I started to frequent this location due to great hospitality and service. On 7/25/24, I did a walk in pedicure as normal. Everything was going fine until it came time for my cuticles to be cut. My nail was being alittle rough and ended up cutting me multiple times. I noticed I was bleeding pretty badly and at one point he had to stop because it would not stop bleeding no matter what he did, I was speechless. They were apologetic and sympathetic and gave me a 5% discount which I wasn’t too happy about. I left in pain with a bloody toe, unhappy with this experience. It’s unfortunate I have to leave a negative review as I started to love this place. I understand this can happen, but it should not and especially this bad, I did not realize the extent of the cuts till I got to my car. Hopefully they are more careful with other customers in the future, I however will not be returning.

We walked in and seated quick without appointment for mani hombre coffin style 2 adult pedicures and 1 child nail polish and pedicure it was $220. Complimentary drinks were served they were patient with my little one and took their time and detail. Aaron was great! He really takes his time and patient. Only thing I wish they had was a rewards program for points especially because I went for my Bday and will be coming back again! And add foot spa chairs for kids too! But customer service was AMAZING AND SERVICE! Very HAPPY

Thank you to Jenny, she’s a real professional. I got my nails and eyelashes done in this salon and I really like the service. The eyelashes came out very pretty and she has them done as I wanted.I have done nails here too overall pretty good, the service is good. A little bit higher prices that usual but it is valid due to the service

Ive only been twice and both times Ive had my fingers cut/made to bleed 🥲On mothers day I got a manicure and was cut pretty badly with cuticle scissors..so today I walked in and just asked for a gel color change because I wanted to avoid being cut again. Rose started my appointment and literally filed some of my pinky skin off with the nail buffer when she was taking my old gel off. It hurt so bad. And then it felt even worse when she put the acetone on my finger to soak the rest of the gel off. 😫 So unfortunately asking just for a color change didnt stop me from getting hurt and bleeding.Things got better though when Cindy took over my appointment. She was careful to avoid where my pinky skin was bleeding and painted my nails really, really well. She suggested a thin layer of solid color underneath the glitter I had chosen, which was nice because she knew it would be too opaque without it. I also appreciated that she buffed out the glitter chunks before the top coat so my nails wouldnt feel rough. Despite the pain in my pinky, the end result came out really pretty. I definitely will be calling ahead next time to make an appointment with Cindy from now on.

I am in love 😍 Ive been shopping for a new nail salon for a long time (ever since my last manicurist moved back home) and I can finally stop looking! My nails turned out exactly like the pic I showed the technician. She listened and gave me exactly what I asked for with great attention to detail. Shape is great and no crooked/thick nails here! I cannot rave about this new set enough!Book your appointment with Judy, her work is 🔥🔥🔥 I am completely obsessed!

I went to have my nails done at another place over the weekend. They did a bad job! I came to Palladium Nail Bar this morning and they took me in right away as a walk-in. I saw Cailyn, I had to do a new set which I did not mind. She is so sweet! Took her time on my nails and did an awesome job! I am so happy on the way they came out. I will definitely come back to see Cailyn for my nails! Thank you !

My husband and I went in for a pedicure as a walk-in. We were greeted promptly with great customer service. We didn’t have to wait to be seated, they were well staffed! Our pedicures weren’t rushed our nail techs took their time and made sure we were comfortable. Triss was my nail tech and she did an awesome job on my shellac and massage! My husband had Rose and he said she did a great job as well. Overall we were so pleased with our experience. Thank you!

I went Friday to a pedicure and got a Pearl pedi not a cheap one and expected it to go great. Didn’t get to catch her name but the big girl with tattoos on her face and arms was my manicurist and as she was trimming my nails she cut me not once but twice. The first time I let it go cause it wasn’t that bad but the second time hurt so I told her and she said “I’m not cutting you!” “I said well I’m telling you it hurts!” And she said “of course it’s going to hurt I’m cutting your nails!” Which makes no sense cause no ma’am it ain’t supposed to hurt at all and she had a lot of attitude and threw her equipment don’t I drained my bowl and said “someone else can deal with you” MOST RUDE customer service ever. All because I let her know she cut me? I shouldn’t have been bleeding from my toe. The nail tech that took over was so sweet and did the job right but I just hate that on my birthday I had to deal with such a rude individual.

First time coming to this nail salon, and we had an amazing experience. We’re most definitely going to be returning, thank you Jenny and Triss for the wonderful professional service!!

Haven’t been here in awhile but finally came back today and had one of the best pedicures I could have asked for! Today was my birthday but I didn’t tell anyone and Luke my tech was so attentive to my needs throughout the pedicure that I still felt like the only one there even though it was packed. 10/10 service definitely coming back

The nails came out good, but the staff needs to be more professional. My mom came to get her nails done with me. The man doing my moms nails, John, was talking and laughing the ENTIRE time. Also that he laughed in my moms face “correcting” her on how the picture she showed is square, not round. He got the shape wrong and asked my mom saying “why didn’t you say round?” When my mom clearly said that she wanted round in the beginning. Will not come again.

This is my go to place! They’re always so sweet & give me a great service. This is my fifth time here for a pedicure. This time I had Rose, she was so kind, gentle & took her time doing my pedicure. It was a great experience like always! Definitely recommend this place! Also the gentleman in front who charges my ticket is always very respectful & kind! Thank you for being amazing. 😀

Kevin was amazing! He did a French powder dipped fill and he fixed the mess the last manicurist left me (different nail salon).

