Sunrise Spa

Sunrise Spa is a very peaceful, ambient place for a nice, relaxing massage. The massage rooms are very clean, the massage tables are comfortable, and the massage therapists are very caring & professional. I felt so relaxed and flexible after a 60 minute massage complete with essential oils and hot stones. I will definitely come to Sunrise Spa again in the near future.

I went for a massage about a week ago maybe, and Lucy worked on me. She walked on my back and calves, and i needed the pressure, especially since I weight train and my job is physical. My calves have always been tight, slightly hurt when Ive gotten massages before, but tolerable, but after she walked on them, I realized a couple of days ago, no tightness or pain in my calves. Ill definitely will plan another visit.

Last week I had back pain. I came to sunrise spa for massage. Lucy was very professional and massaged my back for an hour. After finishing it, I feeling much better ,I will be back again

My husband and I went here for the first time for an hour long couples massage and we LOVED it!! I was even able to adjust my appointment time the night before and the two ladies were so friendly. My husband asked for hard massage pressure and his lady didn’t disappoint. His muscles felt loose and relieved after. And I enjoy more relaxing medium pressure and that’s what I got. They were great at finding our tight muscle spots and catered to those areas that needed more attention. I could have stayed another hour. We will definitely be back!! So glad I found this hidden spot in Rock Hill!

This is my second time visiting this spa location. Tina is the absolute best! She did an excellent job locating AND relieving my tight and sore muscles. The spa is very clean and the ladies are so friendly. I will bring my husband back with me the next time for a couples massage. :-)

They offer happy ending for extra money and get mad if you dont pay it. The massages are not very good.

I’m a LMT and so many red flags about this place. I prepaid for the massage which bothered me and when I walk in the room I notice they use baby oil. It was arranged in a huge display. Baby oil is a carcinogen (cancer causing agent) and one of the first things you learn to not use as a lotion during massage. She barely understood when I acknowledged that was a huge no no in the massage world- I learned this the very first day in school. And she used her elbow to cross my spine many times and then wondered why it was uncomfortable. I would of asked for my money back and proof she was even licensed but I knew it would get me no where so I figured I’d leave a review that this place is a fraud and do not have properly trained therapist.

This is the best kept secret in Rock Hill. Very good massage, clean rooms and almost always there is no wait. I come once a week and it takes care of my lower back pain and I can zone out for an hour and relax. Perfect!

Cindy has magic hands. On Monday I hand loaded a tractor trailer with 1520 20lb bags of fertilizer. On Tuesday the muscles my back were so right I could barely walk and I had to sleep on the floor. On Wednesday Cindy worked her magic on me and my back feels like brand new. She is truly gifted and you would be doing yourself a disservice not tohave her heal you. Believe me it is worth every penny.

I have now have had several massages from Tina she gives awesome deep tissue massage, the place is always clean and everyone acts very professionally

Never open even though hours are posted open until 9. Finally get a chance to stop by at 4:30 and get turned away. Because closing in 1/2 hour.
