This is a really cool dive bar with great prices on their drinks and beer. Great service in a place that is laid back and you can be yourself.

Okay little dive bar. Just went in for a few drinks. Bartender was okay but had the personality of a door knob. She was way friendlier to the locals. We even watched a few people sit down at the bar and then leave after not being acknowledged after 5-10 minutes.

Great experience at a great biker bar. Came for the fully loaded Bloody Mary. Pay for the type of Vodka and at least a two dollar tip and you go through the line putting whatever you can fit on a skewer and your choice of 4 different types of Bloody Mary mix.The bartenders are on point and the patrons seemed to be the most down to earth people around.

Had fun. Sunday brunch food price, $5. Lots of choices. Can’t beat that. Beers and spirits are really reasonable. Crowd grows so finding a place to sit can be tough. Bring your own chairs?

I took my wife here on the first Sunday for the Bloody Mary bar. Wow that was fun! We enjoyed it. It’s too busy and not enough seating. It’s also a little dirty and old feeling. But we’ll worth the trip. I can’t imagine what it’s like during tourist season…. Well we’ll be back no matter what.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is basically a local dive bar in an affluent and exclusive area in Pass-a-grille, Florida. The problem with this place is that the clientele are young kids and they treat non-residents and vacationers like trash. This dive bar is filthy, the staff were extremely rude and argumentative when a customer was dissatisfied with the quality of their product made by an unexperience bar tender. To compound this nightmare when they made the wrong drink, they tried to charge us for it when they threw the drink away. If you are a local adolescent youll love this place. If you are affluent stay clear of this fifty hole in the wall!

Such a nice little bar. First time in pass-a-grill and first person we met was the sweet bartender, Biscuit. She made us a great drink and gave us some great tips.

Such a fun experience, and the area is stinking cute, how have I never been to Pass-a-Grille before?!I highly recommend the bloody Mary bar! The staff at Shads has it down to a science, barely any waiting for hoards of loyal patrons, excellent prices, no hassle gratuity and overall politeness all around! I was in St Pete about a week ago & this was my 1st time stopping into this fine establishment & wow was more than delighted to be there. Drink specials are definitely the best in the area, people watching is A+, plenty of bar games & an outside patio, plus just a couple steps to the beach, makes this place a winner in my book. I drive down through Tampa & St. Pete often & I will definitely stop by Shadracks everytime I can make time.

Bartender was amazing! I highly recommend this place but the locals are horrible! They don’t accept you and they blow you off. We even met some newly locals and they said the same thing. They aren’t accepted. It’s crazy!

Great place! We visit Pass-a-grille twice a year and always visit Shads a least a couple of nights for drinks and 8 ball. Took our (adult) kids this trip and they loved it!

The Bloody Mary Bar is fantastic as are the darts and pool table areas. The service on the other hand is generally mediocre A simple smile goes a long way, but for some of the staff they have yet to figure that out. Hopefully that will change.

I didnt even know they had food, haha.Just an old school beach bar with a lot of personality. Reminds me of a true key west bar.Scoot up to the bar. Youll be sitting next to fishermen, bikers, writers, and artists.

LOVE this place!! Only in town for one week and we went back twice! Wendy is the most personable and attentive bartender in the entire St Pete Beach area! We are planning our next trip to be right in Pas-a-grille because of this bar and the atmosphere even after the bathroom door was stolen! Just kidding, but if you know you know!

Reasonable drinks with three pool tables, foosball, pinball, darts, and Golden Tee. Its dark, and last remodeled in 1972...a great place to hang out. If youre wanting food, bring your own, or buy a bag of chips from the bartender.

Cant believe the bartender. 6pm Feb 1. This person could not be more disinterested in their job. I just saw her be chippy to the last four people that walked in. All four have left without ordering a drink. This is within 15 min of my being here. She then asked me if I wanted another drink. My drink is 3/4 filled. I actually asked her why she asked me that. Her reply was if I didnt like the place I could leave. I never write reviews. This might be the first but this is aggregious.

Local dive bar! Great place to walk off the beach and have a cold beer. Bartenders are always friendly. They have the BEST Bloody Mary Spread the first Sunday of every month. Pet friendly. All walks of life visit this bar. Bathrooms are clean and they have a spacious outside seating area. Iconic place to visit when in PAG! Just keep in mind, it is a dive bar.

Bartender could be friendlier to non locals as we are spending our hard earned cash as well as the neighborhood folks. We stop there every year on vacay and drink for 5-6 days every evening. Not overly drunk but trying to enjoy the atmosphere.

