Great massge, I recently hurt my back and have had a miserable last two weeks. I went in and got a hour long pain relief therapy focusing on my legs and lower back.I added the cupping and hot rock massage and I am walking right for the first time intwoo weeks.The prices were fantastic, especially for an hour! I will definatly be back!Thank you so much

Went there to get a massage and halfway through it they began to add stuff without telling me and it added on to the total cost. Then afterwards when I told them I never asked for the extra add-ons, they still forced me to pay for it while also expecting a minimum $20 tip. I would never recommend this place because its essentially robbing people

Added an extra $5 to their own tip, saying it was a Debit card fee. The massage wasn’t that great.

This place is terrible. Bad people bad treatments. I hope this place gets shut down.

One of my clients had cancel their appointments so I had time to find a massage in the area. Im from Los Angeles and I looked at the reviews and went from there. Ill tell you that girl Jenny... its like when youre in a church service and the preacher is preaching and you tell him you better preach boy preach; Jenny is truly in the right profession and she took away all of my excruciating back pain. I did a 90-minute massage with cupping first time for the cupping and it was amazing. I will be back.

I’ve been going here for about 10 years and gave a 5 star review years ago. But this place has changed. Prices have gone through the roof and they’re asking for upgrades during the massage. I got a $100 massage and gave a $20 tip and the lady had an irritated look and walked away. I left feeling so conflicted about my beloved KK Massage that all the relaxation went out the window. I am sad to say that they lost a loyal customer (I’ve had over 100 massages over the last 10 years as has my wife) and I’m writing this review while looking for my next massage place.

They were amazing. They could see me the same day and they relieved a lot of pressure in my should and lower back which are injured. They were very professional and Coco did an amazing job. Highly recommend them.

I love this place! My husband and I have come here several times and they put you in a cute couple room. The lighting is low and there is faint relaxing music. Today we asked for a deep tissue and the ladies did not disappoint. It was a full hour and they really got in there. We will keep coming back and definitely recommend to our friends and family. Note: if there is an area you want them to focus on tell them before you go in. I told them my neck and shoulders and they really focused on those areas. So happy with this place!

Have been going here for years, and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and skilled hands. Clean facility and great pricing...very reasonable for couples massage. There is a stand- up, clean shower big enough for two people. We use it when we get the body scrub. Walk-ins never a prob for us.

As far as the massage goes, it was well worth the money you pay, and I was satisfied with the way the masseuse treated me. I paid for a one hour massage, and it was just right! The place has a very relaxed feel to it, they play soft music in the background, and even their lights are dimly lit/off to give it a relaxed effect.The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star is simply because of the following; just as I was saying thank you to the masseuse and the front desk worker, and I was about to leave, she asked me if I had tipped the masseuse. I said yes of course, and told her I left the tip in the room where the massage took place. The masseuse darted over to see if I had left it there. The front desk worker then had a sigh of relief, as if everything was okay for me to leave. At least thats how I felt about it all. I did not appreciate this at all, simply because a tip is a tip, in which the client leaves a tip if they feel the person or place providing the service deserved it. It is certainly not mandatory, nor should anyone ask a client if they left a tip before leaving. There werent any signs anywhere of it being mandatory to leave a tip, nor did the front desk worker ever mention anything about a mandatory tip before the massage started, nor as I paid for the massage up front. So, I do not appreciate this at all, I simply do not find it appropriate for anyone to ask whether I left a tip or not, it should not be necessary to ask anyone before they leave. A tip is earned, and shouldnt be questioned. Therefore I am leaving a 2 star review.I should have read reviews of this place before going, but it was a random decision to get a massage here.By the way, just so everyone knows, I did leave a tip, and it was a $20 tip for the masseuse, as I felt she totally deserved the tip, and I was happy with the massage through and through. I would of gone back to get another massage from this specific masseuse. But because of my experience with the whole tip thing, I will not be coming back here.

