Zen Day Spa

I have always been in pain due to carpal tunnel and cervical stenosis. If it’s not my arms and shoulders it’s my lower back. I want to avoid taking my pain meds. I have tried accupunture and chiropractic adjustment, Both treatments have helped my paid but the addition of massage makes it all better. I have been getting my weekly massage at Zen Day Spa for a couple of months now and I have never felt this well for many years. I am very happy with the service. David is a very good masseuse. He listens and He pays close attention to the areas where I have pain. He always gives excellent massage. I always feel better after my treatment.The addition of hot stone is great! I will keep getting my massage here as long as I can.

They have cameras and never told us about them… for massages you have to get fully naked but keep the underwear garments on. When the lady left the room she left the door open and didn’t close it until she came back which was like 5 mins. The older lady massage pressure was way too hard it would cut my arm circulation off. They let out feet soak for over 30 mins. Our session was supposed to be 80 mins

Don’t come here at all. The old lady that saw me literally just put the minimal amount of pressure. I told multiple times to do it harder but she wouldn’t listen. I thought maybe she has pain in her hands but she could at least communicated that to me and i would wait for another person but she stayed the same way for the entirety. The. She demands tips and slaps me on my back and well i tell her why she slaps my face. A co worker came out to remedy the situation I explained why i wasn’t going to give her a tip and promised me a good massage next time. I am entirely sure i wont be coming back. What a waste of money.

I actually had a great experience here, despite other bad reviews. But, I frequent acupressure style massage spas in the area, so I knew what to expect. They have a hot tub! Its a little possessed and squirts water everywhere but it still felt nice and they put bubble bath in. David (therapist) really knows the human body and has a great touch. Yes, there can be pain with acupressure massage, but its fixing a problem and not just feel good. I will definitely go back.

I had an amazing food massage here last year! They seemed a bit understaffed, but the owner was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Decor was so-so, but overall environment was clean and quiet. Overall it was decent place!

Honestly I don’t get the bad reviews. I had a really good experience here, and I really can’t complain because I booked thru ClassPass so it was practically free other than the $20 tip I gave Mysumi (not sure how to spell her name) because she did a great job and really put her whole self into it! I recommend this place for an affordable massage.

As of today this spa is closed for good. Three people just die from legionnaires disease that caught from this place. Look it up on the news

They have been shut down due to legionnaires deaths. Turns out they dont even have a license to operate as a spa.

Do not go it’s a waste of money and time . I should have follow the Groupon reviews. Very poor service and massage

I just tipped that therapist $10, and I believe it’s a little bit too much.

This is not a permitted facility, they killed my nephew unbelievable.

Not recommended. The environment is very dirty.
