Amazing selection of everything! The two guys who work there were super nice and friendly. They were very kind and didn’t get all pushy at closing time time…they even asked us to try our vapes before we left to make sure we were satisfied. Will be back!!

Total rip off. I buy 2 cartons of cigs every few weeks. Stopped at this shop because it was on my way to someplace. They wanted to charge $245.00 at this shop. Went to my normal shop in Apple Valley and paid $216.00 for the same brand of two cartons of cigs. Avoid this place.

Great place to go for tobacco products. And all things related to that from pipe tobacco to cigarettes. They also have a lot of cool trinkets and flavored drinks. The staff there is very nice and friendly. The prices are better than anywhere else in Burnsville or Eagan.

Staff can sometimes be a hit or miss, but the gentleman we interacted with was very kind. He said he only works one day a week (I think its the owner?) But he has been the only one to actually answer any questions we have in detail

Such a great shop and the staff is the best part. I felt like I walked into a real home and the guy working knew everything about all the stock. He let me have space to explore and answered all the questions I had. It’s a busy store but he really catered to my questions.

Bought a loon today and it died less than an hour later. First time to this store and first time that has ever happened to me with a loon.

I was in the area and stopped by. They were so kind when we came in. We walked into straight smiles. They have a deal on the bong water buy a regular size ($10) and get a shot free. Which i was so happy about because they’re usually $20 around my house. The young woman there gave me and my partner suggestions for leafs and we actually love them! I would 10/10 go back. I love how genuine, honest, and nice they are. 😌

This place has the warmest most welcoming environment with the kindest most helpful people! Never have I had a shopping experience at a tobacco shop like I do at the tobacconist. They deserve 10 stars!!!

Do not go here. They will sell you burnt vapes and the employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. Complete waste of money.

This store opened last year hence met the owner whom seem nice and customer centric. Found out this is a family business. When I first went there at its grand opening they did not have my brand of cigarettes Newport Platinum 100s. Didnt go here for many months after they opened. Went there one day in June 2022 just to check if they decided to carry my brand hence was surprised they finally are carrying it now! Point of contention tho is that there are too many tobacco stores in the area. Lol.

The gentlemen behind the counter was awesome and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different kinds of e-cig products I could buy. I am new to e-cigs. He even took the time to set it up and get it working for me. UPDATE... just went to this store again. The service was awesome, fast, and the worker was very knowledgeable.

One of the best cigar shops I’ve been to!They have such a great selection, a perfect amount of humidity for cigars, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Hours state open until 8:00 pm. It is 6:25, and the sign on the door says closed. Seems posting accurate business hours might be helpful to business.
