Went for the very first time with a good friend of mine, to celebrate her next chapter in life. Congratulations on the promotion Abby! Much love and I’ll miss you until we meet again…

Great location. Love the live music and DJ. They primarily play country music but do throw in some variety. Lots of parking but tends to fill up fast. They offer outdoor seating and some delicious tacos. Service is generally pretty good,never waiting too long for drinks.

First time and last time at location. Recommend looking at other location in San Antonio. Thursday night was not busy, bouncers outside horrible with greeting patrons, and wait at the bar for service was slow. Really gave the sense of you shouldn’t be here. Beer was not cold. Seems bartenders were more interested in flirting for tips and un organized in service. If you want to hangout, this could be a stop before actually going to country bar and dance. Or just look at better spots in San Antonio.Do agree parking is a challenge as they have a small area.

We went on a Friday night at around midnight and the place was decently packed. We were able to walk in and found an open table for our group of 6. Lots of people having a great time. There was a live band playing with a DJ between sets. The country music was predominantly newer country. The drinks were decent and surprisingly affordable. The dance floor was a little on the small side, but it never got to the point where is was too packed. We did not try any of the food so I cant speak on that. Overall a decent place to go if you like newer country music.

Cool place to get a drink. During happy hour specials or deals they run the prices can be good. They have live performances that set the atmosphere. Nice place to wear your cowboy hats and boots. Give it a try and enjoy yourself 👌

We were visiting from out of town. Wanted a nice romantic night out. Within 5 minutes of being there, some crazy guy threatened to kill us for no reason what so ever. Said hed shoot us in the parking lot. I informed security. Come to find out, said crazy guy is friends with the staff so they let him stay. We felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable and left. Will not return. Ended up dancing the night away at some western bar further north.Side note- the band was awesome!

The band was decent, and the place was packed. My bartender was amazing and did a really great job at taking care of our party. I wouldve loved to give her a shot out but didnt catch her name. Will ask next time.

Need to figure out AC. Its very hot inside.They have commercial fan at the bar, and people are just trying to cool off. Beer was not that cold. They have a tiny little fridge at the bars that stocks the beers, and its just not cold enough. I was with a group of friends, and we were all drinking ice water because it was so hot inside.

Not a country person but really fun place and they were serving bomb tacos when I was there.

The girl manager cant quite remember her name right now but she white complected and blonde hair, super sweet and friendly.Saw her last year for my birthday and this year too, she really handles everything in a calm positive attitude and shes totally deservant of her position. Highly recommended for partys there. Shes very vibrant and friendly and that what pulls ppl in when you want to visit 151.

We stopped by to check out 151 Saloon My buddy was home on leave and he just wanted to chill and have a good time. He suggested this place. We had a great time and the security there was on top of things. A random person stepped up to our friend.He seemed intoxicated already. The staff quickly jumped in action and escorted the man out. It was an isolated incident.bartender was great. She kindly gave us water to balance out the alcohol upon request. Thank you everyone at bar 151. We will be back soon with more friends. We felt welcomed.

This is an awesome honkytonk to hang out in. They’ve got a decent sized dancefloor, a TouchTunes jukebox, and live music on weekend evenings. The bands are usually local cover bands, but they cover the Texas regional Red Dirt style music, so I really dig that.They have a full bar with $2.50 wells and domestic beers until 8pm. The only downside is, they don’t have any beer on tap. Bottles and cans only. The beer selection isn’t huge, but they do carry a few Texas brewed regional beers.Plenty of seating on the inside, and PLENTY of more seating on the outside deck and patio.Sometimes they have food trucks outside, but other times, they only have someone inside the front door selling tacos, and quesadillas, etc.The soap dispenser in the bathroom doesn’t work, so you have to scoop your hand into it to get soap - um, no thanks.But that’s really the only issue I had - I’m adding this place to me “keepers” list. It was fun hanging out here!

Had a great Friday evening at 151 Saloon in San Antonio. The Corey Weaver Band was playing and they are great!!!! They have a big dancefloor and a lot of chairs and tables.

Its always a great place to stop by and have a good time. Drinks are very reasonable with an awesome happy hour.They have live music on Saturdays. A couple of pool tables, which I love. The patio area is huge and well lit for a nice evening.The dance floor is massive along with the rest of the establishment.Multiple bars to get your drinks quickly.Highly recommend!

