I stopped by today the lady was extremely rude, I felt rushed and she acted like she hated working there. If you need a full time employee who is nice with cash handling experience let me know..If not why do you continue to hire snotty girls who think theyre above everyone?

This is my main smoke shop. They’re always honest and knowledgeable on the products they sell. When they don’t know, they don’t pretend like they do just to make a sale. It’s the honesty, and the wide variety of products and prices/sales I don’t see anywhere else that keeps me loyal to the shop. I appreciate y’all!

The young man working the day I went there was amazing recommended a Better produc than what I was getting before.

I stopped in to check it out. Very clean, well organized, and stocked nicely. The incense is what I was looking for and the selection is the best I have seen anywhere. I truly enjoyed shopping here and will be back.

Prices are higher than other vape shops.

Very weird experience almost like the female was a traffic victim. So I ask the female lady about delta 8 and I say you look really familiar she said the same to me you as well. Guy came out and her whole attitude changed. I asked her where she went to school and stuff and she was like yeah you don’t know me. So I continued to look around the guy asked me to leave because they where closing it’s 4pm….so I left. I sat out in my car just thinking about what just happen. I was only in that shop for 5 minutes. He left but they stayed open and people continued to come in and out. Very weird he was extremely disrespectful and possessive over that female worker. I don’t know if it was traffic victim but I’d check in on that.

Great customer service

The staff are always super nice and knowledgeable, they can answer any questions I have about any of the products. They have a huge variety of products and they help you find the one that’s right for you. The staff is also very personable, after you’ve been in there a few times they remember you and you start to build a relationship with them.

The guys behind the counter are generally pretty decent. Their prices on some things are definitely cheaper than most. Good place.

The best shop that Ive been to. I dont really have a go-to spot for anything since I love checking out new places. Whenever another shop Im visiting doesnt have what Im randomly searching for, I can rest assured these guys will have it. Much credit to everyone making it happen there. Every time I go to this location, I am greeted with kindness. Walid is very knowledgeable in the products he sells and offers room for questions and suggestions for the various products. If you happen to visit and Walid is there, know that you will leave with smile and a good chuckle.

I noticed this shop had opened up the other day and decided to go in, as I went in I was greeted by some of the nicest staff I have ever met. When Im in their store I feel like they really want to know how my day is going when they ask. The staff is not only very friendly and inviting but also extremely knowledgeable. I spent about forty five minutes in there talking about e-cigs, cigars, and hookah. I also love their brand of e-liquid, I havent found a brand that has so many amazing flavors. I couldnt be happier with the service and I am proud to have this little shop in my town.

Honestly, I started forgetting what good service is going to other shops in the area until I visited Midwest Tobacco the first time. Every time I walk into this shop its a pleasure. The staff members look HAPPY to be there. They greet everyone immediately (and not phony). The shop is beautiful and clean. They have tons of products and they are aggressively competitive with prices.I roll my own cigarettes and they have the best price I could find on my OHM tobacco and Zen tubes.Ever since I first went there on the second day they opened, I havent gone to a different tobacco shop..you know, I dont miss walking into other places where the employee is completely indulged in a personal conversation on the phone and ignoring me...and I dont want to feel guilty interrupting an employees lunch or dinner when they have to get up and ring me up. You guys got my loyalty and will always get my business.

Best head shop in town. I travel alot for work all over Minnesota. Ive been to alot of different shops and this one is the best. I buy alot of cigars and Kratom throughout the week. And he has awsome deals on both the kid behind the counter is awsome and knows how to treat the customers. This shop has the best deals around. I will go out of my way to stop

Been a loyal customer there for years. Had generally good experiences there and shopped there regularly. Purchased a new e-cig last weekend and found it was not good quality. I attempted to return it 1 day later and was asked to give it more time as it may be user error. Brought it back again as it really is just poor quality and was treated with anger and impatience and told by the salesman it will come out of my paycheck. Do you want it to come out of my paycheck? He refused to let me return it or offer me any kind of way to make it right. I am done shopping there. I dont suggest anyone buy anything of value there if you want any kind of guarantee.

Excellent customer service!! They know their cigars and have a good selection. Vast choices of pipe and loose tobacco. I dont know if you are into ecigs, but this shop has everything from entry level to top of the line. Large selection of locally blown glass.I could go on and on about how nice this place is. The stores employees are so friendly and courteous; especially Moejay. I only wish more stores had employees so eager to help the customer.

Just to let people know and to be aware of the products bought here. They are after market, JUNK!!! They smile and take your money, etc., etc, but they DO NOT stand behind their products. I am very upset after spending my hard earned dollars there to find out I bought defective non working JUNK. They would not do anything for me, NOTHING! Having been a regular customer I would have thought there would be better business ethics than to be essentially ripped off.

These guys are the best! Very knowledgeable on vaping, have an awesome selection of the best equipment and have the best juice! Nile is what every store owner should aspire to be- very personable, remembers who you are and offers the best deals! Truly top class in cigars and glass, too!

Love this tobacco shop. They are always so helpful and friendly. Prices are good, fairly competitive. And they just expanded by adding a back room giving you A LOT more options than other shops in this area.

Theres been 2 separate occasions where I purchased a vape pen from here and its either dead/no airflow or no flavor comes out. I typically buy the disposable vape pen that doesnt require charging, walked to my car and it doesnt work so i come back in to get a replacement then the 2nd one doesnt work once i get home. so frustrating. NEVER coming to this location again.

I have bought 2 e-cigs from this place, and have been very happy with my purchases! The first time I went in, the guy was very knowledgeable about e-cigs, and was very helpful explaining things to new e-cig users. The only reason I had to get a new one is because I left it in the bottom of my backpack for a week, and broke it! I loved all of the flavors of the juices they had. I will continue to go here for the juice!

Ive been to many Vape/Tobacco shops and I found something here that I havent found in others, and that is a well-rounded staff. Every employee here is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to rolling your own cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, and hookah. I love coming here, the staff is great and the prices are even better.

This place is ridiculous. I bought a digital scale and as the salesman was calibrating it he dropped it on the floor it broke and he refused to give me a new one or money back. Then he told me to leave the store.

I came to this store to purchase an item that was out of stock at their partner store nearby. The young lady that helped me was obviously having a bad day. She did not respond to my greeting. She wore a scowl on her face thru our entire interaction, seemed irritated at my presence, did not thank me for my purchase or respond when I said have a nice evening. Apparently I inconvenienced her with my patronage...worry not young lassy, you will not be inconvenienced or irritated by me again.
