Ruby is a great man. He has always helped with a smile on his face and he goes above and beyond for his customers.I was into dip for a while, and he special ordered me a flavor I wanted to try. That shows you how much he cares.Ruby also has a liquor store in Aurora that I plan on checking out soon.Store-wise, there is an awesome selection of vapes, smokeless tobacco, cigars, tobacco accessories and much more.If you can’t find what you need, I bet ruby would be glad to help.As long as I live in the area, I will always go to Ruby for tobacco needs, and once I check out his liquor store, probably liquor as well.Trust me, give this store a shot, you won’t regret it.

He parks his car by the sidewalk so you have to walk through the grass or walk down by the Chinese restaurant to get on the sidewalk. Its the same Grey challenger everytime. I started going to the new place up the street instead

Decent selection of cigars but theyre not really kept in a humidor. Theyre in a case with sliding doors that dont keep cigars fresh for very long. My $13 My Father didnt cut well and had a crack to go along with it. Most cigar shops keep a good cutter and even some matches behind the desk which this place doesnt. Being from out of town, you cant pack a cutter or torch. If youre looking for cigars, look elsewhere. Shop was well kept and clean and the staff was helpful though.

I love the shop. They have a great selection of mods and ejuices. But honestly, my favorite part of the shop is Ruby. He is amazing, always remembers my name, welcomes me with a smile and has recommended some of the most amazing flavors to me over the years.

Great shop, the only place I can find decent canned tobacco for rolling locally with decent prices. Great glassware selection, some very high end artwork. Owner is very friendly as is his wife, I went in to pick up my first vape and the owner gave me many options as to maintenance, how often I smoke, what flavors I may enjoy, all the way down to the type of battery I may need. Very helpful, I smoke much less and only roll the occasional cigarette. He genuinely seemed to want to help me quit, or at least cut back. As far as business is concerned being helpful to people ahead of your own profit far exceeds most expectations in this day and age.

This is by far my favorite place to buy anything related to tobacco, pipes, vaporizers/e-juice, or even lighters and incense. Despite appearing to be the size of an average tobacco store, there is an exceptional range of selection.Ive been shopping here since it opened and in those many years have visited many other tobacco and glass shops as a smoker and an all around fan of glass and I have never found a place that impresses me more than Tobacco & Gift.The range of selection, quality, price, and most importantly, customer service, cant be beat.Ruby treats all of his customers with the upmost respect and attentiveness, while still making sure his regular customers are recognized an appreciated.Whenever Im not sure what Im looking for or think I need something pricey, Ruby always helps me find the best balance of price and quality even if it means convincing me to spend a little less money.He is very fair, honest, and knowledgeable.Ive been 100% satisfied every time Ive made a purchase here.

Great selection of American (no China markups!) glass and quartz, straightforward pricing and very knowledgeable about the trade. Dont personally buy vape gear but they are very well stocked and a popular choice in the area. Hope to see their business increase as Illinois slowly rolls into recreational.

Best place around. Owners are super helpful and when they dont have juice we are looking for they order it for us. Great people and have a ton of juice selection. They always are friendly polite and answer all my annoying million questions with understanding and patience. I see a few negative one star reviews and they are so so wrong about this establishment. My boyfriend and I are regulars who will be continuing to go here for our needs on a weekly basis. Love it!

My husband and I have been shopping here since this couple had a little place in Geneva. They are friendly and have great prices. We moved further and quit smoking but we still make the journey to st. Charles to say hi and see what cool stuff they have in the store this month! Great people. If you had a bad experience its most likely that you were being rude. Ive never seen them without a smile or nice comment for any of their customers. But hey, we all have our off days. They have always been good to us.

The couple that owns this store is very friendly. They are always patient and will never rush someone looking through their vast selection of glass. They have a huge variety of sizes and prices with some truly unique pieces. They are always fully stocked, organized and clean. They also have a large assortment unique gifts and non-smoking related items. You wont be disappointed.