Great live artists. Festive for the upcoming St. Pattys Day holiday. $10 per person cover, worth it. All bartenders, great attitudes, pleasant demeanor. Only possible (somewhat finnicky) critique would be that they section off too much prime real estate seating for booked / reserved tables, & hey if theyre making theyre money that way then go ahead & get it how you live! 🤑 however it doesnt leave many seats at the bar tops or at the longer (what I call) conversation tables. Also too, slight suggestion, turn the reverb down a little bit on the live music. Some want to hear the actual words to the songs, esp when yall book pretty freakin stellar artists. Other than that, great place to go grab a drink, great pours, on point staff, & environment, & the dj set during live music breaks definitely provides all of the vibe the people are looking for in between enjoying the live music set. A+

Place is very clean and I love the way it looks inside. They have a stage for live music, a dance floor, and a couple patios on both sides of the building. Good pricing and bar staff very friendly. I gave 4 stars because the bar staff didnt make consistent cocktails - one made my Moscow Mule with sprite instead of ginger beer and another put way too much alcohol. There were no oranges for the Blue Moon either.

Normally 151 Saloon is a country bar, but every Wednesday night it transforms into an awesome Latin night!! I went almost every Wednesday from August 2017 until March 2018, where they play Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue all night.There is no cover charge and you get a free dance lesson at 10pm. The DJ is great, the instructors are great, the dance floor is spacious enough to move around. If youre lucky, the photographer might take photos of you, too. ;) (whos a very skilled photographer by the way!).You dont need a partner to have a good time, either!Ive been here once during their normal country nights. They had a live band that was ok, since they played mostly (what sounded like) swing rhythm country. Would recommend coming with a partner for country night. :)

I took my son here for his 21st birthday. It was absolutely slow, probably because it was a Sunday night. However, the place is large inside with several bar areas, a full stage, pool tables, and a nice outdoor seating area. I would like to come back when there is live music to experience this place in its entirety. Bartender was friendly and the drinks during happy hour were priced well.

Overall really good experience. Bartenders, band, and DJ were all amazing. Only thing I wouldve liked is if they had some fans because its always too hot in the building.

Great Texas feel! Hardwood dance floor and live music. Mix in a dj playing good jams, good drink prices and a BBQ place next door, you have the makings of a wonderful night! Plenty of parking and no cover charge.

Pretty good place with cheap drinks on Wednesdays. This place makes me want to turn Wednesday my new night out. They have live music if thats what you like. Genuinely, my only complaint is that they water down the soap in the bathroom. I have had way worse experiences in bar bathrooms, though.

Very nice place!!! We went there to hang out with friends, have some beers and some food! We are a Country Band from Mexico so we like country as well. The place is great and we had a really good time! People was very nice!

Great sized space with indoor and outdoor seating! Large stage for live music and a great dance floor .Little wait for drinks but no servers, we had to go to the bar for each round. That wasnt an issue for us but I know some people prefer servers. We were happy to see ample bartenders that were keeping pace. Restrooms were good enough, some broken stalls but the lines werent too bad. Parking, not bad if youre early but you may have to park on the street. Prices...ugg, liquor prices felt like we were downtown. Overall, we really liked it but if youre like me and not a beer person, buckle up if youre hanging out for a few hours

Always a good time at 151 saloon. Plenty of security always walking around and the bartenders are really sweet and helpful. Even though it gets pretty crowded their on occasion the music is great. Dance floor is a bit smaller than I prefer but it is still a great place

Seems to be no shortage in here if youre thirsty they got a bar at every corner! No cover charge. You can order food and there is food trucks that pull up next to the outdoor area that is all within the establishment. The lighting was good and atmosphere seems to be well rounded.

Bar was packed when we went. We enjoy dancing, but were pretty surprised when out of 200 people at the bar, no one was dancing. Pretty lame. Everyone was just drinking and staring at each other. Reminded me of a middle school dance.

Chill spot, drinks, food, live music. Not a fan of the 5.00 cover charge however Im hoping it goes to the band. Theres other places nearby that dont have a cover charge which is why Im giving it four stars.

Had my surprise birthday party here on a Wednesday night which is country night and they have a live band. The band was amazing they shouted me out all night sang me happy birthday. This is a very nice place not to crowded at least that night the drinks were awesome not watered down at all and you are able to reserve a table for a fee of course but it is worth it.