I’ve gone twice and although the atmosphere and free drinks are always good. Both times they did not refill all the way to my cuticles so it looks like I’ve had my nails for a week already. Looks like I’ll need them done a week later, but not here again.

Lisa was Great. I hadn’t had a pedicure in quite a long time and my toenails were long, but she did a great job. My pedicure and eyebrow wax was excellent. I would recommend Lisa to anyone.

My husband and I have been getting a pedicure here for at least a year. I have been coming for almost two years. We always request Rocyl and Rose when we make our appointment. We have never been disappointed with the service. I had tried several different places before I found Palladium. I recommend coming during the weekdays as the weekends can be hectic and not as relaxing.

Spent $85 plus a $20 tip an 8 days later my nails broke off and they are lifting. I called an said I need them fixed the manager told me there’s a 7 days period an after that they have to charge me lol what a joke! I will never go back there again money hungry people!

Made a last minute appointment, for 6pm. They were able to fit my daughter and myself in, both pedicures. When we arrived, we were greeted with front desk help, holding the door open for us. I added a Disney mani for my daughter. They were able to accommodate, Javier was amazing on taking on the Disney Stitch nails, for my daughter. He did a great job and, was extremely kind and, friendly with my daughter. Took his time with the details on the nails. Palladium closes at 7pm. My daughters nails were completed by 8pm and, in no way, did we feel rushed out or, did we hear comments about the time being late. Javier just wanted to do his best on my daughters nails and he did. I was, completely, satisfied with our experience there.

This was the best experience iv ever had at a nail salon!! All the staff were, friendly, and professional! My nail technician was Luke. He was amazing and our conversations were great! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Relaxing atmosphere with drinks,and a great playlist. They use a sealed and sanitized set of tools for manicures and pedicures. Teddy does awesome work. I was able to show him a picture of what I wanted done and he replicated it flawlessly.

One star for the hard work Kat does at the front desk. She was VERY accommodating to my disabilities to get me in when my appt was scheduled for. By the way theres no reason to make an appointment really, unless theyre not busy, because if they are and you walk in at your appt time theyll give the next available tech to the person thats been waiting the longest. The second star is for Rose. So sweet and delicate as her name. She gave me a face wax. She took her time and was very thorough. She didnt speak much English, but I didnt mind. It was nice to have someone work on you that wasnt in such a rush. Youre paying for atmosphere here and not much else. Theres hardly any techs that work in such a huge salon. But, with the owner standing around holding a clipboard and watching over them just like slave labor is done, its a no wonder that they dont have techs rushing to work there. I have lower back issues and needed to walk a bit after sitting for a couple of hours, when I asked my tech, her eyes got big and she looked at her boss and said no, how about you stretch? So I left it like that, until I couldnt, I called him over and told him I was taking a little walk. He was just so nice about it. The problem here is, I basically had to ask or inform! What? Anyway, got the nails done for occasion and the morning of, the two gels popped off. If you do decide after reading this review to go, be sure to tell Kat that Hope says Hello.

Sueann did a phenomenal job on my nails! She shaped them great and was quick! By far THE BEST set of nails I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her!Rose did my pedicure, and she also did a phenomenal job! She really took her time & made sure they were exactly what I wanted!Thank you ladies! I will be a regular here from now on.

This is a very nice clean place. I understand with the price of inflation everything’s more expensive. My Nail Tech Triss did an awesome job.The only thing I did not like was, the nail techs had timers. Why?

Today I had the pleasure of having Nina as my nail tech and I really debated about leaving this review because I don’t want her to be too booked for me after this but she deserves the recognition! Nina was so sweet and is just amazing at what she does! I could tell immediately that Nina is a perfectionist, she really took her time and paid attention to the small details. She also didn’t rip my last set off (which seems to be something a lot of nail techs do lately), she actually soaked them in acetone and took her time with the removal process which I really appreciated. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done.

So they had advertised a SPECIAL .... photo enclosed of false advertising.So when we clarified services & prices that were not disclosed. The services were horrendous..They offered us the Free drinks & have us menu. Then after we clarified the prices & services they changed.They didnt offer us drinks took menu.Rushed trying to trade customers. unfinished services to have someone else finish job to take other customer.

Update: it has been 4 days and the dip nails are chipping bad.Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. Im just super upset...after having them redone it was still a disaster. This was my first time getting dip at this location- the initial set wasnt done correctly and residue wasnt removed from my fingers.. ended up paying $100 for everything (pedi, eyebrows, dip) and being there for over 3 hours. My nails were very very very thick and uneven. I was frustrated when they were being redone and didnt want to stay even longer to have them fixed for a THIRD time. Didnt offer an apology discount or anything 😭 Im not going back after this. I was asked by several people if a kid did my nails because of how horrible they are.I had no issues with the pedi or eyebrows but this was a different tech than the one who worked on my nails. I want my money back 😩 😫

It’s a no for me.My husband got the signature manicure $22.Received a 2 minute hand massage, no clear polish, no warm towel.My manicure seems lifted.It doesn’t lay flat.

