Staff is very pleasant and curtious. Always have what I need in stock. If out of stock, the store does their very best to replenish quickly. The store is not far from my home, so the convenience is great for me. Fair pricing and plenty of parking.

. A new employee sold me 30 proof when i asked for 100 proof. I went back in to exchange it but when I got home i found she had given me the wrong proof again!. On third trip to store she said it was illegal to exchange bottles. So i wasted three trips to liquor store only to be treated like a difficult customer!. Going to new place where they stay open past 7 pm and hire people that know their products.

This place although not my go to shop simply because of location, Im in north side its in south side, is my go to when Im in south end, workers are always nice, the store is always kept clean, they have a wide variety of items, they have good deals to get a little more for your dollar and its usually a quick stop dont hardly ever have to wait in line.

Watch what you purchase at this store!!! I purchased a disposable vape, I noticed when I got home it didnt work I also noticed it expired 10 months ago. I tried charging it and still didnt work. I called back and was told thats probably why their on sale they was 25. But to call back at 2pm another lady knows tricks to get them to work. I called back and was told I could bring it in for an exchange for one that worked, which was fine. Then in the background a guy tells her he wouldnt exchange or refund my money. That shows what kind of unprofessional and trashy business he has. I feel their shouldve been a sign stating their expired and no refunds or exchanges cause I wouldnt of wasted my money on buying in it. I usually dont buy expired things for this reason. I havent ever came across a more misleading unprofessional place before. Ive been in management and that is not how you do good business with your customers. This was my first time in there in years and I definitely wont be returning.

This is my most favorite store ever and I go there at least twice a week. Great selection of merchandise (mostly beer for me) but also lots more. The employees and owner are all the best. I will be a customer for life. 👍👍👍

I called them wanting to know if they were hiring for help to have a lady tell me no they don’t hire crack heads. I’m not a crack head. If they’re this rude on the phone then they must be really rude in person.

If you buy your smokes by the carton. Be sure to double check before leaving the store. Even though you say shorts they may give you 100s. They will not exchange them for the correct ones. I personally wouldnt be buying from them again.
