Great experience! Jay and Chasidy go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need. The massage was fantastic - deep tissue and really worked one tight spot out for me. And the facial - so good a friend commented on how great and hydrated my skin looked just after! The place is incredibly clean, quiet, and restorative. I’ll be back!

5 stars is simply not enough to give this place. Our sweet friend gifted us with the best experience today that included a facial, 90 minute massage, + body scrub and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I really was on cloud 9 when I left and was thinking about all the people I needed to tell how amazing Chasidy and Jay were. Im planning on coming here at least once a month because it is absolutely worth every penny leaving feeling so refreshed and recharged. THANK YOU again Chasidy and Jay!!!

Wow! We came here for my friends Bachelorette Party and loved it! The Maid of Honor found this spa on TikTok.Their website says We are a wellness spa that treats you like family. and that is SO true!As we walked in we were greeted by Chasidy and Jay who were so personable and nice!We got a tour of the entire space:-Gym: had the best motivational quotes on the wall!-Therapy Rooms: they are all so inviting and peaceful!-Area for beauty treatments: pretty neat!Then we got into our robes and got to wait in the most relaxing waiting room ever! I wish I could replicate it at home.I opted for the Swedish 60-min massage with Jay and he was awesome! I was so relaxed and happy after my massage that I wish I had gotten a longer one!If you are in the area, this is the place to visit! I cant wait to come back!

What an amazing experience! Unlike so many reviewers, I wasn’t looking for pampering today. I hurt my back badly and was having trouble standing up straight, even after a chiropractic adjustment and was nervous ahead of a flight tomorrow morning and a busy travel weekend ahead. We frantically googled massages nearby and found TBK and was able to get in for a swedish massage this evening. Jay saw my situation and treated me to essentially a combination physical therapy / stretch / massage session that worked wonders and amazed me. I will be back! Wow wow wow. This place is way more amazing than you’d ever guess! Such an unassuming location; don’t judge a book by its cover!Jay in particular is A-MAZ-ING for a facial. I have been getting facials for decades from amazing places all over North Atlanta (and some in other states too). I honestly thought some of those experiences couldn’t be beat.Well, I was wrong!!! Jay took my facial experience to the next level! I didn’t ask (because I was so busy relaxing), but I suspect that Jay also went to massage therapy school. During all those 10 minute waits that facials always have, Jay massaged my shoulders and mid-to-upper back exactly how the best of the best massage therapists do it.Every aspect was comfortable and relaxing, yet he still cleaned my face thoroughly. Even blackhead removal and dead lip skin removal wasn’t the least bit uncomfortable; usually that’s the no-pain-no-gain part of a facial. And comparing to a hydrofacial, this facial was as thorough without having the mess of excess liquids that hydrofacials have.Their prices are reasonably competitive; try them out yourself, and if you are comfortable trying a facial with a man (I know for some ladies that’s a hard no, and I respect that), ask for Jay!Also, I had no issues at all with scheduling, or with how the check-out process went. Scheduling and check out were painless.

Ive wanted to do a review for some time, but, I truly lose the words when I think about how consistently amazing my experiences have been here. --- The excellence exuded from this facility and staff is second to none. The spa is incredibly clean and chic. From the second you enter youre greeted with smiles and the atmosphere immediately begins to relax the weary mind and body. Presently, I have a membership (which I recommend highly), and have benefited from the sauna, reflexology and therapeutic massages. My partner and I come here regularly and dont ever see that changing. TBK is top-tier! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I’ve been getting massages with Chasidy for a while now and I always get the best services from TBK Wellness Spa. My favorite service is the lymphatic massage and reflexology it is so relaxing! Every time I leave the spa I feel renewed! Deep Tissue massage is the best for recovery and to relieve some tension.

It was my first time so they gave me a tour before my massage. The ambiance was soothing, relaxing and great for a self care day. Jay was amazing. I learned of TBK because I go to the hair salon next door and oh my goodness. This was the best massage of my life. I was soo tight and in pain in my neck and shoulders and Jay was able to get every knot and pain point out. I was blown away by how well he could tell where I was tight and having pain! He communicated great on the pressure, and was very professional. He’s the best masseuse I’ve ever had. The facilities are super clean, and had quite a bit of space. Chasidy was super friendly and showed me all the services the spa has; I’ll absolutely be back. You have to go to TBK!!

