and she might be my favorite. Everyone here is friendly and professional.

I didnt know what to expect. The front desk was extremely helpful in choosing the correct menu item, as they do offer so much.. it could be overwhelming! I found RMR to be spacious and clean and reasonably priced for services rendered. Lily was my attendant. A little lady with hands of steel, I kid you (k)not!! 🤩 AmazingIve always wanted to try reflexology... So glad I did!

Tom is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure your session is what you want out of it. He finds the trigger points without you even explaining where the pain is coming from. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and skilled massage therapists who know what they are doing.Id suggest providing more aftercare instructions because cupping is intense and leaves bruises. I had a great massage by Tom. He relieves tight muscles with a deep massage and cupping. He has a unique technique for cupping . Like a cupping massage using the cupping. Ill be going back again to see Tom. He checks with you to see if the pressure is okay. And will lighten up or provide more pressure. Hes is pleasant, also the receptionist.

My recent experience at this place was disappointing. The menu was confusing, and I was pressured into adding cupping therapy, which caused significant pain and bruising. As a UNRSOM student, I noticed the therapist lacked proper knowledge of human anatomy. Indeed, applying direct pressure to my nerves naturally results in discomfort, which is distinct from addressing muscle tension. I left feeling worse than before. Id recommend investing in a certified massage therapist with proper training for a significantly better experience.

When you call, text, or walk in. The lady at the front is very very nice and helps you get exactly what you want. I have been many times and each therapist is patient with you, very skilled and they are able to create a great experience for you. I recommend any therapist at any time or day.

Heard awesome reviews from my coworkers about this place. No frills but easy to get an appointment, in and out. Id never had a professional massage before but pain between my shoulder blades forced me to reach out. I scheduled an appointment online the same day with Kevin (who my coworkers recommended) but when I was settled on the table, a woman named Ana came in. Not an issue for me because I felt she did a phenomenal job. She asked if I was okay, where my pain was and kept me comfortable. I splurged for the herbal oil and immediately felt the tingling in my sore muscles. Pleasant music played in the background as Ana soothed my body for an hour. The hot stones were especially relaxing. Great staff. Id definitely return

My Mother & I made a much needed visit to Reno Reflexology since, she had a gift certificate. We were able to use it for both of us & paid a little more so we each could get a 60 minute service. The store front is neat and clean. The prices are affordable and the service is excellent. The staff are super friendly, professional and comprehensive with foot massage and provide relaxing setting. I would highly recommend this place for my friends and family!

I have been four times over the last year. I prefer the reflexology massage, but deep tissue is also great just a little more painful! Cant beat the price and the staff are very kind and appreciative. Plus, every massage Ive had has free hot stones.Lastly, they have private rooms instead of the communal massage rooms Ive seen at some reflexology places in other cities. I think its nice to relax and not have to listen to other people breathing loudly, sniffling, or getting lathered up, etc.

I have been other places where they get you back late and wrap up early so you can get dressed. Not here. You are going to get your full time as advertised. We recommend Tony or Lisa.

I was extra tense just from the check in process. If you just want to book a one hour normal massage the lady at the front desk tries to pressure you to pay for extras such as having someone rub CBD oil on you body for an extra $25, what a joke. Then she tried to pressure me to pay for extra time that I did not want. I just wanted a one hour massage and it felt like I had to fight the front desk to get what I wanted, she looked very dissapointed and was rude to me after I declined all of the extras she was trying to sell me.After that terrible front desk experience I went into a room for the massage. It was terrible, lack luster, just a simple half hearted body rub. The lady kept doing this weird thing where she would scratch my head. She put a whole pile of blankets over my body and spent more time moving the blankets around then she actually spent more time moving the blankets around then she did massaging me. I left this place more tense and stressed then I was going in. I had a terrible front desk check in experience followed by a terrible excuse for a massage. This was my first visit here and I will not be retuning after this experience. I recommend you go elsewhere, there are plenty of massage places all over Reno/Sparks

My massage therapist seemed to know exactly where I needed more attention, and he checked with me to make sure I was comfortable. If I lived in the area, I would come again!

