The staff here are probably some of the nicest, chilled out people Ive ever met. Theyll tell you everything they know about the products they offer. Extremely knowledgeable and cheerful every time I come in, they pack professional and relaxed into a tiny establishment. The products they offer are always of the best quality, and the fact they order in bulk means the savings get passed to us. Combined with their rewards system, which the points build up very quickly, makes shopping here worth it. Quality, price, staff. You guys are great.

Don’t trust the online times. I got to the shop 30 minutes before closing but they had already locked the doors. Employees inside signaled they were closed despite the time posted on the door saying they should be open.

My experience with this location was definitely a 10/10. I was soooo green about vapes and what I was looking for. Jewelz took care of me. She was amazing helped me with my new purchase and had a lot of knowledge!!! She took her time explaining the differences in devices and juices. She was very patient as well. We need more people like this in our world. Great job 👏 Thank you for your help!!!

This place is great. Mason just provided the best customer service Ive had at any business in years. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, listened and provided an excellent solution for my needs. After many years of frequent visits, something has changed in the recent months. Prices are still good, but the personnel just arent the same. It feels as if Im a burden when visiting, interrupting whatever they were doing. Asking how a flavor is and getting a response of Idk, its on the box.

Still my home location after all these years. Cody, sorry if I got that wrong, was super helpful and friendly. The staff is always nice and the stock is good.

So I am very picky and particular when purchasing a vape product ( or most anything I may be purchasing for myself). I take FOREVER when making my decision on many purchases. Anyhow, Tyler, Jared H, and Cameron, are always so patient and extremely helpful with me when making my decision. I have been going to this store for years and these guys always take the time to help me out when deciding what it is that I actually want. They have never “pushed” a sale on me or even tried to rush me along. Instead, always explaining and taking “their” time to help me out! Very informative and extremely patient! If your not sure what you want or where to go…do yourself a favor and check this place out! You will be happy you did!!

A Disappointing Experience at a Smoke Shop👎👎👎I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at a local smoke shop that left me feeling unfairly treated and falsely accused. I believe it is important to share my experience to help others make an informed decision.Upon entering the smoke shop, I was initially impressed by its wide selection of smoking accessories and products. The atmosphere seemed inviting, and the staff appeared friendly. However, my perception quickly changed when I became the victim of an unwarranted accusation.I approached the counter with the intention of purchasing some tobacco-related items. I presented my valid identification card, which clearly displayed my date of birth, in order to confirm my legal age. To my shock and disbelief, the employee accused me of using a fake ID, claiming that it did not appear genuine.I was taken aback by this accusation as I have used this ID countless times without any issues. Nevertheless, I remained calm and tried to explain that it was a legitimate identification card. However, the staff member refused to listen to me, and instead of trying to resolve the situation in a professional manner, they simply turned me away, denying me any further service.What struck me as most concerning was the lack of respect and understanding displayed by the staff. Rather than giving me the benefit of the doubt and engaging in a constructive dialogue, they chose to make assumptions based on their subjective opinion. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, but it also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. The manager said, I am the president, I can do whatever I want.As a customer, I expected to be treated with dignity and fairness, regardless of any misunderstandings that may arise. Unfortunately, this smoke shop failed to meet these basic standards of customer service.I strongly urge others to exercise caution when considering this smoke shop for their smoking-related needs. The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff and their lack of willingness to rectify the situation were deeply disappointing. It is important for businesses to value their customers and handle conflicts in a respectful and unbiased manner, which was clearly lacking in this particular establishment.In conclusion, my experience at this smoke shop was one of frustration and injustice. I hope that by sharing my story, others will be spared from similar mistreatment. The store was great! The customer service was absolutely amazing. The guy who helped me out was knowledgeable and friendly. If given the opportunity I would definitely come back to this store.(The only downside was that they had limited options on some products like ash catchers.)

I have purchased three different devices in as many months, and none of them have worked. One of which wouldn’t even come on but when I went back to the store clerk, I was advised that I could not get another device, nor could I get my money back for any of them.

