Friendly, Professional and wonderful ambience. Nirva was my masseuse and did an incredible massage. She was considerate of injuries and gave wonderful advice. Signed up for membership and made my next appointment same day!

Great experience. My masseuse was on time and really listened to me as to what type of massage I wanted. The staff is professional and genuinely friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend this facility.

This location is wonderful. The front desk staff are always so kind warm and welcoming. Michael is an amazing therapist for deep tissue work. His approach is knowledgeable and kind. He does a great job of incorporating stretching into the massage as well. He has really helped me with some long standing tension in my body. Highly recommend him!

Had a deep tissue massage from Ted to address general soreness and stiff muscles - it was hands down the best massage Ive ever received of the dozens Ive experienced. He also explained what was going on with my body as he treated the major issues of concern, which was both educational and reassuring because he had never met me but was able to dictate certain lifestyle habits of mine just from feeling the tension in my body. I will absolutely be returning for more sessions.

The thing I like the most is the talent/skills and kindness of the masseuse.

It was very easy to book an appointment by phone. The front desk was informative and friendly. My therapist was also very kind, friendly and well trained in his craft. I was unable to move my neck prior to coming in, and Ryan helped relax my upper back and neck muscles.

Elements Richmond is a great spot for my husband and I it’s literally down the street. It’s clean, customer service is awesome and the massages are wonderful. My husband uses Kelli & I’m happy with Sherri, she’s my go to. She listens and her hands are blessed. If I could get a massage once a week I’d be in heaven. I’d definitely recommend Elements.

So first and foremost, my experience with my massage therapist Dana has always been a marvelous one. I do want to recommend her for any of your needs especially when it comes to prenatal massages. Her expertise is top notch, and her personality is wonderful. She was my therapist through my entire first pregnancy/post-partum timeframe and I will be sad that I will no longer be going back to her (so long as she is with this company) for all my future pregnancies due to the very bad taste left from my experience with Elements Massage Richmond. As a new member signing up they are so sweet, helpful and good about explaining benefits, pricing, and giving complete transparency about everything, so my question now is why is it that when you are terminating for a short while, they fail to be transparent about anything? I had one credit left on my account for a final massage which I was specifically told over the phone could be used by the end of March. In that same conversation, I was told that any add-ons would not be an issue and could be added with the same rates as usual. I received my final massage yesterday as planned and Dana was impeccable as usual. However, much to my dismay the pricing I saw on my bank account this morning was nothing close to what I was told it would be. When I called this morning, knowing clear and well this had to be a mistake, the receptionist told me that I actually only had until the end of Feb to have member pricing for the add-ons, not March as I was originally told. Now how is that ethical?? So now I am being charged over $100 despite my credit being applied from my account after being told something completely different and trusting that their employees were being honest and clear with me as they had always been. All I feel at this point is sincere disappointment. (I mean wow what a letdown.) To have had several great experiences with this company for years and to have it come to an end and walk away for what was going to only be a few months, has now turned into something permanently negative. I feel cheated as a long-time loyal customer. The receptionist was very unsympathetic towards the entire situation, and I have yet to be emailed any receipt from yesterday or my termination contract as I was told I would be. Be cautious about giving your business to this company. A year ago, I would have told you nothing but good things regarding transparency, ethical practices, communication, and treatment, however, now my views about them have completely changed after this very upsetting experience.

I had an amazing experience! Jada at the front desk was so personable, friendly and informative. She made me feel very comfortable about the process! I had Yeo as a masseuse and he definitely massages skillfully and intuitively! I had been in pain since I gave birth (6 months). One session with him and 90% of the pain subsided. I will definitely be back!!

The service at Element Massage was terrific! Tim greeted me when I arrive. He was personable and made me feel comfortable. He explained the paperwork and was ready to answer any question that I may have had. The environment was very clean with the right vibe preparing me for my massage. Jacqueline was my massage therapist and she did a wonderful job taking care of me. She listened to my concerns and addressed my needs. She knew the right amount of pressure to address the deeper layer of muscle which needed attention. I appreciate her willingness to accommodate a last minute request; which was the Himalayan Salt Rock. I highly recommend clients to try. It was awesome. I certainly recommend Element Massage and Jacqueline for your massage therapist. Count on me coming back.