This was my 1st experience here and I really liked it. Great music. They had an awesome setup in the front where you could order tacos or quesadillas that were really good. There was a ton of outdoor seating on both sides of the building with music you could hear outdoors. We went on St. Patricks Day and they had an awesome drink event, so drink prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Nice place, very casual. Drinks are average prices. Happy hour is very relaxed however on Friday and Saturday nights its can get a little Covid Crowded if your still trying to be safe in that aspect. Staff was professional and friendly. Ive been there only twice sadly. Once there was no cover and this latest time there was a cover but they also had a live band and the band was pretty good played many familiar songs. I did have to knock off 1 star due to parking on a crowded night you may find yourself parking on the road or neighboring businesses.

Pretty cool place to spend the evening. I saw a good country cover band who sung George Strait & Gary Allan well. Full bar is always nice. I like how they have a lot of bars with numerous bartenders and you can choose one sit outside at the picnic tables so you can talk when its loud inside when the band is playing. Next time I have to try out the dance floor.

Unfortunately we only were there 25 minutes they shut down bar because plumbing issues. Live band sounded great! Always have good time. No cover on Friday night. Sweet

$5 cover, but there was live music and a good ambiance. Great place if you like country music. I was only here to meet a friend for a beer, so my experience was brief but good.

Went on a Friday and the place was packed. Finding a parking spot took us driving a few laps around the parking lot. $5 per person to enter on a Friday. Dance floor was very small in comparison of the amount of people there and trying to dance. Great song choices!

Stay away from this place!!!! As I walk in with a party of eight every one over 50 I was carded and denied entry BY A VERY RUDE. P.O.S. I was the only hispanic in the party it would not been so bad but he waved someone through seconds before it was my turn. THAT IS THE LAST TIME I WILL SET FOOT IN YOUR BUSINESS.

This place has changed some since the last time I have been there. They now charge a cover which is not cool but ok. I do have to say though that for the amount of drinks that we had ordered, I was expecting our bill to be way more than what it was. So, I was loving the prices. Also, I think they need more tables. There was just standing room when I arrived which makes it awkward when it starts to get busier the later it gets. Overall, I had a really good time.

Boring boring boring. The music is terrible, they charge cover, the bartenders act like they don’t want to be here and work SLOW. I am not sure how or why this place has such good reviews. I guess no one knows what a fun night out actually is?

Great place to hangout. Positives- great live bands, great bartenders, and a very positive atmosphere. Negitves- they books so many birthday parties that theres not much room for anyone else to grab a table. The outside deck is great but the lights are way too bright

Its always a good time going here, Either its to just hang out outside they have plenty of sitting around Especially if you going to catch up with friends or family outside is better. If you want to 2 step & have a good time with music or a live band inside is really good. They also have two pool tables near the stage area. You can also reserve for a party. They also have dance lesson classes on certain days. Always a good environment.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would because God knows it doesnt even deserve one star. This place is trash because of the employees that operate this establishment. The bartenders literally walked passed me several times, without even bothering to acknowledge my presence. I waited 10 mins at the table for a staff member to greet me or at the very least, do their job and ask me if I would like a drink. Never happened. I noticed other bar patrons were well taken care of, so maybe they had a prejudice towards me?! Nevertheless, anyone reading this should steer clear of this bar.

Nice spot. Great atmosphere. Drink and prices were great. Bartender was awesome. Never had to wait. But the music was one sided. Whoever set up the sound system should never do that type of work again. The sound was horrible, and they need to replace the dj. He was a joke.

My favorite place to be!!! Live music, awesome DJs, friendly crowd, amazing bartenders and bouncers, and the owner us the sweetest!!! Even if youre not a fan of country bars or country music, this is a great place to grab a drink (and good on Friday and Saturday nights!!!

We did not go for the bar but for an event being held at the bar on a early Sunday afternoon. It was a nice set up. Beer was mostly cold, it was warm and muggy indoors, and the restrooms smelled like sewer. Friendly and professional staff.

Cool place, good drinks, nice atmosphere. I dont know how to dance I usually just do my thing. Then this guy (dance instructor) gave everyone the 411 on how to bust some moves and I was like cool. However, he made us dance with different people so I made a big-ass fool out of myself over and over again. Got to dance with some nice females tho. Had fun.

Live country music. Love their drinks. They have food in patio area, didnt rest anything, but it all looked good. They have a couple of dart games. All in all, we had a great time.

