This is hands down one of the absolute best Vape shops locally. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. To boot, they have some of the best prices around. Even if you have to go out of your way a bit to come here, this is the shop to go to. Even if they dont have a brand or flavor you like theyll usually order it for you. 11/10 here guys.

Best vape shop ever! Justin is very loyal and very courteous to his customers. He’s not just there for the money. He makes sure his customers are taken care of and that’s what makes his shop different from the others. If his shop was closed and I needed anything, I would rather wait to get it from him instead of going anywhere else. That’s how much we love Justin! Our whole family goes to him and we always recommend anyone to go to him!

Justin really knows customer service. He is extremely helpful and friendly. He just doesnt make a sale, he takes his time with you to make sure you are completely happy about your purchase and answering any questions you may have. The only vape store I will go to.

The guy recommended a flavor (no fruity bs) and it was good. Went back for more and it was sold out. Supply chain problems. Not the guys fault; he recommended another flavor (still no fruity bs) and its also good. The guy is good. Ask for the guy and hell treat you right.

Been going here since the beginning. Justin has worked hard to be on the leading edge of the vape industry and has the biggest inventory and selection of juice and accessories for anything you need. I travel a lot and get caught needing something for my need but havent found anyone that compares. Thanks Justin for the great service!

One of if not the best shop Ive been to . Stopped by on my way to Orlando for replacement coils and the help I received from Justin and his wife was exceptional . They took the time to help me find something more to my liking and shared some knowledge and insight that really helped me out . Great owners and a great business .

Justin was awesome he answered all my questions and made me and my family feel at home. He even went out of his way to order me my juice and sold me a juice that was spot on along with a tank that would hold a thinner juice without leaking that nobody else did. The shop is very clean, professional and has a Huge selection of juices and equipment. If I could give this shop 6 stars I would. I’ve been to a lot of vape shops but hands down this one is the best!!!! Justin made a custom for life and I won’t go anywhere else or trust anyone but him and DownSouth Vapes. This is the only vape shop I buy from. The owners are awesome. Its like stopping at a friends house they make their customers feel like family. Their products are the best. Ever since I moved to St Cloud back in 2014, Ive been going to Down South Vape. I havent been able to find any other store that offers such an awesome atmosphere, customer service and great selection of whatever you may need for your vape. Honestly, I feel bad when I go to another store when I am out of town almost like I cheated on Justin and his staff. I have always recommended this shop to anyone asking about vapes or looking for a shop to go to for supplies.
