I love Thrive! The workers there are so helpful and nice. They get you the best deals and the wait time is rarely ever long!I enjoy the point system, making it exciting to get rewards.

When I go in I analyze everything to the drive up to a dispensary, customers service, quality, efficiency, bud tender knowledge and of course price compared to the local market.Thrive was a wonderful place from the minute you enter the doors they treat you with such love and compassion. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the product and is somewhere I would feel comfortable sending my own grandma. The product is arguably the best flower in Northern Nevada. The terms are extremely high and once you smoke the flower you will see what I mean. The product selection is just amazing. The prices are extremely reasonable because the quality of 95% of their product is out of this world.Recommend this to all. They do need to give better discounts to Veterans but even with that it’s a place I will continue to frequent. Thank you thrive love ya all.

There are way better cannabis clubs in Reno and sparks. Only one register running and Paul is taking orders. I hand Paul my bag order and tell him I’m gonna have to come back because of how slow she is checking people out and told him I’d comeback. I wasn’t even upset just frustrated. Customer has every right to frustrated… everyone wanting was upset.. made sense to just come back.When I came back Paul noticed me and then got the manager. Then the manager picks a fight with me basically. Telling me that he doesn’t like how I through the bag at his employee. I was super confused because I never through my bag at anyone. I encourage corporate to watch the tapes. Please post the video here and prove me wrong. Still I apologize to the older gentleman and tell him that wasn’t my intention.. Then I stated that there was a line with only one register durning the busiest hours of the day. I told him I thought that was bad management. Ordered online and went inside to pick it up. I was greeted right away and everyone was so nice. It was later at night, but everyone was still energetic and ready to help you. I was rang up by Kirsten (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was super helpful and amazing. Only been here a couple times, and it’s definitely worth it.

I have to give this place 2 stars. This is my first time here. The place looks nice but they dont have first time patient deals. The flower is average at 2x the price than what Im used to for an oz. And for the price of premium flower Id normally get is 3x more expensive here for an oz. Veteran deals are very limited. Theres no real incentive to going back.

Happy to change this to five stars if Thrive will resolve this but I was extremely disappointed by my fairly recent purchase. Ordered 8 Big Chief CDT carts and each one verified as FAKE on the genuiti app. I kid you not, about 3 week after purchasing, I open one of the packages to find it *empty* (something that cost me 40 dollars), which led me to try to verify each cart, and after realizing not a single one came with its own verification sticker, I downloaded the Genuiti app as prescribed on the Big Chief Website, scanned each cartridge and each and everyone came back as fake. Thrive cannabis sold me Fake, unregulated, and very likely untested, thc cartridges, which i spent almost a total of 410 dollars on. NOT cool and any potential buyer should beware that thrive may rip them off.

It was our first time being here and the customer service was great! The workers made sure to provide us with deals of the day and answered all of our questions. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and left a happy customer 😊

I wish dispensaries would match others sales. Walked out of here today without spending a cent, but went to SSR down the road, and spent that same money. Is what it is. Probably what I get for straying from SSR.

This is a great dispensary in Reno. It has good displays and the budtenders are always helpful.Also in a great location. Love coming Thrive!

I always come here and they got good deals and friendly staff really recommend this and if your ever around you wont regret they got alot of variety come check out.

With all the dispensaries in town, theres no reason why this place needs to be so much more expensive. They wanted to charge me $50 cash back for something that costs $36. I ended up leaving because they claimed it was the lowest they could do, which seemed odd considering they input the amount to charge. It felt excessive to me, so I found a better deal elsewhere. I could have brought cash beforehand, but for those in similar situations, it created some reluctance to continue being a customer.

A dope spot full of professional team members. Everyone was super helpful especially Kayla and Karli. I’m visiting from New York and if i’m ever back in this area i will make sure to stop by. 5/5

My go to all time favorite dispensary. Ive been a patron since 2021 and I still stop anytime were in reno. I travel from battle mountain just to get my buds. Sequoia and Josh always got me covered when I come in. The experience is friendly and genuinely helpful. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and know just what you need. Choose Thrive.

