Love my monthly massages and I always try to book with Stephanie as she is the best! She helps get all my kinks and knots out and has a wonderful technique and way about her. Highly recommend!

I like the subscription aspect of the business. The experience depends on the individual masseuse (there are many), as well as communicating what you want! For me, I’ve had great massages from Matthew and would 100% recommend him.

Donna is an amazing massage therapist! She identified and worked out all of my problem areas. She’s also very knowledgeable and gave many tips to achieve healthier muscles and tissue. You can tell she truly cares for her clients.

Best massage of my life with Shayla! She was incredible. She started the massage asking me what my preferences were and she followed them exactly. The pressure was perfect. When she had to move a limb of mine, she did it with such gentleness. She has perfected the art. Samantha is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to! I recently moved to St Pete but was already a religious client at other massage envy’s. I’ve gone to this location twice now and both with Samantha and I truly can’t say enough good things. They were both the best massages I’ve ever had, she communicates awesome with you to make sure she is not going to hard or soft and to make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who goes to this location.

I happened to get scheduled with Charles by chance as my regular location was booked. And I am so happy to say that my session with Charles was fantastic! He provided one of the best massages I have had in a very long time. When he asked if I had certain areas that I would like him to focus on, he listened! I have had many therapists that ask that question, but do not follow through. It’s almost like they have a certain “routine” and they are unable to break from it. Even though Charles is at a location farther from my home, I will continue to drive the extra 15-20 minutes, it is definitely worth it.

I am very happy about the deep tissue weekly massages that I get from Jamie. His treatment of my sciatica has been very effective as well. Very nice person also.

I called to make an appointment and a new girl made a mistake & gave me information that was incorrect. When I came in for my appointment there was some issues but the front desk honored what was said and allowed me to use my coupon for the massage. Kristie was the massage therapist and she did a great job and was very helpful in giving tips for what to do during the day to avoid more stress on the back and shoulders. It started out as a bad experience but the whole staff made everything work out. I’d like to become a member just from that!

Shayla was very professional, intentional, and attentive during our session. She maintained requested pressure, and sought feedback as to whether her service was meeting expectations.

Sherri at Massage Envy has tremendous experience and really knows her craft. She has really enabled me to reduce my recovery times from my workouts and helped me to stay extremely active in my 50’s. I highly recommend her.

You know when you get a massage, and its good but they missed like one spot that was really bothering you or just didnt spend time on the exact area that was an issue?! Well Jaime is the perfect person to go see because he literally fixed me. He hit every single knot that was bothering me and even some I didnt know I had, not to mention he was very friendly and knowledgeable. 100/10. Thank you a ton Jaime, I am so sore but loose today. I have mixed feelings about this location. I have been a member for a few years and have generally loved the service provided by Sherry and Uoka. However, the service from anyone other than these two individuals was disappointing and left much to be desired. After my last massage in February, I requested to cancel my subscription, only to find out that it was never done. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the corporate office and the manager at the 4th St. Petersburg location, my request for cancellation was ignored. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this location. However, if you happen to find Uoka or Sherry working elsewhere, I highly recommend working with them.

Richard is an amazing therapist! I’ve always preferred firm pressure, and he has a gift for finding the muscles that are tight and need extra time.

I’ve had a decent experience at this location for a few years, then the last several times I’ve come there were numerous issues with my bookings. I’ve come in twice and they booked me the wrong day and “no one was available” and a different time they said my therapist was double booked and no one else was available. I went to my car to leave and saw my therapist going to her car to leave for the day. Very disappointing. Will find a new location.

Wayne is a true professional and I believe a wonderful person. He listens carefully to the information shared and has the experience and skills to address issues. After a car accident that resulted in surgery and post physical therapy. During this time I have had the utmost confidence in continuing massage therapy with Wayne which has assisted with pain management.

My massage with Richard yesterday was incredible! He spent extra time on the areas that I was having issues with & was also able to cover the majority of the rest of the body, which can be very tricky in just 50 mins!

Wayne is an absolute rock star! I am over working myself on a very regular basis and Wayne keeps me out of chronic pain and working! I have a standing appointment every other week. The only negative thing I can say is that the danged old face rests are all rigged at best! Come on ownership! Can we get something that adjusts and isn’t held together with clamps from Harbour freight? I think we are past due for a couple upgrades! Wayne keep doing the good lords work!