Came here for the first time after finding nowhere else to go late at night. Bar is more of a dive/party bar, with multiple pool tables, plenty of room, games, cheap drinks and overall party vibes. Although it wasnt extremely busy, it took a long time to get drinks with only one person working. Bar could use updates, the bathroom was extremely dirty, the entire bar seemed old and not maintained. I would go here for cheap drinks and entertainment, but other than that, many other choices available depending on the time of day

If you are looking for a great “dive bar” this is your place. $2 Busch Light and the bartender was great. She gave us lots of suggestions for places to go and was a lot of fun to talk to.

Horrible experience at Shadracks Bloody Mary Bar! Bartender with long blonde hair tried to over charge me on vodka shots and got caught! She is rude and nasty. Need to check your customer service and get out of the business! WILL NOT RETURN!

Great place. I find it fun to hang out with friends at a place my pops used too at my age. Its cheap, clean, and great bartenders.

The bartender was personable, the bathroom was clean and the drinks were cheap! This is a spot we will return to when we are in the area. It is a quick walk to the beach which makes it convenient. I have always loved places that are unassuming when you see them.

The absolute worst! We are locals and came in to have a drink! I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere! The bartender lady was so rude and cold! It’s very obvious this is where local people come and we were not her regulars so she couldn’t be bothered with us! My friend asked her for a drink recommendation and she couldn’t even do that! Your a bartender, right? Some customer service training needed there and just some people skills! Soooooo rude! Never coming back and will share my experience with all my local friends!

1st Sunday if every month they do a huge bloody Mary bar. The wife and I have been trying for ages to make it. If not for the bloody Mary bar then our favorite bartender Biscuit for sure. But somehow either if us end up working. Well this week we were in for a surprise. No work for my wife and away we went for an awesome Labor Day weekend.

Ac was good and cold. The mixed drinks were strong. The bar tender was prompt and courteous. But there wasnt any good looking girls to be hitting on.

No matter how far away you are, it is a great ride with wind therapy to get to. The specialty is as much of a meal that you can turn a drink into. Beautiful towns edge setting.

Well, we came here because of a friend request. Not Impressed. Band was good, but a bit too loud for such a small space. One bartender for a packed bar, not good!Did not like leaving Credit card at bar! Its the 21st century!! Update the system! Swipe it!He was writing down everything the person was drinking. Here I am in Florida, on the coast and this bar felt like home...the Rockies.. it was like being in North Idaho or western montana..but still on the coast of Florida. Bartenders were awesome, country music playing and clean but not fancy. Also have nightly specials on beer..2 dollar coors light bottles for me!

The bartender was super friendly and knowledge of drinks. The bar itself is a super cool concept with the garage doors on the patio. Rock music, pool tables, and darts make this a really, cool, and laid back bar. The only downside is that it allows smoking inside the bar.

This is a adorable little place with friendly bartenders where the St. Pete Beach locals gather with the added adventure of bringing their pets. Where the bar even have treats under the counter. It’s perfect if you like to be casual and carefree for cocktails or a beer

Good live entertainment, drink specials, darts, pool table & pin ball machine.They have a cool bloody mary bar every first Sunday each month.The only complaint is slow service. We always have to stand in long line for a beer and the bloody mary bar. I may have had 2 but didnt want to go back into a long line. Some people purchased 2 upfront but then the 2nd would be too water downed.Because they are a popular hot spot they really do need more staff.

Great locals spot and the Bloody Mary Bar on Sunday is very fun. I do not drink tomatoes juice so even though I skipped the Bloody Bar, everyone having the bar was enjoying themselves. I will go back.

I always have a great time here. The prices are good, Marla behind the bar is a sweetheart, and regulars are usually good conversation. They have a dart board and a pool table.

How can there be no reviews for this place....its been an institution for 40 years. Lets face it, it is a local dive bar and nothing to brag about but the beer is cheap and no one will bother you. If you are looking for that place where everyone knows your name , this aint the place but if you are looking for a cheap drink on a hot day, this is a place to go.

Love Sharacks. Been coming here for many years. Sometimes service is a bit slow, so double up on your orders if thats the case. Shirts required in the evening, but only for men. Ha ha.

Ive been to Shadracks everytime I go to St Pete/ Pass-A-Grill, about a dozen times. Ali is Awsome!!! The best bar in Tampa Bay area, my opinion. I Love drinking beer in the daytime. It rocks, you have the gulf 50 yards to the west and the bay is 50 yards to the east. The regulars are very friendly and the beers are really cheap. GREAT VALUE. GREAT TIMES.

I can only comment on the Bloody Mary Sundays, fantastic! Loved all the topping choices you can skewer on a stick for your personal garnish on your Bloody Mary! Its a crowded event!
