Headlines is such a fun shop to visit! Ive been going for years whenever I visit the Rochester area, and its always a treat to walk in to a place like this.Highlights for this shop would include the great selection of bohemian, tie dye, and alternative clothing, a myriad of beautiful statuettes of fae folk and deities, and the expansive display of colorful jewelry. Aside from those, they carry crystals, incense, incense burners, tapestries, handbags, scent oils, trinkets and treasures, knives, posters, a selection of glassware and smoking items, and some adult toys and costume.Youd never know a treasure like this was there if you were just driving along as it is tucked back a bit from the road, but I assure you it is well worth a visit!

I love this little store. My daughter and I always stop in when she comes to visit. Very unique collectibles, gifts, and jewelry. The staff is always very kind and knowledgeable regarding the items they carry.

I love this shop, the staff are always so friendly and helpful! I always get my body jewelry here, they have a great selection, would definitely recommend checking it out!

Clean friendly extremely helpful has everything youd possibly need.

Great selection of e-cigarette fluids, and always a full case of interesting looking weapons to look at (Legend of Zelda type swords, middle-ages weaponry, makes for an awesome place to kill some time and look at stuff.)

Love being able to get gems that are not fake and sage!

We love it here! Always so helpful and nice, and such a great selection of body jewelry which I go for, and knives, which my husband loves! Also all the little unique figurines are amazing. Ill be starting my collection of monsters soon!

Very cool spot. The staff was very kind and helpful.I was visiting NH for work and stopped in and found a great necklace to take back to a friend. (She loved it btw) If I had the time, I would have gone back to check out more. Definitely a nice spot to check out.

Today was my second visit in a week. I drive 1 hour each way just to visit this store. They have a great selection of crystals and decor.

Staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. The store has a variety of different things to offer. You are able to purchase glass pieces as well as a variety of different types of wrapes. If you are into vaping they also can help you with your needs. I visit this store very frequently and I go back because of all these reasons you will not be disappointed.

Love the patchouli oil and the oil dipped Inscents there def. My go to for that stuff ,really friendly staff highly recommend them to everyone 🫶

My family and I have been in to Headlines several times now, since we moved to the area. We enjoy stopping in because we ALWAYS find something for all of us. The employees are all extremely helpful and always pleasant.

The Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and are fun to shoot the breeze with. There inventory is vast and most items are priced to sell. Its always a treat when your going to Headlines...We enjoy our visits... They have everything you need for anything you smoke...:-)

I’ve been a customer for many years, prior to the move to Rochester.I’ve never had any issues.Unfortunately this year I was not sent a coupon on my Birthday. This has been a yearly tradition to come in with the birthday coupon to purchase a gift.Well I went in to ask about the coupon and was told there’s nothing the store can do, that I must contact FiveStars.Well, I’ve been trying for an hour now and have had multiple attendants stop responding to their live chat without ever getting to my issue. The phone number is equally impossible.It seems Fivestar is only interested in conversing with businesses about gaining new clients.They have no interest in helping customers from those stores.I have an item I’d really like to purchase locally at Headlines- but I can’t seem to do that, nor did employees care whether I bought anything...I’ll just be ordering the item elsewhere and it makes me genuinely sad.

Jackie was super informative in helping me pick out my vape. I felt like a secret shopper I asked so many questions lol! But now I feel like an expert! Great customer service skills and she signed me up for the rewards program!

I really loved the things that are sold in this store. There are just 2 big downfalls for me. 1. The prices are a bit on the higher side. But, Im willing to bet the higher priced goods are well made! 2. There are many different incense smells in the store, because they sell a lot of incense (Im guessing, lol!). My head cant take all of the strong smells at once. I used to get wicked migraines, and i dont need anymore of those, thank you!

I was worried that this would be another head shop/knife collection. I was wrong. Cool and interesting items of every kind. A perfect gift shop for the unusual but hip item.I walked away with 2 wall hangings (a gecko and an octopus), jewelry and a card, and love each of them.

Cant seem to order products properly they seem to wait till theres nothing left before reodering even on popular products which is rediculous because it takes 2 weeks to get product from when they order someones not thinking right on the sales end there...... so the owner just responded trying to use the pandemic as an excuse I suggest you continue reading because my response to the owner is and my response to the owner telling me that this is because of the pandemic going on my question is why has this been going on since last summer I live right down the road and visit quite frequent I made points member to show you how frequently I visit so this is not just a problem that I have had for this pandemic going on I totally understand that but what is your explanation for the last summer I appreciate your response but to come back with a response like that is nothing but using this pandemic as an excuse to defend the lack of effort your employees have been putting in for quite some time your manager you know who exactly she is is the only one over there who has half a brain I like her she tries her hardest but you yourself limit her to what she can and cant order I know exactly how it goes over there so in actuality it is you who is controlling their limit to order things so to tell me it is because of the pandemic is absolutely absurd you should give them the authority to order things when they get low not when they run out I would like to see what your response to that is

I use yo love this store but they sold me a grinder that sux and you cant return it. They told me it was the best one to buy so I spent the extra money and now I have to buy another one somewhere else... update...it took you a few months to read my review and you reply with thank you?? Now I am insulted and you really dont care about your customers. I will never come back to your store!!

Bought a pipe cost 45 dollars. Took it home and tried it once and didnt like it. Brought it back and with her rude silly little grin said....Oh Im sorry we cant take back a used itemSo now Im stuck with something I wont use and Im out 45 bucks!!!Buyer Beware... I wouldnt recommend to no one.

I go every time Im up in NH. They are so nice and helpfull. A major plus is that they welcome my pug. With out question its one of my favorite places to shop.

Headlines is my go to for vape juice.Wicked fair prices on anything vape related.The people who work there are always awesome to talk to and always welcome you the moment you walk through their door.I highly recommend using their rewards program, Ive got myself free vape juice by redeeming my points, its a huge perk when you constantly buy from there.

Bought a vape charger on 4/23. Didnt work. Tried exchanging it for a new one 4/26 (I had receipt) but they wouldn’t accept it. Told me to coordinate with product company directly. If you buy a broken tv from Walmart, you bring it back to Walmart. Hoped this store would stand behind the products they sell. Lesson learned.

Nothing but problems with vape supplies. Wont be going back. A friend of mine told me not to go there but it was convenient. I got a 5 pack of coils there for my vape and they were all bad.

This was actually the place I went to for many years for my vape supplies. But very recently they moved all their vape stuff inside the store to a different section lessening their inventory by ALOT. They now carry 1/4 of what they did and the prices on some of the inventory like coils almost doubled, even for the older coils... 😞

Clean and bright store with a good variety of items in a wide price range. The sales staff is friendly and helpful. Plus it smells wonderful when you step through the door.

Store is much smaller then Nashua NH. Its rather tight moving around. However they have some nice items and gifts.I buy my saging supplies here.Stop by and check them out.

A nice boutique. A big inventory with everything from jewelry to knives, decorations and smoking accessories. Plus many more things. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