Chris Sainz has been my therapist for about 8 years now and has never let me down. Always the best massage and an awesome person to converse with!

Matthew gave me the best massage ever and I decided to become a member after that. He worked out all of my knots I got from moving and found ones I didnt know I had because other ones were hurting so I think Matthew did a excellent job and will be coming back to see him again in two weeks.

I’ve had many massages given by many different people over my 78 years. However, Donna is arguably the most professional.and makes a pleasant experience, sublime.

I’ve gotten massages here from several different employees. Yesterday I received one from Matt for the first time and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Also recommend booking Kay for a facial!

Gage is fantastic! He took his time to incorporate techniques responsive to my specific needs (lower back issues, etc.) during my 90 minute massage. I highly recommend him and will be requesting him in the future!

This location is absolutely awful. They sell you a membership and then you cant use it because they dont have enough female therapists. You cant cancel even if you try. If you call, they hang up on you. Absolutely awful, STAY AWAY!

Waste of money! I have been to Massage Envy in many states, and I have to say this is ranked at the bottom aside from the same experience at Massage Envy Northville Michigan. The facilities are just okay but everything else is 🙁. I know we are supposed to say we like to discontinue the massage within the first 5-10 mins once the session started, but she was still doing just ok (neither bad nor good), I figured I would give it a chance. She (Bree) was more of just rubbing the oil on my body than massaging. Leg massage is okay (not good), but the neck, shoulder, and hands are just painful. I have told her to reduce the pressure which she did, but it is not about pressure, but more of she doesnt know how and where to massage at all. There isnt any single moment when I feel good (relaxing or feel the tension relief, etc...) like how other masseuses can do with every stroke and you feel so relaxed and feel asleep. I got a scratch on my right hand just before she ended the massage as you can see in the picture. She went to the bathroom once and another time to drink the water which I can overlook, but I am sorry to say she is not qualified despite being a nice person. 90 mins massage that doesnt include scalp and feet massage I confirmed her it was a whole body massage before we begin the session. The front desk staff wasnt bothered to greet me at all even though she was available. You can try apologizing or whatever template you have like to call you or whatever, but I am only interested in how my money and time was wasted.

Richard was superb. Found all my trouble spots, and there were many. If Deep Tissue is what you need, hes your guy!

I had an appointment with Richard yesterday. I have not had a massage in at least a year so my neck and shoulder muscles were so tight I felt I could barely turn my head. I walked out feeling like a new person.I’ve already scheduled my next appointment with Richard.

I enjoy a weekly massage at Massage Envy on 4th Street. Wayne is my usual therapist and he is amazing. I look forward to my Sunday massage all week, highly recommend. 😊

I have severe issues in my neck and back because of previous radiation and surgery treatments and have long-term deep tissue muscle problems. So I have to find someone that does good deep tissue massage therapy and Jamie was excellent.

I am not renewing my membership because despite my efforts I have not been able to find out what the ingredients are in their massage lotion. The ingredients in the facial products are definitely toxic and they spray toxic air fresheners & disinfectants throughout the facility. Most of the massages I have had have been good.

Donna is the real deal! She listened to my concerns and did what she needed to do— I knew I was coming back immediately. She explained what she was doing, which I appreciated, and her experience is apparent through her knowledge. She was attentive to my body’s responses and adjusted pressure before I even needed to say anything. I see a PT for lower back issues, and she pinpointed my problem areas (giving me thorough explanations very similar to my PT’s), and all before I even mentioned it. The whole staff is helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Kristina is absolutely fabulous. She gives ample time to each area and always adjusts her pressure and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Shes a pro. Highly recommend choosing her next time you go to Massage Envy.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment online. Matthew did my massage and it was very relaxing. Matthew focused on my meck and shoulders as I requested and I had much better range of motion afterward.

