Excellent!!!! Michelle is excellent. I gone to her for years now and she always know how to treat & relieve my tight muscles on my shoulder and back. She is friendly, a good listener and she gives good advise on exercises, herbals, and generally overall of life. As long as she is still around, I will keep going to her.

Top notch! I see Debbie. Not only is she professional, she, time and time again, delivers the best deep tissue massage! To top it off she is kind and really focuses in on what needs to be done on any given visit. The space is super clean, inviting and calm. Highly recommended!

I received a massage from Alycia and was very very impressed! This was by far the best massage I’ve received and she paid close attention to my target areas. When we were through, she even gave me advice on back issues she noticed and how to take care of my back better to resolve the issues. The room was very cozy with calming music and smelled amazing. I received a gift certificate for my 60th birthday last May and used it last week. My 90 minute hot stone massage was the BEST massage I have ever had. Alicia did a fantastic job and I definitely will be a returning client.....I have never felt so relaxed and I did not want to get off the table.

Feb 2022: To start with, the location was easily accessible with parking located directly in front of their building. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. My appointment started right on time. The massage room was warm and pleasant with nice background music. Michelle was wonderful, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She was extremely skilled in working my problem areas and her general body massage was amazing. I highly recommend.November 2022: I had a massage with Deb. She was very pleasant and focused on making my massage experience exactly what I needed. The room was clean, warm, relaxing and very comfortable. During an hour of concentrating on my problem areas, she also found a way to cover several other areas. I walked out feeling terrific! Highly recommend Deb and Therapeutic Massage and Body Works!

I have been going to this spa for years and have always had an excellent experience. My most recent visit was for a 1 hour massage that was perfect in every way. Jamie and her team are professional, friendly, and do great work!

I’m a fairly new client, but have had other massages in the past. I’m seeing Jamie and she goes above and beyond! Best massage I’ve ever had, she’s so knowledgeable and also so kind. The atmosphere is professional and relaxing. Would SO HIGHLY recommend!

My boyfriend booked us a couples massage as a birthday gift. It was my first massage ever, and I was extremely nervous. As soon as we met Debbie and Karl, my nerves melted away! We arrived 15 mins early, as instructed in our confirmation email and were greeted immediately by Debbie and Karl. They took us right back, and explained the process. They also asked if we had any problem areas we wanted focused on. They were extremely professional and made us feel very comfortable. The heated beds were AMAZING, and I drifted off to sleep a few times. I had strained my neck a couple of weeks prior and noted that I would like that area to be focused on. The next day, I was relieved completely of any discomfort! I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. I’ve been recommending them to everyone who has asked me about my experience. We can’t wait to book another one. :)

I came here for my first ever facial, which is how I met Joanna. She is the best! So knowledgable with everything she uses from tools to products. Always takes great care of me, and so easy to talk to. Joanna helped me adjust to a new skin care routine, now my skin has never looked or felt better! I have only been seeing Karl at TMB for a couple months, but each session has varied according to my needs at the time as a chronic pain sufferer and I’ve left each time feeling so much better than when I arrived. He begins each appointment patiently attending to my narrative and then responds very knowledgeably both in discussion and, of course, during treatment. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I experienced a great relaxing retreat. The esthetic was calming and everything was clean. They had air purifiers in each room for safety.I have several allergies and Debbie and Joanne knew what was in each product they used and easily found lotions that would not irritate my skin.The staff worked together well, it appeared that they complimented each other well.

My first visit for a massage will not be my last! Alycia was very welcoming and did an amazing job! She also took the time to make some recommendations for future visits. Also love the decor and the essentials oils that were being diffused. 😌

Absolutely extraordinary. I had a much-needed 90-minute massage after a 16 hr flight with 8 hr layover irritated my low back. Jamie the owner did a simply phenomenal job, and earned herself a monthly return customer. My whole body feels amazing and she had useful exercise tips to improve my strength training as well! Joanna gives the best facials! Wearing masks all day at work for the last year left me with a swollen painful face. Joanna takes the time to assess and come up with an individualized treatment plan to address all my concerns. She reaches out with recommendations answers all of my questions and even found me a great home cleaning routine that fits with my busy schedule. This place is utterly divine. Part of me wishes more people knew about it so they can get the recognition they deserve but the other part of me doesnt want too many people to know about it or else it would be so busy I wouldnt be able to book any appointments!I have had manicures, pedicures, waxing, and facials done here (I still need to book a massage at some point!) and have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I dont even care about price because the services are worth it.Their new location is cozy, warm and inviting. Jamie and her staff are all amazing. I have had services done by Roslyn, Debbie, and Gracen and they are all wonderful.

My massage and facial Spa day was a gift from my 3 daughters. Karl gave me a wonderful massage. The music was so soothing and tha massage was amazing.I had never had a facial and Joanna is the best. I thought my skin looked radiant. But, the best part was my husband noticed the difference and said I smelled good, too.Thank you both for an amazing afternoon.

