Elite cigar and smoke

I stopped in as it is near the hotel where I’m staying this week. Very happy with the decision. This place has a massive selection of cigars. The staff is super friendly, and the store is very clean. Air filtration is on point, not too smoky. It’s well worth a visit !

I buy cigars all over the country including this establishment several times …but this visit I don’t know if it’s Bidenomics or my beautiful suntan …but $71 for 2 EPs and 1 perdomo is unheard of …didn’t want the confrontation I wanted my cigars soo I paid but not again

Love coming here to unwind and have a smoke. They have a wide variety of cigars and knowledgeable staff to help you no matter if you’re rookie or novice. They make you feel feel welcome I just love the vibe🔥🔥!!!!

Really nice lounge area and a huge selection of cigars to choose from. The only thing missing was a nice glass of whiskey/bourbon.

First time visiting the shop and lounge and had an incredible time. Angus, the employee working, was very knowledgeable and helpful and ended up guiding me to one of my new favorite smoke. The atmosphere of the lounge was very laid back and welcoming. Looking forward to the next time I’m able to go back. 10/10

Don’t be discouraged when you first walk in to the shop. Place is about 2/3 head shop and 1/3 cigar shop. BUT the cigar side is outstanding! Super friendly staff, great selection, great lounge. If you’re in the area you should make it a point to find this place.

Went to check them out for the first time as Iv heard great things, didn’t realize they were one of the shops that mark stuff up 3x MSRP but they did have a good selection. Purchased the same cigar pictured from another local shop for less than $30 the same week. Great selection and the staff was nice but outrageous markups like this will caused me not return.

I was blown away by their cigar selection, the walk in humidor was fully stocked! If youre not a cigar smoker they also have a huge selection of vape and juice products. The owners are welcoming and knowledgable!

I showed up to this spot on vacation to pick up a few cigars and it was the best humidor I’ve been in to date. The staff (Angus) was super knowledgeable and steered me away from what I was going to pick up and recommend something different. Best cigar I’ve smoked to date. No pressure atmosphere huge selections of pretty much everything. Prices are decent no complaints. Very professional one thing to me that I like and find to make a respectable cigar and smoke shop and it is! This is just me to say that and this might be weird to mention but I like the fact that there wasnt any sign of coke or crack type equipment or the ghetto cheaply printed dime bags stapled on the walls like the stores in the city and again thats my just my perspective but hay each is own right.🖖nah nu nah nu

Really good and large ( honestly much larger than I anticipated) selection of cigars. The lounge area to smoke in was very nice and comfortable with a good amount of room to sit and enjoy your cigars.The staff was very helpful and educated with the cigars.If I lived in the area I would be there multiple times weekly.

As someone who travels around the world I can respect when the owner is available to customers who want to learn more about the business. In town for work and needed to stock up on cigars so figured I would check this place out as it was closest to my hotel, I was not disappointed. Good variety of brands and good prices (for how much nys taxes they are within reason). Free lounge to use as long as you purchase a product from here that is spacious and comfortable. There is also a membership lounge that you can purchase a day pass too. The staff are nice and willing to help without trying to up sell or be pushy salesmen.All in all was a good welcoming experience and will be back when in town.

Been shopping with them for years and continue to do so. I left a bad review yesterday and was glad to put it back to 5 stars. I was helped by sam and given a solution and am very grateful because Elite is not a shop i care to avoid for to long. They always get new inventory and products and are quick to give advice or service as needed and i cant wait to see what they get next. Also they got to have one of the biggest humidors around.

Always have what I need and if they dont, they can find me something else that Ill like.

Just needed some glass for a short trip to Rochester. Friendly staff and an amazing selection of glass. They are a bit pricey but I havent found this quality in other places. Ive recommended them to friends.

I have been to many cigar lounges across the US so when I travel I like to experience the lounges in the area. I am sad to say this was not a good experience at your lounge. First the cigars were overpriced by $3 to $4 a stick compared to other places. I still purchased a stick n figured I would enjoy it in your lounge. First, there was 3 young guys in the front of lounge...one was completely stretched out n had his feet on window sill...the other two were relaxed to the point I think they thought they were in their own homes. Next, not a single cutter n only one ash tray n I had to step over the guys in front of shop to get it cuz when I ask to use it...they appeared as though they didnt know what I was saying. Finally, I am ready to sit down n enjoy...by this point I am done with this whole experience. It is a shame because I think you could have a nice cigar lounge if you would supply a few more ash trays n ask your customers to respect you n your furniture by sitting in it properly.