(they gave statue numbers but it still never explained why I can return product ANYWHERE but at Thrive).The (owner) stated that no refunds was set by the CCB. Never gives what part of the CCB regulations, weird. Then I suppose quite a few dispensaries in Las Vegas and also Reef in Reno is breaking the law? Unless its since changed on January 1st. Hopefully you show up with the proof.

Very disappointed with thrive. I bought an ounce and a few eights on the first. The next morning I called and spoke to a guy who completely brushed me off, talked to me as if I was lying and did not care at all. He told me I would hear back from a supervisor the same day or the next morning. I never received a call and I doubt he even wrote my number down. I told him the ounce I got was bad quality, and that it had given me terrible headaches both times I tried it. I offered to bring it back, he gave me zero options and I will never step foot in that store again.

Previously, I have had good experiences here, but this morning was horrible. The blonde hair girl did not give a damn about what we wanted and had no desire to tell us the difference between products. In fact that we asked one question she just wanted the product and said there it is. Truly disappointing and we may not go back to that establishment. She acted like she worked at dollar tree instead of being an adviser to patients.

I mean the service was okay they didnt even ask me if i wanted my discount till after the order but overall the products were up to par got me a Blue Dream Cartridge for 55$ and a half gram for 20$ so $98 out the door and no they dont have stickers or anything of the sort the staff is very standoffish unless you really break the ice

Customer service has always been great. Every time we make a cart purchase they say if anything is wrong to bring it back in, we did that today and were told “I put your cart on our tester and its acceptable” it must be your battery so I’ll give you a free battery that will work, NOPE! We brought it home, charged it and the cart STILL DOES NOT WORK!Thankfully there are other dispensaries in Reno

A great place! I hunt down Blue Dream flower and its rare in Reno but I did find a cart at Thrive Cannabis Marketplace. Blue Dream 800mg by Fade for a fair price is what I could find so I went for it. Upon opening the foil pack I caught a good whaft of terpene additives as well as my first few pulls were found to be almost too much terp taste. I let the cart warm up so it was sure to mix up properly before and by the third pull the flavor was balanced. Its a good all day Blue Dream Sativa I am very pleased with. Good work Thrive thank many!

A sleek but welcoming asthetic with great daily specials, glass pieces at low prices (I think this was $9?), and a diverse inventory.The employees were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

I went in to get a quarter and was told that I could get a buy one get one half off and when I when to go pay they informed me that I was to pay full price after being told about the discount. I had a full 25 minutes wasted

Good product, friendly customer service. I just wish they were more knowledgeable. The last few times I’ve asked for recommendations on fruity flavored cartridges they’ve sent me with cartridges that taste like potpourri. Expensive waste of my money because I have an aversion to smoking perfume. Total waste, I’m not desperate enough to smoke these. Just say you don’t know if you don’t know. This was not one particular tender. This is happened with three separate tenders. It’s annoying and costly for the customer. Literally told Church’s God’s Gift taste like just like grape, just an FYI Church’s Gods Gift taste like perfume, potpourri…. Pretty much like a mix of Sandalwood and pine. Disgusting. I’ve also been sent home with hybrids that were supposed to lean and One Direction, and went the other way all based on the tenders Recommendations. Quick Google search of the ingredients on my own end at home revealed that there was no way it was ever going to lean in the direction of Indica. It was definitely a sativa dominant and sativa leaning strain. I miss the days when Reno dispensaries kept knowledgeable staff on hand.

This is by far the best dispensary in Reno. The customer service is exceptional. Gaddis has helped me out several times and he is always friendly and a joy to chat with while I pay! Super wonderful employee and Thrive is super blessed to have him! There’s another gal I can’t remember her name but she is fabulous too. She recommended the sips and we love them! Thanks Thrive!

The cannibis market has gotten a bit soft as of late. Thrive is awesome. Folks are really cool. But the selection has diminished a bit. Same thing has happened at other stores, but Thrive has the better selection of most stores.

Every visit, I am greeted with kind and knowledgeable staff members. At my most recent visit, there were quite a few people waiting to checkout. Gaddis acknowledged the group with a positive, upbeat attitude, and thanked us for our patients. Upon checkout, he took the time to chat while quickly processing my purchase. Always a pleasant experience!

