This is the Best vape shop Ive been to. I buy all my coils,E-juice,and i also bought my new Snowwolf battery there(it works great)and it changes colors. The employees are so polite and helpful.

I hate to write a bad review but its necessary..I always brought from this place because of the customer service and honesty..but I recently brought a disposable vape and its has malfunction.so I went to get it looked at and they said it supposed to taste like that..it had no flavor and refused to replace it..even though the guy said other store said that vape was having a problems but still refused to replace it..it suck but I wont be returning to that store.so keep in mind this store wont accept accountability for malfunction vapes.

Great Staff! Made a quick run through a couple weeks ago after my truck was stolen with my mod inside. Super helpful. Got a great new setup. The man even set it all up for me since I was in a rush to start me 5 hr drive home. A++ service. Some pretty nice hookahs too!!

The guys here were all really helpful and friendly. This is a really cool vape shop with a lot of inventory. I had lots of questions and they took the time to answer them. They are also a vendor of PAX products and supplies.

Great shop. Customer service was spectacular. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They took time out to explain as well as give honest opinion. They were not just trying to sell me stuff to make a buck. Even help get the mod going again. I dont live close but I would make the drive to this shop. They also have a good selection of products. If they dont have it theyll you when it will be restocked or the valid reason why its not carried.

I have to say this is my favorite shop around! They have the best prices, best selection, and hands down the best customer service around! Good shop. The guy behind the counter was really helpful. Juice selection is great. They had a great RDA and sub ohm tank stock, wire, pre built coils and the mods were great. Way above average and thank God they are open 7 days a week!

For those who are looking for a great vape store, Prestige Vapory is the best. Ive never had any problems with them, and theyre always friendly and polite. Much respect to their No Mask, No Service policy, I would continue to shop from Prestige based on that alone.

I dont go anywhere else anymore. They are the only store that carries the brand I like (beard co the one) they have a huge supply of vapes and replacement parts and the workers arent weird af.

These guys are spot on - carry 120s of my nic juice and full stock of coils. You dont see that often - not just coils, but full stock of all ohm resistance made for your tank.Great guys, great service, fairly priced without all that know it all snobbery you get from some stores.New go-to vape store for me !

My son and I have been going here for the past 3 years and recently my vape was having issues I brought it in yesterday because my flavor was tasting burnt I had recently baught brand new coils and a brand new tank .they took a look at it and adjusted it to the sweet spot and recommend to bring down the nic level on my juice.I went home feeling much better and this morning when I had my cup of tea and vape it tasted wonderful! Ive been coming to prestiege since Highschool and Ive grown very attached to everybody there as if were family. When I got fired, I went there and talked to Alex (employee) for hours. From there, I met everybody else and theyve become family. Not only that, but they have the best premium juice in my opinion. Always a great taste no matter what it is or what I like. They have my coils in stock when nobody else did. one little issue i had when they gave me the wrong type of coil they switched it right out for me. just keep in mind all sales are final so make sure you have the right coil or products before you leave!

I came in tonight for my first vape. The staff was great. (Alex, Bryce and I dont remember the third ones name sorry!) All of them are knowledgeable. Alex helped me and asked questions to make sure I was getting the right vape to start off with. Somehow he picked up that I was someone who enjoyed music and tech and set me up on a sweet iJoy set up. Then he helped me find juice flavors. Im not a fan of bubblegum flavoring but TRUST HIM, he knows his stuff! I walked out with strawberry milk and watermelon. After ringing me up, Alex took the time to help me set up my vape and made sure I didnt have any questions before I left. The staff is all extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed there. Every customer that came in while I was there was greeted and treated like they were all best friends. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are new to vaping. I look forward to visiting the store again.

The place is nice, organized, and staff friendly, but not at all helpful. If you know what you want, great, but I dont have experience and the staff (one of them didnt say a single thing, only stared) made feel awkward and too embarrassed to go back.

I used to love this place until they sold me a defective mod. I brought it back 3 days later and all they did was change out my back plate a week after that. It did nothing to solve the problem. Its covered under Smoks warranty and their warranty states shipping will be refunded. However they want me to pay another $15 for a new mod for a shipping fee to send it back. I work 3 jobs and cant make it to a post office. They said they would take care of me when I bought the mod if I had any issues and they went back in their word. I used a $120 mod for 1 day and its now what was my birthday gift has been sitting unusable for 2 months.

Ever since the first time I walked into Prestige Vapory Ive loved it! They have the most helpful, nice employees more so than any vape shop that Ive been to. Not to mention if you like fruity flavor vape juices this is the place for you, they have a wide variety of high quality juices, every time I go in I have the hardest time picking which juice to get because I like all their juice that much!
