Ive been going here for a few years now, the staff is knowledgeable and give good advice on products and offer good recommendations. My recent visit, one of the guys went out of his way to let me use his tools and teach me about building an RDA for my squonk mod. Overall, The shop is a good atmosphere and they always have what you need. Highly recommend.

Excellent product selection, knowledgeable friendly staff helped get me the right Minnesota legal products by NuQanna. Got to spin to win on the 3rd Saturday of the month Promotion. This will be my go-to shop for for all things vape, accessories, and hemp.

The minute I walked in the door I knew I had picked the right place to satisfy my curiosity about CBD and THC gummies…There’s a big difference of course, and the girl that was working (Unfortunately I forgot her name) was VERY knowledgeable and was more than happy to discuss the differences between the many, many different kinds, flavors, and brands that were available..The ones I purchased were “locally sourced”(Minneapolis) so by purchasing local you can also help businesses that are struggling in these post pandemic times..I learned quite a bit in the short amount of time I was there, even a couple of other customers were helpful in suggesting what to try, and what to buy…Med City offers many other products as well, and have something for everyone…they even offer “sampling and tasting of gummies” every 3rd Sat. of the month…All you have to do is show up, with a designated driver of course…The only negative about the place would be the lack of parking…depending on what time of the day, it can be hard to find a place to park close to the store, because the lot is shared by the other surrounding businesses…Not enough to keep me away…! See ya there!!

Great selection of house and name-brand juice. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. This is the ONLY place in the state that I shop for vape stuff. Kudos.

Got my CBD oil from MCV. The oil has stopped all my horrible back spams. Been on it for a month and no pain. Been lactose intolerant for 10+ years .. now Ive been eating and drinking dairy again. Ive done a lot of research on this product and its a life changer.

Went at 2:25 and doors were locked, there was a sign on the door saying employees would be back at 2. Called and nobody answered. This was my second experience there - first time there, there was a dog barking at everyone behind the counter which made me feel uncomfortable upon entering the establishment. This place is very close to my home but I think I’ll be traveling farther for my goods.

I have frequented this store several times over the last couple years between stents of smoking. I have never seen a better educated staff. Professional, polite, and give discounts or no questions asked returns on products they you may be unhappy with. I have never been unhappy with anything provided at the store but it is nice to know if I ever was.

I will not go anyplace else. Best prices I have seen in 7 surrounding states! The Rodeo juice is exactly what I have been looking for. Its the perfect flavor for those who want to get close as possible to an analog cigarette experience. We are lucky to have these humble but highly knowledgeable guys so close to home.

My experience at med city vapors has been fantastic. The staff is always so nice and the prices are extremely reasonable. Probably the best vape place I have ever been to. If you need a replacement or a fix, it gets done in a very timely manner and if they dont have it on stock it doesnt take long for it to come in. Very happy. Would recommend it to any and all vapors.

Had one bad experience and honestly it was probably my fault, but this is now my go to vape shop in Rochester. They even properly recycle disposable vapes! Ive never seen any other smoke shop do that.

I frequent here for all my vape needs. Very friendly, helpful, and well educated staff. Large variety and selection. Great prices, absolute best in town. Always left confident in how to operate my new mod. They walk you through the functions, features, and operation of every device. I would always recommend over any other places in town.

Worth the drive. The staff went out of their way to make sure we got the devices we wanted. They even gave us a better deal than any other shop we were also looking at. Their prices are already lower than most shops anyway. Also they didnt feel the need to tell me what I should or shouldnt buy. If you have any questions you can message them on Facebook(thats what I did), they were willing to order virtually whatever I needed. This will be my new vape store idc that I have to drive 45 min its worth it.

The place has what you need, but its atmosphere could be improved. Theres usually no music playing when I walk in Im not sure if thats some sort of legal issue or they just dont have anything to play it on. It just makes it weird its like going to a restaurant and sitting down and theres no ambient noise in the background so all you can hear is other people talking to each other very loudly its weird. Otherwise its cool place.

Very helpful staff, and reasonable pricing. I knew bits and pieces from the web and YouTube. Jason at the shop helped put that info together into a working knowledge and sent me along with a new vape and some awesome custom mixed ejuice. Definitely going back.

Went to get my first ever vape. Had no idea what I was doing. The guy helping me was super informative and very kind. I had a great experience and left with a tiny sparkly little vape, in my price range. I am in love with it!!! I cant wait to go back and try some new juice flavors.