Always have a great experience whenever I come to Thrive. Always have a nice selection of flower, sometimes lacking on stock when it comes to concentrates but recently have been pretty good. Gaddis is usually working when we go there, and always welcomes us warmly, has a lot of knowledge of products, and is an all round friendly guy. Manages customer flow and floor operations very well, and makes sure everyone leaves quickly and happily! Highly recommend Thrive.

It seems half of the budtenders are trying really hard, and the other half are not.I asked for a specific brand of cartridge and the budtender showed me a few general brands. When I asked again for the specific brand, he actually acknowledged the request the second time, but said it would be a long time before they restocked on that product. He failed to show me all of their cartridge options (which was disappointing because Im open to alternatives) and did not give me any of the chemical makeup specs, which is the entire reason I go to dispensaries. It was like pulling teeth.Im going to avoid going here if I can help it, purely to lower the chances of being helped by this specific budtender.

Selection was ok. Service is nice. But my shopping experience took forever. They should hire more bud tenders or figure out a system that’s more efficient because there wasn’t even that many customers and it still took over a half hour to check out.

Friendly staff and good selection. I did curbside pickup and it was a bit awkward because they cant charge the exact amount. You pay in ATM increments and get change back. Not a big deal but kind of weird. Otherwise a good, quick experience.EDIT: I changed my rating to 5 stars. Im leaving the original review because of the great response. I’ve had some bad cartridges/cartridges that dont work from here but they test them and replace it free of charge if its bad, and they let you keep the bad one.JUST REMEMBER TO KEEP THE RECEIPT!!

So Thrive was a very nicely set up shop for sure! And the staff were very friendly as well. Unfortunately, their prices were a bit too much. For the same exact cartridge, brand, strain and amount is over $20 more. Deal days or not, that is the price when you compare both side-by-side. If Thrive lowered their prices a bit, this would probably one of my favorite stops. However, if you have the funds, check this place out. Simply because they do, in fact, have a wide variety of pretty well-known brands.

I recommend this shop whenever a dispensary conversation is sparked. The folks here are wonderful and provide amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable of the wide selection of products they sell as well as discounts/daily deals etc. Kayla took my order at my last visit and as always got me the best greens for my buck. Carly was my most recent cashier and she is just the cats meow! Always a good experience stopping by and shopping here. I always leave with a smile on my face.

Pretty great, but their system for ordering in person is awful. You walk around with one rep, selecting items, and then you trust another rep to fill the order. We missed out on two BOGO-half-off deals because there was a lapse in what we asked for and what was given.(Also annoyingly didnt get the lighter we ordered which has been frustrating)Super friendly, great deals, just weird system.

Excellent experience from start to finish regardless of very high traffic on a Saturday evening. Jeremy was patient and helpful as I browsed and asked enough questions that wouldve likely upset a typical tender. Also very much appreciate Marilyns upbeat and friendly assistance during checkout, making sure I received generous discounts (military, etc.). Really need to recognize Al as well, who I shouldve mentioned (another terrific employee) from a prior visit. The only negative was not being able to see the smiling faces underneath these stupid masks. (mandates suck!) Thank you!

This place sucks!! I just purchased a oz of animal mints that was on their flower special and when I purchased it and looked at it it was all left overs and shake from the plant! When I called to get either my refund back or better product they said they can’t take any refunds back and that that’s why it was 50% off! Worst $100 purchase ever!! Whoever goes here make sure you check the product first before you take it! Never coming again and will be spreading the word!!

I have been visiting this location ever since I moved here, and the team that works there are amazing. As soon as you walk in youre greeted by Emma, Garrett, or anyone up at the register and Im pretty familiar with Marilyn, most of the time shes in there to greet me along with Durns, and Kari F. their new bud tender shes sweet just like the rest of them! Great location with the best customer service I have experienced.

Disappointed in the point system. The app said I had $50 in store credit... not true. Only $25 and they tell you what you can spend it on. Back to Sol, where the price is the real price and the discounts are real. Plus, they charge you $1.50 for a bag to take it in. Scandalous.

