Bought a vape it worked but made a noise and got hot I went back in and they wouldn’t exchange it or refund it think this is very unfair also they worker was rude to begin with and I think it’s ridiculous that it ask you to tip for the service that’s is provided this shop is by my house and they lost a customer Disappointing that they won’t stand by the products they sell

This is my go-to smoke shop. There are many others in the area, and I have found they are always out of what Im looking for or their stock is very limited. Marleys always has something for me. Their stock is varied and they always have something for me. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This is indeed a fun place to walk into. Ive never had a bad experience.

Employees know nothing about their vape products. When asking about a flavor the employees should really mention that it’s menthol when describing the flavor before selling it. These employees are young kids that probably should be working at a smoke shop.

Bought a 800 plus dollar Studenglass only for the glass domes to be a cheap plastic and not authentic parts.They then sold me more parts claiming it would work for 120 dollars but when it was clearly the wrong size the said sorry no exchangesI am taking you to small claims court, I want everyone to know how much your business hurts people.Update, got off phone with Miami firmYou will be receiving notification shortly

If youre looking for a great vape shop who stays on top of inventory, this is NOT that shop. Theyre always out of stock on various juices and vape accessories, and the owner doesnt care at all. Theres a really nice vape shop on 54th ave in Kenneth City,Brothers vape and smoke shop 2, who doesnt have this problem And its closer than their Pinellas Park shop that they keep trying to send me over to every visit.

I went yesterday to get started with disposable vapes. Infinity was there and she helped me a lot. I had tons of questions to ask and never she made me feel I was bothering her, never she was rushing me, she kindly and very professionally answered my questions and help me make my choice. Very satisfied of this place which has a HUGE selection of all kinds of vapes!

Not a frequent reviewer, but this is my neighborhood smoke shop. I used to love going here. As of lately, they have been understocked and the recent staff change is enough to make you not want to return. It’s more awkward than anything and no one seems to know what they’re talking about.

Cocoa was awesome, she knew exactly what I needed and was very personable. Their prices are cheaper than most with the same quality products. Well for sure be making them a regular store.

I am always welcomed, and Brett is a wonderful employee who deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone find the product their looking for and he has great customer service skills.

Great shop! I called a few times, been in twice. Employees are educated on products, happy to help you without pushing you to something better(more expensive) that a lot of stores pull. But they still offer advice and options if you need help. Nice selection of vape products (kits& parts) tons of juices.Ill be back! Wont order online, keeping it local. ✌🏻

Awesome array of vape juice and supplies. The kid that helped me out was friendly. Some of the other customers were a little... intense... in there looking for a certain kind of pipe. The clerk handled them with professionalism and quickly persuaded them to leave.. I was impressed by the ease with which this teenager handled himself...Having said all that Ill definitely go back... take a little more time to look over their awesome amount of merchandise.

I purchased a batt for my oil pen and the thing work 4 days ...20 bucks out the window because they wouldnt even exchange for same one...If you buy something from this shop its yours working or broken ....BEWARE I wouldnt recommend going to the smoke shop

Surface was on point and very professional. With my very poor description of what I was looking for, the gentleman behind the counter was able to easily find what I was very poorly describing. The shop seemed clean and organized well and if I needed to, I would 100% go out of my way to go back to this location.

Absolutely not going back. About a year ago I went in and was sold one the most expensive vape pens in the understanding that if anything went wrong it had a life time warranty. I just needed the package and receipt I was told. Well when the inside of it unscrewed into the charger I took all of it in for a quick exchange. The girl working was really nice and she tried to help but when she called the manager and then called the owner she was told my type of pen NEVER had a warranty. So your employee lied to me to get a bigger sale??? And instead of exchanging something YOU can send back they lost a big customer. Ive gotten a few glass pieces there too. Never had a problem until today. Back to purple haze I go!!!

Started going here for our Kratom after realizing the other places we were going were ripping us off on prices! I go in more than twice a month, no issues, friendly staff; as I always like to chat with whomever is working, very clean and all around stellar place! I have seen a few reviews saying they dont have much product. If you take your time and browse the store you will come to find they have a lot of different products. The products they have are quality and the store doesnt look like a cluttered disaster like similar stores around the area look.

Came here with my sister to get her a grinder and this was honestly the best shop we couldve went to. Kyle was VERY knowledgeable about the products! Would highly recommend this place for people who are just starting to smoke or who needs more knowledge about products.

Do not shop here. I have shopped here a few times only because it was walking distance. I will not bring my business here or try to recommend anyone to shop here. The staff hardly knows what they are selling and the customer service there is the worst. I brought a defective product back to tell them about it and was told that I was giving them attitude. Might wanna check yourself as Im the customer and the one that contributes to your paycheck. No problem though as no business before them have been able to stay afloat in that location. Good luck!

The female clerk was very knowledgeable, but I was sold a leaky vape so I am little disappointed, I was really excited about it but I couldnt enjoy it because the vape juice kept leaking out of it and it was so expensive. ($70) too bad all sales are final cant even exchange it. That sucks, $70 bucks down the drain. Well the store was nice, clean & well stocked so Ill give you 2 stars for that

Great prices, beautiful local and factory-produced glass.Id say just about anyone could walk in and find something they like within their price range. Incredible selection of spoon and hand pipes, hookahs and water pipes, vapes and e cigs, etc.Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended this place to many friends and theyve all returned highly satisfied.

