The staff here is so wonderful! Jay is super chill and kind. They just hired a blonde lady too who’s super sweet and all the other guys I met are awesome. Not only is the staff cool but the customers here are really welcoming and loving. The prices here are fair. The staff, vibe, and drink selection are top notch. We come here whenever we need our car worked on and we kill time here :)

I have been shopping at Vapor Road since I started vaping in 2016. The establishment is full of great employees and a cool, laid back vibe. Their prices are reasonable, especially compared to other stores in the area. If you are considering vaping or already do so, take the time to stop in; you wont be disappointed.

Awful experience, merchandise boxes look of questionable quality. Vape juice burned unusually fast. Refused to replace or refund. Better options in the area for sure.

I took an uber all the way there at 8:25am. Google says they are open at 8am, their sign on the door says 8am. Nobody was there, the store was closed. I called the 66th St. location and they were indeed open. Im new to the area and a very loyal customer so Ive continously used the Tyrone location. After this, I will be keeping my business with the 66th St. location. The building was cleaner. They also have better parking availability. The owner was super super helpful. I recommend nobody use the Tyrone location. If Im trying to spend my hard earned money and you cant even run your business appropriately. I will never go back to Tyrone. You just lost a customer, thanks to what I assume is your laziness.

Lady that works there is the owner? Does she treat the women different than men? Or does she treat people with big bucks different?

I’ve came in here and i’ve got to say, i’ve never seen such a unorganized mess in my life. the vapes were extremely expensive. they wanted $35 whereas other places charge $25 at most. the venue had extremely loud music, i almost had to yell for the worker to hear me. just taking a quick glance around the store, i don’t think they prioritized cleaning as there was dust practically every where. lastly, the staff seem to be mistreated. i walked in and saw an older white women, im assuming the supervisor or general manager, threatening to slap her employee for something, in front of a full bar. that’s completely unprofessional. there’s better places than this spot. do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. and the workers, i hope you guys can have a voice to speak up.

My only complaint is that I can’t leave more than 5 stars. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and feel completely welcomed and accepted, this is the place to be. The shop itself is great, but it’s the people working there that take it to the another level. If the owner is reading this, please never let John or Lawrence leave. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We go here for Kava and other teas...really love the vibe! Everyone is extremely inviting and helpful. Shoutout to Dupont and Laurence (or Lawrence? lol) who have served us a few times for being gracious kavatenders. I definitely recommend checking this spot out. They also have pool, good specials and fun nights ie DJ, trivia, etc.

It would be awesome if they can brush up on their customer service skills. My husband bought 2 devices there and they both broke within 3 months.He went into today to ask about a different smaller less expensive device instead of paying close to 200 bucks each and they wouldnt give him the time of day.I wont be wasting anymore money here.

This place is a little pricey and small, but super cool. Great idea for a local business. Its extremely comfortable and usually has at least a handful of younger locals bantering about cool, nerdy stuff. The Kratom Tea is above average as well.

There’s a few different vapor roads having been to a few! This one here might be my fav. It’s very laid back and chill with comfy vibe and atmosphere! Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. This location has tvs and gaming system and a bar. There’s a pool table to enjoy a game of 8 or 9ball. They also have dis some nights here.Pricing is fair and reasonable. Haven’t tried vapes there yet, but they offer a wide variety of other products like kava, kratom, and delta 8.Overall, this is one cool road of the many dif vapor road trails. It’s also close to Madeira and st Pete beach as well. Everyone should stop in off the beaten path to try vapor road on last trail to the beach. Keep up the good work guys! Very nice employees. I noticed a fair amount of regular working stiffs there on my last visit. Man buns, sandals, bongos, and SJWs are fine, really. Sometimes its good to get a break though. Clean, pool and foosball.

(edit: For those that say that these stores are overpriced... What you see online is not authentic product and is a ripoff or refurbished product at discount. Major vape companies do wholesale and unless you buy 100+ items, good luck finding authentic items at cheap prices.) Awesome place; intuitive and knowledgeable people, no complaints. First time I stopped in here was for coils, after the previous shop I used to frequent did not have what I needed in stock, and was amazed by their professionalism and experience. These guys know their vapor and products. This will be my new one-stop shop for vapor products and liquids. All great products, aunthentic and genuine, at very reasonable prices; most the time a few bucks cheaper than other vapor stores. Experience here was A+. Next time I stop in Ill try their coffee bar that is conveniently located in the same building and run by the same people. Only way to know is to try it yourself. Simple as that. I was recently introduced to kava and kratom. I love vapor roads and the people there. They make some of the best teas Ive tried and the atmosphere is really nice. I would definitely recommend vapor roads to people.