Tommy and David were so helpful while I choose my nail color and design. I was able to let my creativity follow with their guidance. My pedicure experience was much needed after 5 events this past weekend. The aroma from the organic cucumber pedicure was uplifting and relaxing. The nail technician handled both my nails and feet with care!

Second time here, it’s a Clean place, attentive and polite staff. I Was able to walk right in and not have to wait.

I did the dip powder service (2/26/20) and it cracked on 4 nails not even 2 days later. And the color ended up looking nothing like the nail swatch. I went back to get a refund today (2/28/20) and the manager would not do it. She offered to redo them or give me a gift card. Why would I want them to redo my nails or ever go back with a gift card if I they already screwed them up once?? I will not ever go back, will not recommend this place to anyone, and will be opening a dispute with my bank for this merchant. Venice Nail Salon on Culebra rd is amazing and that is where I usually go. I cheated on my usual spot and tried palladium bc it was closer but that’s what I get :(

Do not recommend. The Manager is very cocky and not welcoming and this was my first visit. The staff are constantly huddled around each other laughing and talking about their edible drugs more than paying attention to the customer. The products are cheap, no matching dip and polish colors because “they all suck” according to the manager.Tools are reused and not sanitized and there seems to be fees charged for everything. Very overpriced! You have to take off my dip before you can put on a new dip, why charge me for that? Way overpriced for poor service, cheap products and no selection. Clearly this is to support the drug habits of the staff. Unbelievable!

Usually love my nails here but today my set was bad I wouldn’t recommend chrome nails here I think the product was bad because I have had the same tech before do a great job definitely was not worth $85 for terrible nails they are lumpy uneven and my cuticles weren’t cleaned up

I love this place! I have been coming since it opened and have never needed to go to another nail place again. Sueann is amazing and will do your nails in any way you like. She is the best artist! Tommy is aso friendly and has outstanding service and if you havent tried Palladium, youre missing out! Book an appointment with Sueann because her appointments are hard to come by! Walk ins are also nice but if you want the best, you gotta call ahead! ❤️🔥

Yea I won’t be going back here. Didn’t even want to finish my service… my pedicure was not where it was… and I asked for my big toe nails to be shaped a certain way since I have acrylic on them and the lady did what she wanted instead of listening. She just chopped them down and I tried to stop her and she got irritated and kept trying to file them down.. making them uneven so I told her to just stop. So now I’m going to have to get my nails redone somewhere else bc they are totally off n jagged.. I’m really irritated with the service here. I would have got a full set as well but I cancelled after the service of the pedicure. I’m good and will be going where I originally was planning to go from here on out.

I had been going her for a couple of years. Last year Boston turned my fingernails green because he wasn’t sanitary. I continued to come here for my pedicures because Rocyl was excellent. Yesterday I tried to call all day to get an appointment for today and they never answered the phone. And this voicemail is full. They obviously don’t care about having repeat business.

Katie did an amazing job. I got a pedi and was completely satisfied.

They dont do regular manicures. When I scheduled my appointment, I explained I wanted a regular manicure. When I arrived, they told me they do not do regular manicures with regular nail polish. I explained I scheduled a regular manicure and I was sad that I probably couldnt get a manicure that day due to scheduling since I waited all day for mine at this facility. I also explained that some people physically cant get artificial nails. The man was kind and understanding. He allowed it just this one because he understood my dilemma. Still, its sad that they dont offer this service to those in need. When I received my manicure, it was exclusively nails. There was no massage involved like at all other nail salons Ive frequented for the last decade or so. The place is nice but the service, not so much. I wish I liked it better. I wanted for this to be my new nail salon. Taking my business elsewhere because they reject my nail needs.

I took my elderly mother to the Palladium Nail Bar early March and that experience was pleasant enough to want to take her again. Same service as before, basic manicure no polish $22. This time there was a male at the front desk, kind of rude from the get go. I thought, whatever maybe he just had a difficult customer. It was about 1030am. The first tech who took the order ticket saw my mother and made this face of disgust, she didnt even see me. She took us to the station but before we got situated , she passed the order ticket to another tech who happened to be the same one we had on our previous visit, Rose, a very pleasant soft spoken lady. She offered my mother and I a drink, which we kindly declined. As she was cutting my mothers nails she said its very easy to do...we could save $20 if I just do it myself at home. My mother has many health conditions, needs regular medical treatments and has memory problems. Nonetheless, she likes going out and tolerates quick visits to various places, most times I cannot keep up with her requests. She used to be a Texas licensed cosmetologist at one point so she is used to the smell of the chemicals so that does not bother my mother. I think the techs heart was in the right place, but like I said, my mother gets bored being at home and as her primary caregiver, I dont mind paying $22 for the help with a basic manicure, no polish. Anyway, most of the techs were speaking in a language that was neither English nor Spanish which was awkward, but more awkward was that another employee came over and stood next to the tech and had a conversation, in not English/Spanish, for a good third of my mothers manicure. The manicure took at most 20 minutes. We then went to the front counter to pay. Again same rude man, no customer service persona whatsoever, no How was your visit? Nothing. He just gave me the total, I left a $5 tip, he gave me the receipt, slammed the drawer shut and turned around. Not even a thank you. Idk whats going on at this place. I suppose the economics of it just dont make sense anymore, maybe they did pre-pandemic. I can see how a nail salon would want to woo customers buying their pricier services. In that case, just say so, The basic manicure is no longer available because we would not be able to stay in business, I would totally understand. As for me, I guess Ill just go back to doing my moms monthly manicure myself along with her laundry, her meals, her showers, her haircuts, etc, etc etc...I swear there are more services for dogs then there are for the elderly...too too 😔

I got only my second pedicure ever and it was amazing! After my first one I thought Id never get another because i didnt really see the appeal but after this place I get it! I had Lexi take care of me and it was incredible. She was able to work out knots in my legs that feel like theyve been there for years and my feet have never looked better! I know its traditionally a lady thing but it was great and I recommend guys take advantage of this!