I miss this place. I moved to Phoenix and I havent found anyone as good as this place. Its a diamond in this area. Great staff and jenny worked my back and sore muscles real good today. I recommend everyone to pamper yourself here! Lots of different services, couples too!. Every time Im back in the area I come visit! Well worth your money!

The prices got a little steep, but all the rooms are private. I havent had a bad experience yet. Been coming here almost 6 years. Every massage person is great.

The first part is ok but at the end the massage tech. Is very rush! She didnt massage my neck. Usually I have a few nuts by my neck area. Every time I have a massage the technician play with it and make it softer, but not Ivy, new technician . Their price is just rate up. However they should do the better job than before.

This is the most relaxing place you can go. Ive never been to a place where you didnt have to tell them where you are sore. They just find your sore spots without ever being told.The wife and I have been to Glenn Ivy and paid a lot more for about less. Youll love this place!!!

It’s the best place to get a massage! They have great services provided for any types of massage you need, no matter if it’s deep tissue or just a normal massage! It’s the place I have ever been to get a massage in the area of Riverside! Every time is a brand new experience filled with enjoyment and will feel like a new person every time after a massage. I love this store so much and thank you Amber(owner) for providing all the great services I get every time!

Just had a massage by LISA ! Omg best deep tissue massage. I operate a glass company and I had a back injury from a heavy install. SHE WAS AMAZING! She offered a oil for an extra $20 half way through, I purchased it. It was amazing my back feels 100x better. Still a bit sore from my injury spot but she really got in there so I know tomorrow I will feel so much better! Worth every penny!

Ive been coming here for the last three years and always experienced a great, soothing professional massage. I love going to spas high end, mid range etc. and their massages are at par! I love the hot stone massage. Will always come back to this place -convenient and near my neighborhood.

Well this may be a little biased as it was my first time going to a place to get a massage. Have to say it was well worth breaking out of my bubble and trying it for the first time. The staff is deffinetly very friendly. The massage experience itself was great. I had the combo massage which has a 30 min foot massage and 60 minute body with oil massage. I didnt realize how relaxing this would be as I was a little nervous at first. Well worth the $50 and definetly enjoying this relaxed feeling afterwards. Will probably be returning in the near future.

I have been to trying out several massage places around Riverside. This one has really great price and multiple trioces. They have very nice stuff and the massage oil will turning warm which is very comfortable. Enjoy the relax so much. Will stay here for sure.

Received a deep tissue massage and I must say make sure ur well hydrated before getting a massage. I didnt and I paid the price! Overall it was a good experience and relaxing! Will definitely return!

I was there for 90 min massage. The lady who did massage to me was sleeping While doing massage. Totally they ripped me off! And later they are forcing me to give 20% tip. I don’t suggest this place.They don’t have right to force anyone to give tip, if the customer is not satisfied. I’m going to complain to city people to take legal action on this business.

Please do not come to this massage place. My step dad was robbed. Someone robbed a necklace from his shorts that had zipper closing which means the necklace could not have fallen out. When he complained to the staff and told them what happened they told him to not complain and that lost items may happen at this location. This is very unprofessional. How do you steal your customers belongings and then kick them out? This is a warning to all do not come here. Theyre rude and steal personal belongings.

I came here by mistake I wa going to another place and had been here last time in January. But I thought I try it again. And from my experience with back injury they did a great job fixing me. Great job and no tipping issue. Wonderful people. And if you carry something valuable in any place where it is unattended dont. No matter where you go it could happen anywhere.

Very clean, professional and careful even for people with back problems. As long as you explain how you like your massage, they are very accommodating.

Massage is good to OK but they force you to tip. I tipped after my massage but they told me it wasnt enough. I was tipping over 20% but it wasnt good enough for them. Not going back, wouldnt recommend.

I wont be back! I had to tip $12 according to them. It was very noisy and Ive had way better massages at other places. Dont waist your money.