The place is huge, the biggest on this side of town, music and system is great and super loud in a good way. Bar has pretty good selection and bartenders are great. Go on the weekend. U probably will like it alot. Plus its right next to Rudys BBQ, and fast food places

I LOVE THIS BAR...Its My Kind of Place!!!Beer is ice cold, Great live bands, Staff is friendly, Security is tight. What more can you ask?This is an awesome place for people like me who dont do the bar scene often & sometimes just need a little escape from my every day life. Feels good to be able to misbehave a little without all the drama that you would normally experience at other bars. The valet parking is also another awesome perk!

I’m new to the San Antonio area and wanted to check out some of the local country bars. My girlfriend and I stopped in here as they were having a live band playing that night. It’s a cool atmosphere but you could barely hear the vocals of the singer from the instrumentals downing him out which sucked cause he seemed like he’d be pretty good. Drinks were good but a bit on the pricey side compared to other bars I’ve visited. Hung out for a little while then went on to the next country bar.

I usually go to this place on Wednesday because they have Latin night with free salsa classes.Class starts at 10 pm and the instructor is great. Is easy to follow and makes really cool dancing dynamics. Recommended if you want to learn how to dance. It worked for me.

Nice had a really wonderful bartender my group enjoyed it. The dj seemed a little bit lost for a few in his own world. Playing music for himself but went back to the crowd after 15 or 20 min of crickets in a full house. For a city girl in a country bar we had a great time.

Nice big wide open spaces. It was a little crowded but overall really good place to get some drinks. Outdoor patio is really big and there is even a playground attached... We didnt bring kids, but it was there nonetheless. Good music and great bartending service! We will definitely be back

Went to a baby shower there , had excellent service and drinks. Place was clean and easy to get in and out. Staff where attentive and quick with orders. Diffinitly go back to the bar side for drinks and dancing soon

This place is very cool! The music is outstanding! The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are great. The outdoor seating is very relaxing and plentiful.

Great music. Great drinks. Everyone was enjoying themselves. It was a bit crowded and the line was long but you were never standing in it for long. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes. There isnt always seating available.

Went with some friends for happy hour. The saloon had some pretty good deals for drinks and also had someone selling tacos and nachos on-site. Later, a band took the stage and played some real good music. Needless to say, happy hour turned into an all-nighter. Thanks 151! ;-)

Service is a hit or a miss, but live music and and great atmosphere makes up for it. In door and out door options. My local watering hole.

Ive never had a negative experience here. The crowd is diverse, laid back, and everyone there seems to just want to have a good time. The DJ Chris is awesome and the live bands they get are really good

Came here at the suggestion of my boss who was treating us all to drinks. Atmosphere was edgy with a country twist. Bartenders were attentive and nice. There are 2 pool tables from what I saw which was very popular with myself and coworkers. Definitely will be going again!

Have had fun here everytime, nice mix of country and dance. Outside area is nice too. Staff are pretty friendly and they have a decent selection of drinks. Really enjoy my time here, its a more late 20s on up age kinda club.

Large bar area, dance floor, and stage.

Semi large venue with great atmosphere and great staff. Parking lot too small for venue. Womens bathroom has a decent setup but it has only one hand drying machine.

Fun place to see live music and very helpful/ friendly stuff. Last time I was there, this lady drop her phone out on the deck and it went in between the boards. Some of the stuff members was willing to get a drill and pull the boards up enough to get that ladys phone. Thats going the extra mile.

The dance floor is small and its not real wood. Even with my good boots that are meant for dancing it is still horrible. They play the same songs within an hour. The body guards in the front always rude. I will never go to this place and dont recommend anyone to go. If you want a good country bar go somewhere else.

I advise anybody to go check out this hot spot. Its a older crowd but well worth it. Dance floor is huge and they remodel the inside and they have a out door patios to chill, hang out, eat, talk and so much more. Bartenders are hot. I went on Hollween and had a blast. Thanks!

Been coming to this place for a few years now and haven’t had any problems until last night when I brought a few African American friends with me. We were immediately targeted by staff for behaving “too rowdy”. Eventually we were asked to leave the location because our black friends were (apparently) causing too much of a disturbance. Make sure your skin is white and your boots are tight if you plan on checking out this spot!

Great music, great service, good happy hour Drinks Specials. Thats one place for sure you go to country bar and they play country. Other hand Doc Browns country bar and you go and ask to play country and they say we dont play country here. 151 keep it up!!!

