Bees 🐝 Rocks 🔥Original: I wanted to upgrade to a water pipe and I wasnt sure what was best, I asked for help from D and we figured out the budget to this introduction and I wanted better quality and was open to suggestions for the coolest smoking exp. Smooth is an Ill fitting word, cool, and totally worth it. The cleaning tips and getting the secondary water chamber were absolutely game changing in the experience.Thanks Bees and thank you D for the best smoke Ive ever had!

Really like this place and have for a while, but was just charged $18 for a bowl, 4-something for a tool and he said 23.16 then charged me $25 even. The bowl wasnt even worth $18. I saw the no refunds sign so I figured I wouldnt get my money back when I asked but it was worth a shot I guess. Disappointing experience. Last time I bought a basic banger like that it was $22, came with a case and a cap and was made of better materials. Bought some glass filters the other night and half of them break super easy because theyre too thin. Will probably be back but just for papers and filters I guess

Been coming here since the day I turned 18. And I have had the best experience with everyone there! Love you guys. Even the original guys who have grown into some awesome people!!!!Also thanks for always being awesome homies!!! And making it feel like it’s a huge family every time I see yall!

I really like bees smoke shop. The sales folks are super nice and were able to answer any questions Ive ever had so that Im making an informed and responsible purchase. I trust their feedback as they seem to really know all of the products and they use reputable vendors from which their inventory is comprised. Theres no other place I would go or trust.

Love this place. The poeple are better than family. Very clean and a place that you would be okay bringing mom and dad and not being completely embarrassed

Family owned smoke shop with tons if local glass. Knowledgeable staff, lots of variety. Besides smoking implements they also had jewelry, clothing, tapestries, stickers, and other nifty things.

Always friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We drive 20+ miles just to shop at this business. Great folks!

I absolutely love Bees. Customer service is awesome and they have good variety. I saw a review that said the vape pens are overpriced, but I feel they definitely are not compared to some other shops around. I had an issue with a product and they gave me a solution immediately. Definitely will keep going back. :)

Awesome shop, awesome people. (Year 2021 ish)Thats my review from a year ago, and today, Id still give 4 stars since this is my favorite Bees store and favorite specialty store.Now for the long part...I love the workers here and the ownership and management are friendly enough to even know my name and cut me deals on occasion since Ive been coming there for Zen Kratom now for many years.There are many great employees there, and two of them in particular especially stick out for me. Now I wont give names as Id probably mix them all up, but both are upper management and one is the owner who owns a cute small dog and drives a Stinger, and the other is a long time employee/manager/co-owner who will take the time to speak with you about life and reality and I think drives a white luxury sports car. These two have always been great to deal with and they both have vast knowledge of the store and their products. They are both very friendly people to speak with and have always hooked me up squarely or compensated me well with similar products when, in very rare situations, my usual isnt available.Some honorable mentions are the dude with the classic truck, the cute chick who wears a cool poodle skirt every now and then, this other dude who usually wears a ball cap as well as this other chick, all can certainly be accused of being great for the personality and wisdom of the store... Honestly though, every employee they hire help to make that store the great place that it is.Keep up the great work Bees store and crew!

Me and my buddy lucas have been coming into bees smoke shop in roswell/woostock location and they just bring the best products and customer service Ive personally ever had. GREAT SHOP FOR ANY NEEDS

Ive been coming here for years. Staff is extremely helpful and informative, plus you can just have conversation with them and they dont push you into buying anything. That has always made my visits memorable and pleasant. I always end up wanting to buy stuff anyway because they have so many eye catching pieces of artwork. It was another great experience coming in yesterday. Bees has such sweet products and Ive always found them to be high quality. I highly recommend checking out this spot!! Thank you guys for taking such great care of me over all these years.

They have the friendliest staff Ive ever encountered! Theyre helpful without being oppressive, knowledgeable and understanding. Ive been here dozens of times and everyone has been great, so its never a bad time to go. They have everything smoking or smoking adjacent, including vape products. Furthermore, unlike a lot of smoke shops, they have the knowledge to go with those products too. To summarize, this place is great. There are two closer smoke shops to me and Ill drive to this one every time.

Atlanta areas best head shop! 2 stores are packed with functional glass art from all over the us. Featuring many top artists and brands. One stop shop for all things heady. Good selection of hats and t shirts. All the vape gear you would ever need and the sales people actually know enough to answer any questions I have ever had. Been a long time fan of this place. Never a wait. They always get you some kind of deal. Owner is a great guy and he cares enough to put on more staff than any other head shop. Some times they have 6 employees all making sales. I can’t say enough about this place.

The staff is fairly nice and helpful considering that most smoke shop employees Ive met are to lazy to give quality customer service. I love their expansive selection of many different things for smoking, they have wide selection of hookahs, water pipes, glass pipes, cigarettes, cigars, and many other miscellaneous things that are very helpful to all types of tobacco users. The employees are always nice and helpful when need be, although I can recall one time that I felt very unsatisfied with one of the staff members due to his lack of knowledge of where things were in the store and just general knowledge on the items in the store. I have not seen the guy there since and I am a regular so I like to believe they know what their doing. With all this said, I recommend going to this store and trying it out, I actually feel like my money is well spent when I leave there and thats what counts for me.

Poor customer support for the most part. Calm, chill, and laid back, yes. But that does not mean good customer service. I bought a certain product and was promised it was great, blah blah. And the product is great and I do love it. But the accessories and objects that make the product work are constantly failing, so you have to buy more unless make a 100 upgrade. All of this could have been prevented if I was told this upfront and I would have just bought the upgrade. Unfortunately I have spent over $125 on replacement parts and have kind of lost my interest. I will eventually buy the upgrade but not from them. They have lost my business because of the lake of not going the extra mile and lake of concern. Most of everything in that shop you can buy onlinen and probably at a better cost. I like to support my local businesses, thats why I was shopping there. Peace!

