I agree with the comment from Mike Putnam below....service here has done a complete turnaround since its start...staff is unattentive and seem like they are there to hang out with their friends. I only go for quality juice and seem to have to wait around for them to fix their personal mods or their friends mods or just finish their personal conversations. I purchase my juices online directly from the manufacturer and they seem to appreciate my business so I will continue to due just that.
I have worked in the customer service field for the majority of my life, and i was extremely dissatisfied with service from the The Vapor House. As soon as i entered the shop, i was greeted by no one, and was completely disregarded by the staff. I understand that it is set up to be a store/lounge, but the workers seem to be more attentive towards the non-paying people just there to hang out, then the actual paying customers.
My first time coming to the store Im blown away by the horrible prices, shitty service, and extreme amount of clones. If anything in the store is authentic, you can easily expect it to be double the price of the same product online. Do yourselves a favor and buy everything online, youll save hundreds and never have to deal with their poorly made steam-gear clones. To cap off my trip I looked in the mod case, saw an ipv3-li for a whopping $160.... I bought one with batteries online got it two days later and only paid $100 with shipping..... If you must go to a shop to make your purchases, Wild Bills is one with decent pricing and great staff, and Smokin Vapor are both good options.
We are lucky to have a Vape shop in the area. These people are very nice, and I often wonder how they can put up with the unruly vape noobs. The person who wants to return the atomizer after trying it out at home is a idiot. They cant take it back and resell it, what the heck is the matter with you? Do yourself a favor and do some homework before buying Vape stuff.Everything in this industry is very subjective. What one person loves, another will hate. Nobody can read your mind, and if your a Vape Noob, then you dont even know what you want. How is the shop supposed to know?@Mary, your flat out lying about not being able to exchange it before leaving the store. That is a ridicules statement. You took it home, used it, and they wouldnt return it. Your dishonesty doesnt serve you well for leaving such a statement on these review boards.You want to complain about the prices? Try running your own store along with all the over-head like rent, utilities, licensing fees, etc...Personally, I like walking into the store, talking with people, and picking up some things. Sure I can save 10 bucks shopping on ebay and waiting a week or two to get the product, but I dont mind supporting the Brick & Mortar shops. Its nice to have them around, and I drive 25 miles one way, from Midland.
Picked up a nice authentic vaporshark rdna40 from this location and a nice subohm tank. staff is very helpful and will show you how to use every option on the device you buy. i HIGHLY recommend the vapor house, it is a nice place to hang out and very well designed. You will not be disappointed if you go to this vape shop - their selection of mods and tank and juice is huge
Started out good and strong. Had great flavors and choices. But this last year it has gone down hill no juices besides 0mg and 24 mg. Horrible service by a bunch of teenagers. Get you head back into the gamr big guy!
Awful service from both locations. Never answered the phone at either locations. When I ventured to the store, which says open at 10, had a sign that said open at 11, it was 11:45 when I arrived and they still werent open. When I did manage to get into the mall location the staff was rude, the hardware was way overpriced and there was next to no juice selection. Id never recommend anyone support this business.
Terrible service over priced, junk. When I we t there no would come up to me and greet me, ask me how we doing today, what can I get you. And when they did, they doing Ms the wrong juice. People at over by Macys were way more responsible
I want to say a lot regarding what I think about this establishment, but Im going to be the bigger person and simply say that if youre looking for a vape company/shop that is honest and genuine, run away as fast as you can from this place.
Great vape shop. Tons of quality mods, batteries, tanks, dripper, and top quality e-liquids. Staff is super friendly and very helpful.
I have a awful time everytime I go into the mall....they dont have the coils that are used in my box...and I bought the box there...Dillon just wants to give u whatever HE thinks will work and not listen to what you say....and when you do have a problem with the coil he sold u...he looks at u like a monkey doing a math problem and not try to even fix the situation....he thinks its ok when u only use a tank a day and when he puts a new coil in I now have to use 3 or 4 tanks a day...so what is wrong with that situation....I sure as hell dont think Dillon should be a manager because he doesnt know the first thing about customer service...the staff usually doenst know much about the products but still want to sell it to u....and they are way over priced and u usually have to wait forever to be served because they are too busy hanging out with their friends who arent even buying things...u want people to buy the custom oil and dont even want to add any more flavor after u try it...because u dont have a sample or a list of the flavors that u do know how to make...so how is that custom when u dont let us try it before we leave the store and u dont want to add flavor if we do come back...so now u have lost another customer...and its a shame that there is a vape shop across the street who is killing you in prices and customer service...cause Im gonna go there and not b raped by ur prices...
It is nice but they need to have k-tech supplies (more). Juicies or oils a high demand on green green and menthol.
Dont never have anything and Ive been there several times and there not even open during the hours posted they sure dont run there business like hes parents did at JRS.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE.
Not what it was 2 years ago, but really hoping the remodel fixes all of that and it is back to being the must stop shop of saginaw.