We are planning our Wedding party here at 151 Saloon. They accommodated our party with no hesitation and were extremely sincere about the warm wishes regarding our marriage. We defined recommended this establishment to anyone who enjoys good music, company and our course drinks. Beautiful atmosphere. Thanks 151!!!

They discriminate against the non-white well dressed people. You ain’t their color or dressed like them, they’ll accuse you of being disrespectful, disruptive, DRUNK. 10 minutes in they charged me for cover and then Told us we were too drunk to be served…. Huh!?

Went on a Friday, they had a live band that was pretty good. The floor wasnt packet so it was nice not having people bumping into us while dancing. The outside area was nice.

Soloon bar is great. Good environment and good music. 3rd party food that they sell is horrible. No flavor, dont care about tips. If you get food there you really dont need to tip.

They make good drinks. Went on a Saturday with husband and some family. Played nice music to dance to I thought. We went to sit outside after a while and it felt like the security guard outside was just watching us. Made me feel uneasy after a while so we left.

Havent been here in years ...its was nice..only issue we had was couldnt get a table anywhere cuz they were all reserved. But was fun...good music.

Im giving 2 stars based on our recent visit.. This past weekend, NYE.. You should have closed the place If you had plumbing issues... The womens restroom..the large amounts of sewer water that was streaming out of the toilets along with the smell was disgusting..we had hyped up this place to friends and family that were in town for the holidays...-let me tell you we were embarrassed....

Spent a great night with my wife having a blast thought that this was the place to go we had a designated driver but I guess because we were having too much fun we got booted because we some how offened them with our good time

Its Ive of my new favorite bars. Recently been introduced to country dance. The Wobble packed and very fun to learn some new dances. D&G cut up the last of the brisket for us. Omg the tacos were delicious!

We love going to The 151 Saloon.All of the employees are super friendly!!If youre into poker, you can play every Monday and Tuesday night.Theres always live music and dancing on the weekends.Its just a great place to hang out.

It was my first time at this club and I will never go again. The club is getto and their short staff. Their was only one bartender to each bar. I had to wait for over 20 min for a drink. The dance floor is very small. Ill stay on my side of town where we have class. Wildwest is the best club and the staff are kind, professional, and very friendly.

Always a good time here. The bartenders are very nice and services you fast, drinks are cheap(Always a good thing). I go on Saturday nights usually. They play majority country but do mix in some top 40 hits.

Was just advised at 9:00 cannot sit at the actual bar therefore Im going on to the thirsty horse where they understand the concept of allowing patrons to sit at a bar. .. imagine that?!. acoustics are horrible and the beverages are overpriced not worth the time

Great place for cheap drinks. Mondays and Tuesdays they have free roll no limit tournaments and can win money. I took my wife here and we had a blast. Well definitely keep returning to this place.

I like going here the only problem is when its a small area. People reserve tables for Birthday parties so then no one else is able to sit down and everyone is standing in the dancefloor area,etc. It just makes it very crowded. This place needs to expand more or stop reserving tables so others can sit down who just walk in.

We had a good time, but they need more seating especially for the weekends. Also please get more darts that work and arent falling apart.

I only have ever gone on Wednesday nights for Latin Dance nights. But I can say that this place is nice and recently revamped. Great bar and staff, outdoor deck with chairs and tables, stage for concerts, etc. etc.

My friend and I were roofied.We had couple drinks but not to end up nowhere near in the conditions we ended up.Thank God nothing else happened. We could’ve been violated, robbed, and what not. Some of our friends found us and helped out.

Hands down the best place for latin dancing in San Antonio. I cant say enough about how great this place is. It has a big dance floor full of people that actually know how to dance. The only downside is that their latin night is on Wednesdays and not on Fridays or Saturdays. Ill definitely be back, but this palace is going to ruin my Thursdays.

The building is awesome but the management needs improvement. Showing favoritism skiping songs and rude bartenders with no smiles.