I have been a customer at this location for over three years now but after today I will never step foot in another Massage Envy. I have always been on the non member rate because I prefer to do so. I am confused as to why numerous times my appt times do not start until 5 min after my scheduled time and seem to end 5 min early. I have lost at least 5-10 min on numerous massages but never complained. Today after my massage the lady at the front desk tells me that my non member rate will be 125 today but it clearly states on the sign 120. I let her know that and then a lady comes out from the office and says they did not get around to changing the sign yet. Instead of being a professional and honoring what the sign says she then tells me I have to pay 125. As a business owner myself I always inform my clients of price increases before a service is done. That way you do not look unethical and like you are trying to scam the client which is exactly what Massage Envy does. I would advise this company to get it together and if your gonna raise prices at least inform customers beforehand and take accountability for not having the correct amount on your sign and honor it. I know at least three people that have gone to your competitor whom has much better pricing and much better therapists. It is only a matter of time before you are out of business if you continue to operate your business in this manner

Never had a specialist certified massage before. Jamie was very sweet. I did the appointment last minute and luckily had an open spot. I was fortunate and discovered he’s the only one with air vent/purified machine in there. First year having allergies and his room was the most comfortable room I’ve been in days without coughing. Sianna is hands down the best! Stopped by 4 months ago for a facial last minute and have been back to see her every 2-3 weeks. She’s made several recommendations that I’ve experienced excellent results. When I’ve asked her questions about the science around certain treatments, she’s responded with extremely educated answer. I had a massage done by Melissa. She was very professional and she did really well focusing on the areas I needed most. She was great about putting the right amount of pressure. Even when I asked a certain spots for a lighter touch she was quick to adjust. I have another appointment scheduled with her because she did so well. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know.

Had a WOW experience with Donna today. She is truly an artist at deep tissue massage. I was consistently blown away with her techniques. She adjusted the massage to fit my needs. I highly recommend booking a massage with Donna. Pleasant location too.

Krissy was great. Im an older guy who has enjoyed hundreds of massages and many different therapists. I havent enjoyed one since the start of the Pandemic. I was ready! Krissy was excellent!!! She applied just the right pressure and she worked on my feet for my neuropathy and it really helped. She listened to my issues and addressed them perfectly. I cant wait to see her again!

Customer service at front desk is awesome. Usually have a great experience last night not so much. Therapist had a fan on full blast, rotating around. Asked could we cut the fan off and therapist stated “ you are welcome to reschedule with someone else that doesn’t need a fan but I need the fan or I’ll be coughing everywhere”. I felt like the massage was accommodating her stress not mine. It would have been better if I knew she had to have a fan, wouldn’t have booked with her. Not reassuring or accommodating to the client at all.

Honestly, my experience here recently was horrible. Not only were my last 2 massages not relaxing because the people wouldnt stop talking and just let me relax but also because I was gifted 3 massages and no one told me I could only go to the location they were purchased at. So I leave my second massage and got charged 74 and change that I wasnt expecting. I stood there in shock. The girl said I can see your massages but there is nothing I can do. So cool. I wont be going back ever.

I rarely leave reviews I’m more of a if you have something nice to share, don’t share it kind of guy. 1 star is generous. I get deep tissue massages frequently to maintenance my long distance running. The lady who was my masseuse (great lady) didn’t seem to know what she was doing (at all). Front desk refunded half my massage. But frustrated about planning my day around this. An utter waste of my time. 1 star is generous. If you’re looking for a quality deep tissue , doooo not come here

Erin was fantastic & my favorite massage therapist so far (she was the 4th Ive tried at this location)! Great pressure for deep tissue like I asked & pretty much massaged from head to toe which is exactly what I prefer, but with the main focus on my shoulders & back where I have the most knots. Im not a person who gets massages because it wasnt for me. At least, that was before I had one here. I came in 9/12, had an unbelievable knot in my left shoulder. I could barely turn my head, lots of pain. Couldnt get it worked out on my own. I had a massage from Evelyn. She was very personable, and she knows what shes doing. She worked out the knot and found some in the other shoulder I didnt know were there. By the end of the session my neck was freed and had far less pain. The gals at the counter are great; friendly, helpful and very informative. They have some great incentives to take advantage of. Great for gift ideas. Came back 9/18 and met with Jaime. Had a full back massage and he found knots in my lower and mid back where I didnt know I had places. It was amazing.😍 I was so relaxed I forgot where I was and just immersed myself in the experience. I felt very secure and the hour feels like it goes by quickly and very worth it. Im going back in two weeks for another session... Im now someone who will be getting massages. So, thank you Evelyn, Jaime and Massage Envy for changing my mind.

