I really like the smok device I purchased, the customer service was great, but the juice is overpriced and doesnt have much flavor. Ill return for more coils but Ill definitely stick to Nevada vapor for juice as they are the only ones in town who carry my favorite brand, glas basix. Ill just keep the juice I purchased as back up. If you want 5 stars from me, then please think about carrying glas basix premium e-liquid. Its a really great brand with great flavor.

Nice shop, friendly staff. The idea of requesting your own flavors mixed is cool, although Ill probably only buy juice there on Thursdays for the special deal on juice on Thursdays. Mod prices are a bit higher than I like, but thats the big reason theyre getting a 4 instead of a 5 star rating.

Ive been coming to this place since it opened, and its consistently the best vape store in Reno. All the employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just generally awesome. Their juice is mixed in house, and the flavors are both delicious and creative. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially if you hit them for their buy two get one free sale every Thursday. Overall just great people and great product.

The best shop Ive ever been to! The juice is made to order so you can get one of there standard ones or completely customize your juice and make it your own. Everyone that works there is super nice and extremely helpful especially if you are new to vaping. They have used almost everything they sell so when they tell you what they think of the mod its not just a guess its actually what they think of it after they used it. Love the shop I go there pretty much once a week and have never had a bad experience.

Amazing experience! The juice is so good and they make it right in front of you! Letting you choose your flavors! It’s so cool! I came from Utah and we don’t have anything like this back home!! So sad they are 8 hours away!! Or I’d definitely be coming back for sure !!!! Plus they had really good service!! 5+ stars

Today was my husbands and I first time in here. Now I have to say the man that was working had got really swamped while we were there. We were in no rush at all and this man took on like 10 people all at once and handled it very professionally. He was giving us great customer service and had the best attitude. He was great! For sure coming back to this shop only because of how amazing he was and did!

TLDR; Ditch the headshops, come here!Today was my first time here at this location. I met with Archie (owner) and he was very knowledgeable of his products and was able to help me make the right decisions with what liquid to use, also how I wasnt properly using my coils. Excellent customer service, with a variety of options. They are locally owned and have very good pricing! They also have very good deals!All of their liquid is customizable with size, flavors, and nicotine amounts. All at a very very affordable price. Plus, they are strictly vaping, so you know they will have what you need.Archie had plenty of opportunity to take advantage of the fact I had many questions and never pushed to up-sell me on anything. I had explained that I was over charged on a mod and I feel scammed, and without hesitation he made sure I was educated on what I was buying. Even on things the manufacturers may not want consumers to know.This was a great experience for me. I guarantee it will be for you. Ditch the headshops and go here!

Love this place. They have great customer service. Their oils for their vapes are so much better than the regular store bought types. And their prices are affordable.

I work right across the street from these guys but thats not what keeps me coming back. They have excellent customer service and great prices. They have amazing specials and a user friendly rewards program. One of the best vaperies in town.

They have a wide selection of vapes and helpful people like Derrick, he has a great knowledge about their products and explains everything with detail to first time customers like me and my husband. We are very satisfied with this place, definitely our favorite vape shop.

I went in to the store for information on vaping nicotine free since I do it for the flavors and calming down after work and Derek was super helpful! He showed my fiancé and I how to not only use the mod but also filling and taking care of it! Very professional great staff and understanding of everyone’s needs and reasons, it was across town from us but it’s worth the drive! Will definitely go there again

Great knowledgeable staff. Quick when you need it, but are happy to stay with you all day and chat about what you want or need. No one will try and hard sell you anything. Vape juice is a little on the high side. But they have done great flavors.

775 Vapes is the only place in Reno that I buy my liquid and coils. Been vaping for a little over a year, and theyre the best by far. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend signing up for their rewards program because you get great deals after a certain amount of visits.

Finally a store that prioritizes customer service over profits! They understand that sometimes defective products slip through the cracks and get distributed. Had them replace a faulty pod without even asking for a receipt. Instead of passing the buck and making it my problem (Smokn Rays, I’m putting you on blast) to deal with the manufacturer, they hooked me up. In return, this is the only place I’ll shop. Thank you guys for keeping customer service alive.

First time visit and we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the store and the friendly staff. Our first bottle was on the house and they mixed it right in front of us. We will definitely be going back for more ejuice.

Went to 775 vape today after checking out a few ither shops. The guys were so helpful in explaining the vapes to me and showing me products. Im a difficult customer some times and ask alot of questions but they were patient with me and helpful. Their prices are a bit high but after getting home and setting my new vape up its worth the money. The guys at the shop explained the setup good so i have the best experience. I am happy with my purchase and will be back for sure. I wish they had more color options though as i know there are for the on i got but im still happy with the one i got. Super friendly owners. Best vape juice Ive found. Ive tried a lot including cheaper online options. Sometimes I wish Id never found this place because its ruined all other options Ive found. All food grade ingredients so its about as safe as you can get.

Best tobacco flavors in Northern Nevada. Vaquero, Roadhouse, and Cowboy are great. I know its subjective, but give one of those a try. Excellent customer service as well.

Great vape shop super cool guy, they also make their own juice with a good range to choose from, highly recommended he’s always taking care of customers, this is the shop I went to when I first started vaping to quit smoking cigarettes and he had nothing but good suggestions definitely knows what he’s talking about

We are new to vapiing and new in town. Ended up at 775 vapor and Derek was just amazing. Great customer service and he got me set up with what would work best for me. Walked out of there with a smok stick v8 with a bunch of juices. I will definitely be back to get my juice there and whatever else we need. Went in there to get a replacement tank for my girlfriends vape, got a great deal for being first time visitors and for being a student. Came back today because her vape stopped working and the guy fixed it within minutes. Super helpful and nice staff. 👌🏻👍🏻