Always helpful and friendly. They answer my questions and dont make me feel stupid for not knowing things about vaping. They really go out of their way to be helpful and that is rare these days. Several employees that I have dealt with are very knowledgeable about the stuff in the store.

Overpriced products, horrible selection, and terrible salespeople at their locations, especially the 34th St location. The salesgirl is obviously desperate to sell and will outright lie to your face concerning how their batteries work. She even packed nickel coils in a titanium box when she didnt have the titanium ones left of a brand that went out of business in the US. I didnt notice until I got home. I guess the manager thinks that its good practice to deceive customers as long as they move products. Save your money and gas and shop online.

Customer service is Good But these people will more than take advantage of you!!!! We went in as complete novices having no clue what we wanted or anything about vapor cigs. Everything we looked at it was oh no that is not what you want it wont give you what you want until we ended up with something that was $80.00 by the time we walked out the door. well she was in a hurry when giving us the instruction on how to use it so we go online to get them and find out how severely over charged we were. What a freaking rip off! To top it off they didnt give us the box or packaging or anything and we find out the tank should have come with two extra coils we did not receive.

I bought a vape 2 months ago that I had trouble with immediately had to go back twice to see if they would fix the button that opens to fill.Went back yesterday and was UP SOLD ANOTHER AND THEY KEPT THE FIRST ONE AND REFUSE A DISCOUNT? Such helpful staff and wonderful location. They were able to answer a few questions we had about a mod as well as recommend some items. The new mod I walked away with way years beyond what I had been using . Well worth a visit for all the area vapers.

I don’t know where the previous reviews are from because I went to this store (because I moved further south of my “home” Vape cafe) and the customer service was not nice and they sold me an over priced coil that doesn’t even work with my machine. I noticed it as I was on my way home ... I’m not even going back to get one that works. I will drive the extra 20 miles and go to a store that assures quality customer service and makes sure the device is working before you leave. I’ll never step foot in there again.

Im not huge into the world of vaping.. but it has helped me quit smoking and saved me so much money... Ive been going to these guys for about 3 years now since they opened.. Ive seen them grow from a small shop with limited selection to a noticeable business with a chill area for kava drinkers and anyone looking for a place to hang. Their pricing on most products is normal to the vape world, and very competitive. Which means you wont find any of their products for cheaper around town. In fact, from almost everything Ive bought there, its been actually ALOT cheaper than most around town. Their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable of all their products and more, extremely friendly, and most of them have been there since day 1.. Which makes building the relationship with the place very easy. I always recommend people to go their for all their kava and vaping needs. Thank you vapor road for always being consistent and very helpful. You guys rule!

I gave you five stars because Ive been coming to you for the past 4 or 5 years and have never been disappointed.Now.. Im very disappointed.My name is Faye Pattersin. I receive your emails all the time.About 3 weeks ago i bought an AspireBreeze 2 from you and liked it the first 3 days. It started spitting the juice in my mouth whenever I used it. I changes coils and it was good for another 2 days. I was told these coils would last a 10 to 14 days. I came in last week and told your staff the problem and they told me it was spitting because I was toking on it too strongly. I switched to the Breeze1 and then the 2 from an old Kanger unit that worked better than this one and Ive never liked a big cloud of smoke coming out of my lungs or mouth. I was also told there was nothing you could do. I bought another box of coils that, like the others need to be changed every couple of days. The Breeze 1, whos coils are the same as the Breeze 2, last the 10 to 14 days as promised.I think the Breeze 2 I purchased from you is defective and if theres nothing you can do to compensate me I will no longer buy anything from you. Not very good business ethics.

My go-to vape shop!They sell vapes and vape accessories (ha), but they also serve kava, beer, wine, and some light snackage. The lounge area is decently sized, and it has video games, board games, foosball, pool, and other miscellaneous games. The people who work here are awesome, and always willing to work with you to figure out what you need; theyve helped when Ive had issues with my vape, and I appreciate that.This is a fun place to sit and hang out for a few drinks, but if youre looking to have a quick transaction, they have super speedy service. I love this place.

I am very disappointed with my experience from this store. I had to pay $40 for 5 coils, when they are only $15 dollars at other stores. And the juice that I bought from there burns out those same coils in less than a day. Overall just a poor experience.