Ken gave me the most incredible massage I’ve ever had. He is an absolute treasure. I feel better than I have in a long time. I love that he integrates some stretching into his massage technique. I had Ken, and he was absolutely amazing. His hands felt like magic. He would work on a sore spot delicately and I wouldnt feel pain in the process. I have had other massage therapist from other places put all their strength into working on knots and it would be bruised for days afterwards, but Ken is different. I feel so much better after going to this massage. I will have to come here next time I want to get pampered. I was lucky to get Ken this time. Next time I will request him specifically because the experience was so good.

Ive been to A LOT of spas in a lot of places. Ive contemplated coming here but today I finally decided to walk in. This is the first time Ive tried your location. Wendy was assigned to me and did an excellent job and has a healing touch. Shes not like the others, I felt every second was worth it, working my muscles, she was constantly moving unlike other massage places who get lazy massaging one spot as if to let time pass while massaging. Definitely worth the money and youre in and out.I already recommended 2 people and scheduled 2 additiinal appointments this week. She is unlike other massage therapists who recently graduated with no appropriate techniques. Wendys technique feels healing, proper, and professionally trained.The very nice lady at the reception was very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. You will do very well.Congratulations! i shall spread the word!

Ken was my massage therapist and he did an AMAZING job!!! I booked a 90 minutes session and ended up wanting to stay for the full 2 hours. I fell asleep a few times, he did deep tissue work with CBD he took really good care in his work! Excellent job. Excellent experience. Would definitely recommend!!

This is one satisfied customer. It’s as good as any professional deep tissue massage. It’s a simple massage place, no frills, no aromatherapy or spa amenities but that’s also reflected in the affordable prices. They use hot towels, hot stones (for 60 min full body) and are very attentive. My therapist Ken kept asking if the pressure was good and if I was okay because I asked for deep tissue and he didn’t want to hurt me. Clean facility. Great service.

This was the best massage we have both ever received. Our therapists were so kind and asked if we were ok several (not in an annoying way, in a very kind concerned way) times. The environment was so relaxing. I wish we lived here so this could be our new “massage place” but we’re planning to schedule another one before we head home.

This was my first massage and I just returned to the gym recently after an injury. My entire body has been very sore. Eileen was very aware of any tension and would lighten up or go harder without me saying anything. She seemed very tuned in. And everyone was very friendly and professional.

I love love love Mary! She is so thorough and STRONG! I like a very firm amount of pressure on my neck and back, so I usually prefer male therapists but Mary is better than any other person I’ve ever seen anywhere else! My legs are the opposite (Im very ticklish) but she pays attention to what I ask for and knows when to ease up. Thank you for continuing to offer great service at reasonable prices!

First time trying the place, it was very nice, seemed very clean. Did a walk-in and they had available openings. My husband and I were taken to the same private room which was nice. I had a guy and he didnt ask how I liked the pressure and a few times dug in a little too much and I had to say way to hard. When doing the front side and when done, picked up my feet and then dropped them which scared me and I jerked my lower back. Then doing my back area when done, took both arms and pulled them towards the middle of my back I guess to stretch but went way to far and didnt make me feel better. (the gal person didnt do the same to my husband). I ended up getting very bad spasms in my back a few hours later and could barely move, which lasted through the next day and into the night. I have had massages like this plenty times before and never felt like this after. Other than these 2 issues, I did enjoy the rest of the massage at the time and I would go back to try again. I just have too be clearer on a few things up front. I did score them a 4 even though I was in a lot of pain after the fact as I based my score on an overall experience between myself and my husbands massage.

I have been by this place many times when going to Costco, but never stopped in. Finally got to a point this week that my back was killing me enough that I decided to do a walk-in.Fantastic service from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted. The place is very well kept and the rooms were cozy. My massage therapist, Lily, gave an amazing massage and was able to undo the damage I had done to my back over the last couple weeks. I did the 90 minute massage which is the same cost many places charge for an hour. Will be back for sure.

Had a fantastic massage. Cécé literally put her all into it (I’m not a lightweight person). Clean facility. They were able to accommodate me early. Downside is they insisted I pay more than the prices online AND refused to provide the included body scrub.

