I usually have a good experience here but today was not one of those times. When I came in I was happy. The clerk greeted me and asked what I wanted and I stated that I wanted what he had in his hand because he was opening a new box. He repeated hisself as if he didn’t hear me, so I repeated myself and said I would like what you have in your hand, he only had one thing in his hand so I’m not sure what the confusion was. He then said hemp wraps in the tone of a question, I said yes I would like 4. He then asked me how many after I just sated it and I repeated my self. He seemed to be toying with me and had an attitude which I’m not sure why. Then he asked me if I had an I’d which I went to provide him then he seemed to have more of and attitude because I was struggling to get it out of my wallet and then said he could just look at if through the clear screen of my wallet. I had been standing there the entire time with my cash in hand waiting to pay. He then asked cash or card as I am holding the cash up to him. He finally stated the price I gave him the cash and put my wraps in my bag. I stopped responding to him verbally because his entire energy and attitude was so negative and I don’t have the time for that. He asked me if I needed a bag after I already put the wraps in my purse and I don’t respond because I was completely over the interaction and I was waiting for him to give me my change. In the end I asked him if he had some type of problem or issue, as he still hasn’t given me my change,and he tried to gaslight me while holding my change and said it was because I didn’t respond to him. I told him that it seemed he had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in and our initial interaction, and when he asked if I was paying cash or card when I’m clearly holding cash up to him for him to take but he wants a verbal response so he’s asking unnecessary questions to get a verbal response and prolonging the interaction because he had an attitude. He tried to continue going back and forth but I told him to have a nice day and took my change out of his hand because it seemed he wasn’t going to give it to me and continue talking. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.

They carry a wide varity of tobacco, cigar products. Their speciality is vape and ALL of the products you need. If they dont have in STOCK, they will work hard to meet the needs of customers. Nor is Great .

Its aight. I go here if I have to. The customer service has been good. Ive had to return items and they were chill about it. 3 stars for not carrying vape coils I need as often and when they have, several times the coils have been missing a coil in the package. It just seems a little shady here. But whatever, its close, and the prices are decent.

Very helpful staff.. I was able to get a tank for my Stick V9 Max.. Though it wasnt exactly meant for it. The staff had the knowledge that helped me find what I needed, they were honest and didnt try to just make a sell! Thanks!!!

One of the best smoke shops Ive had the privilege of shopping at in the Sacramento area! The staff was phenomenal very helpful and quick! Nader I appreciate the great customer service and awesome selection!

Sold me defective vapes that taste burnt. When I went to return the first I was told there’s nothing they can do except sell me another at a discount and I should test in the store. So I buy another one at a discount, test it in the store and it’s bad again. I’m told “well sorry”. No offer to replace the second one. I’m just out money and have two vapes that taste like burnt propylene glycol. Never shopping here again.

I have been going to this shop since the day it opened, and ever since then this has been my go to shop. They have all the juices you would want and then some! and if they dont have it they can order it for you and give you a good deal! The prices are good, compared to other shops that charge you 30$ for a 60ml. Staff is very friendly! I am always greeted when I walk in, very friendly environment. If you are a review reader like me who has to read the reviews before they go into an establishment let me stop you their, this place is amazing and you deffinetly wont regret coming in! I would give it 10 stars if I could thats how much I enjoy this place!

They do have a lot of product in stock, but they charge the same price ($20) for vape juice but it only comes in zero nicotine… then they charge an additional $4 for the nicotine “squeeze in” liquid. So really they need to drop the vape juice down to $15 so it can be $20 out the door as normal. That being said they charge too much IMO, also they do not carry the correct ohm coils for my R22 stick.

Spent $93 today for a new vapor kit and turn out the one in the box is a older model of smok rpm 5. Cashier guy unbox it for me and show me how to use the machine. I left with it and used it in the car. Turn out the button for the wattage setting is malfunction and found a dent on the corner. Went back inside and told the cashier about it and he said someone must have switched it. The vapor that was in the box doesnt look like the picture on the box. It had leather wrapping instead of the newer look. Cashier guy grabbed me another one and this one have a qr code and a screen cover protector as it was new. Very disappointed how a store would run thier business. Will not return here.

I must say cloud9 has always kept me satisfied with their honest and professional customer service! I absolutely admire the selection of ejuices and mods they display! I have never had a bad experience in cloud9 within the 3 years they have been open! Its a family friendly type of environment and always seems to bring me a welcomed feeling! I have yet to find a vape shop that seems home comfy other then cloud9!

I went in to get vape juice and came out with a new vape pin and 2 bottles of juice.Absolutely will be keeping this store as my new favorite vape shop! Loved, loved the guys working their they are super friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products!So awesome I have found my home store! Will not shop anywhere else now! YAAAY!!!! This is a very cute shop its small but it packs a lot in it. And the owners there are very nice and very chill. And if u need something for a deal they can usually help u with it. I dont smoke but my friends do I buy buy them nice gifts here and I never feel ripped off. So if ur friends or if u vape a lot come here they have a lot of stuff and special papers for the food greens. And very cute simple bongs and bubblers. And ll sorts of other things check them out.