Good vibes all around. I usually only do online curbside orders, in which are always taken care of accordingly. Staff is nice, only thing I would say is kinda meh about this place is how long they take to get you in and out due to a 2 step final purchase process.

Man at the front desk scanned my ID once, called manager for verification who proceeded to look at it and say it was sketchy and she wouldn’t accept it. I requested they call a security guard or cop, she said no because police officers accept documents that they do not, such a visas?.. Rather than scan or better verify my very real, state issued ID again, she argued and we left. Went to The Source just down the road, where Dave was an absolute joy- so helpful and could easily verify my ID on BOTH systems. I would HIGHLY recommend going there instead!

It’s my go to shop after a long day of work they have so much to choose from also all the employees are chilll and willing to actually make sure your informed on what your buying! The bud tender with the piercing above her lip did a great job!

Decided to try a new dispensary, I usually stick to the one I know just for comfort. Tristan helped us and was so kind, knowledgeable, patient and listened to/answered all of my questions. Checked out this dispensary while in the town, found the prices were crazy expensive compared to where we are staying. When we decided to leave and told the the bud tender(male with greasy, long hair) it was steeper than expected and thanks, he was extremely angry and walked off telling us to “have fun!” without telling us how to exit the building, which is not the door you enter. Another bud tender had to yell across the room to tell us how to leave. Only good part about the experience was the friendly woman working the entrance desk.

This place is the bomb! Staff is totally chill and knowledgeable. They got my online order wrong, and the manager was very rude to me. They didn’t make my order right. I clearly showed them, on their website, what I ordered, and clearly showed them that is not what I received. After spending $60 on the wrong order, I told them I would take my business elsewhere, and the manager told me, “Go ahead!” Also their ATM card swiping machine only works about 50% of the time. So, you have to use their ATM machine and get charged an extra $2.50. It’s happened to me twice. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

Been buying the new serene live resin carts there supposed to be .5 gram but been getting like a .3 every time

Everything was fine, I didn’t think to ask them to go over my order because that’s what they’re supposed to do and I only ordered two things that were in the same category. Just kinda funny I ended up with an extra preroll the BOGO promotion instead of the $24 preroll i made clear I was there for. Maybe train the staff to go over orders and not just add stuff to build a ticket :)

This place is good and has really good customer service. my only complaint is that all their deals are vegas only 99% of the time and it feels like northern nevada isn’t really a focus.Alicia is great! and they updated NNV deals!

Great spot. Very helpful staff. Gattis was patient and informative every step of the way. You can tell he used to bartend by his people skills alone! I used to go there all the time. I’ve never had to return the product in till today when I brought it in they basically told me too bad without my receipt digital proof and I was speaking with the one who sold it to me. Apparently a cartridge that is leaking wax out of the seal isnt faulty 🤷 not gonna go back sure they have weed but so is everybody else in town

My favorite spot to shop! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you are new to the market and are unsure of what to purchase, or a seasoned canni-user; these budtenders will take their time to help and give you advice and great recommendations. Their prices are great, the point system is awesome, and your points are transferable to the shop down in vegas! I moved a distance away recently, but still make the drive to Thrive just for the experience.

Kayla found my paycheck in the parking lot and gave it to her manager. They contacted me to let me know that I had dropped it in the lot. That sort of customer service is what’ll keep my coming back. Also, good deals on flower and I enjoyed my shopping experience very much. Best customer service compared to the other dispensaries I’ve gone to.

Prices are to high compared to other stores. They dont except medical cards. Theres no line for the counter they run it like a dirty bar at a cheap over priced dance club.

Finally a place close to my house. I hate having to go all the way downtown or too far north. My buying experience was awesome. I bought 2 1/8ths on their Dankest tier, and the bud was def worth that title. Their budtenders are knowledgeable and super friendly. You guys are my new regular, nowhere else have I received this kind of customer service. Everything about this place is excellent.