I wanna give a huge shout out to the receptionist, she definitely won our business. I had made a dozen calls before I called elements and it didnt take me a minute to trust this place because of how she represented the business. The overall appointment experience was 5 star as well. I found the place very welcoming and clean. My therapist Dana was great as well but perhaps the only complain would be that we did not get the full 60 minutes that we booked for. I think our appointments were wrapped up in 45 to 50 minutes eventhough our massage started on time.

Ted is very knowledgeable and I felt reassured about my treatment plan. I woke up the next day with more flexibility in my neck and less pain with movement. I look forward to my continued sessions!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The receptionist greeted me by name as soon as I stepped inside. I chose a 90 minute massage with HerbalRitual Therapy. Amber was informative about the different massages and catered to my needs. She even ran to grab a pillow for my chest, which made lying on the table more comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety and was able to relax for the first time in forever. Cant wait for my next massage.

I don’t like how the lady used most of the time explaining what to expect that she chose not to make up for the time she started the message to the time she ended and I had 10min left of the message. I’m extremely picky about making sure I get the full time, I mean who wouldn’t want to make sure they get their moneys worth? Once I realized I didn’t get the full time I tried letting her know but she was already gone and into the break room. It took her forever to come back for me to let her know so I just left it.This seems to be a common thing though for some message therapist. They really need to stop rushing and give us the full time we paid for. They think not many people will notice. And overall it a so frustrating.

I recently went back to Elements massage Richmond and had, hands down, the BEST massage from Chas!! He was very professional and kind, and he worked on all of the areas that I had told him were ailing me during our consultation. I had a baby recently and my shoulders, neck, and back were in pain, as well as some sciatic pain from the epidural and he was able to treat and target areas that I have been trying to relieve for months!! It was truly incredible!! I highly recommend booking with him or Amber in the future. I went during the Valentine’s season with Amber and she did a great job too.Also, the waiting room is extremely calming and while checking in I didn’t feel pressured to book or buy anything other than what I was comfortable with which I greatly appreciated.

I’ve been about three times since March 2019 and I’ve always had an amazing experience. I’ve used Dana all three times. She is amazing and the perfect pressure for me. The last massage was a 90 min massage, a Mother’s Day gift, and I probably never would have booked 90 min myself but now I don’t think I could go back to 60 min. Dana always finds my tension or knots and I always think I’m going to be sore the next day but I never am. She is truly an amazing massage therapist. All their staff is amazing!

Love elements massage on Mason Road! Always very professional… Very clean and quiet environment perfect for a massage. I have been with Yanelis for a year… I have back neck and hip issues and she works with me to provide exactly what I need. I’m looking for a deeper massage and she always caters my session to exactly what’s going on with me. I highly recommend her… She’s the best!

Stephanie is an amazing massage therapist. She listened to what MY request was, instead of assessing what she felt I needed. Sometimes I just need a relaxing massage instead of fixing my issue. She did just that and requested if she could make a few adjustments. She used aromatherapy and recommended after care for home. I did not want to leave her table. My massage was absolutely wonderful!

Beware if you have two one hour gift cards and book a 90 min they ((refuse)) to split gift cards you either have to pay for an extra 30 min massage or you lose you whole one hour gift card.I was very calm asking for the manager talk to me before front desk would charge my card .Diego the front desk threaten me to call the cops on me! For wanting to talk to a manager before him charging my credit card on fileI use to come to this location for years Now I’m not coming back!

UPDATE:Highly recommend Gabby. She does medium to firm pressure. Exceptionally wonderful massage, honestly, the best one Ive had in my life!Beautiful waiting room, very nice receptionist. The medium to firm massage by Nancy was spectacular especially since I switched pressure requests all over. Loved the aromatherapy and room was pretty spacious for a massage. I AM coming back.

Front office staff was super sweet, professional, and helpful. James the massage therapist was hands down the best. I have had massages at Ritz and 4 Seasons that were no where near what James did. Top quality, professional, great personality. He did a fantastic job.

