Rude & Dishonest. Called twice to make an appointment, verified price and asked specifically if they take credit card payments and that I don’t have cash. I get there and lady doesn’t even great you but acts as if you are inconveniencing her then proceeds to tell you that the price has changed because you are paying with a credit card and wants payment upfront. Just off putting to start what is suppose to be a relaxing experience with being harassed and treated with such disdain. There are plenty of other cleaner wonderful massage places I will take my business to.

Being 65 and cramped, recommend the futon and 90 minute deep tissue. Im new to their service and now 3rd time with a simple call and walk up. Appreciate the hard work and 4 hands service is on the mind to try next time.

This is my favorite place to get a massage. They always fit me into their schedule, are professional and give the best massages Ive ever had in my life.

I was in search for a spot that does foot massages for a while now. I stumbled across this place on accident actually. I walked in for a 30 minute foot massage. I had great service! My feet feel great now!

So relaxing and amazing!!! My daughter and I had a couples massage and the experience was so warm and pleasant. We are definitely going back!

Honestly the massage here isn’t bad but it is a bit pricey. 60$ for 30 minutes and 80$ for an hour. They made me pay before getting the service done which was weird because they did not charge an elderly man who walked in while I waited. Seems like they charge certain people which may be discriminatory. After the service is over, they ask you to sign the receipt and add the total. If I am paying before my service then I should also sign before my service and if I deem the service so amazing that I would wanna tip, I should be able to do that after the service, but the way they go about it is they force you to sign after and tip as well. If you cannot make ends meet, just know the massage techs at this location will snicker behind your face and laugh as you leave them your tip.

Nice people, they are doing a great job to relax my musculus. It supper useful to get a great sleep at night after a stressful day of work.

I had an amazing massage experience! I had really bad neck and shoulder pain resulted from sitting in front of the computer for too long and my muscles were very tense. After the massage, I felt completely relaxed and my neck and shoulder felt so light. The technician is very skillful and can pinpoint just the right spots to release tension in your tense muscles. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a little self-care and relaxation.

As a hard-working and work-out fellow I need a serious massage with some frequency and Oriental Lakes Spa is absolutely that! The massage I receive is not for the faint of heart and I am sore when done, however I feel much improved in muscle elasticity and flexibility! I have been a patron for 04 years here and CC is the best and so well-trained it is remarkable, you should try it😁

Best massage therapists. I have a chronic injury in my shoulder that causes constant discomfort and occasional shooting pains, after a few massages here the shooting pain was gone for months before returning. Will keep continuing to return, they truly make my body feel better afterwards.

Probably the best massage Ive ever had! I workout a lot with free weights and need really deep tissue work. I was AMAZED at how strong my therapist was! Seemed to know exactly where all my tightness and injuries were! Cant wait to go back!!

A friend brought me to this place as a gift. I now drive from south Minneapolis to get massages more often than I’d like to admit. Great service! I really like Ci-Ci.

The ladies at Oriental Lake Spa were so professional and kind and did an excellent, excellent job with the massages for my husband and I. The rocks were the perfect temp, the pressure they used was just the right amount, and they were very respectful of our bodies and time. We will definitely be back!!

The most targeted massage Ive ever had. Great pressure throughout. Walked out a lot feeling better than when I walked in. My only complaint is that I had scheduled an appt ahead of time with a certain massage therapist, however when I showed up, they had double booked and had me see another therapist. The therapist I saw was great, but the scheduling conflict was a little annoying.

I’ve been 5 times over the last year and had a phenomenal experience every time. I came in once as a walk-in because my back had locked up on me and received a combination of back walking, deep tissue, and hot rock therapy and was fully changed by the time I left. Never had my time robbed, and get kinks and aches worked out that I didn’t even ask for, but rather, they were able to find and remedy. Can’t recommend highly enough- just know that if you have low pain tolerance, maybe steer clear of the deep tissue option.

Thank you Cici.Ive been in numerous massage parlors over 50 years and I will tell you that Cici and Ashley are by far the best massage therapist and they are pleasure to have a conversation with.I walked through the door extremely sore from 3 days of travel and I told her where my spots of pain were at and she found several other ones and worked everything out excellent! I walked out of the massage parlor feeling much better and here it is day 3 afterwards and I still feel great.I highly recommend them, please dont even spend your time trying to go anywhere else the prices are extremely Fair.The equality of the massage is beyond compare from anywhere else as well as their knowledge of how to help you out.Thank you Charlie

First time going to Oriental Lake Spa and it will not be my last. I received a friendly greeting as I entered. The inside looked very nice and was very clean. The table had was in perfect order, neat and clean.I went in because of lower back pain. Ci-Ci did an outstanding job on my massage. Ci-Ci went an extra mile to rub a Chinese cure on my arthritic knee.I found Oriental Lake Spa excided my expectations.

Just WOW. Best massage of my life! An hour after and Im still floating 🙃 Cece is amazing! Ive had a tight hip muscle for years and have gone to many massage therapists over the years and have even seen a doctor for Xrays + answers on what is going on, they have never been able to help or give me answers. Cece knew what to do right away - my hip has never felt so good after one session! I will be back very soon! Thank you so much!!