I asked for very specific areas to concentrate on and instead he spent an hour of 90 minutes on my back amd quickly went through the other areas. Never touched my face or front of my legs. He did a good job on what he did, just not what I asked for.

STEPHANIE IS Another very wonderful masseuse at Massage Envy. We did 90 minutes, and She was very through and relaxing for my stressed and tensed out body, She has a great personality.

Evelyn, was amazing. I asked for a deep tissue massage and she delivered. She worked on the areas I needed the most which was my neck and back. I was so tight but felt more relaxed by the time Evelyn was finished. I would definitely recommend Evelyn.

Ive been a member for quite a while and try new therapists somewhat regularly. I recently had my first session with Kristina (Krissy) and it was one of the most enjoyable Ive had in a very long time. I asked for light to medium pressure and she hit the nail, perfectly, on the head. If this is a pressure range you enjoy I highly recommend booking a session with her.

Melissa is an excellent choice at Massage Envy. I walked in with tears in my eyes from a tension headache that lasted over a week. Melissa has tremendous skills specializing in head, neck, and back. At the end of the hour I felt such a huge relief I couldn’t wait to book again. The next time I booked a 90 minute full body massage.

I saw Bree for a 90 minute massage and added cupping. She did a great job. I really enjoyed the cupping. Felt much better afterwards.

This location has amazing therapists. If you want amazing pain relief or just to relax they have people who are awesome. Dawn is great at deep tissue! Richard has magical elbows and most recently I had Melissa and she used her thumbs to work knots out of my back that I didnt know I had. Amazing!

Been to Massage Envy’s in NY and FL… I have seen probably 10 therapists in my time and Sam has been the best experience so far. She got innnnnn there, I was extremely tight in my upper back and shoulders. I’m paying for it right now, I’m so sore but in a good way. I will be back for her… she’s amazing!

My experience with Sianna was great, very relaxing and I felt refresh. I feel very comfortable with her and she work very professional. She is terrific. Also the staff in the front desk very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

I see Sherri, Kim and Dawn and they are all fantastic. Everyone else I have had has been wonderful as well. I sometimes go last minute and have never been disappointed. Their facials are also great and very relaxing with Kelsey I believe her name is. Their front desk staff is great as well. Doing the membership is so worth it and I have never regretted it. At the 4th St. location in St. Pete I also earn points when I book in advance for more services. Great place!!

I had a massage with Donna and a facial directly after. I was unaware that I had credit in my account, and they told me they had a cancellation for a facial after my massage and said they would take care of the rest. It was such a nice surprise. All of the staff is amazing and they have great customer service!

Was an amazing therapist and she is definitely one of the nicest, kindest, and most capable therapists I have ever dealt with!I went a second time to this location and Christopher was my therapist who gave me an incredible deep tissue massage for my neck and shoulders. I have been barely able to turn my head from pain and stiffness. I woke up the next day having almost full range of motion back. I am scheduled to see Christopher back in a week to make sure I maintain my range of motion until I get back into a good routine.I cannot reccomend this location enough. The staff is so friendly and so kind. Everyone is very polite and wears their masks accordingly with CDC guidelines which I appreciate because I have a compromised immune system. Definitely the best Massage Envy I have ever been to and I have been to Massage Envy in 4 different states.

I had Jamie as my masseuse (great name by the way!) It was one of the most therapeutic massages Ive ever received. He found the trouble areas and used a variety of techniques to remove knots and tension and relax muscles that were tight.... Even in my feet! I found myself to be in a deep state of relaxation during and afterward. I will absolutely be going back and asking for Jamie!

Had my first massage with Evelyn yesterday. She does a deep tissue massage. She is amazing! When I got there it was difficult for me to even walk in, my back was in so much pain. When I left I was in much better condition. Last night I slept very well, and today I am walking much better. Thank you Evelyn.

Melissa is such a good therapist. I am rating her the 2nd best massage Ive ever gotten. And Ive gotten many over the years. Massages are so expensive these days. I probably wont be coming back, based on the price only.

He was great if you need deep tissue. But not for relaxation.Also, he doesn’t use much oil, there were moments I thought he would rub my skin off and cause a rub burn because he would not apply more oil.