If I could give more stars I would! I was sent here for my birthday and my experience is unforgettable. I literally was treated like royalty from the time I walked up to the door! I was greet by my name, which made the experience personable. Chasidy is truly a GEM! She gave me a tour before my services as well as offered complimentary relaxing beverages. I received a Swedish massage with an additional service of the body scrub. 20/10 highly recommend! The scrub treatment compliments the massage 10x more! I truly felt like I was in another country receiving royalty services! The experience was incredibly phenomenal. At the end of my services, I received birthday gifts as well. If I could give more stars I would!!!! I am a regular at TBK but due to health issues had not been in about 6 months. They accommodated me by adjusting the deep tissue massage to my needs; the spa pedicure was amazing from the zero gravity chair to the hot stones. I also had the 90 min facial….. I left TBK floating on cloud 9 and feeling totally rejuvenated!!!! Thanks Jay and Chasidy for yet another great experience❤️

This place was absolutely FANTASTIC! My bachelorette party had a spa day here and we loved it. The customer service was great. Chasidy and Jay were amazing. I have loved every experience Ive had at TBK Wellness Spa. Chasidy rolls out the red carpet of relaxation. She sets the perfect relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed prenatal massages and then deep tissue massage postpartum. I appreciate that they use unscented lotion as Im sensitive to fragrance. Highly recommend!

Best place ever!! The owner immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in and gave me a tour of the beautiful spa! Jay was the one who did my massage and he was incredible! Hands down the best massage I have ever had! He listened to my concerns and worked on all of the areas that needed it most! I would highly recommend for your next spa day treatment!

Chasidy (Owner) and her team are beyond amazing! My husband booked a full spa day for me for Mothers Day and this wellness spa or retreat if you will did not disappoint. The spa is nothing short of beautiful in its ambiance and décor. I am a stickler for cleanliness and organization by far the first things I want met in any spa experience and TBK exceeded my expectations. We did a tour before getting our services and every room was spotless. This is so important when you are getting intimate full body well services. My massage therapist (Jay) was next level. He fully understands body muscle orientation and is nothing less than a professional. Oh, did I mention the location has a gym and offers self defense classes, martial arts and weight loss training. Just book your appointment there is something for everyone. You will not regret it!

After coming off a three-month and over 1800-mile hike on the Continental Divide Trail, my sister gifted me a massage and Chasidy set me up with Jay (I believe it was?). Considering my experience with massages in general, every massage is different. Many are good, even great, in different ways, and sometimes there are even those that just arent that great in any real way. The massage Jay gave me was definitely one of the best Ive ever experienced. Not gonna lie, there was a little pain involved, but I expressed that I was game to breathe through it and it was so worth it. If I lived in Atlanta, Id definitely return, I would hope as a regular wellness practice, as much as income might reasonably allow. And while my sister has said Chasidy is amazing, Id have a hard time not asking for Jay again!

I had the privilege of training with Jay at TBK Wellness spa, and let me tell you. This was like no other personal trainer EVER. The best full body workout and even recommended exercise I can do from home.After my training session, the infrared sauna took care of my slight soreness. Soreness from being away from the gym too long with covid. The sauna was amazing, definitely a must after a training session or before a massage.🗣🗣🗣The absolute best part of my day at the spa was the body scrub in the Vichy shower. This service is an absolute MUST after any sauna treatment or personal training. This service was very relaxing and my skin is still soft days later after my service. You don’t know what your missing, best spa experience hands down, can’t wait for my next appointment.

TBK is a little slice of heaven. If you are looking for a serene, professional, and effective wellness center, this is it. And by wellness center, it functions very close to a day spa, complete with the best massage I have had in a very long time. (Especially if you like 90 min deep tissue) my back felt better for months. Chasidy is amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

My mother is usually uncomfortable at spa’s and I brought her here for her 60th birthday and she fell in love because of how beautiful, clean and professional it was. The owner is so thoughtful and professional. Her care for our experience spoke volumes. The team was SO PROFESSIONAL and Jay made my mother so comfortable and she absolutely loved it. This will be our new spa place instead of Jeju… it was SO AMAZING! Thanks for such an amazing experience!!!!!