Terrible salon!Went today! They will not use regular polish anymore! The girl said…too many people complained that their nails were chipping! So we only do Gel!!!!Unbelievable!!!! Gels wreck your nails!!!She said…we will give you a manicure but will not put on your polish!!!

The experience itself was awesome! Everyone is super nice and my tech, Phillip I think was his name, was super helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my nails started lifted less than a week after getting them done😢

I really like my set, only thing is that they glow when Im inside. I love it! Its a nice twist to my natural nail.

I came here to get a mani/pedi for vacation in July. In the end I ended up with a couple of bloody fingers, but my nails and toes looked fantastic! My polish on my toes is still on and hasnt chipped at all. However, I went back to get my nails redone after vacation cause I needed them shorter for work, and the next day polish chipped so I went back and had them redo the 3 that chipped. Then two days later 3 nails chipped again, two of them being the ones that had already been redone. With 3 kiddos I dont have time to keep going back everytime one of them chips. May go back for another pedi just cause its lasted for so long, but def not for my nails.

Friendly staff, great check in process!! We didn’t have a wait, booked our appointment for the tail in of the day. Everything is well organized, they have a variety of different options from nails to waxing. They also make some pretty scrumptious drinks! My nails are amazing, no cracks, chips, and they are thin (natural feeling) the way I like them! Already made my second appointment!!

I got my eyebrows and pedicure done here and I am definitely returning! Relaxing luxurious atmosphere with courteous staff. True did my pedicure and he was a delight to speak with! He was very attentive to the water temperature and held great conversation. The inside of the building is gorgeous it doesnt feel like the normal SA nail salon. My eyebrows look awesome and my feet are soft and pretty! Thank you Palladium for going above expectation, I will return!

Put me with an inexperienced nail tech. Didnt know what to do. Remove gell polish and it took her too much time. Then she just left me sitting there waiting for someone to finish the job. No one came. Got up and paid $10 and left.Will never go back. Horrible customer service from the front desk girl.

Beautiful place, but the technician seemed to be in a hurry, I felt uncomfortable and rushed, and he was not very friendly at all. I felt I didnt get what I paid for. I requested the delux service. Didnt feel that it lived up to it name.. I personally will not be going again...

I went in for the first time with my two and half year old daughter. Jackie took care of me. She was amazing. She did a great job. I love how my manicure and pedicure turned out. We will definitely be going back in the future. My little one loves her nails.

Glenda did an AMAZING job! It was my first time, so I was a bit nervous but they were super friendly and attentive the entire time. They walked me through every step of the deluxe pedicure, made sure I was okay with water pressure/temps. Glenda checked in on me to make sure if I was comfortable, needed a drink, and provided great service throughout the entire pedicure. I am definitely going to be booking another appointment in the future and appreciate Glenda’s time and work. I recommend the deluxe pedicure for anyone in search of a new nail salon!

I had a wonderful experience with 🌹 its been awhile since Ive gotten a pedicure so I thought I try out this salon I am new to the area .when I normally go to the salon and the ladies see my hard skin on my feet some are less attentive then I need them to be, I stand up for 10 hours due to my job so I get ALOT of hard skin, but not Miss Rose and personally the scrape is my favorite part.Miss rose got all the hard skin I kept referring to as cheese my feet are so smooth!!! she was very sweet and polite .I’ll definitely be back thank you so much for the amazing pedicure also the salon it self was just beautiful and calming

I had an appointment for a pedicure with another manicurist who wasn’t there. Rose ended up doing my pedicure. I really liked going to Jacky, but she stopped working there. Rose was very attentive to her work. I love that she made sure my feet were nice and smooth. Love the massage on my legs that by the time she was done, I didn’t want to leave. So relaxing! I’m hoping to get Rose again.

I received a manicure and dip nails. Within a week my nails started to crack/chip and 3 completely fell off on day 7/8. I am highly disappointed in the quality of work that I paid so much for. I also opted for white dip and they started yellowing within a few days. The nail techs were very nice however the quality of work was absolutely horrible.

I went to Palladium Nail Bar to get my lashes and nails done. I paid the amount on the itemized receipt, and kept my receipt until the amount cleared. A few days later there was another charge on my card for $45 from Palladium which I did not recognize. I called the shop to inquire about the additional charge. I was told by the owner that they forgot to charge me for something. I was extremely upset because they never called to inform me they were placing additional charges on my card. My phone number was in the system because you log in with a number. I called my bank, and they stated it is illegal to charge amounts without prior authorization from the customer. Palladium should never have held my card information or placed additional charges on my card without authorization. Beware when you go to this establishment. They CAN AND WILL charge you for additional services without your knowledge. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I always have great service and nails here. I love how clean my brows are after :) their music playlists are usually great also!