So I want to start off by saying it was a great place... great crowd, friendly bartenders, and good music.The reason for the one star - My husband and I went there this past weekend for a coworkers party and thought “wow, it’s right by the house! We need to come more often!” That being said, our night was cut short when I went to the bathroom and my husband was waiting for me. There was a long line for the men’s bathroom and some guy bumped into me and attempted to hit on me... he was swaying back and forth like he’d had too much to drink (not too sure if this had any relation to what happened immediately right after I blew the guy off)A security guard walked up to my husband and said it was time for him to close his tab (we couldn’t hear right away bc the music was obviously too loud) and without reason, he followed us to our table and told him again. My husband didn’t argue he went and closed his tab and then the security guard literally went to go split up a fight and immediately went back to us and said it was time for him to leave. When we asked why he stated that my husband was “walking funny” not that 1. He was making a scene/fighting 2. Falling over - or 3. Puking his guts out. Just that he was “walking funny”My husband had had 3 beers in the 4 hours we had been there. He was NOT drunk. We even tried to show our itemized receipt but guy wouldn’t budge and it was not even worth it. Picked up our party and left to another place but was super disappointed. I have no idea what was really that guys problem but it’s a shame bc it would have been a great place to go out to when we have a sitter on the weekends. Definitely, a first, ever being kicked out of a bar. Don’t know if it was the guy that I blew off and maybe was a regular or a friend of the security guard ( not that I’m all about myself, it just literally made no sense) or maybe bc my husband had knee surgery about a year ago???? Either way, it was just ridiculous.

Music was good. Place was nice. But way too crowded. No place to sit or set your drink down so we couldn’t dance. We were crammed next to the bar with nowhere to go and a rude bartender asked us to “get off her bar”. Stayed about 30 mins. Won’t be back.

Been to this place a couple of times. Its a good drinking establishment. Cheap drinks, nice outdoor area. Local places will deliver food since they dont have a kitchen.They do fun special events and ita a good place to see a football game.Recommended for large groups and general hanging out.

Church at a Bar, what could be better? So grateful that this establishment has allowed our church to use their space in such an amazing way! Heard the music is great all week too! Check it out!

Cool place for live country music. Great big stage for the band and huge dance floor for all your two-steppin needs. Great drink prices, and friendly service.

My date and I had a great time!! The band was awesome. I wish they would of had some large fans in there. Everyone was sweating pretty bad, no circulation.

They need more bartenders especially knowing that nearby businesses are having holiday parties/gatherings.

No matter what day of the week it is I always have a good time. Poker night, corn hole night, live band, DJ, etc... never had a bad night. Crowd is chill and laid back.

That night the reyna band played the best dancing music . I started dancing after going through the front door n enjoyed it all night. A tejano song or two wouldnt hurt best experience in a long time keep it up. Wel be back for the cold beer too.

Country spots arent my favorite at all. This one wasnt bad. I drank too much and prices were a lil much but whatever, a bday celebration is a good excuse to have fun. 2 stepping is too sqaure for me lol no rhythm.

I was robbed by the bathroom attendant. We reported it to the management over the phone that same night, and the owner called on Monday. He was very rude and accussed me of lying. He said he could not take my word since I had bern drinking. I explained the situation of his bathroom attendant cutting off a ribbon (a money garter given to me by a friend) without my permission. While he did this he stole the money, approximately $56, as well. The owner told me he reviewed the tape and saw that I returned to the bathroom after my wife noticed the money was missing but he could not make any decisions based on what I told him!! He said the customer is not always right when it comes to his business. We have celebrated many birthdays and have been going there for years!! We will not return. The owner has yet to call with his explanation of what he is going to do! I called today and he was not at the bar. This establishment took off my negative post on Facebook also. I have contacted the police however, they say it fallls back on the business owner, its not worth the hassle. I hope people read this and stop supporting a business that doesnt care about their patrons!

I didnt event want to give them a star. No customer service at all. Nowhere was there notice to reserve spots for the fight tonight. Then, we asked for a refund and were told none were given. Management should have informed incoming patrons that was the case...total rip off. Please dont go here...theres plenty of places that want customers to come back!

Service was great! Music was excellent and not too overwhelming, you could still carry on conversation. Outside deck is also impressive.

Nice accomodations with big outdoor patio area. Only 1long T-shaped bar though. And 2 pool tables. Mostly for dancing & socialing. We got bored after 2 drinks & left.

Its ok, but if you are in a budget or dont drink , the beer is $5.50 , I think thata a bit hi , most places I been to it average about $3

Great live music with the JCW Band, and we loved the food trucks out back and the TV screens over the bars, but the drinks were weak and more expensive than competitors. The dance floor is very small. They do have 2 dart boards and a couple pool tables, but ultimately, it felt like they were trying to do too much in a small space.

Holy sh$t…. One of the hardest working bartender I have ever seen.. no kidding! Not only is she smoking hot she is consistently busy.