Its a small quiet place unlike some other massage places around . I really like that you can sign up for a membership but you arent locked into a certain amount if time because its hard to find a therapist that you like and feel comfortable with but I felt comfortable signing up knowing if I didnt find one I wouldnt be locked In. Thankfully I did find a amazing therapist. Charity is a sweetheart and does amazing work ! She listens to what you need but also feels what your body needs and finds a good balance of both. She always makes me feel very comfortable and genuinely wants me to feel 10x better before I leave . She has often gone over time to ensure i do. Thank you so much! Elements is always very clean and I have never had to wait. The receptionists are always very nice. Taleena is a very experienced massage therapist and knows how to work out all knots and loosen tight muscles. I would recommend this location to anyone, especially those who do hard workouts.

I called at 8:29 am when I had a 10 am appt to cancel because I was sick and had a fever. Rather than go, because I wasnt sure if I had COVID I cancelled as to not expose my massage therapist or anyone else. I was charged $40. When I called I was basically told that I had to cancel 24 hrs before my appt.Dont get a membership here. All they care about is the money. I am cancelling my membership immediately!!!!!

This was my first appointment and I am very satisfied!! I had terrible neck pain that lasted a couple of days and I decided to try Elements hoping for some relief! I saw Seth and my massage was very relaxing. My stiff neck went away and Seth worked the knots out wonderfully! I am very grateful! The receptionist is very welcoming and made me feel at ease!I did receive a discount and I will return, the fees are comparable to other massage places.

Very disappointed. I pretended I dont get a massage so I could see the way they would treat me. I asked for a medium touch massage and the whole time I just got my pressure points messed with! I got a lecture the whole time it wasnt even relaxing to me, I told them to only do my shoulders and neck and they started doing other parts of my body. I felt very uncomfortable. Also the massage therapist was very rude, and about 90% of the time I did not get an actual massage I only got his fingers dug into me all over. He kept digging like into my rib cages and telling me does that hurt and he said good, LOL.

From the receptionist to the therapist, everyone was wonderful. Very inviting, soothing, and comfortable environment from the time you walk in and even after the time you leave; they really make you feel welcomed. After my first time, I immediately signed for their wellness program because I had to go back; service was awesome!

This is by far my favorite Elements Massage location. I live all the way in Katy but I will drive out to Richmond anytime to return to this location. Stephanie is the absolute best! She all of the knots I had in my shoulders and rubbed them out until they were completely gone. If you have any sort of tension, I highly recommend her! She also has a diffuser going in her space so it smells wonderful and clean as soon as you walk in.Overall, it’s worth every penny!

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and relaxed. The receptionist is amazing at customer service, and the massage therapists are great at what they do. My wife and I even bought a membership due to the extraordinary experience, not to mention the incredible value. Highly recommend this place.

My first time here. They were very polite and courteous. I cannot remember who worked on me, sorry. She was great! Worked out knots from very tight lower back, neck and IT bands on one side. She also suggested some exercises to help me. I will definitely be back.

I like the member benefits and that my unused massages rolls-over to the following month. The staff and massage therapists that I have interacted with are all very professional. Even my husband whom I took once for a couples massage was impressed and would like to come back.

If your looking for a REAL massage I highly recommend Elements massage! The moment you walk in their staff is very social and exciting to talk to. Miss Nancy performed my massage and I always get the same question would you like a firm or soft massage? And when I say firm it really dont feel that way, but Nancy was firm and before I went in I was having trouble lifting my knee to my waist line and now its been almost 3 weeks and still able to do just that. I CANT WAIT TILL MY NEXT VISIT!!! Thank you Elements for a service way better then I could of expected!

Reception is friendly and courteous. The masseuse was excellent - very professional and responded to my questions and made sure to address my immediate areas of concern. He also made recommendations for me before my next visit. Very happy to have found this high quality service so close to home.

I usually have to go for a massage 3-4 times a month with pain in my neck. I tend to wait until Ive gone a couple of nights without sleep and Im at wits end. I decided to try Elements Massage because its close to home and was blessed to have Courtney this morning? She gave me one of the best massages ever and then told me to watch U- Tube for stretches for my Levator Scapula and Hamstrings. Thank You Courtney!