I have been here before and left a Yelp review for how hospitable, professional and just all around wonderful their work was here. Today they out did themselves m. I’ve never had such a phenomenal pedicure. It was just what I needed and I cannot wait to come again. Make sure to call ahead to get an appointment, walk ins havent worked too well for me unless its earlier in the day. Nina and Boston did an amazing job on my nail. Plus, their reward program is digitally tracked so I never have to worry about punching a card or anything. My go to place when I want a simple polish or something super detailed. They can do it all.

Pretty disappointed with the service of this place. I walked in at 7:08p, they close at 8p; however my nails felt extremely rushed. They even made a mistake in the color of my dip because of the rushing. Thankfully, the lady helping me did correct the issue and did seem to take her time in the shaping/buffering portion of the nails. But, another employee, a male associate, made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE while there. He was constantly hovering over, watching my nails get done, then would randomly start laughing. I felt like I had someone judging me or just pressuring the lady to hurry the entire time. I was uneasy and couldnt relax at all.My nails ended up looking good, a little more pink than Id like, but still looks good, so I can manage. But the service really killed the mood and stressed me out.In addition, every single employee looked like they were in a rush and ready to leave early.Piece of advise for the manager: if yall dont want to stay till close, dont stay open so late. Change your service hours.Edit: Update. My nails seem damaged ever since this appointment. Since it was only my second Dip appointment, I was unaware of how they remove the old nails. Well, that day the lady at this salon RIPPED them off. Come to find out at my next appointment somewhere else, THEYRE SUPPOSED TO SOAK THEM. Omg, my nails are so fragile now. I had even told the lady it hurt really bad as she removed them and she just said, I know, but we have to take them off. Almost done. I have just been patiently waiting for them to grow out again.

I got dip and a pedi my first visit. I had an enjoyable experience. A week later and my dip mani was cracking and chipping. I called before leaving a review. They asked me to come in to get it fixed. They fixed the nails that had cracks which were 6/10 fingers. They are lumpy now, but better than being cracked I guess. Then they did some sort of math on how to charge me based on how long ago my last visit was and it came out to $27… I didn’t even bother arguing it. Just paid and left. Won’t be back even though I really enjoyed my experience the first time around. :( P.S. Just looked at some of their lower reviews and it seems they have a lot of issues with dip. The techs seem like they know what they are doing. I think they may need to research the products used and figure out what methods work best for long lasting dip.

They do good on my nails everytime and they usually can squeeze you in for an appointment. The staff is always nice and the place is beautiful and clean. Definitely will be back!

Made an appointment and went in for a pedicure and dip powder manicure. Julia did a beautiful job on my hands and paid such close attention to detail. Usually I don’t like my nails bc I have big hands lol but she made them look stunning. And Rose did my pedicure, she was so gentle and did a really good job. They were both very kind and professional and clean. One of my favorite experiences at a nail salon and will 100% be back.

Love this nail salon! the owner and receptionist are so kindhearted. the salon has such a luxurious feel and is clean. tesla did such an incredible job on my nails and was so fun to talk to. i’m so glad i took all the recommendations to come to this location. there’s tons of seating for pedicures and manicures, tons of colors to choose from, and they even have a full bar. excited to make this my spot!

Poor service! The water was cold and even when I told the girl she didn’t fix it. She was rough with my feet and completed my pedicure with in 20min! She never offered me a drink…I had to ask for one. After a long day of working with patient care, was hoping for a good pedicure. The girl didn’t even massage my feet…only my legs. Will NEVER go back!

Got a Mani and pedi with my daughter. Leo was great took his time to make every nail perfect.

It’s a nice place. I got the spa pedicure and a fill.The water wasn’t warm enough, and the massage felt more like a soft rub. The tech was very nice but had a light touch. Im used to the paraffin wax being warmer and covering my entire foot. There was barely enough to cover the bottom of my feet.My nail fill looks good but they weren’t buffed enough. The shape and polish are fine but the nail beds look rough. It doesn’t lay flat like I’m used to.Overall it was an ‘okay’ experience.

Started going to this nail bar about 18 months ago. The service and the product gradually started going down hill on each subsequent visit. After my last visit in June I will not be returning. It was rushed and the nail work was subpar.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. A friend of mine told me about this place. Conveniently located with plenty of parking. There’s a variety of staff members, all very professional. With as large as the salon is, there is a level of intimacy. This was one of the best salons I have found so far in SA.

I went in to get my nails done for fun. When they first sat me down and did my nails, the color was completely wrong. After I confronted the staff, they assured me they would fix them right away. They proceeded to soak my nails and redo the color. They were extremely kind about the situation. 10/10 would recommend. My nails turned out gorgeous. This is my new favorite nail spot.

My new fave place! Let me tell you, Rose & Candy took their sweet & precious time on my pedi & mani!!! Amazing customer service from everyone. I truly felt pampered the entire time. This was my first time coming in here! Everything was clean and everyone was professional! Cindy is amazing! She doesn’t make you feel rushed like I’ve felt at other salons. Definitely will be a repeat customer! Prices are great too! Cheaper than other places and better quality!

I didnt have an appointment but had zero wait time and my tech went above and beyond to get the exact colors on the picture I presented. She was super fast and very detailed. Definitely recommend.

