Finding a good masseuse is very difficult. I have had chronic issues with my back most my life and could never get close to even 50% relief. Scott customizes his treatment to suit your needs and he without a doubt is the best masseuse I have gone to. I highly recommend his services.

Finding Peaceful Warrior as my go to massage therapy and healing has been transformative. The owner, Scott, also a fellow veteran, is a truly wonderful person who’s taught me a lot and supported me greatly on my healing journey. Today I had my second 60m deep tissue massage with Vera and the relief I feel can’t be put into words! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend a massage with Lena. She has an intuitive healing sense in her hands that know where the knots and tightness lie. She can tell from working with your feet and her knowledge of reflexology where your pathologies reside. She includes many modalities in her massage such as cupping, essential oils, and warm stones. You feel so taken care of when you leave and I love the floating on air feeling that stays with me for awhile.

I had a pain right below the back of my knee, which really hurt when I first started walking after getting up from sitting down. The pain also hurt so much at night that I had a tough time getting to sleep. I called the Peaceful Warriors Wellness Center, and I was able to schedule a massage appointment with Scott for yesterday. Scott said that my problem was probably a contracted hamstring muscle. In addition to massaging the back of my legs, he showed me some exercises to stretch out my hamstring muscle. He also explained how I could find a YouTube video, he had made, describing stretching exercises, which he recommended that I should start doing daily. After yesterdays session and after doing the stretching exercises today, my leg is starting to feel much better.

Lena is amazing with Reflexology, medicupping, cupping, knowledgeable about the body and stretching. She will provide your body with the tube up it needs that day! Been seeing her for years. Thank you Lena!

Scott performed what was probably the best massage I have ever had. I instantly felt better and I learned a lot about massage and the body as well. My friend got me a stretch/massage combo for Christmas (probably because I always complain of various pain). I have been to doctors, PT, nothing really seemed to cause improvement. But after one session with Scott... I felt a massive difference. It is a Massage and PT all in one. The massage was wonderful and he gives you good exercises and tips on how to stretch at home. By far the best and most professional massage I have ever gotten in my life. Scott is a true professional who asks permission before touching and makes sure his client feels comfortable.This massage was highly healing and felt very intuitive. I love going to Peaceful Warriors Wellness Center! Their spa is conveniently located near my house and they offer a safe and friendly environment. Maia is my masseuse here and she does a great job listening to my needs and helping my body feel better. She is an incredibly talented masseuse and I highly recommend her. I am an athlete and so I like to get deep tissue massages from her to help my body reset and recover. The first time I came in for a massage I had pulled my back moving, and she was able to fix it in one session! Amazing!

As a survivor of intimate violence, its extremely challenging to get close to another human, much let one touch me.But when I met Scott at the market one day, I was able to see how his animal treated other animal bodies (dogs). It was time to try.We spent 6 months going slow, with Scott helping to unwind the stress of my muscles while also helping me practice consent over and over again.I felt nervous and scared and shy and Scott helped me every step of the way. Scott (owner) and I have a long standing professional friendship. Hes been trying to get me on his table for a few years now, but Ive always been stuck with a hectic schedule. I finally got a 90 minute massage from him just the other day and it was absolutely the best deep tissue Ive had. I am a competitive bodybuilder, Ive had a great many Massage Therapists work on me but none with the skill and attention to detail that Scott gave me. You absolutely need to get your body worked on here! Its a great spa, conveniently located in downtown Saint Pete. The energy is fantastic and its worth every penny youll spend. I have been in continual pain for months, but over the last 2 or 3 weeks it had become so much worse. Continual tingling in my arms & hands & shooting pain in my neck & shoulders. My average sleep was 4 to 5 1/2 hours per night. Last night after my deep tissue massage, I slept for 7 hours! I was able to get out of bed without shooting pain in my neck & shoulders. I have not had any tingling in my arms or hands at all, or the shooting pain I had been experiencing. I am amazed at the drastic difference in just 1 visit. I HIGHLY recommend PWWC!!

I had the opportunity to go to Peaceful Warrior Massage two times while I was working a travel nursing assignment. Steven was my therapist, saying he was awesome was an understatement. He takes the time to talk about not only what pains your having, but also takes the time to understand where your getting those pains (work, stress, athletics etc.) Steven is very personable and gives tips/recommendations for how to handle your pains that you come in with. Sad to have to leave a good therapist but had to brag on these guys, would 10/10 recommend coming to Peaceful Warrior Massage!