The staff is very friendly courteous great service fair prices. But one thing everyone should know if you are a regular customer there they have whats called a loyalty card that you get punched every time you make a purchase. After 10 purchases you can use that card to get 20% off. However I went in there and purchased some kratom an employee told me it can not be used for kratom there is nowhere on the card that tells you it cannot be used for certain things. In fact the card actually tells you that it can be used for kratom and CBD.

First time being in this place, went in looking for some ejuice and they were awesome! Im basically a beginner at vaping and the guy that helped me out was great. They just got these great mods for you to try out juices before you get em. Definitely my go to now and they also have selections for different smoking needs. Place looks pretty rad too! Been to a couple other places like this around the local area but Marleys for sure stands out. Give em a try!

Closed early twice and on Saturday you think you would be open later on Friday n sat....... Can definitely say for sure today oct 15th 2022 Saturday 9:48 there was a white catilac parked and wife went up to go and lights were dim and no1 in sight and open lights were off. Time B4 that just was trying to just get pack of raw cones think I was right on 10 so I get it. Just was little down because Iv spent hundreds at the location at new Port Richey on u.s 19 and were the greatest people iv met. Bought all my raw collection there book bag tray shirt all of it. And even alot of yall brand merch. I get it tho not saying yall trash. I think yall best in town. Just didnt understand today because it was still B4 time

They haven’t had what I’ve needed for months and when I buy disposables they always flood and don’t work properly as if they’ve just been there for more than a few months. It’s extremely disappointing.

Unfortunately, I didnt take any of these reviews to heart, and still went in to buy a vape here. When I did decide to buy one, I was told to save the receipt and original packaging, just in case. I thought they may have changed their business tactics, since the other reviews were so negative about how they handle returns of dysfunctional products. Sadly, I found out today they have not. I ended up having to take the device back, since it was leaking liquid out of the charging port. I was told its a user error, even though I havent touched the filter in days. Do yourself a favor...read and believe the other reviews about their service. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WANT TO MAKE A SALE, NO MATTER WHAT, AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY FAULTY PRODUCTS BACK. THEIR INTEGRITY IS AS LOW AS IT GOES AS FAR AS A BUSINESS GOES. Two thumbs down, zero stars (if I could) and no high fives. This place doesnt practice good business tactics.P.S. Their CBD selection is EXTREMELY limited and of low quality.

I was a regular customer already since they have the best prices of Kratom of Tampa Bay. I went the day I got discharged of a week stay at a hospital to be set up with a vape so I wouldnt go back to cigarette smoking. The battery case was defective since it didnt last 60 days. They couldnt offer a refund since it was past 30 days of purchase. They made sure to give me a good enough discount that I left with a brand new vape at retail cost. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and make sure that the client leaves happy. I sure did, I wont bother with any other smoke shop in Tampa Bay!!

Be very careful shopping here. I dont know where they get their products from but they seem to be of low quality and triple the cost as I bought a vape that had a defective battery. I was told by the clerk that they had a 30 day defective warranty where if it was then I could exchange it. However, as it turns out the ONLY thing that qualifies their vapes as being defective is if it doesnt blow any smoke, not if its battery doesnt hold a charge for more than 10 minutes...

I went in for my ten purchase to get my discount and they up sold me a bowl i didnt need for my oil rig but since the rig came with bowl and for some reason couldnt switch it with the banger attachment. Sadly this seems like my last stop here since that banger took away the discount you get after 10 purchases and now im left with a bowl i dont need. I was told i got the bowl free but it doesnt feel like that. And the part that bother me the most other somke shops ive been too in the past had no issues switching it.

Went in looked at smok mag kit they want 120 after tax for a 40-60 doller kit. Wanted 40+ dollars for an off brand tank and atomizer set up. Guy inside says he don’t make the prices I get they mark up for the fact that they have the stuff in stock but a 40% mark up come on guys. I stick to vapor vault this place needs a price adjustment.

Very friendly staff. Very interesting idea for a store with a hookah bar CBD bar kava and Kratom bar as well as a smoke shop all in one. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and can answer any questions you may have. I bought a Life Glass bubbler for $50 made by a local St Petersburg artist. This thing could have been $100 easily because it is amazing. They also have a nice selection of hemp wraps and a huge variety of vaping mods.

Exelent selection of juice, very polite employees, and associates are knowledgeable upon every item they have on shelves. Not once have I experienced bad service from this store, much respect for the owner for having well trained employees.

I would like to personally thank Jake and his assistant for giveing me one of the coolest mods which is a geek model course my fave but not only that he threw in a free battery didn’t ask he just gave I had shopped there several other times and like always got good customer service but it was never a place I stopped on the regular well indeed I will be stopping by there on a regular because not only the prices were outstanding but the customer service even goes above and beyond the call. They sold me a vape pen that doesnt work and on top of that staff recommended me to purchase this item but wasnt the right one for oil.. Got it an hour ago and wouldnt refund instead he tried to sell me something totally different along with his discount if paying cash . I am very upset.

First visit to Marleys house on 34th st north just north of 5th Ave in St Pete... and Ill definitely be back! Great shop with lots of options and friendly service. And they even sell kratom too if youre into that kind of thing! Go check em out if youre in the area.

This place is messed up! I bought a Graba leaf, and it was so shredded and crumbly I couldnt use any part of either leaf. I brought it back and showed them, and they said theres nothing they can do about it I could just buy another one.