Your company does not stand behind what it sells!I had a coworker from the east coast here to perform work at our west coast facility. He needed some vape items and I recommended your business as a reliable place to answer questions and make an educated purchase. We all can jump on the internet and purchase these same exact items sold in store for far less, but to hear, see, and learn from experience of persons who work with these products everyday, help to reassure that we are making a sound purchase.After the purchase of a 100+ dollar tank and battery (separate units)the tank started heavily leaking from the bottom the very next day. The leaking tank is what my coworker was trying to avoid, having that same issue in the past, so this is why he wanted to speak with someone prior to purchase.I know my coworker was frustrated after being told upon purchase that there would not be any leaking from the tank he purchased with the thickness of fluid he purchased at the same time, just for it to leak and leak bad. He understood how heat can play into effect and cause some leaking, but in a temperature controlled environment this should not be an issue.I told him to just take the unit back and see if there is a bad gasket or what the shop can do for you. The shop that is closest to where I live (considerably farther from my work), that I have used in the past would have inspected the tank and swapped it out for a new tank or something that would have less risk of leaking, and with the amount of competition via the internet and other shops in town I felt that Cloud 9 policy would be the same.Unfortunately that was not the case there was some back and forth on heat causing the leak and that additional customer had come in that day with the same issue, that they could not accept a return on a used tank but the shop could help send the tank back to the distributor for warranty which would take a couple weeks......really for a leaking tank that was purchased the day before.So with all being said my coworker purchased a new tank at a discount that was guaranteed not to leak, and is stuck with a useless leaking tank that was supposed to not leak as well. Your shop should be ashamed of your business practice, stand behind your product, and if you know there is issues with items disclose that information to your clientele so they can make a better decision on a purchase. As for potential customers do your homework on possible purchase prior to purchasing from this shop or any, its becoming harder to find companies that will stand behind what they sell once the cash is handed over.

This store Cloud 9 in Natomas area is the best store that I have found throughout this town the people inside that work there are great people great service and you cant get it any better thats my saying. All except one particular employee goes by the name Abe worst person to help you he lies always high on the job worst customer ethics sad.

This plce is just absolutely the best. They carry all the latest gear. And they have the best premium juice. If they dont carry an item they will order it. Their prices are very good compared to some of the other shops. Guranteed satisfaction here. Great customer service

Honestly at first glance its a nice shop, but when you look deeper you realise that the decor and the products are no different than your Hood Strip Mall Cigarette store. The Juice Selection is Mediocre at best, pushing Bargain brand products like Lost Art on Customers that know better. Pushing garbage Mods like the Rev Tech. They dont back their products and their Employees and managers are raggedy, odd, off putting and generally awkward during sales as if they know they are selling you a poor product. To be honest you will find much better shops in and around Sacramento that are not just worried about your money. If i could leave a half star i would.

The manager is supper knowledgeable man, as well as the employees great prices and an even better selection of juice, if new to vaping i would ask the people at the from for help and they will guide you to the best decision for you. They are not so money oriented as other companies they are mostly there to help you regardless 10/10 will recomend

Ive been a patron of this Natomas location for a little over a year now. Well my boyfriend is actually but everytime i accompany him im greeted by the employees, both noor and nader treat me like family and i would say if i were actually a smoker this shop would be my number one choice!

The upmost love and respect for this well knowledgeable place. Will definitely be referring all of my friends here customer service was top notch. Walked in a novice and left with all the knowledge I need to take my vaping to the next level. Cant forget the A1 products they have there.

Decent selection and prices seemed reasonable. They didnt have the e-liquid I was looking for so I didnt actually purchase anything but the guy behind the counter was really friendly and knowledgeable.

Old, outdated juice brands, very high prices on their mods, still carrying old kangertech and joytech products, very impatient customer service. Always pushing products on me and belittling me. Also how is this a vape shop? They carry more weed stuff and cigarettes anyways. Total waste of a vapers time.

This place has pretty good prices on cigarettes. My oldest son smokes so we buy them there. I dont like cigarettes but if u have to have them theyre prices are good.

Cloud 9 natomas is the closest to my house. Ive only been to the west sac location once due to geographic distance. The west sac and natomas Location have something other shops lack such as young yet respectful knowledgeable, and hospitable staff unlike other shops with an elderly folk behind the counter buy-leave-thank you-come again mentality. Cloud 9 is like the Starbucks of Vapes tobacco and much more but with an modern mom and pop like feel.

Over priced. Youre better off going to a local small business vape shop and not a franchise. Every tank I bought there leaks. 3 in total.

Came in to get some juice to help get me through the next couple weeks before I return to Portland. Lots of flavors to choose from, and they helped me find exactly what I needed.