Best Spa experience ever- Ive had a previous massage therapist for years but came here for a full service sports massage and infrared sauna detox and loved it. great customer service and courteous. Jay did my massage and you can tell he is very experienced and knows what hes doing. Will be going back regularly.

I received a text from TBK to provide a google review, so that’s what I’m doing. It’s slightly comical because the company severed business relations with myself and my mother for a reason I’ll explain below.We both were using TBK for massages and personal training for a few months, and I had recommended friends to them. The facility is pretty and gave me a sporty spa vibe. Jay is a great masseuse and fun to train with.My mother and I purchase 8 training sessions together. Once we were done with the sessions, we purchased another 8 sessions (because we were both enjoying the training). We continued their spa treatments too. During the second training package, we communicated that we’d be out of town for a couple weeks. When we got back in town, we were told we needed to renew another 8 sessions because the package had to be completed in 30 days. This was never communicated to us verbally. The owner, said it was in the contract signed, but we do not recall that contract but also feel that this was a key detail that should have been communicated (especially when we shared we’d be out of town for 2 weeks). At the time of this conversation, my mom used 4 sessions and I used 5.The owner said for us to workout that day with Jay and that we’d connect after the training to figure out how to move forward. Jay was upbeat that day and said everything would work out and to not worry about it. My mother called the owner to get on the same page following the workout (the truth is we wanted to continue using their spa services and training and were planning to renew another 8 sessions). She did not receive a call back, but that night she received this email message from TBK: “Based on todays conversation regarding personal training effective immediately, it is in the best interest of TBK Wellness Spa that we no longer continue our business relationship.”To me, the punishment didn’t fit the situation. My mom asked for “grace” to finish out our second round of sessions, and then moving forward we’d know they had to be done within 30 days… and that based on our summer vacation schedule, we’d start them when we knew we have 30 days to get all the sessions in. Or a compromise would have worked too!This showed me that they are not smart business owners and they are not treating clients like family as their advertising says. We were supportive and consistent customers who planned to continue giving them our business for the long haul.Unfortunately, in the end, I wouldn’t recommend this facility because I believe as a company they don’t have good customer service values.***In response to the below message from TBK***My mom did not raise her voice, not once, and no one said anything about lying. Not sure where that is coming from? The words my mom used were “Can you extend us some grace here because we did not know.” If my mother was screaming at you/calling you a liar, why would you have let us stay and workout that day? Doesn’t make sense.We didn’t have 9 sessions. My mom and I together had 4 and I came individually for a 5th. I was asked to come individually - we didn’t know that would mean my mom would have 1 less session. That was news to us during our conversation, and understood and accepted.I did promote TBK - some of my best friends purchased services from you for their mothers for Mother’s Day, in which they came and had a nice day.I have never left a negative review on google - this is a first for me. I use word of mouth and I bring customers into doors for organizations I support. As I said above, I received a text form TBK a couple days ago to leave a review for the first time, and that’s what I’ve done.

Absolute horrible experience. Booked, tried to rescheduled and was told I could not reschedule. Made appointment time anyway and was turned away. Steer clear of this business. Plenty of others in area with better staff. Zero stars!I truly appreciate this establishment admitting that lying is rude. My sentiment exactly. I understand you have to come out and attempt to save face but what you wont do is call me a liar. I will not give you advice on how to run your business as you wont give me advice on how I reply to businesses in my community that are not good partners. Came into this spa looking for a sports massage. Specifically as a runner and recovering from a marathon along with injuries. My initial assumption was a focus on my legs since Ive never hard a massage before. Instead, I was treated to a full body massage and found trigger points/knots in my shoulder blades and areas of my legs that I had not expected!Overall, both Cassidy and Jay T made sure it was a wonderful experience. If youre a endurance athlete or someone that is experiencing tightness in areas that no amount of stretching or foam rolling can break up or loosen. I highly recommend coming to have it be treated by expert hands!

I was looking for a spa to surprise my mother-in-law for her birthday, I saw the references for this place and they were very good, they really werent wrong! We bought the 3 and a half hour package (full massage, face, feet) each for an hour, they made us feel like queens, they had tea for my mother-in-law (she is a fan of that) and for my coffee!