I wish I would’ve caught the name of the young man who helped me but he was so knowledgeable and very informative on how to maintain and take care of a vape pen. Med City Vapors employees are very helpful and rather knowledgeable almost to a flaw. However, when dealing with the owner its a whole different experience. The owner knows how to make a beginner not feel stupid or over whelmed with new information. The owner makes this the best Vapor Store Ive ever been to. Alright, so the place doesnt look like a high end, uptight, deluxe vape bar. Its holmy comfortable and the staff... well one of the crew members (Jason) who had assisted my husband and I is fantastic!!! We had been to a vape store in rochRoche not 30 min before the staff was rude, Impatient kept huffing and slapping his hands on everything. I was so pissed I looked up the next place .... Med City Vapors. Im so glad I did, this will be the only place Ill go to from now on. Thank you Jason!!!

I knew nothing about CBD oil before meeting them at an Expo while visiting my hometown. I was on the fence about trying it, but after talking with Jason, I thought it might help my MS symptoms. I gave the oil a chance and am so happy with the relief it has given me! It has been a life-changer, reducing muscle spasms and fatigue. They are so helpful, they even mail my order for me. These guys are my go to vape shop in Rochester. Very knowledgeable. For me setup with a mod and got me to quit smoking in 4 days after getting into vaping. Very welcoming atmosphere in the shop as well.

Easily (from my experience) the best vape store in town. They have a large, and I mean LARGE selection of flavors that they can make in-store, and a decent selection from other vendors, plus a good selection of atomizers, chargers, tanks, batteries, and starter kits.What makes this store my favorite, though, is the customer service - at the tobacco stores, I wasnt able to get much help when it came to vaping, and at the other well-known vape store in town, I received...lets just say sub-par service. Even though I was new to vaping, and am still just a casual user, the employees at Med City Vapors always helped answering my questions and did their best to supply me with whatever device would best fit my vaping habits.The store isnt perfect, but its far and away the best shop that I know of in town. Still, if you want to hear criticisms, here they are: The shop is a bit messy / disorganized. The in-store flavors are stacked haphazardly on two large shelves, so although theres a large volume of options, its hard to see the different choices you have, but the employees are usually good at navigating their supply for you. The glass cases are usually filled with various merchandise and dont seem to be organized in any particular fashion, but again the employees will help you find what you need, if they have it. Theres also a lot of floor-space that seems to go unused for the most part, but despite that theres still a large selection of products, so Im not sure what else youd really use that space for. Well, other than what its presently used for: friends of the employees hanging out and vaping.The only other criticism I can think of is that I dont necessarily always feel welcome at the store - theres almost always people (who I assume are the employees friends) sitting in the couches. This isnt necessarily a bad thing, but I do always feel like Im interrupting a conversation when I go in. Still, Ill take some people I dont know over what Ive experienced in the other big shop.So yeah. Good store, might be the best store in town. Theyre still fairly new, so hopefully theyll improve the layout of the store over time.EDIT: Oh, man, I didnt even go into pricing. Its very reasonable - I wouldnt go so far as to say cheap, but lower than what youll get in a lot of other places. Even when buying a lot of juice / a new tank / batteries, I dont feel like Im massacring my wallet.

The are the best vape store in the city!!! Hands down! Just moved here from South Carolina and had a problem with my vape due to the store in SC that gave me a fake battery. They pointed that out to me and gave me a REAL battery. They know what theyre talking about and not to mention they have some bomb ass products at a nice price 👍🏽!

Went here to get more liquid. Kid at counter didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, stood there for 10 min while he helped another person then as I’m about to walk up to the counter out of no where a girl walks in from outside and cuts right in front of me and everybody acts like it’s buisness as usual, I waited 5 more min and then got fed up and walked out. I will never shop here again, I’m buying online. Got 125 ML for 19 bucks shipped black honey tobacco 2 day shipping no exrta charge. So save your money shop online cause This place sucks, the service is terrible unless your one of the kids friends who work there. Mister e-liquid and the vape mall are where I will shop now!No you’re not my elder, I’m 37. I’m not a competitor and your rude ignorant response shows just how bad your store is. I wasn’t in the day I left the review. That was about a week before. When I was in it was an Asian kid behind the counter and nobody acknowledged me at all. If I was you I would delete that response and maybe try again. You’re just showing other customers how bad your service actually is...

