So Im new to this area. Normally because of my bad habits Im a A1 Plus customer at any smoke shops in my area. I give them respect and I give them money and I expect the same back respect and product. Good product. Neither were given to me from this shop. I go in one night late after work, pay a ridiculous amount of money for a lost Mary vape. We dont need to get into what kind and flavors and all that kind of stuff because hell thats illegal. Anyways, what I was buying wasnt and it wasnt illegal what they were selling thats not what Im getting at. What I am getting at is I bought this vape at night time right before they closed. I tested it in front of them and it seemed to work fine. That night I literally took two hits off it went to sleep. The next morning I get up my girl takes a couple hits off of it and I go to take a hit off of it and its dead. Literally dead no battery know nothing. The light is lighting up, but nothing is happening other than that its not heating up. So I think to myself this cant be happening to me I just paid $25 for a lost Mary vape that I got to hit a couple times in the shop and now not at all. Im thinking to myself okay Ill go down on my lunch Im going to go down there and let them know what happened and theyll just give me a new one. Yeah right. Nothing of the sort happened. I was demeaned, belittled, and told that I probably didnt know what the hell I was doing. And it was something that I did that caused it. I can assure this place and the public that I do know what Im doing when it comes to smoking. I didnt do nothing wrong to it I had it for less than 8 hours. And this is how they treat me? I dump 25.00 into this place for a little tiny vape thats supposed to last me at least 2 weeks and this is how they treat me? No way man. I would have been one of their best customers, by far, and this is how they want to treat me? At first the fella at night time tells me that if I buy multiple items that you wouldnt be able to give me any kind of breakdown on any of the prices. Everybody out there knows that when they go to smoke shops the owners become their friends and they do give them breakdowns on prices. Even if the people that are working at the time are not the owners they still know whos who and gives people breakdowns. Not this place the guy at night told me hes not the owner and he cant even take a dollar off of it and Im talking about spending almost $100 with him. So thats why I didnt buy anything else but the vape its because I needed the vape. You guys out there know what Im talking about. Anyways I cannot respectably or consciously recommend this place to anybody. When I went in there the next day to ask if I could get a new vape, the guy looked at me like I was out of my mind and told me that by the looks of me it was probably something of my doing and I can assure you it wasnt I was just tired and dirty cuz I was on lunch and I work two different jobs to provide for my family right now. So Im sorry I didnt have a lot of time to take a shower before I went in on my lunch break to get a new vape for a broken vape that had lasted me less than 1 hour. This place is absolutely ridiculous. They are rude, callous, and unprofessional to an extent that I dont wish to experience ever again. If you choose to go there, and youve read my review, that is on you. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

READ THIS : I do NOT recommend. I called them and asked for a price for Vape. He stated I dont give prices over phone. I was confused and surprised by his response to a customer. I hung up.He called me back, said Ops and gave me a price.When I arrived to buy a $19.99 vape he charged me $5 Tax. I said why. He said tax was 13%.Guy is ripping his customers off. Dont buy from here alot better and cheaper places to buy from friends!

Great selection of cigars theyre always courteous unfortunately when you make a purchase the prices on the box do not match the prices that youre charged at the register. 3 times now I wont be back.As Ive already mentioned have a sticker on the front of each box indicating what the individual price of each cigar. When you get to the register that price is different on two occasions Ive been in and a pad to correct the price register amount to reflect the price that is posted on the front of each box. If the price is Dipper you should be updating the price on each box it is misleading and frankly quite surprising when the amount can be 20 or $30 difference which I have had happen

You should turn off your neons. It makes it seem like you’re open when you obviously close before 8...

This was my first & last trip there. I tried them, b/c they are closer to my home & it wouldve been more convenient, w/regard to distance. Unfortunately, I had anything but a positive experience. Once I was finally acknowledged, he was rude & impatient. Moreover, they didnt carry what I needed. I smoke & I vape, & Im an excellent & frequent customer. I will not be returning to Cigarette Zone. I will keep giving my patronage to E-Cig City, where they know how to treat their customers.

The owner wasnt too helpful. He didnt seem too interested in helping me with questions I had on products he sold. Nice looking store tho but thats about it.

This place is one of the best priced in the area they also are very courteous and professional I recommend any and everyone in the area to make this a regular place to visit they always have everything I need in stock.

Horrible! They sale vape pens that dont work and treat you like its your fault. Basically I just gave them 54 bucks to be treated like trash. How dare you guys!