Everyone is nice and wanting to have a good time which makes the atmosphere all worth it! (Try and get the DJ to play Old Town Road if youre into that - lets change the normal standards of country 🙈😘)

They say you can not vape. We were in a private party area with 60 people. We asked, you have a smoke machine going (same as vape) filling the whole place up, they say doesnt matter, go outside to vape. We gave the bartender 40 dollars for tip on a tab of 4 drinks and told him: we would like to speak to the manager, we paid our tab, go outside, ask for the manager, he brings at least 4-5 bouncers and police, doesnt even care what our issue is and says we need to leave, this place does not care for the consumer, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We would have spent 500 easily, DO NOT GO HERE!!! We were vaping 0 millgrams of nicotine and no one in our party complained. Save your money and go to cooter browns

Drinks were great price, mini tacos were good but music way too loud. Yelling all night and still couldnt hear the person next to you.

This place is what youd picture a modern day Saloon to look like, but keep its old original look and feel. Live bands and square dancing. And happy hour is great.

He said I was walking funny and it was time for me to close out my tab. I didn’t have a tab. I never bought a drink. I had a beer my cousin bought me. I actually don’t like beer. I was there with my family. I live so close to 151 and now I have a knot in my stomach just thinking that I have to pass by this horrible place every single day.What a nightmare!

NEVER COME HERE. The staff that works here are the worst ever. The bouncers like to throw people around and abuse them . They take advantage of there job dutie. The way the bouncers react to a call in the club. Its Like there trying fight through 1,000 of people when there only about 50 ,60 people in the club. They should feel ashamed of them selfs. I will never step foot in here again . I saw them put someone in a choke hold to escort the person out just for a bassball hat, pretty excessive to me. People if you decide to come here be careful because i think the bouncer are bunch of thugs trying to be cops. If you ask me i wont be surprise if tabc will shut them down . Not place where you can have a good time . The worst bar in san antonio !!

Great place to dance, good music and great atmosphere. The parking sucks but if you go early enough there is a great bbq place right next door.

First night open since the lockdown began. Everyone was sp happy to be back at work and patrons visiting. Service was great. The evening was very pleasant on the patio.

So I had 3 beers and then was asked to leave and close my tab. I have to idea why but was forced out of the door and then asked if they wanted them to call me a cab. Why was I asked to leave when The party behind me was the one breaking glasses? Seriously my tab was less than 40 dollars for a party of 6. I barely got there.

Went to hang out with old friends that drink. They do have food, which was tempting, but I did not try any. Both the parking lot and the bar were crowded, which I believe is not uncommon for bars.

This bar has a lot of competition. Playing a poor selection of music will make the die hard country dancer consider somewhere else. Also paying 9.25 for a bud light and a bud light lime.. Ridiculous

Came for 9 pm salsa night on Wednesday. Waited and waited. Apparently no salsa until the salsa guys get around to showing up 40 min late and only then start setting up. Evidently this is the norm. I dont mind a laid back schedule on the weekend but in the middle of the work week its pretty disengenous to advertise something like that and not have it happen. Especially if its a once a week theme. Thats 40 minutes of listening to whiney kill yourself country music that I could have avoided.

I had a very bad experience with customer service and I also was discriminated against. I would not recommend this establishment. My spouse was not welcomed in because he had a neck tattoo which is a cartoon wolf and boo from super Mario . I think its ridiculous that a no neck tattoo policy exists . I asked to see the policy and I was told no. Specifically Kevin. Tall white chubby man.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Just got thrown out because my ex boyfriend neil weeks couldnt handle seeing me with my new boyfriend. Got thrown out for doing nothing except spending money at this establishment. I will never go back. That alcoholic can have it. Cooter browns is better anyway.

No cover, but the band isnt worth paying for, & the sound system is so poorly run that you can hardly recognize some of the top hits played. Drinks are expensive too.

HOWEVER, I DID WANT TO ASK, IF ANYONE HAS BEEN THERE WITHIN THE LAST TWO MONTHS i lost my james avery charm bracelet here, I was hosting my best friends birthday and it was getting caught on everything and everyone so I removed it and my boyfriend placed it in his pocket, well unfortuntely he believes it fell out of his pocket . I understand its possible someone found it and will never return it or admit to taking it. I dont care if you took it, all I care about is if you did find it can you please return it. a few charms on there came from my dad who was killed when I was 13 years old .