Before we often to go this place to have massaged.last week i think August 1st week we went there again to have massaged.but i dont think that persons do massaged to us is good like Before first things i dont really like them are no speaks English atleast eventhoug is a basic.only they can speaks is only 3 word.are you ok?every time.are you ok?.for how many times always are you ok.instead atleast we can relax alit.bit.we cant because theyre always asking you. are you ok?now i think we cant come back this place again.and my question of the owner of these place why you dont teaching them to learn to speaks English atleast basic.not like only are you ok?weve been do have massaged here before almost every 2 or 3 weeks a months for 5yrs all those Chinese doing massaged is no English at all.except. are you ok.

Your therapists were able to provide relief to my husbands shoulder injury he has had for many years. We feel like new people this morning after our 90 minutes of heavenly massage last night. We have never had a better Massage in the twenty nine years that we have been getting professional massages. We live in California and have paid upwards of $250 for a Massage. Nothing has come close to the quality and value of Reno Massage. They are really great at cupping as well. This will definitely be a regular stop when we are in Reno.

Outstanding. Wendy gave a massage that focused on pressure points. I have been feeling sore getting out of bed for the past six to nine months. The day after the massage, the pain in my back was essentially gone! It is now three days after the massage - still no pain when waking up. Did not expect that type of result from a massage. This massage was just what I needed after a long day! They had short notice availability and were able to be flexible with my timing. I chose the 60 min reflexology and it was great! Just enough pressure on those pressure points and took some of the stress out of my neck and shoulders!

My husband and I treated ourselves to the $45 special and both of us left there feeling very relaxed and pleased with the service we received. I really liked the routine of the massage/reflexology and felt like the lady really knew her pressure points. The hot stones on my feet were also very nice. We went ahead and bought the five card membership because we were both so excited to return. One tip is to wear comfortable clothing because for this specific massage you do not take your clothes off. Treat yourself, I dont think youll regret it!

My therapist went over the time by 5 minutes, asked for feedback throughout the massage, and was very thorough and quiet. Mary used hot stones, which I had never experienced before and felt incredible! Water was provided after the massage. Thank you!

Amazing massage! I have fibromyalgia so massages are a huge relief for me. This was the deepest massage Ive ever had, it relieved so much pain and tension. Environment was clean, peaceful music, professional staff, and the room smelled good. The hot stones were my favorite part. Great experience!

The front receptionist was very polite and helpful. Jenny did a fabulous deep tissue massage that really helped me out. She also made me feel less awkward when I didn’t know what to do at the beginning. Very friendly, very professional. Loved my experience.

Tom is a miracle worker. He could feel the areas where I was sore. Even my hand. He worked on all those areas, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and hand. I felt so much better after! Wish he lived in LA!

The service was great and convenient because they took us in unexpectedly; also during the massage I was able to hear all of the toxins releasing from my shoulders and the relief came over me quickMy after. Hot rocks were new to me but very calming. Ladies were very respectful and kind.

Wendy was AMAZING. She used just the right amount of pressure, and did great work on some stubborn areas, without over-doing it; circling back after she focused elsewhere so it wasnt too intense. I feel like Im probably 2 taller than I was before my massage. Highly recommend!

Loved this place. The massage was amazing. The only con, when paying the employees stood there and expected a tip. When I asked for change the receptionist stated the employees could break it on their own. The receptionist was scary.

My back has been in pain for a week I had this Knot that I could not get out. My fiancé and I book a appointment for a deep tissue massage for both and our experience for the first time there was amazing. The man and women who worked on us was able to take away the pain and had us feeling so much better. The best part was the hot stones. This place is so clean everyone is so nice and respectful the atmosphere was so peaceful we will definitely will be going back.

I’m no newbie to massage and I must say that these guys are the best in town. highly proficient in deep tissue massage and reflexology. Didn’t miss a thing and over the top attention to detail. From my scalp to my toes, fully relaxed and worked over. I had a male masseuse and he was top notch!!! can’t recommend more. Better than the local spas, put them to shame. Bring someone to drive you home because your gonna be a noodle when you leave this place and don’t wanna ruin it by having to stress out driving in traffic.

