Very friendly staff. My masseuse was so sweet and cute. She thought my feet were cold so she put a blanket over them. it’s the little details that make for a great experience :) although I am not from the area so I won’t be back :/ I would HIGHLY recommend this place and if I lived nearby I would 110% return! Keep on being great.

Great place to get a massage sadly the lady feels a tip is never good enough in an economy where people are barely making ends meet and making 3x their living expenses. There are businesses glad and happy to see customers keep their business open … Very Unfortunate and ungrateful

First and last visit. Masseuse was unhappy with cash tip that I wanted to provide. She called me cheap and said I made her sad with a frown face. She showed me a notebook with what other patrons tips they provided. Terrible customer service to start off new year.

Excellent place! Highly recommend, have been going here for several years for deep tissue massages. The massages are amazing and Coco, the owner, is the absolute kindest person and wants your experience to be excellent. The facility is very clean would highly recommend , you will not be disappointed!!

Love this place! Sam is amazing. She really can give any pressure you want. I like a deep massage, and she does great! She is very professional and nice.

The therapist had on street clothes with flip flops. The room was not stock with towels. No spa music. It was the worst!! She used one sheet the size of a kid’s starter bed. Will never go back.

I came in for the first time today and it may just have been the best massage I have ever had. My massager was Coco and she was excellent and very skilled during the whole session, as she took care of many of my aches and knots and was accommodating of the intensity level and the spots that were in need of more care. Prices are reasonable too.I will definitely be back!

I saw a couple people mentioned what I’m assuming is the same lady who scoffed at the tip given. If it wasn’t for her, I would sing high praises of this place in every area. Unfortunately due to her rudeness and expecting a certain amount of a tip and trying to shame me into give her more money, ruining the relaxing part of a massage, I will no longer be going here. This is twice this has happened. The first time I gave her a $15 tip and she said that’s not a good tip, it needs to be at least $20. I apologized (in the moment I was too shocked to do anything else) and she actually had me redo it so I would give her $20 tip!! I am still shocked at her behavior. I went again after deciding to not go anymore because I felt maybe it was an off day for her or something. I gave a larger tip this time and she STILL immediately made a rude comment about my tip being too low. I tried to keep my composure asking isn’t the tip meant to be a bonus on top of the cost of the massage, which is equally priced compared to majority of other massage places, and she said no it needs to be more. I didn’t even wait for her to try to get me to give her more money. It’s not like a waitress job where they’re income is in tips, and I’m not going for fun, I deal with chronic pain due to health issues I can’t control and I get a massage as a last resort. I am on disability and can barely afford a massage since insurance doesn’t cover them, but often times after I’ve tried every other thing including heavy pain meds and they also fail, last resort is massage just to be able to function again. Even without that, I find the behavior abhorrent and very unprofessional. That’s not how tipping works, especially in family-owned massage places.

Place was awesome, great prices, everything was great up until paying, and the person told me that other people tip more, which is completely uncalled for.. went from feeling amazingly relaxed to apalled and anxious, probably wont be back to this place after that especially since I work for tips for a living... You should be happy to receive anything not state that other patrons tip more.. could have been a 5 star review... Go see Smart Pain Solutions in Bridgeton. Way better experience and they take most insurance, 10 min massage with adjustment, way more professional environment. I will never come back to this place.

I visited here last week and Eva was my massage therapist. She was very good and professional. I felt relaxed and energized after a 90 minute session. The studio was well decorated and very clean. “ I will visit again” thank you Eva!!! P.S. the entrance is it the back of the building.

Great deep tissue, willing to work the kinks out!!

My cousin and I booked massages and we both had a good experience until we paid. The lady scoffed at the tip and said oh no not enough. Never give service to you again. She said $30 tip for $90 massage. Um no a tip is not over 30%. Extremely rude and ruined the experience.

Ive been a regular customer for several years. As a marathoner and triathlete I get frequent massages and Massage Miracles is simply the best that Ive found in the STL area. Therapists are very professional and easy to talk to.

These ladies are church going folks. I expected and got a great massage. It was great that they scolded me for not bending right at work and suggested I change the way I work ( I could tell they wanted to grab me by the ear when they said it) .They fixed me a little.

My favorite place they will always get my services very friendly and polite and very clean but I do want to warn they need to put a sign saying they require a tip because they literally are all over your back about it