I am a devoted customer at this place. I work with Michele (but I’m sure everyone here is absolutely stellar). She works with me and makes sure that whatever I need is taken care of and is just a calm presence to have around in general. I recommend this place to all of my friends as I believe that I have become a more comfortable person in life because of my massages here.

Jamie is amazing! Her funny, warm and concerned personality make you feel right at home, that your needs and desires are being addressed. I am a sign language interpreter with a lot of neck and shoulder issues. I left my massage feeling more free and loose than I have in a very long time. I used to go to Jamie when I lived nearby her practice. Now I live almost an hour away and will still drive to see her. I have had years of massage with various practitioners and can say that Jamie is the best I have ever been to.

The 90min relaxation massage I had with Jamie today was amazing! Hands down the best massage Ive had. She worked miracles with my shin splints and sore neck/shoulders! I highly recommend her and will definitely be back

I had a one hour massage with Debbie and it was the best! The staff is experienced and friendly, and everything is what a spa should be, from the aromatherapy misters and relaxing low lighting and candles, to the clean restrooms and towels and free lemon/orange water to drink after a relaxing massage. I highly recommend TMB to anyone who wants to pamper themselves, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Alycia is a miracle worker! I have been going to her every few months for some self care due to being on my feet for 12hrs at a time and leave feeling so relaxed and like a new person! The massage room is so relaxing and warm! Alycia always asks where my problem areas are and focuses time on them and I always leaving feeling better! Highly recommend!

I would give 1,000 stars. I just finished my second medical/orthopedic massage with Karl. I wish i came sooner, he is a godsend and is the top of the profession. I have 2 plates, 9 screws a piece of metal over the talus of my ankle. Its been a long 5 months, filled with pain, pt, daily exercises. Karl knows exactly what needs to be done, how to do it and I trust him completely. Im so thankful I found him and he was available, I am improving greatly. What drs and pt dont ever seem to understand is your injury isnt just one part, its connected to the rest of your body.

My wife and I had the pleasure to receive our first ever massage from TM&B, and we wholeheartedly recommend the Couples Massage (1 hour) for any beginners like us! The room was setup nicely, with the perfect amount of mood lighting and soothing sounds (ocean waves from one speaker, and gentle relaxing piano on another). Time flew by and we wished it would have lasted longer! The staff was knowledgeable and made sure we werent looking for a specific focus or area for the massage and opted for a general one. A well-worth 5/5!

Debbie C. is the woman you want to see for your facials! She is absolutely amazing at what she does! I cant wait to go back! But, be careful, her scalp massage may induce a coma- its so relaxing!!! I am recommending her, as well as this lovely spa to everyone I know!

I have had services here a few times, mostly performed by masseuse Jamie, and esthetician Debbie. The staff is very professional, and I recently received a 2 hour Thai Poultice massage. This massage was wonderful for detoxing, and relaxation. They have couples massages, massage packages, and spa packages. My favorite package that also serves as an amazing gift for a loved one is the tranquility package: massage, facial and pedicure. I highly recommend this spa, and will be continuing to book with them for any pampering in the future.

Got a couples massage with my girlfriend and myself, the service was wonderful! Rooms are clean, the atmosphere is comfortable and the owner is extremely friendly. Our masseuses took the time to find out what was bothering us first, and then actually focused on those areas without neglecting the rest of my body! Ive found my parlor of choice.

If there were more than 5 stars, Id rate this even higher. Ive been using the spa for many years now. I started with a Groupon and now I dont go anywhere else. Today I had a hot stone massage by Michelle and I cant believe how good my arthritis and sore muscles feel. The deep heat and her technique was so therapeutic, she was very professional, and she was very conscientious about reducing any risk of spreading infection. I am also a huge fan of their pedis and, again, appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism. So glad to see that they have opened back up.

Upon my arrival I entered the building and sat for several minutes before being greeted. The building was clean. The massage therapist was nice enough. I asked for a feel tissue massage and received what equates to a body rub. There was no deep tissue work done which was the entire point of the appointment. Was it a nice rub... Sure. Is that what was requested no. I could also her the women from the front carrying on over the relaxing music during the massage. They were so loud I could here their entire conversation...Which isnt just unprofessional its weird. My massage lasted just under an hour- I paid for the hr but no one told me to arrive early and I assumed since most places dont want people hanging around (due to covid) that its expected that I show up at the exact time or close to it. That wasnt the case... My convo with my therapist and changing time was taken from my massage time. At the end of the day the scenario is this: a hot stone massage, a regular massage And a deep tissue massage are all different and it seems likely that you are just getting a body rub for all of them. 2 stars bc a bad massage is better than a good work day but thats it.

Love the facials from Debbie. Debbie is very thoughtful about what is best for my face. My other favorite spa treat is reflexology by Michelle. Michelle is extremely knowledgable about the oils she uses. I have been going to TM&B for years and have seen lots of growth of services.