I went in after work not really knowing what I wanted. I bought liquid for ecig. To start, the stuff ive been using gives me a headache. As I said before I had no idea what kind I wanted they spent alot of time finding out what I actually like and suggesting stuff to me... I mean like a salesman SHOULD! After 30 Minutes I finally made a decision and this guy never rushed me. Then I end up speaking to the rest of the staff for another ten minutes. These guys are all awesome. The have botanical teas as well. Try them, youll probably like them!

My experience could not have been any better!! My husband and I are new Floridians, and decided to try these e-cigs to keep our new house cleaner, since its vapor - not smoke! It now smells so great inside, and I feel healthier by not smoking tobacco and only the nicotine! I highly recommend Vapor Road, to anyone.. even if you arent a bigtime smoker like me! I love the e-cigs, and swerved my habit to a cleaner alternative! Good job and thank you to your professional staff to help us find out what we didnt know what we were looking at! You were all so informative and helped us from step 1 until now!

Friendly people but the juice selection is extremely subpar. They dont cater to the enthusiasts level, rather the novice vaper. Seems more like a hangout spot / bar rather than a vape shop. They push 10-15ml bottles of house juice with single flavor profiles for maximum profit. I havent even seen a 10ml bottle of juice in 3 years (ego 24nic days). Prices are absolutely outrageous, $26 for a 60ml bottle of Naked juice is highway robbery. Other shops in the area sell it for $18 and I even think that is a bit high. There is a reason I strictly shop online. Ive never seen a industry as a whole where the same product can be found online at a 50-60% discount shipped right to your mailbox. If you must spend this much money, I highly advise going to a real vape shop with real quality selection. Vapor Vault has been the best shop Ive been to in the area. A shop that doesnt push kava/kratom/beer. A shop that takes pride in what they sell to their customer and does thorough research in the juice and hardware they choose to sell.

When it comes to purchasing hardware here go ANYWHERE else. They will literally say anything to make a sale and lie straight to your face! I use to buy all my juices there to support a local business but after they ripped a few friends of mine off I will never step foot in there store again. If you do plan to buy anything there do your research first and don’t depend on them to be honest with you!

I was talked into buying a CORSA mini never dropped still looks BRAND NEW! The charging port stops working i call the location and they said its a known issue. So if this is a known issue what is the resolution of this issue? : he advised me i can get $5 bucks off a new mod. i asked why would you sell a product that is known for being defective he stated that people still use them. nothing they can do about it. : so all in all you sold me a product knowing of these issues. i use to go there every week. ill go somewhere else.

HOLIDAY STORE: Went in to find My First Vape Kit... was told 62.50... No Selling, No Showing me What 62.50 was, Just Barked the PRICE... I asked if there were any other Lower cost models was Told I could buy a 25 dollar vape but they dont work.... So I left and went up the road to CitGo and Found they had a FULL service Vape Store and Full Service e juice Bar. Asked About Vapes Got the Full 5 star Service Spent 52 dollars on an AWESOME starer Pen with 2 Juices!! Glad The Kid at Vapor road was not into customer service, he saved me some money for sure. I see some people say the ST Pete Store is awesome and Clean... This is FAR from that at the Holiday Store... I wont be back.

My partner and I have been coming to this location since youve opened day 1 I was your 3rd customer, and after today I will no longer be coming back the long haired guy was incredibly rude,while looking at flavors he barged up out of nowhere to say dont touch those,display only...ok whatever the noise level was insane weaving through people who are there drinking whatever is a hassle but to top it off the long hair guy seemed like he couldnt get the gay couple out fast enough even had to ring up our order twice since he was so rude and rushing he forgot half our purchas so this location will no longer be a destination sad all these years and money spent there just to be treated so awful

Employees recommended the Snoop Dogg vaporizer for Dry Tobacco. When actually, it was far from a vaporizer. It is just an extremely overpriced pipe,cooking product on an electric coil. They also suggested a new tank for my regular smoking/vaping, again overpriced that would not leak. Nothing leaks more that that 40.00 tank. You guys need to step down, close up shop and wait tables please.You know nothing of what good product means.

I am really upset. These stores sell hemp CBD, and tell you that it helps for pain. CBD from marijuana has slight traces of THC, the kind for pain relief. Hence, it is illegal to sell in Fl. This place rips people off every single day