I took my daughter to get her nails done and Adam was great. He took the time to make sure her nails were done the way she wanted them. Service was great and the wait was very short.

I was greeted as soon I walked in. Their check in process was so pleasant and their interior is beautiful. I loved the music and the lighting. It’s definitely a place where I want to relax after a long day at work. Most importantly, I saw an employee continuously clean and sanitize & Mary provided a great pedicure.

Their FB page says they accept walk ins but when I arrived they told me I needed to schedule and were able to get me in about an hour later. No biggie since I just grabbed lunch nearby. When I arrived for the appointment the staff just wasnt very welcoming (except the receptionist was very nice), they sat me in a chair after I picked my polish and no one really talked after that. It was just an awkward experience. I also pay less and get more done at other nail salons.

The Salon is brand new. Everything looks nice and clean. They offer complimentary drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic, 2 free). Theyre a bit pricey but the location and the service is worth the price. My nail technicians name was Lily. My nails came out great, no complaints.

SueAnne is very friendly and does an amazing job every time I come in and get my nails done by her. I’ve also had pedicures by several different people who are also very good. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I have a great experience every time I come in here. I will keep coming back again and again.

It was amazing Tommy is the owner and he is honest and friendly. Tommy makes sure everyone is good and checks up during time in spa. He makes sure he hires amazing people. Lisa and Su have been the best. I would highly recommend this place it is hard to find a place where you can be yourself no matter what type of walk of life you come from.

Dell was awesome! Super friendly... I smuged a nail thinking it was dry and they fixed it with no problems. I use a special tip and the salon owner ordered it for me. Needles to say we (me & my daughters) will be back. -Darla

I was a walk in for a full set. The wait was very short Andy nails turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them. Everyone was so nice and they made sure I was comfortable. They offer you a drink too which was a plus. The decor is absolutely beautiful and classy. I have zero complaints and will definitely be back.

I called and asked forr the price of acrylic nails. They quoted 30-45. I told them that she wanted to bring in a picture of design she wanted and they still said 30-45. They quoted individual eye lash extensions at 119. I thought it was high but I could send one daughter for extension and the other wanted nails and they could get it done at the same time. I sent my girls and they called me upset because it cost $246. My older daughter got the eye lash extensions, she wanted glam but they did natural, she also added a $10 wax. My younger daughter got her nails done and the artist did the design wrong. He wrote the letters to the word backwards. I forced my daughter to go back in and have them fix it. I called to find out why it cost so much and they charged my child $80 for nails that they quoted me 30-45. They said the artist could add whatever he wanted!!! They should have said that from the start. They charged $119+$10+80 , thats $210 for nails done wrong and eyelash that were definitely not glam!!! It was $246 because my daughter thought she had to do 15%. Im not sure how that happened. This was a complete rip off and I will never use this place again. The artist didnt want to fix the backwards letters but my daughter argued and showed him the picture again. He could obviously see that he did it wrong. My girls learned an expensive lesson. You cant let people cheat you and not give you what you paid for and watch out for hidden charges. This was the worst experience!!! Im sure they noticed two younger girls and just took full advantage of the situation. Shame on you!!!~

My wife and I have been here a few times to get pedicures and service was good. Came here today 30 minutes before they closed and got rejected. I understand if you close at a certain time but you know as well as I do, that a customer is a customer. Gave them a 1 star due the unprofessionalism that was portrayed as a business. Don’t go there unless you plan to be there an hour before they close because their time is more important than yours.

I had a fill done on my acrylics and my gel polish was bubbled up and peeling off the next day. I went back to the salon to have it fixed and here we are a day later and its doing the same thing. It looks absolutely awful. And these services are expensive. Im so frustrated.

This was my first time visiting Palladium Nail Bar. Kim was excellent. I was a bit indecisive on color but she took the time to show me how the color would actually be. Kim was very nice & sweet. I will definitely be going back again.

I got both the luxury gel mani and pedi. A super nice, well kept place. The only reason for the rating was because the woman Mary I think her name was, doing my nails and I didnt notice until later that night, there was polish around the tip of two of my nails which shouldve been removed and on the side. I thought I had a skin tear but it was polish. Eventually it came off with hand washing but still, it was kind of uncomfortable for a few days cuz it was hard and nail polish remover didnt do the trick as it was gel. Also, theres a few rough spots, its not smooth. The older gentleman who did the pedi was awesome! Then my friend, Mary did her pedi which she said was fine. She realized the same time I was checking my nails, that a few of her nails were placed slightly crooked and a few not flat, they were angling up, a couple of them were angling down. She wasnt happy with hers. Plus the young gentleman, I believe his name is Eric, was on his phone looking at stocks the entire time, even after I hinted if he was new. Nice guy, but for 10 years of experience, it wasnt his best. I did not use fake nails like she did. We both said, we more than likely wouldnt go back considering the amount of money spent and we werent satisfied, more her than me. Oh and I realized, we both got luxury but we didnt get a luxury Mani. I noticed while we were getting our feet done, the two ladies got the works, wax, a long massage etc. I got a small hand massage and thats it. My friend didnt even get that. Again, we both didnt realize this until later while we were talking and checking our nails. I did grab the brochure not even thinking about that at the time, it was for future appointments. But sure enough, we were suppose to get the works and never did and I tipped really well. So yes, we wont be going back.

