World of Smoke KRATOM VAPES GLASS AND MORE.

I went to this location on Saturday. When I walked in the young girl and older lady having very loud crude conversation about dic.s with large group of drunk people. I should have left. When I was finally acknowledged I purchased a geek bar. I opened it right at counter and it just tasted like smoke, no flavor at all. Both the girl and older lady put it in their mouths and said it had plenty of flavor. Not only was that gross but they made fun of me saying something was wrong with me and trying to embarrass and shame me until I left with defective product. I never feel the need to leave reviews but this was such a horrible experience.

Honestly I used to love this smoke shop but now they are more expensive then the other smoke shops. For example they used to have the greatest prices good deal for a 5 coils is 20 bucks normal price 25 bucks (before tax) but 34 dollars plus tax what a Joke. Go to sunny es or honey comb hide out they have it for 25 which I used to go to here for the 20 deal but nope. Now for vape juice they are 20 used to be 15 which was great but 20 okay now that makes them the same price as everywhere else. Disposable vapes went up by 10 dollars and they are not great like they used to be, would last 5 days or so no matter which you buy now they last 2 days or 3 if your lucky I had one die after 1 day. I am not going back. Ridiculous dude. Even the kratom is more expensive here then other places which is insane to me. You get loyal customers and screw them. Thank god I went elsewhere and saved 40 bucks I would have had to spend here to get all I needed.

UPDATE. Opens later now, no longer in competition with better shops that open at the same time.This place is LEGIT for those looking for a no frills head/vape shop. They carry not only the BEST vapes, juices, and accessories, all of it priced at more than reasonable prices. Owner is super friendly, but I would suggest no one tests her.

Everytime Ive been to this store everyone has been so nice to me and very helpful.I picked up this purple flower today and it is great couldnt belive how purple it was I had to get it. Glad I did because its a great smoke. Thank you Elenie for your help today

The woman who works there the older lady called my bf very offensive names belittled and humilited him because she said we could not bring our dog inside even tho he is a service animal she needs to be fired immediately. If not Ill work relentlessly to have this business shut down

Small shop,with a decent selection. They had a full display of Scotch Torches, which was what I needed, as well as fairly priced fuel, too. The parking is a bit sketchy, but they are open late and close to downtown, so overall pretty convenient.

Absolutely love this place. The advertisement above the door, cheapest in town is spot-on. I found no other place that sells the salt nicotine that I smoke and for the price that is phenomenal. This place beats any other shop hands down by far.

I bought a swift. The vape was defective and had no flavor. Went back in to tell the guy . And said he cant do anything about it. Hes a LIAR because the manager let me swap one out last time I had a defective vape. I would go to biggest little vape shop instead of this. They are cheaper and have better quality vapes. Also they will let you swap it out if its defective

The old lady at the wells location be weird and having underage people behind the counter and she claims they are working.The girl she has working is a youth client at eddy house and also steals the vapes when vape ma isnt looking.EEOC wouldnt approve of your use of child labor. Wont return till the old lady is gone. I spend 1000s every month but now it seems like a liability

Great place to get vapes, or some good pipes. Went in and had a stellar conversation with the proprietor of the establishment, and she was awesome. Next time Im in Reno, Ill definitely go back. If youre visiting, or live in Reno, I suggest going here to get your goods.
