I bought a grinder that was almost 30 dollars I bought it on Monday and by Wed it had broken the dude didnt offer to replace it but offered to try and fix it my point is that for that much money should not have broken in 2 days when it was not being miss used

Exceeded expectations. Friendly staff right away, as well as a buisness model that puts the satisfaction of the customer first. Even let me try before I buy. Who else does that? I knew I was happy with my purchase before walking out the store. The experience was like no other. Fully inclusive on all things smoke, and the presentation and feel of the store was A++

Great friendly environment, these people actually know they’re info. If you are looking for pieces or rigs or simply something to toke on. This is the place to be at, they will beat prices, an allow you to get an all around feel as to what your purchasing before ever spending a dime! I bought a piece from them and the glass instead happened to be blown awkwardly which effected the hit it offered, these guys replaced the piece on the spot and actually gave me one that was a little more expensive to make up for having to come back the same day. I don’t typically leave reviews on these places but I will say these guys took the time to know what they’re doing.10/10 would recommend!

No need to look any further than Dab City. If they dont have what you need (unlikely) they will get it. Its all about the customer and the friendly, knowledgeable staff is ready to serve. Store is exceptionally clean and well stocked. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I absolutely adore this place. there are nothing but good vibes in there and you feel very welcomed. the staff was very friendly and patient with my mom who always has a TON of questions. however, the only downsides of my visit were, 1. the employee walked off to help someone else who just walked in while she was in the middle of helping us, so we had to wait. and 2. she wouldnt sell to my mom because i came inside with her (i didnt have my ID with me). i wasnt buying anything, i was just there. if she suspected me being underage, she should have asked when we came inside. but instead we were in there for like 30 ish minutes, asking questions, and then we go to checkout and she says she wont sell it cause i was inside.aside from those things, this is a wonderful store and im glad salem is finally being more open to mary-jane.

Amazingly satisfied! Everyone in the store was very happy to help! And the owner is like 25 and owns 28 freaking smoke shops. That’s insane! Him and his brother started this business and it has taken off so far already. They have anything thc related you can think of. I respect this owner, he’s so young but already so far into the shop owning business!

Okay we use to love this store when they first opened. Now we go later in the evening about 4:30/5 and they are NEVER open. Either get more workers or stay and eat your lunch when customers don’t come in. They are losing business closing for lunch.
