Bought a nic-free vape for a friend here. The good-looking white guy helped me and he found what I needed right away. I wonder if some of the lower reviews came from individuals who were angry that their disrespect towards others wasnt tolerated. Like any retail shop, as long as youre kind and respectful with staff, youll have a great experience here. Ive had only positive encounters with the staff and quality products. Will come to Smokes Vapor Zone again.

Was told 2 weeks ago that they would order my e juice for me (they offered, I didn’t ask them to) and then said it’d be there in a week and they’d call me when it showed up. Today I call to check in since I hadn’t heard from them, and they tell me they “couldn’t find it” and couldn’t be bothered to call me back and tell me that, so I waited 2 weeks for a product that was never ordered in the first place lol

I respect the staff here so much! They are not about any nonsense but are very real people & compassionate. They were understanding to my concern and helped work things out so we all were satisfied. I stand behind them.

This place has become my new local vape shop. The prices for what they offer are superb compared to most other shops that offer only a set price on a set bottle.They mix juice range starting from 15 ml and up to 100ml. 9.65 after tax for a fresh, mixed on the spot, 15 ml of Ejuice at your desired strength. Cant be beat.Will continue to shop here for a long time. Highly recommend! Shop owner and workers are polite and know what theyre talking about

Great shop! Prices are very reasonable, lots and lots of E-Juice selections and Mods. The help I get from other side of the counter, Tremendous! They are very knowledgeable and do a great job at explaining everything. Very convenient location just right off HWY 94. Ive been coming here for several years and will continue for many more.

I’m convinced they are selling fake products I stopped shopping here because all of my vapes seem to go out so quickly I’ve been vaping for a long time. My 2500 pen went out in 3 days these vapes last me a week I literally buy 1 every week it’s been my set schedule for a while. I will be going to speak with someone about it because I’m a paying customer it’s unfair. Wouldn’t recommend their vapes and disposables 3rd time this has happened to me. I tried to give em a few chances I know it was a dumb idea

One of my go to vape shops, great variety of juices. however i asked for a pack of novo x pods and realized when i got home i was given novo 2 pods and no receipt so i can’t swap them out. still giving 4 stars because this is the only bad experience i’ve had here.

The staff here are not only friendly and inviting when you enter the store but they actually know the product they are selling. Whether its an E-cig product, cigars or glass they are very knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Personally I love the E-cig selection. They always have the newest tanks and mods and the juice selection is better than Ive seen anywhere else in the area. By far my favorite smoke shop!

Such great and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and I will gladly drive from anywhere in the twin cities to shop here. We talk about life as well as products and every time I stop by it’s like greeting old friends. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Good varied selection of quality tobacco products.

Huge selection of CBD. The prices were great even less than online. I was so happy they had CBDfx it’s a very highly rated brand. The staff were very happy to help and very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a tobacco juice too. (My new favorite)! I will absolutely be back.

Avoid at all costs, the staff is rude af. Theyre annoyed by your presence, neither were wearing masks and started talking sht about me and rolled their eyes when I asked a question. They will never get another dollar from me, tons of other places really close by so its no skin off my back. Who knows business could be a front and they detest the daily operation. Give someone else your money

This is actually my go to vape shop in and around the St. Paul area. I will usually even wait to buy vape juice or coils till I hit them up. Everything is priced reasonably. Not only that though is also the super fun staff. Billy is a riot, with a vast knowledge of tabocco and expertise. Solo is my man for picking vape juice and products, well versed in the ART OF VAPE!!! Combined though both these two make a visit well worth it and I mean, deals are OP.

Sells fake vapes and is okay with doing so when asked. Cheap products, cheap costumer service. All around would never recommend.

Guy is cool juices are good but it’s pretty Overpriced and when I asked for a copy of my receipt it wasn’t itemized.

Tried to call to see if there were any Smok X-Force coils in stock. Was told “Yeah man, we have all types of coils here.” And was hung up on. Don’t waste your time with rude people.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Looks like youre getting a good deal, but thats because the pieces are of terrible quality. Ex: just bought a four percolater bong from them the other day and it doesnt even hold water how it should. It has two honeycomb chambers in it and neither of them hold water!! Any regular smoker knows that this Messes up the entire hit. Tried calling to complain and get a refund; they told me my piece isnt damaged and they wont take it. Theyre completely uneducated on the glass they sell too (I had to explain to the guy what percs even are, he didnt even know the difference between percolators either) Seriously save your money if you go to this shop its nothing but a scam in my mind.

Been going here the past 6 months, best place for vape flavors. Thanks to Bill and Solo for the best customer service. I recommend this place for anyone.

Stop by for cigars and dip once a week. The dip and cigars are very fair prices as far as Minnesota prices go. Great crew and vast selection.

One of the gentlemen working here helped me a ton on vapes, Solo and Billy is very helpful and intelligent and very kind to everyone. Thank the lord Solo was there today to help me find what I needed and gave me tips and such. Thanks brother.

Wouldnt shop there ever again. Really rude staff and it seems like they dont want you there. They slams what you are gonna buy on the desk for you. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

It says online they’re open until 12 AM so I drove across town to get a Vape and they were closed at 11pm

Pushed a product telling me high VG was required for my mod. Either theyre not knowledgable or are trying to cash in on uninformed customers.