Went there three times: Friday night, Saturday morning, and Saturday night. The girl on Friday night was really helpful and pleasant. She went above and beyond to help me when buying my first hookah. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized it was missing a piece to hold the hose snug to the hookah.Went back Saturday morning to see if I could get the missing piece. There was a different girl there. She was so incredibly rude, and she seemed like she had zero interest in being there. She refused to help and said there was nothing she could do. Maybe if I brought in the hookah she could see, but theres probably nothing she could do to fix it. I asked her when next the girl from Friday night would be back because I had no desire to come back to the store when she was there offering terrible service. She told me she would be there after 5pm. I come back around 630pm, there was a young guy and he was able to help me. He was so pleasant and helpful.Advice to management- provide customer service training to employees who are clearly lacking it.

Jack was very helpful. And help me out with what I needed. Well actually a product I had ordered did not come with but the battery or device. But sold me vape pen at a very good price and vape juice to go with it was actually discounted. So walk out not paying a lot.

I went in today to purchase a new vape since my nova 3 broke!! The guy at the counter was super nice and very helpful. He also was very knowledgeable of all the products which is great because I don’t know much about vapes I just use them. He is what great customer service represents. The representative that helped me was very nice and accommodating. The shop is small but packed with all sorts of goodies. They didnt have the color mod I was looking for, but they did have the right model.Buy one get one free on tursday for juice. They also have a reward program. Will be coming back.

The manager is so nice but my God the blonde girl that works in there has to be the rudest individual and so hostile. Went there Thanksgiving night and got a suorin pod and a mipod and the suorin doesnt work properly and called and i really love this place but she is just so rude over the phone. Otherwise I love this place. But she needs a lesson on customer service skills or rather people skills might be better. Good Lord if ya dont like your job then move on. I need to get a hold of the manager, not fair to be out 38.00 in 2 days the thing didnt last. The Mi Pod is awesome though. Then tell me guess u are stuck with the other pod thats not working we do not exchange its 2 days later lady and i told the manager there who helped me the night i got it that it tasted burned. They have lost my business and after telling a couple of friends what happen thats why tbey no longer go there either.Update: I would like to thank The manager Martell who reached out and helped me beyond expectations. Very nice and very patient. Just left the store very happy I was able to get a new Pod to replace the one that was not working. I will be going once a month to get my juice and things that I need. Thank you for being kind and understanding.

Had a cool experience at Xhale City. Enrique V. was the one who helped me. He informed me of some items I should have. Enrique V is down to earth and goes above and beyond for his customers!

The first several times I bought kratom from them was great. Over priced, but great. Then the last time I visited I got the bumble bee red borneo (a highly distinguish brand) and when I got home the tamper seal was broken, but I assumed it was a factory defect. I imagine if I took 40-50 grams I would have felt something, but at my usual dose of 6 grams I felt nothing. So the next day I doubled it, 12 grams. I felt a mild uneasiness. Thats it. Ive tried calling them several times and always get an automated response saying the number is no longer valid. DO NOT buy from this location. Something is not kosher.

Came in looking for butane and they didnt have any. The guy working there gave me some of his own butane to help me out. That is amazing customer service and I will be buying all my vape supplies from them for this reason. Highly recommend this store, great selection of products and knowledgeable staff.

Terrible customer service. Multiple times I’ve been sold defect products and told IN STORE without leaving that it’s not their problem and that all sales are final. It takes a lot for me to leave any review, good or bad, but this place has the least helpful staff and obviously cares zero abou their customers. They don’t give a printed receipt (which is needed for mfg. replacement) so when you buy their defective products you’re out of luck. This is the third and final bad experience I’ve had with Xhale Roswell. Will not be back and will be following up with the BBB with who I have a great working relationship. Avoid at all costs.

This place is extremely overpriced. Every item in the store was several dollars higher than anywhere else Ive been. The employees werent very friendly and the environment left something to be desired to say the least. I will not be stopping here again for any reason. With as many option as the city has to offer there is no reason to buy anything from a store with such overpriced items.

Bought a vape battery last night, charged it overnight and the battery physically expanded. Went in this morning, Christoph fixed me up with a better model no worries. Even confirmed my existing tank fit the new model. I’ll be going here for all my future vape needs. Christoph saved me a stop on a long trip, it is much appreciated.

Buyer beware. Most of the vapes they sell are duds. I’ve bought several vapes here that all stopped pulling after 1-2 uses. And it wasn’t the battery. Taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a battery on the store on Roswell they have what they call a new exchange policy I had the battery about 2 weeks I brought the battery back they did not take the batteries off the shelf so maybe this will help someone else not lose their money
