This store is an absolute gem!!! The prices are lower, and the product selection is larger than other vape shops nearby. Also, you can TRUST that your item is legitimate and not counterfeit.The management and associates are FANTASTIC!!! Not only are they knowledgeable, but super professional and courteous.Ive patroned this Smokes Tokes location for about 3 years now for nicotine vapes, and Ive never been disappointed.

Went from my absolute favorite smoke shop for nearly a year to the shop I dont want to go to anymore, so two stars for the good times ):Sad because I loved it here, and in the last 3-4 weeks Ive bought over $400 of steady flow to them. I have a realistic request for a deal on a lesser replacement for a defective purchase I had made less than three hours before. Im offered 10% off, absolutely nothing more, which is $4.50. Im pretty sure that the same amount that I tipped when I was there yesterday. I was willing to lose money to get a replacement, but Im not willing to feel taken advantage of.Nice staff, but maybe take everything with several grains of salt on product knowledge and transparent salesmanship.

The best smoke shop in San Antonio hands down. JT is super knowledgeable on all products. I also get out of work late most days so the fact that they stay open till 2 on most days really makes my visits by the shop happen more often than not. Shout out to those dudes being there for the night owls

Had to visit the shop because, per the person who answered the phone, they are not allowed to talk about prices over the phone. The reason being their prices are stupid expensive they mark up everything. Minimum for a bottle of vape juice is 15 dollars. Even if you buy a small bottle they make you buy two so it equals 15 dollars. On top of that all their stuff is way overpriced. Another reason they one tell you prices over the phone.

Honestly I love this place. They are knowledgeable and friendly and tmhave a great selection. Ive visited other places around town but this is my favorite. And the gentleman who seems to always work behind the counter (Im sorry I dont know his name) he is patient and friendly. Thank you guys, keep up the great work!

Started coming here recently due to the store being open during later hours. So far for the past 3 months everything has been great. great Staff, great products all in all great service. I only wish they would keep my vape juice Hisenberg Menthol in stock. Besides that Im still going to make this my regular store.

This is a great place smoker 21 and over. They have a wide selection of vapes, e-cigs, cigarettes, cigars, CBD products and more they even sell tattoo guns, ink, and more.Great, friendly customer service. Manager is a great guy.

Staff member was extremely helpful. He knew exactly what I was looking for. Your store had it in stock so I bought 2. I have been looking at a lot of other stores but they either didnt have it in stock or didnt know what I was talking about. Good job Ill be back this will be the only location I go to in the future. Im going to start off by saying that I am very happy with this place and the employees. Jewel was working when I showed up. She was very nice courteous and had a smile. She asked me if I needed help or anything and was right there to help. I give her 5 stars. I went in here my first time to buy a product. It turns out that that product was expired. But I guess the employees did not realize that it was expired. So I returned with the expired product and they were willing to do an even exchange. JC was in there the second time. And I have to say he was very nice and courteous. He was ready right away to try and make me happy and make up for the situation . Which he did an excellent job . I think the owner needs to recognize the employees . I will continue to go to this place . I highly recommend. Some places would have not even exchange it because you already left with the product . The only reason for the four stars is because they had expired product on the Shelf.

I love this store. Its a lil further out for me. But the staff has always been welcoming and made great suggestions regarding products! If you havent give this store a chance, you wont be disappointed!

This is My Spot. They greet every customer coming through the door and customer service is immediate. Today I was helped by Ash, a staple and a knowledgeable and beautiful young lady. She helped me to understand a discrepancy that was stumping me, and she did it with ease. This is the Best Smoke Shop in NE SA… by far.

I was looking for a certain knife and it wasnt a $200. Im thinking it was $19. to $23. But it was still of the quality I needed it for, anyways they got great gift ideas. So I bought (2) more gifts spent less than $50. I go home looking good!

I thought a reasonably priced location with a great selection so neatly placed and ready to view the service was friendly and really comfortable atmosphere which is a bit rare in these particular establishments I say that was truly impressive

They must buy reject items.This place is forever under new owners and as i try to stay a regular at this place when under new owners every 4-6 months it makes it hard. I have been going there a year and majority of the time its bad quality items. But since its so close i continue to use this smoke shop and employees start to be more friendly but its ridiculous to have to befriend new owners everytime for them to be appreciative of neighborly business. The prices always change and they hate to exchange or refund anything even if it doesnt work. This store needs help w someone who can keep a business.

Sold me a broken Percolator “Water Piece” , second chamber leaks to the first and not good quality at all. Sale person talked a good game, but sold a faulty water piece, and no return policy, so had to choke it up as a loss. Next time I’ll ask if they can fill it up, cause not trusting from these peeps again, it is what it is.

One of my favorite if not, top shops I have frequented in S.A.. Amazing and vast varieties of glass on hand and knowledgeable staff happy to show me the better quality pieces from which I was choosing. Highly reccomended

On june 8,An employee. At store # 6 charged me $30.00 for a pack of novo2. Vape pods with only 2 pods in The package. The package clearly said on the box cause $19.99. The guy insisted that it was $19.99 for each seperate pod. Pods i know for a fact cost $5.99 for a single pod and 19.99 for a pack of 3 at this and every other smoke tokes... refused to give me a refund when i asked for it. He was also very rude and even hung up on me. I am highly upset. I have bought these from this exact shop before. He refused to let me speak to manager.

The first time I came here I did have a good experience. I bought a bottle of Naked brand fluid for $17.31 after tax so I decided I was definitely coming back. Guess it was just the old bait and switch bc today when I went back for the same exact fluid they tried charging me $24.99 BEFORE tax. The salesman tried telling me theyve never charged lower than $20 for that brand when the first bottle I had gotten 3 weeks before was indeed labeled less than $20. I left and went to Happy Endingz. I definitely recommend Happy Endingz bc they have consistent low prices.

The worker that helped us was not very informative or interested in selling anything. Didnt give any input on products or any type of suggestions. We went on a Friday night. Get better staff.

I bought a cruze extract battery by ooze a few days ago for $40 + tax, but it was marked $44.95. Now I understand retail markups, but I just saw on the cruze website the exact same unit is listed at $19.99. That is an absurd markup. I also bought a refillable cartridge that broke the next day. I had only used it twice and it rode in the breast pocket of my shirt when not in use. I seriously doubt that I will patronize that store ever again.