DO NOT WANT TO RETURN FOR ANYMORE SERVICES, ONLY WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! Worst nail experience ever! 9 days after having new set, my nails starting falling off. By Thanksgiving Eve, I was able to peel all off easily. I have had nails for 30+ years and never had such a bad exeperience with nails. Also, they will NOT refund my money! Want me to come back in, NO WAY! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

So I got a Mani + Gel treatment, but unfortunately my skin and cuticles look very messy and unclean. I like a fine line and no skin tags, I loved Jimmy the tech, but maybe in the future I need to specify my wants and needs. But just thought I would aromatically get the quality since I asked for the manicure as well. I love the salon itself though, everyone is always very nice and professional. I will post a picture for reference.

I do not recommend this nail salon for multiple reasons. I went in for a fill and was left with very poor nails. they were not only mishaped and clumpy, but the nail tech blamed the work on the “matte” gloss. Because it was near closing hours I was advised to return the following morning. I returned the following day and thankfully the owner fixed the nails, so i gave it another try and asked for wax services and was left with very severe burns on my upper lip. Anyone who had received waxing services knows the wax is supposed to avoid contact with the lip/eye entirely. Overall a horrific experience and i was not given my money as agreed so i filed a dispute with my bank and the funds were recovered. It is a beautiful salonwith decent prices but since it is so new it comes with the cost of very amateur work.

Okay no lie I’m amazed. I have a VERY difficult time finding a salon who will do my nails and the gel doesn’t peel or chip within the supposed 2 week period. It’s been over 2 weeks and STILL no chips and very minor lifting near my cuticle. I didn’t get the names of the two that waited on me but it was an older woman and young man, I believe the manager? (Took our temp, answered phones,etc)1000% recommend this salon!

I have been going to Palladium for a year or more now and I usually appreciate the profesional and friendly service they provide. But there has been a change in staff an unfortunately the customer service has been declining. Customer service is something I personally very much appreciate at any establishment, and was honestly one of the main reasons I liked going here, but now it seems to feel like any other salon. The vibe is gone, now im left feeling slightly disappointed 😞

Both times I went to this nail salon my gel Polish has like a foggy white top coat. I didn’t notice until I wiped off all the cuticle oil they put on.I can’t believe this happened twice. I wish I could go back to get it redone but they work so slow for a bad outcome. They also have acrylic shield between techs while getting your mani done but workers gather together. At one time there were 3 people around me and the tech for a while, what’s the point of the shield? Don’t waste your time at this nail salon.

I went for the very first time last week for a mani/ pedi I liked how the inside looked but I was very disappointed on how my gel nails came out. I’m not sure what the lady’s name was but she was a bit older and I asked her to shape my nails straight and she did them round so when I asked her again she just shaved my nails down so they look very tiny now. Also, I had to ask her 3 times to paint my entire nail because she wouldn’t paint by my cuticles! So I decided to not waste my money on a pedicure. And I’m never going back!

This has been one of the best places Ive been to so far!! Jimmy was absolutely amazing! I got the luxury pedicure and it exceeded my expectations! It was very relaxing and worth every penny! This is going to be my go to place from now on!

While out doing my morning shopping for the day my feet were tired and worn , I bent down to give them a little massage and on my way up I noticed the platinum sign of the Palladium Nail Bar!! I decided to enter and I was politely greeted by the host who professionally took my temperature and asked me to wash my hands afterwards. He so kindly asked what services I was looking for and I plainly told him I would like a manicure and pedicure, he showed me the menu of services that they provide and I chose to go with the platinum service. My service provider Lisa greeted me with a smile that I could see extend through her mask and led me to my massage chair to perform my spa services as I requested. Palladium Nail Bar is both pleasuring to the eye as well as the body. I would highly recommend making this your go to nail spa.

Kind, but gel manicure is chipping after less than a week

Without question the best quality nail salon in the area. Its gorgeous and comfortable inside! The staff are talented, professional and personable. I took my daughter for her 19th birthday and she loved the whole experience.

This is my husbands account thats why the name says joshua! Anyways. This place is nice on the inside . However, the services are not good. Lisa did my pedi. It was not very relaxing. She kept cutting me! It was so painful. The pedi i got said it included hot towels and a 6 minute message. She did not include the hot towel and the 6 minute message was more like 1 minute on each leg. Which is so sad because that is what i look forward to most. The paint job was okay but i have had better. Teddy did my nails. I got dip on my real nail, pretty basic right? It seemed like he was really experienced but my nails did not come out good at all! Diff shapes and sizes. Not the color i hoped for. Cuticles uneven. My dip looks like its gonna last a week maybe. I am so sad because i really wanted to like this place. I did not have time to ask then to fix anything because i have two littles at home so when i go somewhere and spend lots of time and money i expect it to me done right the first time. I paid and left and will not be returning. I honestly cant wait to get my nails redone at my usual place.

BEWARE. My wife was got a manicure and pedicure whose services should have been $150; however, they decided to add all sorts of hidden fees. My total was $215 in the end. Apparently every one of the nail technician is a master technician and there is a $25 fee that was not disclosed upon initiating services. Also, the master nail technician is allowed to add whatever they feel is necessary to your nails no matter the cost. Again, this was not disclosed prior to beginning services. There was a list of other hidden fees (just like a bank) but I was to irritated to listen to them in detail.