I just left my massage (first time here) and it was so incredible that I had to post about it right away! I had Ceecee (sorry if that’s spelled wrong) and she was so professional, attentive and very strong which I need as I require a lot of pressure to really work my knots out. I have been getting massages for years now, and this was by far the best massage I have ever had. I would highly, highly recommend Oriental Lake Spa to anyone looking for a great massage. I will absolutely be coming back!

Ashley is great! She made a huge difference in my recovery from frozen shoulder. I have been going there for almost one year. I have had one massage from another girl there too and that was wonderful as well. I often am a walk-in, which works well. If they say I have to wait for 30 minutes or so, that is no problem as there is a Caribou Coffee across the parking lot.

Didnt realize how much my body was stressed until after a did an hour session. When finished, I felt like I had a new body. My pressure points that was causing upper tightness in my upper shoulders/ neck was relieved and I went back about a week later for another one hour session, and I am hooked on the quality therapy they do.. I love this place, and the people there are very sweet and professional.

It was ok. The lady that worked on me was nice but seemed very much in a rush which was hard to relax and enjoy the massage. The major turn off for me was that upon leaving she literally asked for a tip. All I had was a 20 and so I asked for change, she said she didnt have any which forced me to go to the convenience store next door to buy gum so that I could get change. She then said 10 dollars? By this point she was lucky to even get a tip. Just the nerve to ask for a tip. SMH

I had both Cece (Cici?) and Ashley. Cece started my massage but had to switch due to scheduling. They were both great. Cece is the stronger of the 2. I like deep tissue so I will go back for Cece. Ashley was great too, but it was more of a relaxation massage. Their prices are competitive. $100 for 90 min. I will definitely go back.

CiCi did wonders for my sore hip. What a difference before and after Worth every penny and will def go back again. Real friendly and listens to what I needed. I would give 10 stars if I could. As a massage therapist, I usually am rather judgy, but take my word, she is excellent.

The overall experience was disappointing. I booked this appointment for a couples massage a week in advance. When we arrived, we paid and were walked into the back, and left to change, a few minutes went by and 2 gentlemen come in to do our massages. My boyfriend is too polite and doesnt want to ruin our anniversary to say anything that hes uncomfortable with a male massage therapist, Hes sits through the entire 45 minute massage being uncomfortable and not being able to relax. (Bless his heart). Massage wasnt bad but I wish they would have said something when I booked the appointment or before we paid when we arrived.

Ashley is not only an amazing masseuse, but she has a wonderful personality and is a true healer by nature. She has a big heart and truly cares for her clients. Ive never written a review before, but I was so impressed I just had to throw this out there. Thank you so much, Ashley. You will see me often. 😃

Went in with a soar back and pains in my neck. I left feeling 98% better than I did. She hit all the right places in my back. The pressure was on point. I think I found my new massage therapist!! Thank you!! I will be back

Super Professional and highly educated in massage, limphnode, detoxification.The masseuse worked so hard to relieve my unbearable leg pain. I went home and slept after and now I feel revitalized. This lady walked on my back while holding a mountred hand railing attached to the studs and massaged my back and realigned my spine like a chiropractor. I highly recommend this establishment if all masseuses are trained this way.1 hour was $70 and after she worked so hard I felt a personal cash tip was neccessary. And for you weirdos out there (no happy ending offered and never would accept anyway). Chinese medicine is amazing 🤗.

It started off kinda bad for me but they more then made up for it here. It was the best massage Ive ever had. I was in a lot of intense pain when I came in and I am leaving feeling refreshed and about 95% of my pain is gone. I will come back and reccomend to others.

These girls are amazing. I have a leg injury from almost 30 years ago that has left me with arthritis and tendonitis in my anckle. I have suffered with various degrees of pain with almost every step for at least 20 years. After only 1 deep tissue massage I experienced tremendous relief from this pain. I continue to get massages regularly from these girls, and I am able to walk 3-5 miles every day with no pain. Thank you Cici, Sally, Ashley, and Cindy. You have given me back a life without constant pain. I could never adequatelly show my gratitude.

Could not relax because heating fan was on the whole time and could not hear music. Got a deep tissue massage but it didn’t even go fully into my tissue. I asked very politely for more pressure and did not receive it. Said she would work out huge knot I had, but didn’t even touch it. I felt compelled enough to ask for my money back and she could not respond in English. Got angry and got in my face yelling at me. Do not ever get a massage here. I would not even give it a one star rating.

This place is amazing. Ive been to this place twice, and I could not be happier with the service I got. Making an appointment was easy, and the staffs were really friendly. Im really glad that I found this place and will definitely come back again. 😀

Best massage ever. Good deep tissue massage. It may be next to a gas station, but damn it’s good…and they take walk-ins. Don’t be scared when they jump on the table with you. Haha Elbow’s deep.

It was Amazing!!!! Best foot massage I have had in a long time. I had a sore back from household chores from earlier in the day and she took my back pain away! Highly recommend!!!!!