First time here and I’m coming back for sure. Ken was AWESOME. So detailed in his massage technique (if that makes sense). I’ve had sports massages done, cupping, you name it. This is the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had.

Very easy scheduling, plenty of staff to choose from, female and male. Lots of places have only a few staff and full schedules, I was able to get in here with many options at very short notice. Had a 90 minute full body deep tissue from Lily that included dry, oil, feet, and hot rocks. Very experienced staff, great experience!

So I went in for a 60 min full body massage and cupping. They are absolutely the best. So relaxing and very professional. I love especially right now how clean and sanitized the whole place was. He even sanatazied and cleaned my back before applying the cupping cups. I would defined recommend them 100 percent.

The therapists do great work. They help me get the knots out of my shoulders. They really put in a lot of effort. It is also very affordable. I also like that I don’t have to book weeks in advance to get in. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day.

The lady up front at reception was outstanding and sweet; she was extra careful in making sure I was not double charged when that concern of mine arose. The massage was the full 90 minutes, as advertised, and every single part of it was euphoric. I feel amazing, and will definitely go back.

I was not satisfied at all. My girl couldnt understand what I wanted. The hot stones were literally used on me for less than 1 minute. That is the best part and you barely do it. My feet were not massaged even though I clearly circled that on the diagram before hand. I paid for an hour spa package and the girl was out of the room most of the time. Left the room no less than 5 times and stayed out for a few good minutes each time. The masseuse should never leave the customer! And during my facial I was freezing cold literally shaking. If I could have gave zero stars I would.

Nothing but rudeness from the front desk! Their birthday card discounts are a sham. And their rooms are way too hot and so uncomfortable. Poor employees just sweat all over you. And lastly communication is very difficult with language barriers.Absolutely get what you pay for here. High recommend anywhere else.

I recently went for a deep tissue and reflexology 90 minute appointment. Excellent deep tissue. However I was supposed to have 30 minutes reflexology. She spent more time on my legs than the arches and muscles of my feet. Which is why she only rated 4 stars.

My first time there. They take same day appts., walk ins, opens 9am-10pm. Wendy did a wonderful deep tissue massage. She dedicated the entire 60min. working all around the tension area. If you haven’t had a quality deep tissue massage in awhile, start at medium or Swedish first. May I mentioned if you’re accustomed to hard rigorous work out you’ll appreciate the advance level of deep tissue technique. Be aware tho all that kneading will feel tender afterwards bc all the knots has to get smoothed out. It’s a process towards healing, can require on our part to have plenty of filtered water, teas, wholesome nutrition, restful sleep, and practice good posture. They’re now my go to when needing to be kneaded!!!^_^Went second time. Mary did a wonderful massage in relieving my soar neck!

I chose 9.9 because every Business can do a tiny little bit better... but this a very professional operation, very polite and the masseurs and masseuses are very qualified...the most qualified in Reno! I always look forward to getting a professional massage at Reflexology!

I have breast cancer and my body is aching everywhere. I have been looking for a good massage place and got one in San Francisco 3days ago and it was very disappointing. Today, I found this place by accidentally and didn’t have much expectations but Louise surprised me. I received a very nice, comfortable and professional massage from him. I am very satisfied with all of his work and I already recommended to my friends about him. I live in San Francisco but whenever I come to Reno, I definitely will come back. Thanks, Louise!

The best most therapeutic massage I have ever had. The therapists are able to pinpoint tight and painful areas and work out all of the kinks. I have been going for years and it is the best price of any massage I have had. I have paid a lot more for a fluff massage, but this is the real deal!!!

Great professional place, clean, and service was great. I had Ken for a full body 90 min massage. It was perfect, I’m dealing with severe foot pain and he was able to help relax some muscles, release some tension and help my feet.

Without question, the best massage I’ve ever had! Wendy was the strongest little lady I’ve ever seen. She finally got out multiple knots that have been a major issue for years! Could not recommend this place more!

Scheduling and waiting to be seen was a little weird, but Ken a was great. He was very cognizant of my comfort and able to provide the perfect pressure to tease out the knots in my muscles. I’m sore in a good way but the tension is gone!