We were able to walk in and get our nails done right away. Everyone was very nice, they did quality work, and the establishment was clean. Would absolutely recommend.

Horrible experience and not professional services. He laughed at me when I asked him to fix the shape. Less than a week later 6 nails broke this photo is 4 days later with 3 glued on. The photo speak for itself. Im embarrassed to say I payed $65 for this, Not to mention the $15 extra chrome I was supposed to get. It was literally just a pearl topcoat.

Nails brake and shellac chips a day or two after having them done. I’ve gone several times because we all have bad days but this time while on vacation nails chipped after 2days not acceptable. When I come back to have the 2nails fixed they want me to wait 3hrs for an appt to fix 2 nails! Not acceptable. I’ve brought several friends with me and have been referring this place but don’t plan on going back if this is the service they give to an unhappy customer

Hard to find businesses that still do classic manicures on natural nails. Lisa did a great job. Professional and kind. Most relaxing hour of my day.

Ive been here to get my nails redone 3x in a week by teddy helen and and the manager! The first 2x my dip started coming off in two days. And this third time omg they look horrible. One of them is so short and chunky bc the dip chipped and took ofd half my real nail. I am seriously so annoyed and will never be coming back here. This place wont last very long. Please do not waste ur time and money on this place. Worst place ever!!!!!! If i could i would give zero stars.

Ive been to this new nail salon three times since it opened and each time has been an excellent experience. The place is extremely clean and the interior is decorated very nicely. Best salon around. One of the owners Tommy was extremely friendly and customer focused. I highly recommend this place!

Not happy at all. I asked for pink and white dip, but only got the white top. I wanted my cuticles trimmed but I guess he forgot. After seeing the nail job, I wasnt going to remind him. After I left I noticed the top coat was lumpy. On top of it all theyre waaaayy overpriced Will not be returning.

First time we went was terrific. Second time however resulted in one thumb nail being longer then the other and two fingers being hurt. The eye lashes were done phenomenally though! We will just make sure to ask for one of the more experienced technicians.

I went for gel nails before christmas. After a few days one nail cracked and a couple of days later another one cracked. I went back after new years to get them fixed and I showed them a few others that had lines or grooves that seemed like they might crack as well. I had to pay do get them redone because their guarantee is 7 days and I was at the 8th day. They did discount it but still unhappy that I had to pay anything. I have not decided if I will return to palladium.

Do not come here it was a waste of time .you will constantly be turned away as a walk in and when you do get service your nails do not last but a couple of days. They rush through the service ... whoever owns this place should know that you were losing hundreds if not thousands of dollars a week because of customers being turned away I alone spend 200 easy on my nails when I come for one day

Blue was my nail tech and they did amazing. My nails came out super cute and included a little flower design which they did flawlessly :)

I originally absolutely loved Helen. Perfect each time. Quality went down immensely and I was hurt badly. My nail was drilled through the center. I never went back.

Super disappointing, went to get a classic pedicure was there at 6:45pm for them to say they stop taking clients at 6pm when the website states it closes at 8pm, door says 7:30pm. First time experience will never go again.

Ok only three stars because lady who did my eyebrows was good not awesome but good. My daughter was a different story she took a while to let her natural shape grow back but the lady rounded her eyebrows like Ronald McDonald 😯😡

The service is poor. The front desk is not friendly. The techs spent the whole time talking to each other in a foreign language. The lady burned my ankle with a hot towel.

I highly recommend Jenny, shes very good at what she does. Shes very nice and friendly, attentive and meticulous with my nails and waxing.

I asked for almond shaped acrylic nails and they were not all the same shape. I have 2 nails that are crooked while some are thinner width wise than others. My nails did not match any of the almond shaped nails on the pictures posted. I ended up filing my tips and sides down myself but they still look bad so I will be getting them done again at another salon.

This was my 2nd time going for a pedicure. Beautiful place, but some of the staff was a bit rude. It took away from what should have been a relaxing experience.

Very disappointed I waited long and then the lady who did my nails messed up and now my nails are chipping and the white polish is changing colors. Never had an experience like this anywhere

I’ve been here a few times but I really enjoyed my visit today. Vivian was the one that did my nails and she did a great job

I came in and had no idea what I wanted. They were patient understanding and so sweet and helpful! Definitely my new regular salon

I have now been here 3 times and have had excellent service, the people are nice and Hellen does beautiful nails.

Gabby was so sweet she did my feet and didn’t even hurt and the color was beautiful so I feel so comfortable with her she did a great job

Lisa did amazing on my winter feet for my pedicure. Just got the signature but was great!

They always rush me out - this place just want your money and doesn’t care to deliver the best customer service

Jerry was very professional, great customer service, I was a lil upset about the extra $5to take off the dip on my nail , but then realized it was worth it . Will be coming back

Hannah did a great Job on my nails, she matched a picture that I brought in and she took her time on each individual nail….👍

They were so rude dont have an appointment they basically dont want to help you if anything is too complicated they dont want to help you yeah I walked in for services they were really rude and giving me the runaround so I left I didnt even get work done nor will I ever go back and get work done

Thanks to Ben and Stephanie who made our visit a good time. We will definitely be coming back for a mani pedi.
