Ive never had a problem with these guys until today. I just got off the phone with Randy the self-proclaimed part-timer. I was on the phone with him for literally 1 minute and 10 seconds and I asked him for clarification on something he said and he went off on me for having to repeat himself. Going to LowBobs.

I absolutely love going to Jericos. They are insanely knowledgeable, very friendly and eager to answer any questions. Justin helped me with the New Years Eve haul and I was not disappointed. Hes a great guy and I always enjoy chatting with him.

Great store and Great people. This is revised because one guy was training and I got bent out of shape about said person. My bad, he is Great after getting used to everything. 10/10!

I dont vape, but I buy some stuff for my girlfriend sometimes. The guys here are very friendly and helpful.Unfortunately they cant do paper receipts but they still let me switch a pack of coils when I bought the wrong ones.If you are getting into vape, these guys can probably give some advice too.Havent been to many other vape shops, but this has been the best one.

Can we just talk about exceptional customer service? Every single person I’ve dealt with at Jerico is patient and kind as can be. Yesterday..I spoke with two people over the phone to ask several questions and to put in a lengthy order for my husband. Neither rushed me off the phone and both of them took their time. I do not personally use the products but my husband says the products are high quality and a good value. Thank you for being a great quality vape store in Richmond.

Been going to this shop for a couple years now. Nowhere else in Richmond even compares to this place! Amazing quality and quantity of products and above and beyond customer service. I recently moved to Indianapolis, but whenever I’m back in town I ALWAYS make a point to stop by Jerico. 6/5 stars.

Best shop I’ve ever been to! Other stores I go to when I’m not in town, the people there aren’t as friendly at all, not very helpful, and don’t communicate much. But at Jericos, everyone I’ve met there has been SUPER friendly, they’re very helpful, and would love to sit and chat if they’re able to! Not to mention theirs prices are absolutely amazing! Almost the same prices you find online, but in store! But most of all, support your local business! 🙌🏼

Love this store. Until Englewood opened, I would drive to Richmond just because theyre so great. The staff and owners are always super friendly and very knowledgeable, and the store is always very well stocked and displays always look on point!

Everyone there is so friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk in. They will answer any and all questions. Their prices are the best. On my 2nd model and tank from them. They are the only ones in town that carry my coils. Best flavors.

If youre in any kind of pain and want to avoid narcotics, this is the place to go. ALL NATURAL treatments, wonderful staff with tons of knowledge. I was hospitalized for 15 days with Rhabdomyolysis which almost killed me. This place had exactly what was natural and needed to aid my recovery. Thank you all so much for your tremendous help!

I have actually experienced the exact opposite of bad customer service @ Jerico.. Ive done quite a bit of business there and any time Ive ever encountered problems or issues, from fully replacing a pretty expensive mod to responding to my user error inquiries through email (within minutes!) There hasnt bn 1 time where theyve turned me away or gotten hateful w/ me for coming in for help with something Ive bought from there... Small business owners are just trying to do their best to keep people safe rn by limiting the amount of people and time they spend in their stores. We nd to respect that even so were all on edge rn.

They remember what you like and are nice as can be. The new look of the store is good too.

They used to have a good selection of vape juice but that wasnt the case the other day when I went. I was overcharged for a bottle of juice and then when I got home I noticed the safety seal had been broken already. I will not be going back again.

Went in initially for troubleshooting tips on my vape, and without hesitation the gentleman (not sure of his name) there fixed my vape. He also answered the numerous questions I had to help me better understand various different vape devices, etc.... Not once was he impatient with me. I even ended up purchasing a Smok Rolo Badge & Nic Salts. He was extremely helpful & very attentive. Thanks guys for all your help!! Dropped into Jericho vapes this afternoon. Very small place and selection but thy have managed to have a good representation of vape gear and accessories from beginner to advanced vapor. The staff is very knowledgeable of all aspects of vaping and is ready to to answer any and all questions. Very convenient to drop in for coils and or a bottle of liquid.
