I saw Ann a couple of weeks ago and she was great. She was able to get so much done in 60 minutes. I was very relaxed afterward and would definitely see her again. I’ve also seen Sam and Nicolle. I like seeing different people because they all have their own unique style. Enjoy.

Arc Massage and Family Wellness is my go-to spot for massages! I would say I am quite picky when it comes to massage therapists, and now that I have found Samantha Avila, my standards have been raised even higher! She gives an amazing deep tissue massage. I always look forward to our sessions. The space is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The owner, Nicolle, is also great and has been working on improving the place even more.

Monica redeemed my shoulder mobility after years of pain I was about to quit lifting weights. Thanks to her . Amazing person and very professional. I was amazed at the way she quickly pin pointed my issue and went straight to work . I felt the magic the next day . Thank you Monica

When I was referred after surgery to ARC Massage, my body was quite the project. Nicole, Samantha and Donald are all highly skilled, amazing massage therapists, each with their own subspecialties. All of the massages I received along my path to recovery made me feel better; the beneficial effects of each massage lasted longer than the massage before it. They provided much needed pain relief and relaxation. Nicole, Samantha and Donald are the best at what they do. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I found Arc as a longtime client of Ann Hs. I was so happy to hear shed be practicing locally again. Id seen her in both Renton and Kent, but the Bellevue drive was rough (who wants to sit on 405 after the most amazing massage?!). Ann is incredible at focused therapeutic work and incorporating myofasciale and stretching into her practice. Her skill and care is truly unique. Arc is great too, always quiet and accessible, and parking is easy. High recommend, all around.

Had a 30 minute shoulder and back session with Samantha for some tightness that had been bothering me for a month. Felt so much looser and well afterwards! (Still a bit tight, of course, but aint no one expecting one 30 mins situation to fix everything I put my shoulders through xD). Samantha was skilled, professional, great about checking in through the process re: pressure and areas we were working on, had attention to detail and sanitation, and was super personable to boot! Up there in terms of the massages Ive had-- would definitely visit again, had I not moved too far south to make it feasible.

Cant say enough on what a great Job Nicolle does with deep tissue massage. I feel 10 years younger every time I walk out. Her attention to specific aches and pains is fantastic, she listens!

I’ve gotten a massage from Samantha A. quite a few times. I have sciatica & my right shoulder is constantly bothering me. She is seriously AMAZING. After the massages, I feel so much relief! I need deep tissue massages due to the pain and discomfort I really need those trigger points to be worked on and she gets them every single time! Not only is she an amazing therapist, she’s also extremely kind and makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. I will always go to Samantha, and I recommend you do the same!

Gone here a bunch of times for some chronic shoulder and neck pain. That has been pretty much completely alleviated! Great massage therapists here who will really help you feel better!