Meh. It took way too long to buy one pre-roll. In the end, I had to show my ID to five different people just to look at a jewelry case filled with fake grass and business cards that served as the menu. I only wanted one pre-roll. The lowest price was $12, whereas other places have options for $6, $7, or $8. Fine. I made my order and had to wait about 10 minutes for, I don’t know, the elves in the back to hand roll it fresh? While everyone was polite and professional, most of the experience felt unnecessarily over the top and bougie as hell. It’s a dispensary for scared people who’ve never so much as purchased a dime bag in fast food parking lot. If you’re a seasoned smoker who just wants the goods with no nonsense so you can get home to consume it, I recommend just about any other dispensary. If Thrive were a person, I’d tell them to get over themselves.

After purchasing from this store I wonder if all these reviews are paid bots to boost the stores ratings. Every eighth I purchased that I have opened has had seeds In it. Not only that they werent even true eighths. Unless weighed in the heavy plastic bag it comes in. Each was atleast missing a quarter to a full gram. Not only was it not making weight but the price of even popcorn OZs was ridiculously high compared to other shops. Id rather shop at The Dispensary over on plumb before going back to this shop.

Not friendly place at all, felt rushed and underappreciated. I wanted to ask done questions, but seemed to really; inconvenience the sales clerk. Lady also tried to upsale me changing out a $40 product for the $20 I asked for, hoping I wouldnt notuce, I guess. Not even an apology when I balked at register. Will not go back.

This place is a joke. I would rate lower if I could. My total was around $16 and I only had $19ish in my account. They said I cant get the products that came out less than what I have and they have to round the total price up. So after waiting in line this happens and I get nothing. Plus they are way overpriced. They might be just up the street but I am Deffenitly not going back there. Its funny. Getting refused to purchase an item even if you have the amount your items are.

They gave me wrong cartridge... then wouldnt exchange it...it is UNOPENED & still SEALED!I called before I made the 30 mile drive. Was told since 8t was still sealed, I could exchange it for the correct one. When I got there, they said no exchanges!

I’m really trying to get behind Thrive. However, three out of the last five times I’ve been there for curbside pickup, the remote point of sale machine won’t process my payment.What’s the point of “contactless” curbside pickup if I need to go indoors to use the ATM?Hopefully this gets viewed by someone that can make the appropriate changes.

I purchased a 190 purchase and turns out it was 230 on the receipt I had my crippled son in the parking lot and the staff were being very rude trying to force him to walk off of the property because he had no ID. I spent $25 for a short, infused pre roll. Total waste of time, gas and money. I felt no affects at all from this very expensive experience. I would not recommend their products.

If you have lots of money then it would be be great otherwise its not worth while you get treated better at sol or Sierra wellness for better treatments for pain control.

Amazing clean and super helpful staff

Finally a store in So. Reno!! No more driving across town. They may not have the biggest, fanciest array of products like some others but thats not an issue here. Im a patient that only uses flower so I cant really comment on their concentrates or carts. etc. I really like how they basically have three price tiers for buds that step up every $10-$12 or so. This is a great idea as Ive noticed that each level is not determined by rarity or potency but rather shelf life (from what I can tell anyway) so you you can usually get some great prices this month/week on some shiny strains that started on Dankest level but have dropped to Danker or Dank for whatever reason. Got some tasty Durbin Cookies this way. It was a tad dry but (we do live in the desert) still primo quality. Also dig their loyalty points system. Staff seems cool butas they are youngsters likely not the most knowledgeable behind the counter on the tech stuff. Also not an issue for me, Ive been around than theyve been alive. Lol. My only real criticisms are that most prerolls are .7g instead of the standard 1g and I be happier if they were a local company. After trying several popular places Silver State was clearly my top choice but now I skip the drive and the long line and go to Thrive.

I spent 30 minutes waiting just to find out that debit card transactions cost more here than any other dispensary. A $12 preroll costs $20 just to use a card. I would give a -1 star review if possible.

This is my go-to dispensary in Reno. I can’t rave enough about the amazing customer service I receive every single time I go in there. It’s all about quality of MaryJ but also the wholesome, healing energy the employees give off each time . To name drop a few phenomenal people, Jose and Karli are two of the extremely knowledgeable people that work there. Jose has educated me on all the terpenes and Karli helped when my mom had back surgery and was recovering. Don’t go anywhere else but Thrive!!! They also have amazing deals everyday!