I have been going here without issues for months where I have found the employees to be very helpful and nice. However I bought a faulty product from them and called immediately when I found it wasn’t a working product. A woman answered the phone she was very polite and told me to bring it in to have it looked at and switched out if needed. When I get to the store the next day to exchange the faulty product they had sold me a man with short hair told me he would not switch out the product and made several rude petty comments when I expressed I was unhappy with their product. I was told that it was my fault their product didn’t work and I have to say I am extremely displeased and shocked at the terrible customer service.

Bees has an amazing slew of options for anything youre into or need. Their expertise and knowledge on the products is fantastic and extremely helpful. Its out of my way but Ill be going check there to check out their supplies because they 💣. Com😎

Awesome shop with a variety of items for all your smoking/vaping needs. The workers are really down to earth and knowledgeable. And they have the cutest store mascot!

First off, Ryan (the manager of the location) is amazing and is always so helpful and friendly whenever I have had any questions or issues. Bees Smoke Shop has always been the go-to destination for anybody in the area looking for smoking accessories. Their stock size is incredible, from their large selection of quality glass pieces, to the wide array of vape batteries, all the way to the wall of tobacco products (that always seems to have what ever other smoke shop doesnt) . Will be a return customer for life.

I come in here to buy odor candles and incense. The staff is very friendly and theyre always willing to call to their sister store if they dont have the candles in stock that I need. I recommend them to everyone - so many cool stickers, tapestries and clothes to look at besides the typical items you expect at a head shop.

I have been an avid customer here. I love the staff and the retail. I would go here any day because if you are nice and an awesome customer you get treated really well. Keep doing what you guys and gals do best selling great retail and being awesome.

Bees is my one and only smoke shop! I love everything about this store; the atmosphere is perfect and comfortable, the merchandise is amazing (especially the local artist collections) and fairly priced, and the employees are always so nice and helpful! Ill be shopping here for life :)

Just went in to grab a replacement pipe after mine broke, prices were pretty reasonable for american glass (Im broke but Im also a klutz so being able to find something durable for a good price was really helpful haha) and the guy at the counter was really helpful and knowledgeable!!

I was a regular for a few years but recently moved..I was in the area, so I figured I would stop in to replace my vape pen. They charge $40 more for a vape pen then the smoke shops by my house.. not much of a selection and the dark haired female that helped me was kinda snotty about itDone with Bees now, good luck yall

Why would you go anywhere else? Bees is the best. The staff is always great: friendly and quite knowledgable. I highly, highly recommend their brand of concentrate vape pen (its called the Beehive, I think); they last for-freaking-ever, are terribly easy to clean, and hit very smoothly.

M GREATLY OWNED AND RAN BUSINESS!!! prices are extremely reasonable. They are not greedy as other buisness and sell goods at a price that cannot be matched. Im not friend or family and went in tonight for the first time. They were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! Fair prices. Fair trade. They support local artists and sell their goods. Buy local, folks. Family owned buisnesses are being bulldozed by franchises. This is far from just a smoke shop. They sell rare band photos , post cards, posters , patches, pins, clothing, hats, etc. If they were to change their name or add on Bees Smoke Shop and Rare novelties, I think it would be marketed better and bring in more business. Good People! If you want to deal with honest, kind folks, then shop here. During one of my visits to Bees, a wad of cash fell out of my wallet. I didnt notice it was missing until the next afternoon. Although I thought it was a long shot, I called the store. To my surprise, the guy who answered the phone remembered me and told me that he found the cash on the ground after I left and thought it must have been mine. He kept all of it safe for me in an envelope until I picked it up. Its an understatement to say that made my day! Thank you, Bees!

Could not be more happy with this place. Ive been to every shop in the metroATL but I no longer go anywhere else. TEN TIMES the glass selection, prices are super reasonable, and the staff is really excellent. Ill be a Bee-head forever.

The best area shop available of its type. When I say they have one of a kind pieces I mean you cant find them anywhere else in the world. Check them out, very fairly priced, and discounting on multiple purchases! Theyve got it all.

They have a great selection of all your smoking and vape needs and tons of other stuff. Bought another Grateful Dead tapestry the other day it is cheaper there than inline. Keep up the good work Bees 🐝

Worst place ever. Bought a smok pod system after three weeks it stopped working and leaking so much juice. I went to the store they didn’t wanna exchange for a new one said no returns or warranty! What is wrong with you? I always go buy stuff doesnt work and cant return. You should tell you customer....Now have a great day plus you lost a customer with this non sense. DONT buy here!! There are much better places these guys dont take any returns or warranties which are mandatory from the sellers that make these devices. Going to call Smok soon and let them know about this scam. The lady in the store told me i would overcharge my batter in the pod. I laughed so hard....Lithium ION batteries lady cannot be overcharged... Ill never come back to this scam place.

Stopped by to grab a replacement for a spacecase. Sales dude sold me a Santa Cruz Shredder. It was a good experience. Sales dude knew a good bit and even checked stock in the back for a diff color.Please note this place allows smoking cigarettes inside and the staff is allowed to smoke as well. Due to the size it get a bit smoky and just wanted to toss that out.And the grinder is pretty good so far. If anyone wondered. The two are pretty comparable. The Cruzs teeth are tougher and sharper, imo.

I drove 30 mins to here to buy 2 cartons of cigarettes and they told me I can’t use credit card because they’ve been scammed too many times. What a joke of a store

Total rip off. We went in there today to get a stem which is a small glass piece. They wanted $20 for it. Went to the manufacturers website and they are two dollars on their website I had three of them shipped to me for less than $10. thats why these guys are a total rip off.
