I had such an amazing experience here! I came within the first week of it opening which was such a treat. The staff were courteous and the vibes immaculate. I came on my birthday and was greeted immediately with a “happy birthday”, they had my name on a bday sign, and they gave me a birthday card plus a welcome gift bag for being one of their first guests.I highly recommend and will be back!

Top level service. I have been in spa operations for 20 years and this was of the best experiences I’ve ever enjoyed. From the welcome, to the guidance in expectation during my visit, to the actual services themselves. This was an immensely special occasion and this team leveled up my expectations.

I visited the Rosedale Woodhouse Spa location the first month they were open. The staff were so welcoming and the facility is spotless and serene. I loved spending time in their quiet room before and after my 80 minute massage. It was the perfect way to unwind and soak in the experience. The massage from Jennifer was divine, the pressure was deep enough but not painful and I felt like a dream walking out the door. 5/5 experience!

I had such an incredible experience, very clean and relaxing environment. I got the illuminate facial by Justin and he did such an amazing job! Made me feel very comfortable and his attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve had my fair share of facials by a variety of different places and he exceeded my expectations. If you want a luxury experience with top tier customer service this is the place to go!

I LOVE Woodhouse. Self care is so important and hard to do in my job. I try to go quarterly through the year and really make an event of it and Woodhouse makes that so effortless to do. I keep coming back because of the full relaxation experience I get there. ♥️ so excited for this new location being so much closer to my home and work!

As a longtime guest of the Woodhouse spa in Maple Grove I was thrilled to experience the new Rosedale location! It’s absolutely stunning and the services are amazing! So lucky to have these locations and Woodbury in our Twin Cities!

Great experience! From the warm towel I was given when I first walked in, to the fancy shower and towel warmer I used before leaving.. this place was amazing! The quiet lounge was super relaxing, the massage was just what I needed and the staff were so helpful, especially Simon! Can’t wait to book my next service!

Love the atmosphere of this place and the customer service it brings. I left my gold bracelet in their robe and a few hours later when I called to see if they had it. The representative said they always check the pockets of the robes and had it ready waiting me for to pick up.

Staff were great and so welcoming. It was a very relaxing a truly customized experience- from the robe and sandals to the name on your locker and your name on a placard in the quiet room where you can relax before and after your service and enjoy complimentary tea & snacks. Will be back! A true spa experience

While the environment at Woodhouse Spa is pleasing to the eye, cozy, and relaxing, I found it hard to justify the cost of the service. I was thrilled that they had same-day availability when I called, and I was very excited to visit. The aesthetician was kind and professional, covering all the basics, but the session included only about 70 minutes of hands-on time. Before gratuity, the total was $215 ($258 after) for a 50-minute facial and a ‘dermaflash’ (their version of dermablade) add-on. That feels really steep, especially when there are so many wonderful and highly skilled providers in the Twin Cities who offer a similarly relaxing environment with more thorough and detailed technique and longer service times. Things felt almost rushed and assembly-line-like. It’s a wonderful facility and a great spot to go as a group or couple because of the excellent ‘quiet room’ with water, tea, and a few snacks. I really wanted this to be a 5-star experience, but the value just wasn’t there for me.

It was my first time ever at any Woodhouse Spa locations and so I decided to go to the brand new Roseville location and booked a Hydrafacial w/ Justin (THE BEST). It was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had, and the results only show for itself! Justin was so knowledgeable and answers my questions for the perfect skin routine! On top of the facial, I got to relax in the quiet room for as long as I wanted, true definition of “at peace.”The facility itself was top tier, I have nothing bad to say.All in all, I will be returning weekly for my facial with Justin.

Very inviting when you first walked in the people are very professional and friendly. It was very relaxing and relatively good pricing. I highly recommend the full body balance massage.🥰 my masseuse was Tara and she did an amazing job!

A+! I received a 90 minute massage from Shaderrica and a pedicure from Kassidy. Both ladies did a fabulous job and I will definitely be back. Im so thankful there is now a Woodhouse closer to me! Ive never had a bad service at any location.