Yanelis is amazing at her job. She is courteous and remembers where my issues are. I prefer a firmer pressure and she never disappoints. After several sessions with Yanelis, I have seen a lot of improvement in my back and lower body. As a mom of 3 and a distance runner, its important for my body to be in good condition! Highly recommend Yanelis for your next massage!

Felt tailored and wasnt just a generic massage, the focus was on problem areas. I had several knots and tight areas in my muscles that got worked out. There was no focus on the inner leg muscles (hips/groin, inner head of the quad) which I couldve used but that my only critique.Price was affordable, felt safe given all things Covid, and I plan on going back.

The girl was very nice when we walk in. We waited for our turn and I was called in, my husband in the other hand ended up waiting for 15 min and was still not called in for his massage. He then asked to just cancel it since he had been waiting and didnt want me to wait after I was done. The girl which was nice earlier wouldnt work with him and became rude. She then proceeded to tell him she would be charging him a $35 cancelation fee. If we have to pay a cancelation fee for being late or cancelling, they shouldnt charge you if they are making you wait for over 15 minutes. When we tried to get a hold of the manager she refused to get the manager on the phone and changed us the $35 fee without our consent. The massage was subpar. I wouldnt recommend this place, there are other better places out there. Very unfortunate since we live close by. Would rate zero in customer satisfaction if I could.

Do Not Come Here! My husband bought me a gift card from this place in July 2017 for a 1 Hour massage. The section for expiration on the giftcard was blank and there was no small print on the card regarding expiration. I held on to the card and finally booked an appointment. When booking the appointment I let the rep know when the card was issued. No one mentioned expiration. I get to my appointment only to be told that the giftcard was expired and they would give me credit for what was paid for the card, but I would have to pay the difference. I let the employee know that did not make sense because the card did not mention an expiration date. I even called my husband to see if anyone ever told him it would expire. He told me no one told him anything. Did I mention the card has a place to write an expiration date, but it is blank? I asked to speak to the manager. The employee texts or somehow communicates with someone and I am told she will call me another time. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I told the employee I wanted to speak to the manager now and was told she will call me when she is available. I am currently sitting in the lobby waiting on a call that I am sure will never come. Long story short these people are crooks and their customer service is horrible. They issued the card, they failed to mention an expiration date which they can do on the card, and then they want additional money from me. Dream On!I will never come to this place again. You should not come either. There are way more reputable establishments than this. Its not even the money it is the principal of the matter. Just ridiculous and a waste of time.

I cannot say enough wonderful things sbout Sondro. He has been my massage therapist since I started at Elements Massage. Actually followed him to Elements.... he is that good. He listens and genuinely cares about tension, pain points, having it be a relaxing experieince. For the first time yesterday, he was able to unlock a vertebrae in the upper part of my neck that even a chiropractor could not get to release! Of course I was so relaxed as that was the last area he worked on, but bottom line!! It worked!. Still feeling so much better today as well. If you want the best, he is the one!

Hands down the best massage therapy place Ive ever been. Courtney is Ah-mazing. She finds every single knot and works em out of my stressed out shoulders. Its so hard to find a good masseuse, but Ive found that in Courtney!!

The worst massage place that i have ever knownI sign up for the membership but i have been busy so i cancelled it and i still have one more service that i havenot used it and when i cancelled nobody told me that has expiration day until i called they said its expired. So they rip off my money. They asked me to pay without i have ever receieved the service.Sherry the receptionist said she will call me, but never called back . I had a 90 minute massage with James. He ended the session 15 minutes before time was up. I asked for a deep tissue massage and that is not what I received at all. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time or money.

Talina was amazing! I went in with horrible back spasms and was barely able to walk. She explained everything she was doing and gave me tips to help with the pain. Everyone was calming, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

This place is just here to make money. Their cancellation policies are ridiculous. They dont pick up the phone when you call to cancel, but want to charge a cancellation fee later.Service is mediocre too.