I’ve been seeing Michelle for about 10 years. She has the best touch and ability to manipulate my tough spots without pain. I suffer from neck pain and migraines. I recently moved out of state. I’ve tried other massage therapists that don’t give me the care Michelle does. I was in town this week and luckily got an appointment with her. Heaven !

Just realized this never post !Treated myself to a spa package - massage, facial and pedicure. Felt like a princess the way I was treated and each service did what it was suppose to - - relax and refresh me! Debbie has a wonderful touch and worked out stress with the massage; Debbie was wonderful with the facial - - skin was radiant afterwards. Gracian did a nice job with the pedicure - the atmosphere was perfect for the relax, rewind I needed.

The hidden gem in Gates! I had a full body one hour massage with Brittney and I cannot even begin to say how amazing it was! She is a perfect LMT! The ambiance of the room was incredible as well. I would not recommend this establishment. The price nor the quality of massage was desirable. I will never return nor will I recommend to my fellow healthcare workers. I paid for an $80 full body deep tissue massage and a 48 minute neck/shoulder rub. I included my message below so all who visit are aware of steps they may need to take.First, and this is more of a minor issue, is that it would be great if you notified your patients in the confirmation email or even during the online booking process that you should arrive 15 mins prior to the appointment or time would be deducted from the purchased service. I say this because with Covid, many facilities still require patients to wait to enter until the precise time of appointment in order to reduce the number of people in the room at once.I was operating under this assumption which is why I arrived exactly on time. At no point was I told my use of the restroom and the questionnaire the therapist completed asking “what I’m looking for out of my massage” would be deducted from my 60 minute massage. I know these deductions are policy in some places, but it’s always been advertised to me at the time of booking so I can account for this. When I looked at the start/stop time for my appointment, I realize the loss was about 10-12 minutes, but at 80$ an hour I really wanted to maximize that time...Secondly, and I this was the biggest issue for me, is that I did not receive the massage I requested. Instead I received an hour long shoulder/neck rub. I emphasized what I wanted in two places. I completed the online booking document mentioning my back, neck, and legs. In my discussion prior to the massage I stated I wanted my hips, glutes neck and shoulders addressed. At no point was I told there would only be time for the upper body, or that the plan was to spend 40 mins on my shoulders and arms and 10 mins on my neck. If this was the case I would have reiterated my expectations. It was my understanding this was a full body massage with a “focus” on areas I was concerned with (I.e. my shoulders, neck, hips, and glutes). In addition, If I had been aware of the time I would have absolutely inquired/prompted about transitioning to any other part of my body.... I mean, if the fact I undressed completely wasnt indicator that I thought I was receiving a full body massage, as purchased, I dont know what is. In the future it would be helpful for the therapist to ask for pt input throughout the massage (as Is customary at other offices I have visited). Making sure both the patient and therapist are on the same page about pressure, transitions and massage expectations prior to starting are key.After I submitted this email directly to the company... two weeks later they followed- up with “im sorry you didn’t like your massage. we will take steps to fix it this confusion. Thanks for your patronage”. Really really

I came to TMB for my first massage after seeing the great reviews. I scheduled both a massage and pedicure with Jessica. For the most part, my experience was what others said it would be, relaxing, professional and clean! My only complaints dont involve the actual service. During my pedicure, I was trying to use my phone but had no service and nothing would load. I checked to see if I could connect to wifi but each connection was locked. Im not sure/didnt ask if they had wifi for guest use but itd be awesome if they did, especially because the service is not so good. For the majority of my pedicure there was a baby crying in the room next door. I didnt mind much at first but in an atmosphere revolved around relaxing, a screaming baby is never good. Beside those details my experience was good. Massage was relaxing and my feet look great!

I had a mess of back, hip, and neck problems. Jamie was quick to assess and personalize a massage to give me pain relief. She also gave me recommendations for stretches and a treatment plan for getting continued relief. I am so glad I found this place and will be a long time customer!!!!

Took a long time to find someone who was good at deep tissue massage. Jamie is amazing!!!! If you have deep knots that are causing pain and stiffness, she is the solution! I highly recommend her, as long as she still has room for me!

I had a really bad cramp in my right back, with significant muscle stiffness. Debbie V. did a great job in relieving the pain immediately. I booked a 90 minute session and she really focused in on that area as I requested. 24 hours later, I followed her advice and am now pain free!

Outstanding!! Very calm and relaxing atmosphere as you walk in the door. Every one is very friendly. Extremely clean and everything is fresh. Smells amazing with candles & scented oils. Prices are fantastic!

The only place Ill go to get a massage in Rochester! Great pricing and the decor in this place makes you feel very comfortable. The owner Jamie relieved my back and neck pain almost immediately! Will be back soon!

Debbie V gave me a massage that was absolutely wonderful. She worked on a bunch of knots in my shoulder/neck area that were not budging. She was able to make them release. I left feeling totally better!