I can appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is, theyre pretty relaxed as well. Overall an easy, chill environment. No hassling or crazy sale tactics.EDIT: In response to owners comment, I gave a three star because Elite is not above average in any special way. This does not take away from their inventory and knowledge; I simply provided a three star because Elite is a good shop, nothing more or less.

This smoke shop/cigar lounge is awesome! The staff actually knows that there talking about and are so happy to help! I like the atmosphere, it looks great in there. I’m not much of a cigar smoker but I could tell by the walk in humidor and their cigar selections, that they are not messing around. Great job to the Elite staff!

Best smoke shop in town by far. Had my favorite juice and the coils I needed making it my new go to vape shop. Guys working there were very welcoming, great atmosphere makes you want to stay and hang out for a bit. Looking forward to checking out the humidor next time I pass by.

I went to this store for the first time on 8/9. It was really awesome looking on the inside and they had a lot of cool products I hadn’t seen anywhere else! I purchased a water pipe and it didn’t come with a down stem and we didn’t realize till after. I went in the next day and actually met the owner since he was working and he helped me out to get a down stem for the piece, no extra cost. Great service and great workers, would definitely come back again!

They don’t even deserve one star. I wish I had an option for zero star. They sold me a jet Elite logo lighter for $20 which wasn’t even working and when I went there to exchange they asked me to pay more 10 buck for a new one. I am never going there again.

I havent stopped at a cigar shop for a while, but when I realized I was less than a mile from one I had to stop.I bought 4 cigars and after tax the cost was in the $50-$60 dollar range.The clerk was very professional. The atmosphere was nice, but empty due to Covid. Overall it was a good stop.

I usually don’t write reviews but the experience I had at Elite was out of this world. Let’s first talk about the selection in Cigars. This walk in humidor was packed with Cigars from all around the world , great selection and rightly priced. Secondly if you’re a Vaper this place is definitely for you,the wide variety of juices and products in the store really impressed me. The guys working there are very experienced and very friendly and will make your experience at this location the best ever. Last but not least smoking a nice cigar needs atmosphere which this place has.

Spent a few hours here smoking Cigars and a couple Hookahs! Omer is Really nice and helpful! Owner is as well.. Lots of Great Cigars to choose from. Good Tunes, Good People, Good Time. Went for the first time two days after it opened...my friends and I have been going back again and again ever since for exceptional customer service, very friendly staff, fair prices, and great high quality products! I love it here! Its our go-to shop for for all of our vaping and smoking needs! Very satisfied every time I walk out. :)

There were two workers that seemed very high and didnt have any answers to my questions. The one guy that wasnt high actually seemed to know what he was doing and was able to answer any questions I had. They mostly carry glassware for dabs and various shaped bowls, but didnt have any glassware besides that. I was looking for a small bubbler, but they didnt have that. They do carry various vapes, rolling papers, grinders, and like 2-3 ashtrays.

Very poor customer service. Let me describe. I asked to see a particular lighter,and was told the price before the clerk even brought it out the case( as if I couldnt afford it). As that wasnt bad enough , I went over to the cigar lounge section, and some young punks smoking out of a hookah what I can only describe as grassySave your money and time as well as the experience and go to an american owned shop. I hate to sound partial , but they are overpriced, condescending and a place that sells drug paraphernalia,should not be considered a legit cigar lounge! Its a head shop that sells cigars! Not cool!!

One of my favorite place for cigars, cigar accessories, and CBD products. Staff tends to be very knowledgeable and ready to help when needed. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They answered all of my questions. They had quite the selection of what I needed (rolling papers and qn ashtray) as well as a cozy atmosphere.

Walked into my favorite cigar shop yesterday and there was a customer in there sans mask and vaping. Inhaling and exhaling indoors without a mask DURING a PANDEMIC!! The woman working the cash register was very nice and exceedingly helpful but she let this guy pollute her store. Take it outside, dude!

This is a smoke shop not a cigar shop. Its the seedy kind of smoke shop selling paraphernalia and a very small selection of cigars. They do carry My Father, Cohibas and a few others but mostly odd generic stuff.