Ask for Jamie. Perfect amt of pressure. He gives the BEST therapeutic massage I have ever had. After months of physical therapy showing very little improvement in back pain from a disc issue that was a result of a car accident, I started getting therapeutic massages from Jamie weekly. I instantly improved and have never felt better!!!Review update: I’ve been seeing Jamie for my back pain for a year now and have improved immeasurably. If I’m being honest I probably don’t HAVE to go anymore for pain and mobility so now it’s just my favorite part of my health regimen. I definitely recommend the 90 minute massage - it’s just the right amount of time.

I had another excellent massage with Christopher last night. I have been a Tuesday night regular for a few years now. I always look forward to massage Tuesday with him. He found all the “spots” and left my my back feeling so much better by the time I left. Easy conversation and establishes client rapport immediately. Sherri was awesome listened to my needs and responded in kind. Just enough pressure as requested. She was gentle in some sensitive spots that I had recently had surgery on and deep to unkind some other muscles. Soft spoken and a great conversationalist. Thx Sherri. Would recommend to anyone.

Melissa was my therapist today. She was incredible with her massage. I like a medium/firm relaxing massage and she delivered. I feel so much better and walked out feeling like jello. I love her and will absolutely see her again. I will also recommend her to others as well.

Ive been going to this massage Envy for almost two years. While others have been good, today I had the absolute best massage since Ive been going. I highly recommend Ella. She has very strong hands, is considerate of the pressure and was consistent in strength throughout the massaged. I also appreciated that she use her hands throughout the massage. I was very displeased with my service. I booked a deep tissue massage with a rapid tension release. My massage was no where near deep tissue. It was a rub at best and I never received my rapid tension release session.

I had my first session with Laura. She is absolutely fantastic. She is very personable and did everything to make me feel at ease and comfortable. She helped my migraines and neck. For now on she’s my go to!! Love her!

Melissa did a great job finding the knots in my back and also released the tension. I really liked her technique.

Just what I needed!, Ive been deeply knotted up in ways that are impairing my life. Ive been trying for a while now to find someone to dig deeply into the knots and break them up. Donna really broke through and opened the muscles up.

Wow! I am a personal trainer and athlete. It’s hard finding a massage therapist that can actually work out my kinks. Trey was absolutely incredible! I was a member for a couple years and I’ve gotten many massages around the world. But this was the best massage I’ve ever received!

My tech Uoka was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I felt extremely comfortable in her hands. She was even able to tell me about certain medical experiences just based off my massage. Shes amazing.

Crystal (Allison) is excellent! Professional and very thorough. She recognizes points of tension by feel and I always leave feeling way better! She knows what she’s doing. Front desk staff are always friendly and professional as well.

Sianna is a wizard of facials. I can literally fall asleep. She is very knowledgeable and does NOT push products on you. I cant say enough.I love massage envy because of their scheduling. I always try to see Richard for massage but he was booked. This time I last time saw Evelyn. Wow! What a powerhouse. She is your gal if you need deep tissue!!!

I am not really sure how to feel about the experience besides the fact that at times it felt relaxing while during others it seemed not so much. At times I felt like I was being tossed around/ wrestled with. She seemed to be working at a high level of energy which as I mentioned, was sensed throughout the massage. Despite the level of kinks and knots that I was going in for, Melinda either doesn’t know OR wasn’t patient enough to actually work them out slowly rather than trying to bust them out consistently with the uncomfortable knuckle method. Also, would encourage trimming down the nails to ensure no scratching of future clients. In all, with respect, the potential is there and room for a better experience is as well

Had a FANTASTIC 90 minute massage with Kristina (Krissy)! She’s super professional & very skilled at her craft! I have lumbar issues and fibromyalgia making me a bit fussy with pressure. Krissy made sure to check in with me throughout with increased pressure where I needed it & decreased where I was sensitive!

Kristina did exactly what I asked. I feel aslerp at one point during the 1 1/2 hour massage. I was having issues with back and she worked out several knots in my back. They were clean and friendly. I actuasly renewed my membershio with them. They have aspecial running at this time with free massages and additions to massages. The fact that you can use your HS A account to pay for massages makes it even an easier choice. Thanks to everyone on 4th St Massage Envy, including Kristina and the front end associate which Im sorry but I do not reme.ber her name but she was awesome as well.

Great place, everyone is very friendly and professional. Ive seen several message therapist and all have been wonderful. I recommend Chris, Kristy and Donna. Kristy is wonderful with the facials, she got my skin back under control.
