It upsets me that I even have to write this review as I have been going to the vapor house for over two years and spent hundreds of dollars there. Recently I purchased a MOD from them to replace one that I had that started failing on me after about a year. The device I purchased a few days ago was bought with a separate tank as well, wound up being about 160$ or so; regardless, point being is it stopped reading the atomizer/tank after a couple of days. Naturally being that I had just purchased it, and vapor house states a 10 day exchange policy, I brought it into the shop looking for assistance and possible exchange if necessary upon the chance we were unable to figure out what was going on. The regional manager was working and he advised he did not know what the issue was,which is understandable. I inquired to him regarding a exchange and he was unwilling to even discuss it because the mod I had purchased had a internal battery which is a clear excuse as no where on the receipt did it state that a mod with a internal battery was not exchangeable(also, this was not mentioned when I purchased the device either) . His reasoning for why it may of failed was that it was an electronic device. The ignorance of that statement is belittling and unbearable being that Ive worked with electronics all my life. Unfortunately, me as a customer and all the money Ive spent at this business is not important enough to even warrant a exchange for a clearly out the box defective item. I am now left to try to chase down the manufacturer for assistance which upon reading reviews, is not going to be a successful task. I will not be returning to the vapor house or purchasing anything from them in the future. Unfortunately, Its only fair that I take my money and future purchases to K-Zoo vapor across the street, whos juice selection, customer service and business etiquette are actually in stock.
Bought a 521coil master on december 30th 2016 and it didnt read my rdas so i took it back January 1st 2017 and he claimed it wasnt a deffective product even though it wouldnt read his rda either. He fought very hard not to exchange it for i went back and tried five times in between my 10 day period but he did give me a lower model and didnt take my deffective 521 back. He at least did that much. So paid 60 bucks for a low end model that at least works. Not happy but at least i got something that works.
BEWARE!!!!! Go To Wild Bills in Bay City Instead (actually ANYWHERE ELSE)I have never been here before nor do I know much about Vaper pens or mixing but I wanted to get into it. Well I dropped about $100. To get something broken. When I took it back Kevin (the guy working) said Well I can tell you didnt break it, its clearly a manufacturing problem, but theres nothing I can to be uses it came with a tank. Okay if it wasnt my fault and you sold me a price of junk that WAS BROKEN you should honor you receipt that clearly states if a manufacturing problem you will take it back within 10 days. I took it back writhing 20mins. Then he blankly looked at me and basically said sorry but thanks for you donation to our company!!! Thanks for taking advantage of me! This will not end nicely! Then when emailing the company the same person who gave me the worst service (and excuses Ive ever heard) in my life, is the one who emailed me back! Contradicting EVERYTHING he said!!! KEVIN NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP if you want this store to last! Regional manager, his managing is very mediocre.
If I could give half a star I would. Every time I go in there wether it is packed or Im the only one in there, it takes forever to get any service and when I do its as if I was the greatest Inconvience they could have experienced. All of my friends have stopped going there and on multiple occasions my friends have been sold the wrong coils. One of the employes even argued that a coil for their tank would not fit even tho she knew better. I am done and I will take my business across the street to Kalamazoo vapor from now on.
Went in to look for a new RTA and ceramic tweasers. Was in there for 5 minutes and non of the workers asked to help. Everything is extremely over priced. Even for a vape shop. Go to Kalamazoo Vapor instead. Or Would Bills in Bay City
Went to the fashion square Mall location and had a very unpleasant visit because of a rude and extremely disrespectful employee. He told us there were deals then rang us up for full price, then denied ever saying that there was a deal or discount. Over all terrible experience. I personally recommend never visiting this shop. On top of all of this when I requested the name of his manager he refused me this information.
Ridiculously stuck up employees, not everyone, but enough to make the store unappealing. Always out of high vg lower nicotine popular juices, like 0-3 nicotine. Not a strong selection of new products.
Not very helpful. Always out of stock and the mark up price on mods and accessories is way to high. Please do your research before visiting this shop. I didnt and quickly found out how much more you pay there than other shops. Glad that there is a much better shop across the street.
Amazing shop... I literally shop here all the time... the customer service is all ways there for you... youll always find what you need... well if go there when inventory comes lol... but other than that... prices are fair... everything is guaranteed authentic... you never have to worry about clones are things that are made in China lol... and the regional manager is the absolute best person ever... super chill... I would totally suggest this place to anyone that is trying to vape... or learn the basics of it...