Atmosphere was friendly and professional, attentive, and knowledgeable staff, Jason the owner greeted me and my wife personaly, he was very knowledgeable about all the products they carry. He gave me the impression that hes not in the buisness to make a quick buck on the latest fads, but genuinely wants to help people switch from smoking to vaping, and really supports safe vaping. No pressure sales, and was happy to show any product I had an interest in. They have a lounge area if you just want to socialize with other vapers after checking out whats new.PROS: Prices are the best in town, They carry a variety of Minnesota based ejuice companies that help keep prices down, They have wide variety of set ups from beginner to advanced. They carry wire which Ive been struggling to find in Rochester, very cheap replacement coils, my wife picked up some kanger atomizer/coils for less than $5. They carry batteries, they even offer to rewrap your batteries for less than $2, free with inn store purchase, no one else in town will help you with making sure your batteries are safe.The mods are cutting edge he has jaybo RXs, many SMOK products, kanger, the alien kit, Hammer Of God, the first Ive seen in a store. Rebuildable RDAs, RTA authentic Wismec/Jaybo, Ijoy/Limitless, Geekvape many clone options, Jason informed me he plans to expand his Authentic Rebuildables selection, I cant wait to see what he picks up. Im hoping he picks up the Goon, Armageddon, and Twisted messess.The only CONS Ive got with this store is store could have better visability from the road, in store lighting could be brighter as my visit was set night and some of the products were difficult to see in the case.

Theres no other shop in town that can teach you the basics to the most advanced in electronic cigarette usage. Med city has everything youd expect from a vape shop and more. The owners are truly wonderful people with only your best interest in mind

What an amazing place, they stock all my favorites for ejuice, victory vapes, maxx vapor, and charlies chalkdust. Even helped me choose a new ejuice. specifically i went there for cbd since i have issues with inflammation and pain in my back from a pinched nerve and carpel tunnel. Also other half has a pinched nerve that has kept him down to where he can barely walk for the last week, with the great knowledge i was able to not only pick out a tincture but a rub for my other half and my brand new cbd vape for myself

Ive been a tobacco user for 30 years smoking and chewing. I quit countless times with use of things like Chantix, Wellbutrin, hypnosis, stubbornness, always failing! Always feeling like I really gave something up that I enjoyed. Always going back to tobacco.My first experience with vaping was with another store in Rochester that I left with more questions than answers left with junk equipment and really dissatisfied. A week later I went to Med City Vapors after reading on their website that they truly stand behind the products and educate people on the things they sell. When I left Med City Vapors all my questions were answered I left with Quality Equipment and ended up spending less money than I did at the shop I went to prior.Ive been back several times and I will continue to go back. What really makes the vaping experience different for me is I dont feel like Im giving anything up.

I save about 30 dollars a week now going threw med city vape from the juice i used to get. I had 1 problem with the juice bot mixed right and it was fixed gladly for free. I will be trveling from austin to roch for all my vape needs for the great price, quality, and excelent customer service!

The guy behind the counter was brutally honest and I appreciated that, his knowledge on vaping is way better that the smoke shop places in town, prices are equal if not better than the online place I shop!! I will be back to Med City Vapors again!!!

1st of all let me start off by saying is not going to put on a facade are any kind of fake characters about he is there to sell you are do for you is very knowledgeable about everything I could understand how some would think that he is rude this facer we need a lot more people like him in the world today straight up right on point this not lie about it keeps it real thats all I can ask for specially when you come into the stores these days then spend hundreds of dollars trying to buy a good B Jews and most of it you cant taste cant smell and its all craft this guy knows his business the also lets you sample in taste all of the products hes very knowledgeable about just about everything there is in the vape and industry Id recommend a store to the experience people and the beginners be a really good experience in a learning curve he could get just about anybody through if you can accept and appreciate a person being straightforward and not some kind of Paul trying to take all your money then you could appreciate a very good bait shop mid city vapors is my go to place whenever Im in Wisconsin area originally from Texas Im trying to figure out how to get a list ship out loud hope youll have a good day if there was more stars to give Id given but theres not with see what Google can do about that good day

I absolutely HATE the med city moniker everyone uses. that being said, this is good store and has good prices, yes they are littleMore expensive then internet but hey they need to make money too. I bought a smok stick v8 and I love it, this is the 3rd pen style vape Ive had and it is by far the best, the last 2 kangertech evod pro and joyetech ego aio. Both of which worked good but this is by far better and reasonable priced, 3000mah battery and 5ml tank with adjustable air flow and fully rebuildable if you break glass etc. Jason is awesome and very helpful, highly recommend this store just hate the name!

So I got 2 bottles of their juice today, after having a really crapy bottle a while back, these new 2 tastes the same as the last one, and they taste the same as each other and its all just a gross musty taste.Would not recommend getting juice from here.

This is the best vape shop in Rochester bar none. Friendly knowledgeable staff, wide selection, price matching, just to name a few things.They also have higher end mods, Rdas, rtas, premade coils, and both premium and house juices-the house juices they can mix you almost any flavor you can imagine with their selection.If you vape in SE Minnesota, you need to stop in here.If you smoke and want to quit with vaping (like I did) you need to stop here.Forget about the VERY expensive tobacco style shops in Rochester-this is where you want to shop.