I was fortunate enough to have a reflexology appointment with Lena and a massage from Maia. I really enjoyed both treatments. Both Lena and Maia were professional and skilled at asking me about how I was feeling to make sure I received the best care possible. They both targeted problem areas and were able to help relieve much of the pain I was experiencing. This is a wonderful place with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. I loved how Lena uses several tools during the massage so that the client gets the maximum benefit out of the massage. Her touch is so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I really feel like she helped my body balance itself and it feels like the pressure on my feet are more even when I walk. I would recommend Lena to anyone who needs a therapeutic massage but also wants to feel like theyre at the spa!

My Deep tissue massage with Scott was amazing. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, experienced and intuitive. I am a licensed massage therapist of 18 years and it is has been impossible to find a therapist that can measure up to my standards since moving to Florida. I currently am a snowbird from Ohio. I had some muscle discomfort in my neck and shoulder that was causing me to be nauseous. After reading the reviews I picked Peaceful Warriors Wellness Center. What a great decision that was. Bridget was my masseuse and what an amazing, talented and professional therapist she was. When I left I felt like a million dollars. She did some pressure points during the session that gave me immediate relief. I am here until to April so I can tell you that I will be making additional appointments, not because she didnt fix the issue but because the experience was so wonderful. My sister will be visiting me while I am here and I will be bringing her to an appt as well. However she is going to have to pick another amazing masseuse because I dont think I can give up Bridget. LOL On another note my friend had Jamison and he said that Jamison was excellent as well. Thank you all for your professionalism, your kindness and your concern for your patients you all are the best and I will miss you when I return to Ohio.

At first, I was nervous about getting a massage. I am 4 months postpartum after having an Emergency C-Section and Im nursing my son full time, so I was thinking that I would wait until after my son was done nursing to get my next massage. After speaking with Maia, she helped me feel comfortable and confident that she would take care of me. Im so grateful that I said yes. During the massage, Maia was gentle, affirmative and communicative. She checked in with me reassuring that the pressure she was using was good and making sure that I was comfortable. I appreciated the way she used the hot stones to remove tension in my back. After the massage, I felt so mobile and limber. My hips that were misaligned are now aligned. The tension that was in my neck, disappeared. My favorite part of the massage was when she worked on my neck and head. I look forward to getting another massage from Maia.

I have had the pleasure to work with Steven Falconetti lately. My therapist moved and starting anew can be freaky, but it has been the best. I tend to go hard in the gym and knot and tighten up fast. Steven has made a huge difference with no only messaging, but also focusing on the mobility of my joints and muscles. My pain and discomfort are not nearly as recognizable on the daily as it used to be. He truly has the magic touch, a personality that will make anyone want to revisit, and the knowledge to get anyone back to feeling better than normal again.

Steven is a phenomenal therapist who is always positive, extremely skilled, and very versatile in technique. After my auto accident, Steven’s gifted touch helped me to heal. The environment is soothing and Steven is by far the most professional and knowledgeable therapist I have met.

Ive been going to Lena at The Peaceful Warrior Massage for a few months now. I always feel great when I leave and I really love her new cupping technique. She doesnt have to dig in to my back as hard to be able to work the muscles that hurt. Its a great addition.

I was in a serious car accident a few years ago, and recently had major invasive spine surgery as a result. Needless to say, Ive been through a lot of treatment modalities, including massage therapy. Ive been to numerous therapists. Ive also done massage for relaxation. Let me tell you, Scott is a MASTER at his craft. He seemed to know exactly what my back needed. Lets just say, my back is a mess. He not only did his best to work out problem areas, but analyzed what the causes could be. He also offered advice on certain things I can do to help provide myself relief. Ive had a lot of massages, and this was one of the best. Peaceful warriors is an amazing wellness center in addition to massage they also offer reflxology, cupping acupunture and various cbd options. Ive been suffering from terrible allergies which turned into sinus infection and a horrible cough and after 2 sessions of reflexology abd cuppibg I walked out and could finally breathe and the cough is just a dry cough now.