This guy is the best.Sundays are rough sometimes…it’s very embarrassing seeing a long line at 1132 when the note on the door says “I will be back at 11:30”. Looks like a bunch of crack addicts lined up for their fix and I’m embarrassed.Yes, I’m biased, but prove me wrong. I respect and trust the hell out of this man and not once has he led me astray. As long as I live here, and as long as you’re open, I’ll be coming in for all of my “tobacco” and vape-related needs.

I have been coming here since they were located in Geneva on Rt. 38 wayyyy back in the day. Hands down THE BEST glass selection in the area! Many hand blown custom glass made by local artist!! Not to mention an extensive vape juice collection. Kratom, CBD, Delta-8, and plenty of other goodies you cant find anywhere else! This is the only place that has my favorite juice in stock. Ive been going here for about 10 years they have everything related to tobacco in different sections although they dont always have every new or trending item but they are pretty good at having most things. They are also a vape shop now and they have juice, mods, and tanks also sell low wattage mods. They have a good selection at fair prices . They can be a little pricy on some things but the owners are really nice and for the most part they are pretty knowledgeable about the items that they sell. They have a nice selection of gifts as well and they always stay up to date on certain trending things.... check them out they may have what you are looking for and sometimes willing to negotiate prices on certain things tobacco not included in that. They give discounts sometimes as well . They are good with and to people and sometimes even know what u are trying to find before you even do...

They used to have a 4 star review, and was my go to place. Today I stopped in because I needed filters to roll cigarettes at work, for the business. I was told that if I dont buy my tobacco there I wont be able to buy tubes. My boss buys that stuff, we just ran out early. Who refuses to just sell tubes?? Thats like saying you cant buy their vapes without buying their juice, or their glass without Delta 8. I will be taking my business elsewhere thats for sure.

Do not believe the negative reviews. Anytime I walk into this place I am treated with the most respect and best service from these people. On multiple occasions I have gone out of my way just to go to this specific location for my needs. Always choose Tobacco & Gifts. They are the nicest, most genuine business people Ive encountered in quite some time.

If I could give zero stars I would. The very first time I came into this shop was maybe 15 minutes to close and the owner basically told us if we weren’t buying anything then we had to leave. We were in the store looking for about 2 minutes. Since then, for some reason I decided to give this ignorant immigrant my business but two of the same batteries two different times at $80/ piece, only for both of them to break/ stop working. I called the shop to see if he could help and he began to tell me I was lying about what I was saying and there’s nothing he can do to help me. This was after rudely asking irrelevant questions and actually LAUGHING at me?!!!!! I will never give this man my money again, neither should you

Worse place to go, The owner has no knowledge of vape juice and mods. I went with my friends and ask to test couple of juices they regret and when I asked about the flavors, the guy doesnt have any knowledge. He said you buy which one you like and his behavior is worse with customer. I will suggest please dont go for vape in this place.

Sadly, the one star reviews are correct. Worse place to go, The owner has no knowledge of vape juice or mods. The issue is he sets his store up like a vape shop without understanding what that means. Instead, the business operates like a bootleg 7-Eleven (in and out in 2 min) and I was actually told to leave after five minutes because I was taking too long figuring out what cigar or vaping product I wanted. (With zero knowledge of these kinds of things).Owner also took the side of an idiot customer that caused a scene because he thought I was in line and couldnt figure it out even after I told him I wasnt. The whole time I was quietly looking at the options-- since they are all displayed at the check-out lol. What a nightmare wanna-be shop. This guy should be out of business.

I have never been to a tobacco shop where the owners are so helpful and friendly. Their selection of tobacco and pipes are extensive and their selection of e-cigarette products and refills is larger than that of most dedicated shops Ive been to. The shop is quite small (and probably should be larger considering the number of products they carry) and could easily be missed if driving by. If you are a tobacco or e-cig user I would definitely suggest you drop in. It has become my go to shop for e-cig refills.
